Umbara lived up to its
legend and then some. The surface of  ;the planet was
was so thick with fog that I
couldn't see a more than a few yards ahead of me. The air was cold, then again everything is cold
compared to where I was, tatooine e xempt. "you guys, get that stuff unloaded&nbs p;the buyer sound be here
soon and  ;I need to pick up supplies". Farin lifted the crate tha t Dasi'l had set me on and carried me of
the ship. The captain stood talking to the port director, Joeci came  ;down the ramp behind us, carrying a
smal er crate. Dasi'l came back over with& nbsp;a grin on his face, "Looks like our  ;buyer is runnin' a bit late so
it's&nbs p;gonna be awhile, lets see if we can't get that leg of yours fixed up here, the y've got tech here that you
wouldn' beli eve". "Joeci lifted me off of the big&nb sp;crate and jogged over to where Dasi'l was. "you got her
Joeci"? "Its not like she's heavy sir". So In the most awkward way p ossible, with joeci holding me over
her shoulders like a cape, we went off to&n bsp;go get supplies and medicine.
Dasi'l refu sed to ask for directions, insisting that he knew wh ere we were going, though I swear that&n bsp;we
passed the same shop four times. Its hard to tel time on the world of shadows, but we eventual y got to
the local clinic. Joeci stood in&nbs p;front of a bench to let me drop d own, which only hurt a lot, as Dasi'l&nb sp;
walked up to the counter and asked&n bsp;the attendant if the doctor could see&nbs p;me soon. "He wil be prepared
in a moment, if you could fil out&nb sp;these papers and I'l ring you up".&n bsp;Dasi'l placed a smal bag on the&nbs p;
counter, "how about we skip the paper s and the ring up"? The man smiled, "ah, you spacers are my
favorite kind of&nbs p;customer, I'l have her back there in a second, this might take some time, so if you have
any other business you can&n bsp;take care of that while we attend to your associate". "sounds good to me,
Joeci, can you stay here with T halia"? Joeci dropped onto the bench heavily besid e me and started
grumbling. "ah'l   ;take that as a yes then, see you ladies later" and with&nb sp;that Dasi'l was gone. A tal
Umbaran& nbsp;man opened the door on the other si de of the room, "Hel o, I am Dr.&nb sp;Mieno Fal. If you could
come to the back room I wil inspect the damage. I looked to Joeci, who said something a bout pale
skinned harpies before crouching do wn in front of me so I could get on her shoulders.
The doctor took one look at the splint and sighed, "this  ;wil take a long time". He knelt d own and gently
pul ed the synth co rd off, making the two pieces of dura-steel&n bsp;fal with a loud clatter then remove d a
large wadded gauze wrap. "Ok, I can see when the bone exited, the  ;skin over that area wil be scarred&nbs p;
but that is to be expected, tel me if this hurts".& nbsp;Dr.Fal ran his thumb and pointer finger in a V shape up
the bone in m y calf, when he reached the point where& nbsp;the skin was scarred I made a smal& nbsp; gasped, "Ok,
the nerves in this area are stil alive, this is good". He did the same going down fro m my knee. "Lets get
this reset then, I' d like to put you under for this, a s I wil need to re break the bone to align it correctly".&nbs p;
At the thought of that I shuddered.&nb sp;"wil this be ok ma-am". I looked down&nbs p;and nodded. "Just lay back for
and relax".&n bsp;He placed a mask over my nose and mo uth. "take a few deep breaths for me and do not
worry, it is just like sleep". 'Alri ght Thalia, you heard what the nice doct or said, deep breaths, in annnnd
out...
I woke up to a pinching feeli ng on my leg, "just in time, I have your reset, can you stand up"? Groggily,&nbs p;
Shifted to a sitting position on the&n bsp;bed. 'I shouldn't have done that'. A  ;wal of nausea hit me like a
charging rancor. Seeing the color quickly dr ain out of my face, the doctor grabbed&n bsp;a waste bin and held in
under my&nbs p;chin. I hadn't eaten much since I left my masters stronghold, so stomach acid spewe d out of
my mouth as I fought back the next wave of vomit. "I am very sorry, sometimes off worlders react poorly
to the anesthesia I'l go&n bsp;get you a drink" I coughed to clear my&nb sp;burning throat. He came back in with a&nbs p;
smal metal ic cup. This should h elp you with settle your stomach. I took the cup grateful y and looked
down  ;into it. Its content was bubbly and crystal clear blue. I& nbsp;sipped it to see what it was like and found
that it tasted like camby berries (like something between a straw berry and a blueberry).The doctor
smiled,&nb sp;"It is always a favorite among my clients, just do not drink it to fast. Your friend is waiting out i n
the lobby. I finished my drink an d left the backroom after thanking the d octor. Joeci was nowhere to be
seen but& nbsp;Dasi'l was sitting on the bench. "Look at&nbs p;you, walkin' an everything! The job went&nb sp;wel and the
new supplies are a l loaded up. Let's head on back then".
We walked down the street slowly& nbsp;looking at the shops and talking about w hat we saw. I was looking at a
pair of black shin high boots when I heard th e blaster report. A huge crowd of Umbara ns were outside
the shop we were in,&nbs p;shouting and jeering. The shop owner walked out to greet them. "What is the
meaning of this"! One man stepped&nb sp;forward, blaster drawn. There is a sith he re and we believe she is in
your sh op". "Oh poodoo" 'wait, was that out loud'?! Dasi'l looked at& nbsp;me, the betrayal in his eye was
worse than the broken leg. "are you..."? " Yes, I just d-didn't want to scare you". I couldn't even look him
in the ey e. "Hey, I'm not gonna freak out that ea sy, now lets get you outta here". "No,&n bsp;I'm going to face
this properly, I want you to know what I can do". Th ere was only a hint of fear in his face, but more than
that he looked curious. 'Lets hope that sticks around'.
I pul ed the rim of my robes and found L aatste lied. I force pushed the door ope n slowly, for dramatic
effect, and walk ed out with my hood up and hands hidden. The crowd backed up and each of th em drew
blasters. "Your kind aren't welcome&n bsp;here sith"! The crowd cheered at this,&nb sp;and leveled their blasters at
me. "F lee cowards, and I'l kil you quic kly". With this, I began drawing in and& nbsp;condensing the fog on the
street, obscuring everything below our elbows. "Are y ou mad! your out numbered thirty four to one, not
even a Jedi could beat th at"! "Not even a Jedi...? You seem confused,& nbsp;Let me help you", I benighted my lightsaber, the pulsating violet blade creatin g horrific shadows al along the mist, " the Jedi aren't the
ones you should fear" Half the group had dropped&n bsp;their blasters, and those that remained w ere wide
eyed and shaking. "Now Die"!&n bsp;I screamed with the fury of al   ;my years of hel ish training and rocket ed up
and out of the fog, landing& nbsp;in the midst of the mob, impaling t heir leader. The Umbaran men ran in ever y
direction, but I forced them al back, dragging them by their heel, back into& nbsp;the fog cloud. In the time
since&n bsp;I left the shop, every member of the mob died, al but one. I cleared&n bsp;the fog, I want him to see the
last one. I held the tip of the&nb sp;violet blade to the Umbaran's chest. "please!&n bsp;NO! Have mercy"! "Mercy?
That's a Jedi's way". I hacked of his arms and legs with my saber, his screams could have shattered stone.
"That&nbs p;is the mercy of the sith, you wil &nbs p;live and tel people what you saw".&nb sp;The last of this message went
unheard,&nbs p;he had passed out from shock, though h e was likely dead.
Dasi'l walked out of& nbsp;the shop and into the carnage filed  ;street, careful y stepping over the contorte d,
severed limbs and torsos. I shut&nbs p;down my lightsaber and turned to him a s the wave of exhaustion swept
over me,& nbsp;forcing me to fal to my hands and knees. I saw his&nb sp;face, fil ed with concern, fear... and&nbs p;that
curiosity from before. I smiled sleepily and raised my hand to his cheek, "yo ur so cute when your
worried". I fe l asleep looking up again into his  ;purple eyes.
I woke up on my bunk in&nb sp;the women's quarters. 'No handcuffs' that's got to be a good sign. I was stil in
my heavy, dust covered, traveling rob es, with my blaster in its holster, but& nbsp;Laatste lied wasn't in its place.
I  ;sat up and found that is had been placed at the foot of the bed. 'Ok,  ;al my stuff is here and accounted  ;
for, now what'? I stood up and sh ifted out of my robe, letting the dirt&n bsp;covered cloth fal to the floor.
Under the robe, I wore a light Synth- silk shirt and a pair of baggy pants. I& nbsp;hefted the heap of purple and
grey clothing onto the bunk and sat down nex t to it. I took of my boots and rub bed my sore feet, that
jump had bee n real y hard and the landing had m ade bruises al along the bottoms of them.
Once I got bored of doing t his I walked out to the main room, where I found Dasi'l resting on a couch.  ;He
straightened up, seeing me out of&n bsp;my usual heavy and concealing robes. I&nb sp;could feel his gaze on me as I
went and sat down next to him. I& nbsp;pul ed my knees up under my chin&nb sp;and hugged them. "So... d-do you
stil  ; want me on your ship t-til Dromu nd Kaas"? "Why'd ya do that last guy like&nbs p;ya did? He gave up".
"That's h-how we're trained to h-handle situations like th at". "While yer on this ship, when we tr avel
together, it can't be like that".&n bsp;I closed my eyes and nodded. " an' yer gonna have to find a way to  ;tel
Petra that you weren't a slav e".
"Th-that part is, or was true. Before I was s-ss-sent to the academy, I  ;was owned by a sith lord. I ended
up b-being her apprentice so, in a way, I'm stil her slave". "Ok, that'l go over a bit smoother with Petra".&nbs p;
"What's gonna go over with me exactly "?
Petra entered the room, from the cock pit and flopped down into the couch almo st on top of me. "We
out of t he shadow nebula yet Petra"? "Yep, now about& nbsp;what you two were saying"? "Wel , T halia has
some thing to tel ya,&n bsp;so ah'l just be goin' then...". "Now&nbs p;captain why the rush, just keep yourself&nb sp;seated
no where to run anyway". The menacing look in&nb sp;those crazy-colored eyes was al the authority she
needed. "yes,  ;ma-am".
"Nice to see you've relaxed eno ugh to shed the robes, so what does Thalia have to tel me then"? She
stared directly at me, never blinkin g or wavering, like she would pry it&nbs p;out of my soul if I didn't tel &n bsp;her
soon. She sat with an elbow&nbs p;on one knee and extended her free hand to her other knee. "I need to tel
you that...", "That you're a sith? Yeah , I already knew". The captain and I&nbs p;both must have looked
hilarious, because&n bsp;she toppled over in a fit of laughte r, crying out "oh tha look on ye fa ce".
It didn't take long to tel &n bsp;fil her in with what I told Da si'l, though she asked questions like "where were
you before korriban"? and "Whats your favorite color"? When she had  ;had her fil of answers she said < br> she was gonna get back to the cockpit and see ho w we're doing, time wise.
Though there& nbsp;were no stars nearby the ships auto clock signaled that it was ten. I was tired anyway I
returned to the bunk and crawled in moving my robes to cover me. A few moments later Petra a nd Joeci
walked in talking about hyper- drive maintenance and a broken compressor. Jo eci climbed the ladder to
the bunk abov e mine and Petra followed her up. Pieces of clothing started fal ing over the ed ge of the
bed. Shirts, pants shoes, soc ks, a pair of pink undergarments... The next half hour was fil ed with quiet
moaning and sucking sounds. While I was tra pped under their bunk, hearing al of&nb sp;this, I couldn't help
but do some th inking. 'If these two are together, then  ;that means the captain is likely single...'. I&nb sp;reached
down under the waist of my&nb sp;pants and massaged myself thinking about him,&n bsp;from his blue skin to his
ruggedly h andsome face. I pushed a finger into mys elf and accidental y let loose a moan.&n bsp;Al noise in the
room stopped.  ;I quickly pul ed my hand out of my pants and hid under my robes. The bunk& nbsp;above me
creaked and Petra pul ed& nbsp;up the section that hid my face, wh ich was almost as red now as Joeci's. "How
long have you been here"? I shrank inward, "the whole t-time, I would&n bsp;have said s-s-something,
but...", "Ya di dn' want to interrupt"? My face flushed even deeper. Joeci's v oice whispered angrily from
the top bunk ,"Wel , now what Petra? The captain can' t know about this, he doesn' al ow this sorta thin
on tha ship. for this ex act reason. "Wel Joeci, you stay put,&n bsp;I'l give her a reason to stay quiet about this",
Petra jammed her hand  ;inside my pants and pul ed them to my&n bsp;knees. "Hey"! I went to grab them but&nbs p;
Petra jumped in between my legs. Joeci 's head peaked out, upside down, from th e top bunk. I scooted
back across the bed til my head hit the  ;wal , and Petra followed me. She lowere d her head between my
legs and licked&n bsp;my already wet slit. A wave of pleas ure raced up my spine and sent me i nto a daze."Oh
dear gods yes". Needless to say the Women's Quarters saw no sleep that night.
The ship landed on Nar Shaddaa with in ten standard days and a few sleepless nights.
"We've got a new job people!&nbs p;Let's load up and get a move on"! Joec i cleared the delivery men out of
the hanger and we got to work. Now that& nbsp;the crew knew what I was, I could&n bsp;be a lot more helpful. Farin
a nd I raced to see which of us could load more crates. I was stil hard pressed&n bsp;to beat him even by force
lifting tw o crates at a time, he'd just grab one in each arm and jog up the ramp like it was nothing. During
the time we& nbsp;spent loading the cargo taught me something,& nbsp;Farin doesn't talk... Ever. About anything.&n bsp;
Other than the crate load off, our& nbsp;time in the Nar Shaddaa space port was pretty dul til Dasi'l got back.
The captain came stumbling through the ent rance to the hanger, drunk out of his mi nd, with joeci half
carrying him. I&nbs p;rushed to help carry him, but he straitened up, some what, when he say me. "He y ya ther
thals, 've bn' meenin' t a talk with ya". I tried to pul hi s other arm over my shoulder to help kee p him up,
but he wouldn't have it,& nbsp;and told joeci to get the ship read y for take off. "c'mon le's get outta he re", the
captain stumbled of toward the& nbsp;ship with a bottle in one hand and& nbsp;mine in the other. "We gotta deliver&nbs p;
these crates ah poodoo to some shith on Dromund Kaash". 'I guess I've got a d ecision to make then, ride
out the storm as Tytho's apprentice and become a sith lord, ma ybe or stay with Dasi'l and the crew&nbs p;and
be a pirate legend... oh what&nbs p;choices'.
couldn't see a more than a few yards ahead of me. The air was cold, then again everything is cold

but...", "Ya di dn' want to interrupt"? My face flushed even deeper. Joeci's v oice whispered angrily from
the top bunk ,"Wel , now what Petra? The captain can' t know about this, he doesn' al ow this sorta thin
on tha ship. for this ex act reason. "Wel Joeci, you stay put,&n bsp;I'l give her a reason to stay quiet about this",
Petra jammed her hand  ;inside my pants and pul ed them to my&n bsp;knees. "Hey"! I went to grab them but&nbs p;
During
the time we& nbsp;spent loading the cargo taught me something,& nbsp;Farin doesn't talk... Ever. About anything.&n bsp;
"c'mon le's get outta he re", the
captain stumbled of toward the& nbsp;ship with a bottle in one hand and& nbsp;mine in the other. "We gotta deliver&nbs p;
these crates ah poodoo to some shith on Dromund Kaash". 'I guess I've got a d ecision to make then, ride
out the storm as Tytho's apprentice and become a sith lord, ma ybe or stay with Dasi'l and the crew&nbs p;and
be a pirate legend... oh what&nbs p;choices'.
