On the edge of town, through the front door, down a hall, to a rather small room... Inside it has all of the qualities of the norm ... To the left, a small kitchen... Across the small passage way was a bathroom... but sprawled out in the on the bed-capable couch was two beybladers...This is where their story begins....
Kai awoke with a startle as an arm was wrapped around his waist, and pulled him close. Kai was taken by surprise as suddenly he was swamped in Raven-like hair and the aroma of sweet cherries.
*Please tell me this isnt what I think it is*, thought Kai, as he opened his eyes and turned his head, he saw the face of his teammate. A lead beyblader in the world being spooned by his fellow male teammate. *I wonder if he is doing this on purpose?* He tried to struggle loose, but didn't want to risk waking Rei *He is sleeping pretty heavily for a dainty boy like himself.*
Kai reassured himself of the fact that he didn't submit to this, but was going along with it for lack of a better option. Before he knew it he fell blissfully asleep, little did he know that Rei didn't do it unknowingly, he was quite awake... But soon he was asleep in bliss as well with Kai in his arms.
The day was early, and the night before had passed unknowingly. Coming down the hallway, Max Mizuhara walked in his usual jaunty way, his blonde hair swinging from side to side hanging just barely above his shoulders.
He walked closer, and closer still to that small room, until he was staring directly at the entrance. His hand grasped for the handle, thinking that he was close enough to his teammates not to bother knocking. After all the semi-nationals were next week, they had to get practicing!
He opened the door slowly met with a familiar layout, it being the sam as his and Takao's room, the small kitchen, the bathroom, everything was pretty much the same as yesterday when he saw the room except for the sight on the the daybed.
Moments went by as Max just stood, the door ajar as he stared in utter disbelief at what was laying before him. What had happened he did not know, but he closed the door softly before leaning his weight on the door and leaning down.... *Wh--what went on there?* The blonde just sighed and shook his head before walking back down to his and Takao's room...a little less jaunty than usual.
A few hours after their embarrassing, yet unknown revilement, Rei's body told him it was time to wake up. He sat up, kicking his legs over the side of the bed, and smugly grinned before tucking a loose strand of hair behind his ear. He was quite pleased at what happened last night. It went perfectly. Rei carefully stood, taking caution not to wake Kai as he walked, regaining his balance as he went to the bathroom, absent mindedly leaving the door open.
As he walked into the bathroom past to the corner, where there only was a rug and the shower stall. He slowly took off his sleeping apparel, catching a view of himself out of the corner of his eye. The Raven walked to the mirror, standing directly in front of it and glimpsing at his figure.
He was built well for being he age he was. A muscular build but still held the fragility of a child. His ego inflation over, he walked over to the stall and stepped in, glad to get away from the cold tiles beneath his feet previously.
Across the room, Kai stirred out of his slumber as his nostrils inhaled the sweet smell of cherries. But soon his other senses starting functioning....He heard water pouring, almost as if someone was taking a shower. Kai was about to dismiss it and fall back asleep but his mind was too fast as he put two and two together as his eyes snapped open. *Rei was in the shower!!* *Why didn't he close the bathroom door?!*
Kai's internal delirium was interupted as he heard the shower stop...And there was Rei standing nude in front of the dresser drawers. Kai tried hard to keep his eyes closed, but his curiosity overwhelmed him, and he squinted open his eyes just long enough to see Rei facing the bed putting his boxers on.
Kai hadn't ever seen Rei naked before, they always were in their boxers when they were going to sleep. Kai decided his next course of action carefully and he groaned softly, making normal "waking up" noises as he pushed himself up. Rei hurredly scurried to the bathroom, but still yelled a gleeful, "Good morning, Kai! ~, "
Kai grunted a saying that barely even should have been constituted a greeting as he stood up from his side of the bed. He pretended like nothing out of the ordinary had ever happened, and was about to walk into the bathroom and ask for rights to the shower.
Kai looked past the doorway and saw his teammate combing his hair which seemed to go on for miles and folded like silk over his brawn shoulders and slim yet muscular chest. But as Kai walked from the door panel, he noticed a...rather large mistake. A mistake that Rei was just as aware of.
