It was my first anime I've ever seen as a teenager ^__^ (as a kid my favourite was "Sailor Moon although I dont remeber it at all - I was too small) and I must say I fell in love at the first sight with Zelgadis ^___^

That title just rocks. The 15-year-old witch which wants to get all the power and food that is in her world - it's Lina. With her is Gourry, jellyfish brain man with loving heart. Then are Amelia, crazy justice fan and princess and Zelgadis, chimera and the most handsome anime character ^___^ (hmm, maybe besides Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru and Kane Blueriver from Lost Universe). And Xelloss of course, the trickster priest ^__^

I think that it's anime that everyone must see :P

This is the best anime I've ever seen! Great and well developed characters, beautiful music, a funny yet serious plot, beautiful animation and humour and action! What more can you want?


Lina Inverse, a 15 year old sorceress teams up with an incredible dense swordsman, Gourry Gabriev. Through the 26 episodes of this first season of Slayers they fight Mazoku, try to find out who's enemy and foe when they have to make sure the dark lord Shaburanigdo doesn't get ressurected, then get a bounty on their head. Things never seem to slow down, and there are surprises in the plot all the way when enemy turns out to be foe and vica versa.

If you're looking for a fun anime with magic, dragons, creepy villains and lovable characters, Slayers is a great choice! Be sure to watch the two other seasons too, Slayers NEXT and Slayers TRY! They're all a part of my video collection, and I HIGHLY recommend them! ^_^
