Ghostly Chichi on a Moonlit Night

This was a doodle at first that turned out decent so I made it a drawing. When I added the night background and moon, I figured she should sort of glow but didn’t want to mess with shadows or anything like that so I just made it like she’s an ancient ghost wandering the moors or something like that !~.~ An older pic, done in Photoshop, comments welcome.
