Near the end of World War II, moments after learning of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, the Ra, a super secret Japanese submarine has a fatal encounter with its American counterpart and both are lost to history.

Fifty years after, the desecendants of the lost submarine officers take part in a special UN taske force. This force is sent to investigate the unusual happenings that have begun in Antarcitca. They face destruction, a mysterious black cylinder, and deadly rings that accompany it until the re-appearance of Ra.

Will even the Ra\\\'s power be enough to go up against these invaders?
