When I see your smile,
Tears run down my face.
I can't replace.

Ichigo thinks about he and Rukia's sweet little moments.Whenever she smiles, his heart beats faster……An unusual fastness…..That can weaken him in a good way.The way they laugh, the way they tease each other, the way they argue about little things, and the way she smiles whenever he protected her.

But the silence was broke by her,when she came in to his room without making any noise but can be felt strongly by him.Although he knew,he pretended he doesn't know that she's there when she covered his eyes fully by her small but strong hands.

“Rukia..” Ichigo whispered “How long have you been there?”

“Just a few minutes.” Rukia replied. “What cha doin' here?”

“Oh, I think a rest may help.” He moved a little so that his left hand is on contact with Rukia's but she doesn't mind.

“I see, guess I gotta go.I should not disturbyou,Ichigo.” She smiled. “Take a rest then after a few hours,I'll be back to check how you doin'…Get it?”

“Yeah.” Ichigo said in a low tone.

And now that I'm strong, I have figured out,
How this world turns cold and it breaks through my soul.
And I know I'll find deep inside me,
I can be the one.

Since he met her, there are many changes in his life.He encountered many and different creatures that mostly were dangerous,unusual techniques that humans cannot do,lifestyle of the shinigamis and other species such as those of Vizards,Quincy,Arrancar and even Bountos,Places he had never been before like Soul Society and Hueco Mundo but most of all, he is now strong, enough to beat anyone who may hurt his family and friends and of course her own precious shinigami named, Rukia Kuchiki.

He had protected her many times.He can still remember the first time he saw Rukia cried and the first time he had beaten an Arrancar which belongs to the Espada because it hurted her.Rukia has been her inspiration to all his fights including his own fight to Kariya Jin where Rukia was badly beaten by the bastard's ally.

I will never let you fall.

I'll stand up with you forever.
I'll be there for you through it all.

Even if saving you sends me to heaven.

Ichigo stand as he stretches his arms,a sign of being ready to another fight.He opened the closet where Rukia sleeps.There, he found a notebook.He can't help but cry, even he promised to himself that he won't cry anymore(After her mother died peacefully) because he saw himself and Rukia drawn there but something caught his attention, he saw his Zanpakuto covering and protecting the petite Kuchiki princess,which is really true.It catches his heart,that little deed of Rukia's caughthis heart.

He found something at the second page.The ink used was pink with glitters.He read it and there he found what Rukia is feeling, I guess you know what I mean, Ichigo saw Rukia's diary.He found out that she is very thankful to have him in her life,that she is very happy because whenever she needs help,he's always there to give some.She really can't forget the time when Ichigo came into Soul Society tosave her life,even if saving her sends him to heaven.

Ichigo sat again on his bed.Its very nice for him to see that Rukia had appreciated all his efforts to save her everytime she needs it,but he also remembered that she did many things that he had to thank her for doing so, just like when he was defeated by the 6thespada Grimmjow, she did and say everything just to encourage him to stand up tall and grab the victory away from the arrancar, the way she makes him laugh whenever he's depressed, and mostly, the way they have sweet arguments in his room,the way they tease and piss each other off.

But how long willthis things last??

Would they end up being together…forever?

Or will they separate their lives after all the numerous fights had ended??

Who knows??But he doesn't care…Atleast he had proved that he can be her guardian angel…and he can prove the true meaning of his popular name….Ichigo….not strawberry or numbers 1 and 5….but…He who protects.

Ichigo's silence was broke when he had heard some weird but familiar sound.He picked up Rukia's phone,where the sound camefrom,and saw aMenos Grande type of hollow appeared.He immediately changed into the form of a shinigami and went to the site then saw the monster holding Rukia and attempting to kill her a minute before he came up on the scene.

His reiatsu immediately rose because of his anger.He didn't want anybody to hurt her.He released his zanpakuto from its sheath without any second thoughts and kill the hollow full of ease but he can't help but cry when he looked down on the ground and saw her head with lots of blood.He sat beside her and carefully laid her in his firm arms.He touched her face and felt how soft and smooth it is.

“Ichigo..” Rukia whispered chasing breath. “Its okay….I'm sick of saying `thank you' to you.”

Ichigo smiled and appreciated the thought. “But I will never be sick on protecting you.”

Rukia searched for his hand and held it very tight. “You fool, don't say such things!”

“I mean it….Kuchiki Rukia.” His tone is very serious but he's sincere about it.

“And…I'll always be there for you…I promise I wont leave you…Never..” Rukia breathed heavily then giggled right after.

Ichigo carried her until they reached the Kurosaki household.Kon was making noise badly.(Since the Lion plushie doesn't want to see Ichigo being so close to his Nee-san.)

“Oi Ichigo!! Lay her down!!” Kon shouts directly to the Carrot-top's face. “Hey!!Can't you hear what I'm saying?” Kon was totally depressed and changed his tone when he saw blood flowing down fron her forehead.”Ichigo, what happened?”

Seems like Ichigo doesn't hear anything.He carefully and gently laid her in the bed and wiped the blood.He told Kon to contact Orihime so that she can heal Rukia.The girl went and heal her as he instructed.Ichigo's eyes were very dreamy while looking into Rukia under the Orange-colored shield.Orihime looked away when she saw him holding Rukia's soft hands.

Use me as you will!
Pull my strings just for a thrill!
And I know I'll be okay,
Though my skies are turning gray!

“Rukia…No….Hold up…Don't die…Don't leave me!!..” Ichigo cried heavily.He keeps on blaming himself that if he had went on earlier then she must not hurt,then she wont have a tendency to die.

Orihime looked down.And whispered. “I wish you would give me that look,Kurosaki-kun.” And she continued to focus on healing Rukia.

“Inoue,please…let her live..let Rukia leave!!..” Ichigo hold tighter to Rukia's hand.

“Kurosaki-kun,calm down..I'll…I'll do whatever I can..just..just calm down..” Orihime bit her lower lip and thought. “I'll do whatever I can just to make you happy even it hurts a lot..even if it will cause pain in my heart..even if it will lessen the chance for us to be together…even if it will…if it will cause my life to end.” Then she continued and shed tears.

After a few minutes,Rukia slightly opened her shutted eyes and glanced at Ichigo while smiling.She tried to sit but Ichigo didn't let her.The kuchiki princess' cheeks flamed red when she realized that she was lying down at Ichigo's bed,for the first time and it feels so great.

“Ah..Kurosaki-kun..I think I should leave you for now..Kuchiki-san, get well.” Orihime told the two.

The two suddenly sat at the floor.

“Ichigo….where's the hollow?” Rukia's heart beat faster when she saw Ichigo helding her hand.

“Who cares?” Ichigo's lips curled into fullest. “I killed it.”

“Here I go again…do I have to say thank you?”

“You don't have..” Ichigo tried to hide away his excitement for Rukia's reply.

“Ah..So…” Rukia sighed. “What's up with your hand?”

“Uhmm…Kuchiki-san,don't you know that simple touches and skin-to-skin contact can send happy signals to our brain when we are down,depressed,lonely and sick and it increases the level of Serotonin,our body's natural anti-depressant?” Ichigo avoided Rukia's playful eyes.

“Uhmm…Kurosaki-san,don't you know that I'm not a human?Hey, I'm a shinigami…and stop acting so formal..I hate it.” Rukia said with a hard pressure and unusual intonation on the word hate.

“Come to think of it…see, it worked?”ichigo lose the urge to held her hand so heturned his hand away from hers because he is embarrassed.

But to his surprise,Rukia pulled back his hands and placed it on her cheeks.

“Yes, it worked but I guess it has a side effect.” Rukia breathed heavily and tried to sit downnormally. “My hands don't want to leave yours anymore.”

“In that case..” Ichigo can'teven continued what he wanted to say when Rukia's soft and moisturized lips touched with his.

“Do not leave me..I'm not asking you..I'm giving you an order.” Rukia smiled softly. “Understood?”

“Yes.”

After hearing his answer.Rukia continued to kiss him wildly, and rested her arms on his shoulder.Ichigo can't help but shut his eyes and wrap her around his arms.Rukia felt secure,she felt no one can hurt her.The time freezes just like her sleeve of white snow..Man, it freezes Ichigo…The sleeve of white snow froze the heavenly moon but Rukia was puzzled when he chose to stop the kiss.

“Rukia, I'm wondering what kind of relationship do we have..” Ichigo asked and kissed her firmly.

“Ichigo…Tell me…what do you want?” She asked using her normal cold voice.

“Up to you.” The boy stand up and Rukia did too.

“I see.Well..” Rukia was about to speak when Ichigo pushed her on the bed…She can't do anything….He placed himself on top of her.

“Rukia…tell me, is it okay for me to do so?” Ichigo asked. “I mean, aren't you angry,considering the facton what were doing right now?”

“I appreciate the thought..But let me tell you that I'm the girl and I always have the option of saying NO.” Rukia hugged him very tight. “You're always soft-hearted and at this minute…I can feel your respect for me.”

“Rukia, what made you say such things?Of course…I'll respect you..” Ichigo send soft kisses from her chin down to her neck.

“I mean…C'mon!...Regardless of what relationship we have…It doesn't matter…What's important is…You'll always be my guardian angel.” Rukia whispered to him that drove him more crazy about her.
