November

I gotta quit getting comments with good suggestions. I think I’ve changed just about everything in this image. It grew to well over 100 layers with me trying different things. Well for DX the window frame has depth, and for Dee chan and Bizmarck I made the character softer and used the masked shading style from Dan’s tutorial to replace the cell style shading. It sure pays to have A.R.G. review my works. In this and the second version I have added some depth to the window frame and I finally figured out how to create some snow falling outside. Somehow I turned the neckles blue instead of pink, but even fixing that I am more happy with how it looks now. I will be using this image in our MediaMiner.org 2005 Artists Calendar. From the many reviews on my first image which I posted during the holidays last year, I made several changes including fixing the angle of the mouth (thank you bizmarck) and adjusting the tone of her skin. Moving the character for better overall placement, even changed the back ground color. I hope you like it. The character is Helen from my short holiday story A Star’s Power.~Fanilia
