Finduilas of Nargothrond

Finduilas was a Noldorin Princess of Minas Tirith and later, of Nargothrond. She was the daughter of Orodreth and lover of Gwindor, a mighty lord. She later fell in love with the man, Turin and thus abandoned her love for Gwindor. She was killed by the orcs during the sack of Nargothrond. Finduilas’ beauty earned for her the name, Faelivrin which was the light in the waters of the Lake Ivrin.
