Artist's Commentary
He can transform himself into human form, in my theory. I've read many Cell fanfics, and there are opinions that Cell can remove his "armor". I think it's very interesting though impossible. After all I like Cell's pale skin^^;; And has human form is rather useful than haven't. For example, shopping with his girl friend*grin* that's the reason why I created Cell's human form. |
