Avatar The Last Air Bender ❯ Miki - One of a kind ❯ Chapter 1

OK this is going to be hard to write. Hmmm…… to start off your name is……Miki (MI-kee) and you bend light. You are the only one. And you have long blonde hair and big round eyes and an oval face and you are average heght. Your father was a firebender. Your mother was a water bender. Your grandma was an earth bender and your other grandma was an airbender. (Messed up family I know.) But somehow you ended up with light bending. But you were cursed so you are slowly being consumed by darkness….. Slowly….. Oh and you are the same age as Saka.
the characters are: Aang - The Air bender. Katara - The Water Bender she's kinda the main character in the TV shows and Saka- Kataras brother who doesn't bend anything, Oh and he likes to eat.

The story is in first person: I hate you instead of you hate the reader lol

 

I've lived in hiding so long. Underneath a cliff is not very comfortable.
It's very dark. Only making the dark take over me more.

so I try my best to keep it light in here

“Aang are you sure we can trust them? Should we?” A girl's voice said from above

I stared. It was an airbender.

they were- what if it was the avatar?
I put my hands up and let light flood the air. I caught the bison in the ray and pulled it to the ground

“AHHHH!” I heard someone shout - a boy

“What was that Appa?” said another younger sounding boy (Appa is the flying bison)
There was a small grunt

“We better look around and see who it is” said a girl
“are you sure it's safe?” asked the voice that screamed earlier on
“Then why don't you stay with Appa?” said the Childs voice

I stayed hidden behind a bush. There was a bald boy with arrows on him and a girl who was tan. There was also a boy who looked like the girl. Must be siblings
the bald boy and the girl went off in a different direction. The boy was clutching a hunting spear

I smiled. He looked around my age. Cute I guess. With a quick gesture of my hand I shot a ball of light into a bush a few feet away from me. It rusled

The boy jumped

and squealed.

I smirked and slowly walked out of the bush
“Your not much of a warrior” I said putting a hand on my hip
“Who are you?” He asked trying to regain his pride

“I'm Miki” I said
“You're a firebender! A spy!” He said scowling

“I'm not a fire bender. I am one of a kind” I said raising my chin
“Then what are you?” He asked

“I don't know!” I shrugged and laughed “I can do this” I said and made a small all of light hover over my open hand
“That's not fire, that's not water, or air or earth” I said
“That's light” The boy said and put his hand in the light

“Ewww” He said and pulled it out
I stuck my free hand in the ball of light. It was wet and warm and thick

“I guess not real light though” I shrugged

“No” The guy said slowly

“Well nice meeting you afraid warrior” I sand and did a little backwards wave and started to leave the clearing

“wait!” The boy cried

I turned around

“You brought Appa down here right?” He asked. I nodded “Well why then?”
“Because I wanted to know if there was an airbender. Curiosity I guess” I shrugged
“Don't go Katara and Aang would want to meet you.” The boy said
“I never caught your name afraid warrior” I said looking at my finger nails

“I'm Saka” He said “Stay here, I'm going to go get Katara and Aang” He said and left into the bushes

BTW they are near the earth kingdom it think that's what it is called

Saka was gone so you got kinda bored
Bored was a regular kind of emotion when one is in hiding. That's hor I got so goot at light bending.

Which isn't even that great

I made An apple sized ball of light and raised it and lowered it without moving my hand

I made another one. Bigger this time

I put them together and took them apart, together, apart, together…… I split the combined ball into three and started juggling

“Saka, your joking right” a girl said
“I'm not!” defended Saka

A boy walked into the clearing seeing me gently petting his bison
“Who are you?” He asked
“I'm Miki” I said stepping closer to him
“What are you?” He asked me looking at my quizzically

“I'm a light bender I guess” I said shrugging
“That doesn't exists! You don't exist” The boy said
“Neither do you little airbender” I said smiling

“But- I- Oh, I guess your right” The boy said
“I'm Aang” He said shaking my hand
“so what exactly can you do?” He asked smiling widely

I made a light bubble over his head and lowered it around his head
I took it off his head and made it smaller

“Catch!” I called and three the small light ball lightly to him just as Saka and who I supposed was Katara from who he said would want to meet me.
