Princess Of The Moon

The moon calls to me at night
I hear it's voice 'till morning's light,
In my dreams it calls me near,
Enfolds me as shadows come here;
Only twilight lights the dark
a past memory?
Something is here inside my heart,
But, oh dear Luna,
Why must I
Spread these invisible wings
And cross the sky?
Protect the light,
Destory the dark,
What if my aim is off the mark?
What if I cannot destroy
The villan evil will employ?
But as it goes from night to day
All my fears just fade away,
I will fight for love and peace,
I am destined to do what I can,
Princess of the moon....
