Artist's Commentary
First attempt at realistic shading with digital means. Quite proud of the result, though I know I can probably do better. Vision of Kenshin towards the end of the Bakumatsu, when all the battles are really starting to wear on his psyche. Suggest you turn up the resolution on your computer so all the colors come out. Otherwise much of him just looks black. |
