The last month flew by fast! This summer is shaping up to be a good one for MediaMiner.org on the Fan Art front - our fan art moderators once again have time to give much-needed attention to the galleries, and as a result, you should start seeing a higher percentage of quality art when you browse. One of the projects currently underway is an extensive inspection and clean-up of the galleries. Due to the busy real lives of our moderators, a lot of violations of MediaMiner.org's Upload Guidelines have slipped through the cracks, from as long ago as 2004 until as recently as last month. The galleries are now checked on a daily basis to look at new uploads, and our team is also going back through the galleries one by one to find the old violations.
If your art is disabled or deleted for any reason, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address attached to your account - please be sure that your e-mail address is up to date! The e-mail will contain the reason why your work was disabled or deleted. If you have any questions regarding your work in particular or about this newest project, feel free to e-mail our moderator team. If you are not sure who to contact on any specific issue, please read our blog post regarding Tips on E-mailing the Administrator or Moderators.
