Ignore the picture of Regen that was previously posted (actually forget that, I'll delete it). This is a MUCH better rendition. Regen is part Teufel, a race that was bloodthirsty and killed many throughout their time. Though Regen is not like that, being part human, he is constantly persecuted because he has a teufel's ears. He's a theif, as demonstrated by his pleasure at seeing gold.
This method was new for me, semi-gradient shading in anime. I like it. Disregard the crappy lineart; I got kind of lazy ^_^;;
