It's Roronoa Zoro from ONE PIECE in his outfit (I like this outfit than his usual one) in Skypiea Land. (A skyland with lots and lots of clouds~ ) Actually he is supposed to wear his goggle on his forehead or sometimes he will let it at his neck.... but i forgot to draw it..
