The Kaleido Stage is a circus quite similar to the Cirque du Soleil, where athlethicism and artistry are an important part in a show. Sora decides to pursue her dream as a kid to be able to perform on the Kaleido Stage. And there she learns being a member of Kaleido Stage was more difficult than she thought! Sora eventually gains new friends and generate rivalries. She also had the (mis)fortune of being haunted by the "ghost of the stage" named Fool, who only appears to those destined for the stage (and to those who have the potential to execute a legendary dangerous manuever).Additional Information Kaleido Star is licensed for distribution in the U.S. by ADV. It has three OAVs associated with it, two of which are sequels to the original TV series - Kaleido Star: New Wings Extra Stage (sequel), Kaleido Star ~Layla Hamilton Monogatari~ (sequel), and Kaleido Star: Good dayo! Sora is a wonderful character that teaches you to be strong. She has a hard life on Kaleido Stage but she stays cheerful. I haven't seen the second series but I can't wait! Don't forget that they also have a movie that you can watch on youtube.com called the legendary phoenix(something like that....). I deffentetly sujest watching this anime. It's good for all ages.
