Jade: well another chapter is here.

Kai: yes.

Tyson: what took so long?

Jade: sorry guys but Family had to come first for awhile. oh and i've had another great idea for a tyka fic, with more lemons.

Kai: cool. Lets start this fic.

Chapter 3

Kai smiled at the Dragon sleeping peacefully in his lap and his anger suddenly flared at the person who caused his Dragon this much pain. Tyson, as if sensing Kai's anger, snuggled into Kai again and wrapped his arms around Kai's waist. Kai blushed and sighed, stroking Tyson's hair. A light purr filled the air and Kai smiled, carefully lifting Tyson from his lap and onto the bed, covering him with the thick blankets. Kai kissed Tyson the forehead and turned off the lamp, before making his way to the bedroom door and walking out into the lounge area of their hotel room. He was instantly met with the anxious faces of his team and held up a hand silencing them, "Before you ask, I'm not entitled to tell you anything that Tyson said, it's his place to tell you when he's ready. Leave him alone unless he comes to you, he's sleeping at the moment so don't bother going to see him, we'll wake him up in an hour when we got to dinner. In the meantime find something to do." With that said he walked into the kitchen and poured himself a cup of coffee, he slowly sipped his drink as he milled over the things Tyson had said:

***Flashback***

"I'm only telling you because I like you, a lot, more than like I love you."

"I love you too, Tyson."

***End Flashback***

Kai also thought about what Tyson had said about his sister ~Raven I think he said her name was, I'll ask him later and see if I can find out where she lives, Maybe we can arrange for them to see each other again after all these years~

Max came into the kitchen and did a double take, when he saw Kai , his emotionless, cold-hearted bastard of a Captain, smiling thoughtfully as he sipped his coffee. Max closed his eyes, counted to 30 seconds and opened them again, to see if he was dreaming, but the thoughtful smile was still their plastered on Kai's face. Max shrugged and walked to the refrigerator and got a can of soda out.

As if just realising Max was in the room with him Kai quickly schooled his features back to neutral, but in the back of his mind he already knew Max had seen him smiling. Kai quickly finished his drink and walked in the lounge area again. He saw Kenny was sat in an armchair talking to Dizzy, While Rei was sat watching and American talk-show called 'Jerry Springer' Kai snorted as a big fat man tried to sit in a chair and broke it.

Max came back in the lounge and sat next to Rei and laughed at the fat man sprawled on the floor. He looked up startled when Kai sat on the floor next to the chair Kenny was sat in. Max looked at his other team mates reactions to this un-Kai-like thing, he saw that Rei was doing a great impression of a goldfish and Kenny was staring at Kai, with his fingers hovering over Dizzy's keyboard.

Kai inwardly smirked as he felt the startled tension in the air. He breathed an inaudible sigh of relief when his team went back to watching TV. Just as he was about to go back to watching TV also, he heard a sort of muffled whimper come from Tyson's room. He immediately stood up with speed undetectable by human eye and practically sprinted into Tyson's room locking the door behind him. What he saw made him want to cry. Tyson was curled up in the darkest corner on the room with the blankets wrapped around him, he was rocking back and forth whimpering in distress. Kai quickly mad him way through the darkness and pulled the distraught Dragon into his arms, The Dragon tensed, but relaxed as he recognised Kai's strong spicy scent waft up his nose. Kai gently stroked Tyson's hair and smiled when Tyson stopped whimpering and started purring instead. Tyson curled into Kai and nuzzled Kai's well muscled chest. Kai's heartbeat sped up rapidly and his breath hitched in his throat, as he felt Tyson's arms wrap around his waist and the younger boy sigh happily. Tyson basked in the heat Kai had, even though he was a cold person. Tyson was very aware of where his head was and how close it was to a certain place n Kai anatomy, in fact he enjoyed the fact that his actions were making Kai's heartbeat speed up and his breathing to increase rapidly. Tyson nuzzled Kai's well toned stomach and closed his eyes as Kai's scent and the gently stroking of Kai's hand in his hair lulled him to sleep again.

This time Kai didn't leave the room instead he got up put Tyson on his bed, got his own blankets, wrapped them around himself, went back over to Tyson's bed and curled up next to the Dragon. For the next 45minutes Kai lightly dozed and awoke to a loud knocking on the door. He looked at the clock and realised it was time to go down to dinner and he woke Tyson up. Tyson yawned cutely and stretched in a very cat-like way. Kai helped him stand up, unlocked the door and ignored the questioning looks of his team, minus Tyson. Tyson followed Kai and kept quiet when his friends asked him questions. The remaining 3 members of the Bladebreakers followed after their friends and didn't say a thing when they saw Tyson resting his head against Kai's shoulder and their ice-cold Captain smiling slightly, not making a single move to stop the holder of Dragoon.

Jade: @.@ well that was interesting.

Kai: Yeah you made me soft.

Kaylie: I'm sure she has a reason.

Jade: yeah I do, in this fic you are understanding cos you're a changed person with a major obsession with Tyson.

Kai: eyes Tyson hungrily I don't blame me, he's downright insatiable, oh well I guess I don't blame you for making me soft for now just as long as you don't make me soft through the whole fic.

Jade: I Promise, cross my heart and hope to die. Just not literally die.

Tyson: so please R/R
