THE TRUTH COMES
Kai stayed by the girl's side for almost three days. The rest of the Blade Breakers would check up on him every half hour. They weren't as worried about Kai as they were before; they were only worried about the girl right now.
"How long has he been in there?" asked Hilary.
"Three days and counting," said Kenny.
"And the worst part is that he's not even eating anything," piped in Tyson.
"I could always ask my mom about that neighborhood and what happens down there," suggested Max.
"Yeah but it won't help. The police aren't even helping because they don't even know who the girl is. We have no idea who she is either. All we know is that she was raped and Kai saved her," said Hilary.
The others expect Ray were all discussing the subject. They wanted to help Kai but didn't know where to start.
"Would you guys leave Kai alone? He can take care of himself. Besides this is something that Kai has to do on his own," Ray finally said. The others all agreed. There was nothing they could do. Only Kai could solve this on his own.
(Kai's room)
Kai was getting tired. He never took his eyes off the girl, almost afraid that the boys would find him and attack her again. However, he couldn't stay up. He laid his head down on the bad and fell asleep.
About an hour later, the girl woke up. She looked around dazed and confused.
"Where am I?" she asked aloud. She then saw Kai. "And who is he?" she moved back away from him, afraid.
Kai felt the movement and awoke. "Oh you're up. Are you okay?" he asked with concern.
"Who are you?" she asked.
"I'm Kai. I saved you from those boys who raped you. Are you okay?" he asked again.
"Yes. And thank you for saving me. I'm Erika," she said.
"What happened?" Kai asked.
Erika was about to answer when Tyson came in to Kai's room.
"Kai are you sure that you're alright-? Oh she's up," said Tyson in surprise.
"Yeah. This is Erika, Erika meet Tyson," introduced Kai. He was really annoyed. He was about to find out what happened to her.
"Hilary, Max, Kenny, Ray, come here the girl Kai rescued is awake," yelled Tyson.
"Really?" asked Ray.
"Hilary bring some of your clothes for her," yelled Max.
"Okay, okay. Woo, she is up," said Hilary in surprise.
"Yeah well, she had to awake sooner or later," said Kenny.
"Guys meet Erika, Erika meet Kenny, Max, Ray, and Hilary," said Kai. "Now what happened?"
"Well, I was walking home from my friend's house and four boys came out of nowhere. They grabbed me and pushed me into this building. One held my arms together, another one held my legs apart, the third one started to rip my tank top, and the last one began to rip my skirt. At some point before the got any further I found my strength and was able to run away. It took before forever until I found someone. That person was you Kai. However, I don't remember anything that happened after I found you," explained Erika.
"I'm glad I took that wrong turn," Kai said out of nowhere.
"YOU WENT DOWN GREEN HIGH ROAD!" hollered Max.
"Sorry," muttered Kai.
"Well, at least she's safe know," said Ray.
"Listen Kai is going to come with us so you can clean yourself up," said Hilary.
