Can Cell use Genki-Dama? below is a quote from Japanese DB comic volume 31.(not Kanzenban) "I can use even a Genki-dama if I will do, perhaps..." Cell said he can use Genki-dama!(Sorry for my bad translation^^;;) It doesn't appear on the show, but Cell can do it anyway. |
