It was later that night already, I had found my way back to the Urahara Store, seeing as I had no where to actually live. Jinta was attempting to call me “Freeloader-san,” but I quickly smacked him upside the head.

I twitched slightly as I looked around the small table, my eyes stopping on Kisuke as he looked toward me; I could tell a brow was rising under that shadowed hat brim of his, and I gave up on reading his real emotions at the moment. I sulked forth after I had finished eating my rice, placing my chopsticks across the top of the bowl; I stood. I bowed graciously to Tessai and slipped out of the area, looking about until I found myself in the room I was in earlier that day.

I yawned softly and sat down upon the floor on the mat, wondering if I should go to sleep or stay up. I chose the latter, falling onto my back and pulling the blanket over my frame; I didn't really sleep, I just laid there. I heard the door slide open and was graced with Kisuke's soft voice, “Are you awake?” I heard him ask, and I nodded my head slightly.

I turned my gaze to him and looked curiously at what he was holding, it was a Zanpakuto; I saw him smile slightly as he sat down upon the floor to the side of me only a few inches away.

“Do you know what this is?” he asked me, and I nodded once more. “Further more importantly, do you have a name?” I gulped lightly and attempted to remember my name, it was a failed attempt, and it seemed I had forgotten most of my memories from my original origin. I watched him nod his head slightly, in a small amount of understanding, “well then, from this day forward you shall be Urahara Kione.”

I blinked slightly, just somewhat taken aback that he would give me his last name. “The last name is only temporary until I finish training you, this will be your Zanpakuto” he said as he laid the sheathed sword on the ground to my side, I turned my head to get a better look at him.

I noticed he had his hat off, it was on the floor beside him, and his tannish-white hair was tussled. For someone who had lived nearly decades, nay, millenniums longer than me, he had amazing facial features; no…every single thing about him was amazing.

Out of all the male characters of the anime, Kisuke was one I could relate with slightly; one that I found utterly irresistible also. I sighed softly and laid my hand against the hilt of the Zanpakuto, I felt a strong pulse of reiatsu enter me, and my eyes opened in a slightly wide amount of shock; I saw Kisuke smile from the corner of my eye, he knew that this was going to be my blade, and I think he knew I would arrive in this place.

Just like that damned Kisuke to know everything before it happens, even about a world not his own. I huffed lightly and sat up, taking the Zanpakuto off of the floor in a light swing. The sheath flew across the room, “you think you could start me on that training now?” I asked in silent hope that he would begin the training tonight, I saw him nod and I stood up.

He stood also and we moved through the back portion of the shop to the opening of the basement where he would be training Ichigo in a matter of days, I was wondering if he would attempt to make me stronger by hollowization. I shrugged my shoulders, not really caring as I jumped down the hole to the underground training facility.

I landed on my feet for the most part, though both of my ankles hurt terribly at the moment due to the force of the fall. I hissed with pain but realized Kisuke had appeared beside me, “my, my, does it hurt to jump in that form?” I heard him ask, all I could do was nod. He tilted his head slightly before he slammed the end of his cane into the center of my forehead, “we'll awaken your Shinigami powers first.” I nodded, noticing I was now in soul form. “Jinta,” Kisuke shouted lightly.

The red-headed brat jumped down the opening to the training facility, the opening looked so small from way down here. I sighed softly, knowing what I'd have to do and I pulled on the headgear sat out to the side already. Notching a knot in the small strings attached to the Zanpakuto, I tied it to my jeans belt-loop.

I looked at Jinta, waiting for him to come at me, and when he did it was fairly easy to dodge the blow he shot toward my chin; Kisuke clapped, “bravo, bravo! Lesson one, clear!” I sighed softly, feeling my reiatsu increase slightly. I looked down toward my hands some, taking off the gloves there, and then taking off the headgear.

I looked toward Kisuke, “I'll start the harder training, when Ichigo starts his training, eh?” I asked, a brow cocking up and the elder nodded. I grinned slightly, I couldn't wait until I could fight with Ichigo on equal grounds; I'd love that. I stretched out for the moment; I felt a pulse of reiatsu against my hand and looked down at the Zanpakuto.

`Soon, soon…I'll learn your name, and treat you as a comrade.' I thought as I looked upward toward the opening, I would stay down here, I knew Ururu would bring me food.
