>Kai's Pov<

I bolt up right breathing harshly. I look around at the clock it's 3:36 am. *sigh* Great there's no way in hell I'm gonna be
able to go back to sleep after that. I get up quietly and walk out of my room and into the one across the hall. I silently
slip in and walk over to the bed I look down at the sleeping angel before me with long dark blue hair and that I would love
to run my hands through and see if it as soft as it looks, and the well built body I would love to hold, the soft lips that
are just asking to be kissed, but most of all are the eyes those gorgeous pools of storm blue that make a tsunami look white.
Softly I brush a few bangs out of his face and have to stop myself from wakeing him up to see those gems. "Tyson" I whisper
"I know you're probably never going to hear this or return it but...... I love you. No matter what I love you." Before I
gently press my lips to the warm ones beneath me. Slowly I get up and and leave not noticeing the eyes that gleam at me and
the soft smile on the lips I just took as my own or the whispered "I love you too Kai...always."

I hear Kai tossing and turning in the next room. I'm about ready to go and wake him up I hate it when my phoenix is like this
I'm so powerless to do anything about it. MY phoenix?? I don't know when I started calling him that I guess I've loved him so
long I started to think of him as mine. Yes love, Tyson Granger loves Kai Hiwatari. Strange isn't it that a hyper, happy-go-
lucky guy like me could love the ,most cold hearted, basterd I've ever met?? Well he's not really that bad he's got so much
pain locked inside he can't help it. Nobody else sees it but I do I see the pain I see the cracks in the mask he's put up and
all I want to do is take away that pain. Suddenly I hear his door open and a secand later close as he pads across the hall. I
close my eyes as my door opens and he slips in and walks over looking at me. I feel him brush my bangs out of my face before
he whispers "Tyson... I know you're probably never going to hear this or return but...I love you. No matter what I love you."
Right before he kisses me. I'm so shocked I don't know what to do but before I can he lets go and leaves. I open my eyes and
smile at him and whisper "I love you to Kai..always."
