Dark and Daisuke

This drawing just plain took forever! I had a blast on it though. It was fun putting my own coloring technique into these two fellows from D.N. Angel. The hair was so much fun. The wings however…no comment. And yes, I DO know that Dark’s wings are basically black in the anime but I was trying to be a little creative^_~ Medium: As always, Prismacolor Colored Pencils and a colorless blender to smooth out some of the lines. The biggest difference with this compared to my other pieces is that I used Matte paper on this rather then Bristol. This was done on EPSON Matte paper I bought at Staples and holy moly is it wonderful. It’s INCREDIBLY smooth and the colorless blender wasn’t needed all that much since all the layers natually blended together on this paper.
