Bleach Fan Fiction ❯ The Aftermath ❯ BIG (A/N) ( One-Shot )

[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
Hi there, Taiyou-san here. Now, I know the writing has been a bit slow, but there is a good story behind that. So, in honour of you readers who actually like my work, I'm gonna dedicate this little shapter to you. Here is a little recount of why my writing hasn't been so speedy...
(Also, I'm not so good with time, so I don't know how long it took these events to unfold, so I'm just going to tell you what happened, not when it happened, so you know, DEAL WITH IT ^_^)

~:First Major Event:~

I woke up at my usual time on a school day, FIVE, FRIGGIN, FORTY-FIVE, and went to school (you most likely don't want to hear about me getting dressed and eating, right?). Now, this was when school only had two days left, and since I'm in Middle School (also known as Junior-High), 8th grade, our school was giving us a big send off too High School. What does this have to do with my writing you ask? Well, you'll see. Besides, I want to tell you some funny stuff that happened. I'm not just writing this to tell you stuff, no, I'm writing stuff that will make you laugh.

ANYWAY...

School started off with Home Room, which normally consists of work, well not today, today we had a HALF HOUR OF TOTAL CRAZINESS. Trust me, a bunch of pre-teens can cause a lot of chaos. Not me though, no, I'm the "Weird Kid" if you will. So, I did what I always do in Home Room free-time. Catch up on the many hours of sleep I don't normally get. So I'm snoring and slobbering the half-hour away, and guess what?

SOMEONE STARTED A GAME OF CATCH WITH A PAPERWEIGHT!!!

Of course I didn't know this, so I ended up being the only person still above his desk, because everyone else had ducked for cover. Next thing I know, someone yells my name at the top of their lungs (no it wasn't Taiyou-san), and I woke up in my usual matter...

"Huh...what...I'm awake..."

Yes, I said that. That's what I usually say when I get woken up in school, because let's face it, we all sleep in class at some point, and we hate being caught. So anyway, I'm up, but only slightly. Next thing I knew...

I GOT HIT WITH THE FRIGGIN PAPERWEIGHT!!!

Yes, ow. Very much ow. A LOT of ow. Luckily, the Paper Weight was only a solid-glass apple, so it didn't break, and neither did my head. Now, this does have something to do with my writing, and here is how. Many times in my life I have suffered major head injuries. When I was 4, I was dropped on my head, on solid concrete. When I was 5, my older brother threw a very large rock at my head. When I was 6, I fell out of a one-story tree house, and a large wodden board landed on my head. When I was 8, my older brother hit me in the head with a wooden baseball bat. When I was 9, I fell off the back porch and landed head-first on a brick. When I was 11, my brother hit me in the head with a metal baseball bat. When I was 13 I was in gym, and got hit so hard with a basketball, that it knocked my head straight into the ground, really hard. There are also a few more head injuries I've suffered, but I forget a few (>_<).

BACK TO THE STORY...

Like I said, this affected my writing, because when I get hit in the head, I have a hard time reading properly. Like a temporary dislexia. So I had to spend about a week recovering. Though, I still stuck it through the rest of the day. Who would pass up the party I was going to be having. So after Home Room, and my injury, we had a thing called Field Day (that's when our entire grade gets together and does a bunch of sports crap). I used that time to sleep off my head injury. So, that ended my first big event.

~:Second Major Event:~

Once I awoke from my nap, at around the end of Field Day, I went with my freinds outside to the 8th Grade Barbecue. Now, when I go outside, I write down my story and fanfiction ideas on a little green notepad. It is a very, very, very, important notepad. It was even more important with me having my head injury. So, even though I couldn't read it at the moment, I brought it with me. So, I grabbed a burger, added some onions, ketchup, and spit (I know, It's gross, but It's 8th Grade, and people always steal my food >_<). I also grabbed a coca-cola (which by the way I'm drinking one right now as I type this very sentence). Now, I hang out with some wierd people (not saying I'm normal, far from it, I'm a wierdo and I'm proud of it), and one of these people, is a very well-built person who I shall call BigMac for identity purposes. So, BigMac was talking with a few of my friends when I walked up. He took one look at me, and started laughing. Let me explain, I love funny shirts. If it says something funny, I'll wear it, and I just so happened to be wearing a new one, which I must say, everyone loves. It says...

WARNING: IF YOU READ THIS SHIRT, YOU'RE WITHIN PUNCHING DISTANCE.

So he was laughing away. A little to hard though. He was shaking with mirth. Shaking, very hard, very, very hard. I also saw that he was holding a coca-cola can, and if you didn't know, coca-cola is one of the more fizzy sodas. He was laughing so hard, he began to have trouble breathing. So, someone said these exact words...

"Hey >BigMac< take a drink man!"

As soon as those words were in the air, BigMac began to open his soda can. Not only that, he had it angled in my direction. Before I could tell him to stop, he popped the top and I got sprayed with overly-shaken coca-cola. Except for my clothes, I was fine right?

WRONG!!

My little green notepad of ideas was covered with soda. So all of my ideas that I had come up with, were gone. The notepad actually began to fall apart in my hands. Luckily, I can just read my reviews and old E-mails in order to retrieve me reader's idea suggestions. I had just lost all of my quick story ideas that I come up. So, I had lost all stories that could be wrote quickly. I take my time with my reader suggestions (except KawaiiAirheadzXD's, that idea was actually so good, I had no trouble coming up with material). So, that ended my second major event.

~:Third Major Event:~

One week later, just around when I finished recovering from my head injury, I learned that I needed to visit my Grandparent's for Father's Day. This took the entire weekend. I won't go into detail, but the point is, my Grandparent's don't have internet. So, I couldn't do any story-work. So there you have it. End of third major event.
