Saber Marionette J is an anime full of vibrant coloring, and eyecatching character designs. Watching the opening alone was enough to get me very interested in seeing this anime. The song "Successful Mission" is very catchy. ^_^.

This series deals with a boy named Otaru who lives on the planet Terra II, but the problem is, it's a planet of only men! So artificial women were created to serve the duties of a housewife. There was only one problem with this. The marionette women could feel no emotions. o.o! You can't love something which can't love you back! A few of these special women were thus created with Maiden Chips, which gave them each personalities. Among those, being the ever cheery and child-like Lime, the Kasumi Tendo-ish gentle Cherry, and the super sexy and powerful Bloodberry. Otaru accidentally happens to wake these realistic women from their sealed chambers, and each one devotes her love and devotion to him. After some time, everyone seems to love the adoriable marionettes, except one person. Poor Hanagata! o.o!

A soap opera of love comedy, the race to revive the human female, and oh, of course...that litte thing about stopping and evil tyrant from taking over the world....Saber Marionette J is full of things to make you smile, and characters you can't help but love. It's one of my favorites, and if you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you do! ^_^
