It's been three months since Shadow fell from the ARK. Everyone's been searching for him, but after two months everyone gave up exept

for Aqua, Flame, and Heather. But right now they are taking a break at Amy's house where everyone, with the exeption of Rouge and Knuckles,

are staying. Aqua is looking out her window at the stars. 'Shadow,' Aqua thought,'If you're out there, show a sign any sign.' Aqua continued

to stare out her window and sighed, turning away from it to look around her room. Her room was blue, black, and red ( her main fur color). She

had a picture of her, Shadow, Heather, and Espio, all looking happy. Even Shadow was smiling in the photo. Sitting on the bed sleeping was

her Chao, Ice. The Chao looked like Tails Chao only it was black, blue, red, and white and had a snowflake marking on it's stomach.

Aqua sat down on her bed holding her twin tails close to her. The azure fox jumped when she heard a knock on her door. She quietly

told whoever it was to come in. It was Sonic and her younger brother Flame. Sonic looked like he always looked, happy-go-lucky. Flame looked

like he was upset with the cobalt hedgehog. Sonic interrupted Aqua's thoughts by saying," Hey Aqua, how would you like to take a walk on the

beach sometime?" Aqua looked at Sonic suspiciously. She knew he had a crush on her and was jealous of Shadow since he always hung out

with the cross fox. This struck a nerve with Flame and he shouted at the top of his lungs," Why don't you leave her alone! Can't you see she still

hasn't recovered!" Flame and Sonic started arguing. While they argued, Aqua slipped outside through her open window and into the tree. She

climed on the nearest branch to the roof where she usually goes when she has a problem. Aqua started to sing a song from one of her

favorite singers, Green Day. " I walk a lonely road the only road I ever know..." she started. " You know, that road doesn't have to be lonely?" A

deep voice asked. Aqua jumped and turned around to see... " SHADOW!!!" Aqua cried. She jumped on him and they almost fell off the roof if

she didn't twirl her tails around to fly back up.

Everyone came rushing out of the house at her shout. " Well will you look at that! Shadow's really alive. I'm so happy for Aqua! Aren't you

Sonniku?" Amy asked. Sonic looked on with envy in his eyes and grudgingly answered," Yeah whatever..." Flame smirked at Sonic's dissapointment.

" You go girl!" Heather and Cream yelled. Aqua heard them and blushed. Shadow just smirked and put his arm around her waist, turned her face towards

him, and gave her a passionate kiss. She happily kissed him back while blushing cause everyone was cheering exept for Sonic. ' I swear Aqua,' Sonic

thought,' I swear you will be mine even if I have to get rid of Shadow...'
