"Really?"
Rei looked up when Brooklyn entered the room, Zeuz behind him, a plate of fruit in his hands. He smiled at the ravenhaired boy.
"Feeling better, are we?" He chuckled as the boy blushed and looked away. Brooklyn handed him the plate, and he eagerly dug in, his stomach growling in hunger.
"Did you find anything today?" he asked, his voice muffled through a mouthful of food. Brooklyn nodded.
"Yes, we found his scent. I think I know where they are hiding aswell. You think you can join me tomorrow?"
Rei nodded. "Yeah,I feel better now...".
He blushed again as Brooklyn smiled at him. That smile made him go weak at the knees, his legs turning to jelly. He looked away to avoid that the other saw his red cheeks. Brooklyn however grinned and pushed him down on the bed, sitting on top of him.
"You are blushing!"
Rei shook his head in protest.
"Am not!" he squealed. He chuckled and beeped his nose.
"Yes you are. Tell me why you are blushing!" he demanded, a sly smile on his pretty face. Zeuz and Driger were watching the whole scene with amusement as they already knew of the attraction between their masters.
"I..Um..It is nothing.." Rei muttered and looked away again. Brooklyn made a pouting face.
"I dont believe you. If you dont tell me I will tickle you", he warned. Rei growled and tried to push him off, but the other angel was too strong and he was sick aswell.
`Tell him how you feel,master`, Driger encouraged in his mind. Rei bit his lip nervously and looked straight into Brooklyn`s eyes.
"I blushed because...because you were smiling at me..." he said quickly,expecting a slap.The other angel however stared at him with a blank expression.
"You did?" he asked,looking puzzled.
"Y-yes...Because I-I like you", he continued. He could feel how Driger smiled. Brooklyn looked stunned.
"You like me?" he smiled and leaned closer. Rei nodded.
"Yes, I always have",he admitted. That made the blueeyed angel chuckle.
"Same here", he said slyly.
Rei blinked. What did he mean? His eyes widened when he understood the meaning of those words. "You...you really like me too?" he whispered.
Brooklyn nodded and stroke a finger along his jaw.
"Then I think it is only fair that you should be mine", he said seductivly and pressed his lips onto the younger`s. Rei stayed passive, his brain not functioning too well at the moment. He likes me!!! he thought happily. The Dark Angel likes me!!! Brooklyn broke away an looked down at him, his eyes sparkling with emotions.
"You are mine, for eternity", he stated and embraced the younger angel. Rei smiled and hugged him back, wrapping his arms around his neck.
"Yours, for all eternity", he replied and buried his head in Brooklyn`s shirt. The two beasts smiled knowingly at each other.
`That was about time`, Zeuz chuckled. Driger nodded and looked at his master.
`They fit each other quite well, dont you think so?` he asked.Zeuz chuckled again. `They certainly do`.
It was dark outside, night falling already. Tala and Kai were still trying to find a way to open the entrance to the prison. They had come nowhere with their trying though. The rock was still just a normal rock.
"Are you really sure about this? Maybe you felt something else....", he suggested. The angel shook his head stubbornly and tried again. They had tried to push different spots, the angel had tried several chants, no result still.
"Let`s go back,ne? We can still try tomorrow you know", he sighed. Kai gave him the puppy dog eyes, but Tala didnt give in and started walking away, knowing that the other would follow him.
"Tala-kun! Wait for me!" the angel called and caught up with him.
"I guess we still have tomorrow....", Kai muttered and looked up at his friend. Tala chukled and pulled him closer, wrapping his arm protectivly around the angel`s waist.
Bryan smiled to himself. He had been watching the duo all day. Now he knew where they lived, and he knew they were going back to the park tomorrow to search for something. He had caught that while he had been eavesdropping on them. He didnt know who Tala`s young companion was and he didnt care. He would kill the boy and drug Tala so he could bring him back to the Abbey. He cast one last glance at the window to the small apartment and walked away, a smirk on his face.
Robert was furious. He was pacing to and fro across the floor in his office, his face red with anger. Brooklyn really had the courage to defy the High Guardians! He had brought another angel with him to Earth, one of Kai`s young friends. It made him both worried and frustrated to know that Rei was down on Earth. The young angel wouldnt survive for long. The younger the angel were, the less time he could spend down there. He groaned as the headache came back, making his head hurt like hell again. He sighed and sat down. There was nothing he could do about the situation anyways. But Brooklyn would hear this when he got back, that was certain!
