Kagura waited at the airport with her friends. Chiyo-chan would be returning from America today, the famous athlete noting Tomo's extreme joy to be more than usual. Sakaki seemed happy that the one she had always thought of as a little sister was returning, blushing as Yomi remained snuggly latched onto her desired woman, a certain angered fangirl not at all enjoying the fact that Yomi was so close to the object of her undying obsession even though Sakaki returned feelings secretly. Miss Yukari Tanizaki and Miss Minamo Kurosawa (a.k.a. Nyamo) were just arriving, the P.E. teacher greatly displeased by the fact that her life-long `friend' couldn't stop grabbing her chest from behind.

 

The tan girl grinned broadly as she thought over their lives. Sakaki, her rival and dear friend, had finally become a veterinarian. During her first year working as one something one could call faith happened: She was made to treat Kamineko who had been badly injured in a car accident. Despite the bites and scratches Sakaki had worked hard and when the work was all done, the `evil' gray cat even licked her! It remains with her today, having kittens with Yamamaya (“Maya” for short).

 

Tomo finally accomplished her dream of becoming an Interpol, and the best one on the force at that! Kagura remembered how desperate the girl had been to do it though the reasoning of the obnoxious girl never surfaced. Either way she was known all over the world, much like herself for her excellence in every form of physical challenge. She lived on the other side of Tokyo now, living in an apartment with Yomi, the only one who could put up with her still being a good-willed pain in the ass.

 

Yomi herself had actually become a chef which shocked the hell out of everyone. It was pretty cool though, they had a reservation at her restaurant to celebrate the child prodigy's returning to Japan. The place itself got four and a half stars. Kagura vaguely wondered if it had to do with Sakaki saying Yomi wasn't fat at all but elegant and reminded her of a tabby.

 

Yukari retired from her teaching career now usually lazing around her house with Nyamo who was her manager as an athlete, occasionally even her coach. They were just like the students have assumed them to be - lover sin denial. Yukari slept with guys to impress Nyamo and Nyamo avoided men because of her life-long love for her best friend and soul mate. Kagura blushed, wondering if she could ever get that close to the one she loved.

 

Who was this you may ask?— None other than the delightful yet spacey charmer that was Ayumu Kasuga, better known as `Osaka'. She was the reason she canceled so many things to come here today, feeling guilty for it was Chiyo's time to shine. Oh well. She was getting enough attention from Tomo which Kagura sadly realized no one may approve of. `Screw age difference…' Kagura mentally snapped. She looked over and saw Osaka, Chihiro, and Ouyama arriving.

 

Kagura smiled. Oh yeah, they got married, huh.

 

“Heya miss Kagura!” Osaka beamed, her lovely eyes sparkling and she ran over. Kagura felt her cheeks get heated to a new extent as the baby-faced woman hugged her, nuzzling her like a kitten who wants attention.

 

Osaka was now a teacher. Scarier than Yomi as a chef yet less - she taught Kindergarteners. She loved children and her kindness and tall-tales one the hearts of the entire student body in a matter of hours. Many pursued her despite the far-off look on her face, Kagura always knew Osaka was a secret genius of an new level.

 

“Hey, Osaka.” Kagura grinned despite the blush, ruffling the girl's soft ebony hair playfully.

 

“Is Chiyo-chan `ere yet?”

Kagura shook her head, “Nah but the others are. Her plain landed awhile go so she should be coming up here really soon.” Osaka smiled and bounded off to the others leaving Kagura alone.

 

Sighing she watched Chihiro and Kaorin have a glaring contest and sweat dropped. Chihiro and Kaorin had once been together, but in realizing she had been Kaorin's second choice at very best she slapped the girl when she was caught reaching for one of Sakaki's massive breasts, ending that relationship and offering poor ignored Ouyama Masaaki to jump at the chance to open her eyes. It was probably great inspiration for Chihiro's many romance novels which the glasses-man wrote side by side with her.

 

As for Kaorin… Kagura smirked at the girl who had always hated her for her closeness and rivalry with Sakaki. Kaorin glared and childishly stuck her tongue out at her, turning back to Sakaki and Yomi's touchy feely hour. Kimura had raped Kaorin once during high school, the whole class of boys joining into help while the girl's took their health tests in the auditorium. With a little sister torturing her mentally at home, at Kimura torturing her physically in school the girl's obsession with the godly Ms. Perfect had reached lethal peaks. Kagura and Tomo had even had to beat her once for trying to assault Yomi when the brown-haired woman had graced Sakaki with a `friendly' kiss on the cheek one Christmas eve. Even now she was Kimura's love slave, her bad reputation keeping her from being the astronomer she always dreamed of becoming. Kimura's wife moved on to Kaorin's mother or so the rumor went. Kagura had no idea if it was true but it didn't matter to her at all whatsoever.

 

Another couple, Michiru and Yuka (Chiyo's elementary school friends), the niece and little sister of Nyamo and Yukari, hopped up and down excitedly. “She's here! She's here!” they cried. And as if right on queue, the future lawyer Chiyo Mihama came into view in all her pig-tail glory. “Konnichiwa, minna-san!!!” she sang in her rich, carefree voice. Before any of us could offer our own greetings Tomo lashed out. “CHIYOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” She caught the smaller female in a headlock giving her one of her deadly nugees. “You're under arrest for not calling or sending any letters and also WELCOME BACK!!!!”

“Ow!!! Tomo st-stop! You're hurting me!!!” Chiyo sobbed, mimicking the cute little girl she used to be.

 

Kagura sweat dropped. What an unlikely pair. Well, since everyone else is doing it anyway. “Hey Osaka, can I see you alone for a sec?”
