Yes, Hiei crying. Well this is the first picture I'm letting the public see. I probably should've put up a rather normal looking Hiei one first huh? This is also my first attempt with my program paint shop pro 9. I'm rather unsure of what I'm doing and I have to wait a while to ask my cousin how to use it.
