Awakening A/U

Medium: ink, prisma color on paperOkay, so this was a part of my original concept of the “Awakening” story, where Van and Hitomi would slip into different alternate universes (Hitomi into one and Van into another). So i came up with this drawing basesd on the universe Van slips into…which is acutally the past on earth. He goes back to the forties in the US where he meets the siblings Vincent (Van) and Lillian (Daleila) and thier friend Iris (Hitomi). All three of them are traveling musicians, and Van meets up with them….there’s a long and complicated story behind the whole thing and since i’m having trouble writing the main story line for “Awakening” i decided to take the A/U stuff out….but here’s the pic cuz i really like it.
