Chapter 2

As Yuuri ran to one of the other stages trying to make it before the show ended.

She gets there as they start the second song, surprisingly there’s not a lot of people there,

then she saw the one she wanted to see perform “Krad” as Yuuri whispered to herself happily

she went over to where there was an empty area close to his spot on stage.

Krad was a all-around rock music player playing guitar to drums and even piano,

this day he was playing a 6 string bass as well being back up vocals for a new band,

he was just subbing for there real bassist who was ill for that week.

With a screaming like yell the band started playing (song: What I’m Made Of)

though the crowd was not that big compared to Yuuri’s but they where just as loud as them Yuuri thought to her self

as the song ended the crowd grew louder so the bands lead vocal gave Krad the next song to play and he would sing it

(whether it was a cover of a song or one of there’s) so Krad talked it over with the band and decided to play a song

from -The Beatles- -Across The Universe- of course the crowd loved the pick Yuuri never heard the song before,

she knew of -The Beatles- but never heard there music;

all she knew was when she was growing up was that where a out-of-date band that kids of her age never wanted to

listin to. As the drummer slowly said “1 2 3 4” they started to play.

Surprisingly to Yuuri it was a soft, pleasant, calming song and the lyrics where very soothing,

it was like the song was speaking to her soul from within. What was more surprising to her was that he was singing

in English the way it was written,

she just stared at Krad and listen to the song and his voice and let it sweep her to a world of peace.

After that song she really got into the rhythm/groove and swing of things and began to party like the rest

of the crowd; then the band said that there last song would be a slow one so calm things down once again

Yuuri and the rest of the crowd agreed; the drummer very slowly banged his sticks 3 times then they started

(song: You’ll Be In My Heart) the crowd around Yuuri was getting romantic and getting close;

she was feeling a little left out but to her the one who she loved so much,

it was like he was playing that song just for her and she was happy with that.

For the rest of the song she just lovingly stared at Krad,

the song ended and so did the last performance of the festival;

the band thanked the crowd for there support and thanked Krad for subbing for there sickly bassist

who could not make it and with that the 2 ½ days of live music was at an end.
