Sohma Hatori from Fruits Basket. Isn't he hotness? drawn in manga style, and coloured in MS Paint. He's actual eye colour is supposed to be dark blue/purple, but since his eyes are uncoloured in the manga, I get the impression that he has really light-coloured eyes, like icy-blue sort of shade, and that's how I coloured it.
