Apartment 301
Episode One: The First Meeting
By: Captain Star

Authors note: I'd Like to say one thing, after a lot of convincing, it's finally happened! A fellow author is letting me continue his greatest epic ever, ( in my opinion, at least ) Room 301. Lastly I should mention, that I altered a few things about this series, like the grammatical errors and title. So I hope that you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed bringing it back into exsistence.

Disclaimer: I do not own any of the shows that this fic involves. I do however own William and a few others. Also, I make no profit from this, so don't sue.

The twenty three year old man pulled out the electric key card for the apartment. He slid it in, and then slid it out, his brown, braided ponytail swaying back and forth as he swung the door open. He tossed his things onto his bed, admiring the many rooms in here and the many views of the city the windows provided.

"This place is great, Just perfect. The other pilots will be sorry they didn't accept. But at least there are other people coming. I'll get to know some pretty cool people while I'm here." The man said.

Just as the man was ready to open his personal refrigerator, there was a swishing and a thump sound as someone landed inside his room. The man spun around, his gun drawn. He looked at the intruder, a boy, with slightly less aggressive eyes. The boy had slightly bent blue hair, and he wore an insane get up that was completely black, with a cape of sorts on it. He took the cape off, and put it into a suitcase he was carrying with him as he flew into the window.

"I trust you are one of the new tenants." The brown haired man said.

"I should hope the same of you, I am one of the fifteen year olds that will be sharing this apartment with you." The blue haired boy said.

The brown haired man put his gun away. "That's great. But save your introduction's till the others get here."

Another figure flew in through the window. He was carrying a suitcase, and was wearing a pink, buttoned T-shirt, with gray shorts. His hair was spiky black, and rose almost a foot off his head.

"I have come for my room, My name is..." The man said, his raspy voice cutting through the other two like a hot knife through butter.

"Save it, We're all going to wait till the others get here." The brown haired man said.

The man looked disappointed. "Well, whoever's coming better be a good fighter," he said, "or there'll be a lot of trouble."

The brown haired man laughed, and pulled his black cap off to straighten it. The rest of his black clothing allowed him to remain somewhat inconspicuous to the others as he made a call to the front desk.

"I hope that it got into the secret garage successfully?" he said into his cell phone.

"Yes," the voice said over the receiver. "It's in there. It takes up most of the room!"

"My other tenants will be here soon," the man said. "Don't worry about it! I'll make up for it! Right now, I've got to prepare!"

The hazel haired girl walked across the street happily. She was finally getting away from it all! She was very happy. She skipped once, and the large, read beads in her hair barrettes bounced in her hair. A pendant dangled from her neck. It was a circle with small wings on it, and it had a star in the center of it, with some negative space between the star points and the circle.

"Hey! Watch it!" a voice called from within her backpack. She opened it, and a little yellow creature with wings flew out.

"That was getting weird," the creature said. "Thanks for letting me out."

"Think nothing of it," she said. "Now, run off to Julian like a good stuffed animal."

"I thought you promised never to call me that!" the little creature yelled at her.

"Sorry," the girl said, "I guess it just caught on from being around him all the time."

"Hey, it'll be okay," the little creature said. "You just need some time to get over it all. Remember, I'm the one who said you should do this. Now, Madison and I will pick up your homework and drop it off. You're lucky Ms. Mackenzie is such an understanding person."

"Don't forget," the girl said, "it'll be Mrs. Mackenzie by the time I get back."

"That's right," the little creature said, "she's marrying your father. I always knew that would be cool."

"Here we are," the girl said, looking up at a tall building.

"Remember," the little creature said, "it's Apartment 301."

"I remember," the girl said. "Don't worry! See you later!"

She ran off, up to the building elevator. The little creature sighed, and started flying away.

The boy looked at the address on the card carefully as he stared at the door marked 301. He was a bit nervous, but knew that if he went in, and accepted the offer to stay, he could finally get his troubles out of his mind. He ran his fingers through his spiky brown hair, and proceeded to knock on the door.

"Excuse me," a female voice said, "are you one of the other tenants?"

The brown haired boy turned to a hazel haired female teenager smiling at him. He stood a bit thunderstruck of her beauty, even though he wasn't sure he knew what that was. She looked at him, waiting for his answer.

"Oh, yeah," the brown haired boy said, "I'm gonna be here for a while. I didn't know there were gonna be any girls here though."

She smiled. "I'm the only one," she said. "And I'm not a girl, I'm a young lady."

The boy laughed. "You're okay," he said. "So, are we gonna go in?"

"Yeah," she said. "I just hope nobody mistakes us for siblings!"

The boy knocked on the door, and a man with a brown ponytail answered. The brown haired man looked at the boy, with his blue and white striped T-shirt and blue vest jacket. The hazel haired girl wore a school uniform with a white skirt. He smiled.

"I was wondering when you two would get here," he said. "There's food for everyone inside. We'll be getting to know each other in a few minutes. Please, sit down."

The two nodded at each other, and entered the room.

There was food everywhere. The boy and girl ate as much as they could, which seemed to be very little. They looked around at the people they were staying with. Each of them seemed to have a special quality to them.

"Okay," the ponytailed man said. "It's time to get to know each other."

All the tenants formed a circle in the middle of the room. They looked at each other strangely, but then dismissed their feelings with a smile.

"I'll start," the brown haired man said. "My name is Duo Maxwell. I'm twenty-three years old, and Im a military tactician. I design tactical maneuvers for the space colonies armies."

All the tenants looked at him strangely. He sighed.

"I'm also one of the five specially chosen people to become Gundam Pilots," Duo said. "I was the pilot of the magnificent Deathscythe. It was unmatched in hand-to-hand combat, and still is. I actually have the blueprints here, just in case someone manages to find the one I've stored in the secret garage below the apartment complex."

Everyone let out astonished "whoas" as Duo finished his story. He smiled back at them, and turned to the blue haired boy. "You next, kid."

"My name is William Lukarta, fifteen years old," the boy said. "I am one of the few children of a small village of Master Mages from a far off island. I am the controller of the many elemental magics."

Everyone nodded. Apparently Duo wasn't the only one with an odd life.

"However, my mother was completely normal," William said. "She didn't want me to have anything to do with magic, even though it was in my blood. My father wants me to become a Master Mage. Between the two of them, I was going crazy. So I came here."

William turned his gaze to the black haired man sitting next to him. He snorted.

"My name is Vegeta," the man said. "I'm twenty-eight years old. I was once a member of the Z Warriors, people designated with the powers enough to save the world from people such as Frieza and Cell. Which is slightly ironic, considering I was once trying to destroy it. I'm a Saiyan, an alien race from another planet who are like monkeys, except, in my case, much stronger."

"I've heard of you," Duo said. "You were that Saiyan who attacked South City all those years ago intent on getting your hands on the Dragonballs. But Goku and Gohan beat the crap out of you, didn?t they?"

Vegeta growled. "SILENCE!!!" he yelled. "By the way, I'm here to get away from my ex-wife."

Duo laughed. Vegeta growled again. "SILENCE!!! Okay, let?s hear the girl?s story!"

The girl smiled, but growled at the same time. "I'm a young lady, monkey boy!"

Vegeta sneered at her. "Don't call me that if you wish to live!"

The girl was startled, but shook it off. "My name is Sakura," she said. "I'm in ninth grade, and I'm a top student at my school. One of my bests friends is my teacher, Ms. Mackenzie, who'll be marrying my father soon. I'm fifteen years old."

Everyone looked at her strangely. She sighed. She pulled out her pendant, and it transformed into a staff with the symbol of the star with wings on the top. Cards flew out of her pockets and backpack, floating in the air.

"However," Sakura continued, "I was also the elected new master of the Clow Cards, now called the Sakura Cards in my honor. My real best friends are Madison, who video taped all my adventures, Lee Shoran, my partner, Kero Beros, the Guardian Beast of the Seal who looks like a stuffed animal, Julian Yukata, my brother Tory's best friend, and his true form, Yuei the Judge."

"Sounds interesting," William said. "Anything special about the Cards?"

"They're alive," Sakura said. "With one whack of this staff, I can make the Cards come alive and fight for me, or even do my laundry. Not that I ever ask them to do that."

"So, why are you here little girl," Vegeta asked.

"Well, I told you about Lee Shoran," Sakura said. "Well, since we were partners, we sorta became attracted to each other. But, we've been separated from our feelings for a while. We're too much of a "come and go" couple. I finally got sick of it, and I decided to come here till I can figure out what to do. Maybe I'll run into someone who's better for me than Lee."

Everyone sighed. Duo knew what young girls were like; they're stories could tear you apart at the seams if you weren't careful about your emotions. He bit back a tear.

"Sounds kinda like what I'm going through," the spiky brown haired boy said. Everyone snapped out of it, and looked at him.

"What's your story?" William asked.

"My name is Davis Motomiya," the boy said. "I too, am in ninth grade, fifteen years old."

"Is he the black sheep?" Vegeta asked. "Is he completely normal?"

Davis laughed. He pulled out a strange little thing, that had a small screen on it. It looked like a toy. "This, is a Digivice," Davis said. "I was the chosen leader of the New DigiDestined. You've heard of them, I'm sure. The ones who travel between the Digital World and the real world in hopes of saving them both."

"I've heard of them," Sakura said. "But nothing good about you, Davis."

"Yeah, that's kinda my fault," Davis said. "There was this girl... Kari Kamiya. I kinda fell in love with her. But, she kinda fell in love with my best friend, T.K."

Everyone flinched, while the sound of the word "ow" filled the room.

"It hurt at first, but now I'm okay with it," Davis said. "As long as T.K.'s happy, I'm happy. But that's not why I'm here."

Everyone started to listen seriously. Even Vegeta's attention was drawn to the boy.

"See, Kari promised that even though she was in love with T.K.," Davis said, "we'd still be friends. But, it doesn't seem that way. She spends all of her time with T.K., and never seems to want to talk with me. I think it had something to with when they made love."

The word "ow" filled the room again. Davis sighed, and continued.

"Well, I think she broke our promise, so I left," Davis said. "Not to make her feel guilty, but just to get away until I can figure this out. My Crest of Friendship has stopped glowing, and I just can't deal with it. That's why I'm here. By the way, my sister, June, will come by sometimes to drop off my homework."

"And if anyone sees a guy with short gray hair and glasses walking around with a small stuffed animal on his shoulder," Sakura said, "he's my brother's best friend with my homework."

"My teacher agreed to send me my homework while I was gone," Davis said. "I suppose Ms. Mackenzie did the same for you?"

"Yep," Sakura said, smiling.

"Well, now we know each other," Duo said. "What do we do now?"

"I was hoping some of you would be worth fighting," Vegeta said. "But none of you have sufficient ki or power levels to face me."

"Me and my Cards will face you," Sakura said. "Their magical, so even strength can't beat them that easily."

"We'll see about that little girl," Vegeta said. He jumped out of the window, and hovered above it. "Can you even fly?"

Sakura smiled, and her cards returned to her. She pulled one out, and it floated before her, and she hit it with her staff.

"FLY CARD!" she said, hitting the card. Suddenly, the tiny wings on her staff became giant wings. She hopped onto her staff, and flew outside. She smiled at Vegeta.

"Yes I can," she said. "Now, stop bragging and get ready to fight!"

Everyone had managed to get onto the roof, where Vegeta and Sakura were standing. Vegeta laughed, which made everyone nervous.

"Okay girl," he said, "since you don't stand a chance against me, I'll let you go first."

Sakura smiled, and pulled out another Card.

"JUMP CARD!" she yelled, hitting the card with her staff. Small wings grew on her shoes, and she looked at Vegeta carefully.

"Time to lose!" Vegeta yelled, rushing at her.

Sakura simply jumped. But, somehow she jumped much higher than any normal human being. It seemed that the card was helping her do that, and she laughed as Vegeta smashed the roof side. But she stopped smiling when Vegeta appeared before her, and smashed her aside into the building. Everyone gasped.

"That was nasty," Duo said. "I hope she's okay."

Sakura stood up, holding her side in pain, but smiled nonetheless. She pulled out another card.

"SHADOW CARD!" she yelled, her staff hitting it, "control Vegeta's shadow!"

Vegeta was laughing, until his shadow came alive and started attacking him. It landed punch after punch, kick after kick on Vegeta. Davis and William laughed.

"Now I get it," Duo said. "Each card has its own life, and its own power."

Sakura pulled out two other cards as Vegeta was distracted.

"POWER CARD, FIGHT CARD!" she yelled, hitting them both. Two different auras of light surrounded her. She jumped up at Vegeta, and knocked him back to the ground. Sakura and Vegeta's shadow attacked the real Vegeta with incredible power and skill.

"The Fight Card and Power Card must increase her power and fighting skills," Duo mused. He watched intently as Sakura and the Saiyan's shadow fought him simultaneously.

They were completely caught by surprise when Vegeta started blocking all of their attacks. It was amazing to watch Vegeta fight. It was like he was invincible, fighting with no care as to who got hurt. He knocked Sakura away again, then fired off a blast of yellow energy from his hands, hitting his shadow. It dissipated, and returned to normal.

"I like my shadow where it belongs," Vegeta laughed.

He charged his ki again, and fired off three bolts of yellow energy. One of them hit Sakura, which sent her flying against one of the roof's high walls. The other two exploded beside her, sending her flying towards Vegeta's feet. He laughed, looking at her battered and bruised body. She groaned.

"That'll teach you to fight someone you can't beat," Vegeta said. "That's probably one of the reasons Lee can't stand you."

"Sakura!!!" Davis yelled. He, William and Duo ran up to her and Vegeta. Duo growled.

"Hey buddy!" he yelled. "You don't get to go kill the people your staying with or destroy the roof!"

"Relax," Vegeta said. "She's fine. She'll be up in less than a day if she eats half of one of these."

Vegeta tossed him a bag. Duo opened it, and gasped.

"Beans!?" he yelled.

"They're Senzu Beans," Vegeta scoffed. "They'd restore her to full strength, but we shouldn't waste a whole one on her."

"You're lucky," Duo said. "You're also lucky one of my friends is married to someone very rich. She'll be able to pay for all your destruction!"

"While she's at it," Vegeta said, "maybe you should ask her to build a training center."

Vegeta walked off. Duo growled, but then pulled out a Senzu bean, and snapped it in half. He fed it to Sakura, who groaned.

"Are you okay?" Davis asked her.

"Yeah..." she groaned. "But I can't quite move yet."

"Someone take her to the room," Duo said.

"I've got it," Davis said, picking Sakura's limp body up.

"I'll go see where Vegeta went," William said. "Then, who's up for a little game of extreme catch with an exploding fireball?"

"Uh..." Duo mumbled. "Okay, as long as that spiky haired freak plays."

"I'll make it a shadow exploding ball," William said. "Fire usually kills those without magical powers."

Davis picked Sakura up, and carried her back to the apartment. William and Duo went off to find Vegeta, and he sighed.

Sakura woke up in the apartment, lying on one of the many beds. She wasn't sure where she was, or whether she was dressed. A quick look told her yes, but her shoes and socks had been taken off. She was glad that that was as far as it had gotten. Any further and she would've woken up screaming.

"Sakura?" Davis?s voice called. "Are you awake?"

"Y-yeah," she replied. "How'd I get here?"

"Vegeta beat you pretty bad," Davis said. "I brought you in here."

"Thank you," Sakura said. "I didn't think I'd survive that attack."

"Well, you can thank Vegeta for the Senzu Beans," Davis said. "They helped you recover."

"Well, I don't plan on thanking him anytime soon," Sakura said, sitting up. "Um, you didn't do anything while I was asleep, did you?"

Davis looked at her strangely. "What kind of person do you think I am, Sakura?"

"I'm sorry," Sakura said. "It's just..."

"Sakura, if I wanted to be treated like this, I could've stayed at home!" Davis shouted.

"Stop it!" Sakura yelled. "I'm just nervous, that's all. I'm spending a long time with four guys. Being the only girl could get kinda..."

"Scary?" Davis asked. "You're afraid of us?"

"Not in the way you'd think," Sakura said, twiddling her thumbs.

"I can guess, Sakura," Davis said annoyed. "And frankly I'm a little ticked off that you think of me that way!"

Davis slammed the door to her room. Sakura whimpered, and stood up slowly. She opened the door, and saw Davis unpacking his things into his room. She saw clothes, underclothes (which she blushed at seeing) and many pictures. Especially one of a girl with short, brown hair.

"I take it that's Kari," Sakura said.

Davis turned around, then grunted in response. "That's her," Davis said.

He pulled out another picture. This one had him and Kari in it, but there was a blond boy in the background. While Davis was posing for the camera, the blond stole a kiss off Kari's cheek.

"I never saw this photo until last week," Davis said. "Yolei refused to let me see it."

"I'm sorry, Davis," Sakura said, putting her hand on his shoulder. "I didn't think..."

"Everyone treats me like I'm either a naïve twit, or some evil kid who'd do anything for a good screw," Davis said. "It just makes me sick!"

"I don't think of you that way," Sakura said. "You're kinda nice, actually. I can't believe the people who treat you like that are your friends."

"What about you?" Davis asked. "You said your best friend was your boyfriend."

"Not really," Sakura said. "He barely ever spends time with me. And even when he does, he doesn't ever talk to me about how he feels. I got really sick of us being together, then breaking up, then being together again."

"You sound kind of like me," Davis said. "Mistreated because of a first impression."

"That's kinda what happened when I first met Lee," Sakura said. "I really screwed up, catching my first card."

"Hey, don't worry," Davis said. "It'll be okay. You'll be back with your boyfriend in no time."

"But that's just it," Sakura said. "I don't think Lee is the best person for me. I think..."

Sakura looked at Davis strangely. No, she couldn't be. She just met him! But something about Davis was drawing Sakura closer to him. She refused to believe this was happening so fast.

There was the sound of the door opening, and Sakura was brought back to the real world. She turned around to see Vegeta, Duo and William walk in the door. Vegeta's hair looked very singed.

"We beat him bad," William said.

"Oh, you're up Sakura," Duo said. "I trust you had a good sleep?"

"Um, yeah," Sakura said. "What happened to Vegeta?"

"We beat his butt at exploding catch," Duo said. "An interesting game, except when you lose."

"Uh, Vegeta," William said. "Does your ex-wife have blue hair and a baby?"

"Yes," Vegeta replied. "Why?"

"Cause she's standing out there with some green guy with antennae," William replied.

"I'll be damned," Vegeta said. He jumped out of the window, and flew down to the ground. Everyone started to follow him.

"Well, well, well..." Vegeta said. "The Namek and the bimbo followed me."

"Shut up Vegeta," the green "Namek" said. "We haven't come here for your jokes."

"Yeah," the blue haired woman said. "Trunks really needs you."

The baby "Trunks" cried. Vegeta growled.

"I don't have time for you, Bulma," he said. "Nor you, Piccolo."

"Actually, I'm not here for you," Piccolo said. "I noticed, that while you were fighting today, there were two others with Ki energy here."

"Really?" Vegeta said. "Who?"

Davis and Sakura were the first to reach the bottom of the apartment building. Piccolo gave off a hearty laugh.

"You're kidding, right?" Vegeta asked. "Those two?"

"Yes, it's those two," Piccolo said. "They'd be very strong, if only someone taught them..."

"No way!" Vegeta said. "I train no one!"

"Okay..." Piccolo said. "It won't be my fault if Goku or Gohan kick your butt."

Vegeta sighed. "Alright..."

"He's so cute!" Sakura chirped, tickling baby Trunks under the chin. "Who's is he?"

"He's mine," Bulma said, "and Vegeta's."

Duo, Sakura, Davis and William's eyes went so wide they almost exploded. "V-V-VEGETA!?"

"Yes," Vegeta scoffed, "he's mine."

"I don't get it," Davis said. "How could something so cute belong to someone so mean hearted and cruel?"

"Oh, Vegeta's not as cruel as you'd think," Bulma said. "He's quite gentle."

Piccolo and Duo held back fits of laughter. Bulma was no simple woman, and they knew what she was referring to. Soon, Davis, Sakura and William caught on too. They almost burst.

"Enough of this," Vegeta said. "Sakura! Davis!"

"What?" they responded.

"You may not know it," Piccolo said, "but you two have Ki energy."

"We do?" Sakura asked. "How cool!"

"And I get to train you," Vegeta laughed.

Davis and Sakura slumped.

"You mustn't forget to let them use their own attacks as well," Piccolo scolded. "Remember when you tried to teach Trunks how to do Final Flash?"

"Yes..." Vegeta said. "I ended up killing him, and we had to use the Dragonballs to revive him as a baby again."

"Don't think I'm not angry at you for that still," Bulma yelled.

"Yeah, yeah..." Vegeta sneered. "I'll look after them, okay?"

"That's fine," Piccolo said. He bent over, and whispered into Vegeta's ear. "Keep a close eye on those two. I think they're falling in love."

Vegeta made a strange face, then whispered into Piccolo's ear. "No way!"

"I don't lie," Piccolo said. "You'd better be careful with those two, or I'll have to kick your ass."

"Okay," Vegeta said. "You win, Namek. But don't think I'm doing this for them."

"So Vegeta?" Bulma questioned. "When do you plan on coming back?"

"As long as you're around?" Vegeta asked. "Not for a LONG time."

"Oh, come on!" Bulma argued. "Trunks needs you!"

"He's a Saiyan," Vegeta said. "He doesn't need training to become powerful. It's instinctive. Right now, he's got more power than you do."

"Whatever," Bulma said. "I'm ready. Let's get out of here, Piccolo. I'll drive."

"See you later, Vegeta," Piccolo said.

Vegeta growled. "Davis! Sakura!" he yelled. "We start tomorrow."

"But what about the training center?" Sakura asked.

"I can have the pieces by late tonight," Duo said. "But who'd build it?"

"I would," Vegeta said.

"My cards could help," Sakura offered.

"Great," Vegeta said. "Now I feel like a fundraiser." Everyone laughed, and returned to the apartment.

Sakura fidgeted with her belongings. She was ready for a good night's sleep. She pulled out her bag, and got her things into the drawers.

When Sakura was ten, she had worn full pajamas. However, now she was much older, and she wore much less. She usually wore a teddy now, and sometimes even went without her panties. Even thought that was rare, it happened. Right now, she?d rather wear them. And for one reason only.

Davis.

Not because she was afraid of him walking in on her. It was just that she couldn't get him out of her mind. When this had happened before with Lee, she'd woken up the next morning with a rather large stain in her bed. She didn't want that happening here.

But she just couldn't get Davis out of her head. She tried everything. But nothing got the boy off of her mind. She almost thought about doing something extreme, but thought better of it. It was his smile. His hair. He was the most sensual person she had ever met. He was making her feel whole again. Something Lee had never done for her. She felt him touch her.

Oh no, she thought. Not now! Not here!

She was having another one of her fantasies. She'd had these with Lee as well. She watched as her dream Davis kissed her. Kissed her in places Lee never dared go. She felt her body get progressively warmer, and she moaned in her dream. She couldn't argue with her fantasies; this is what she wanted. But, these fantasies always brought Sakura to the innermost portions of her mind. The parts she'd rather not see. Her more perverse side. She moaned again, and suddenly jolted upright.

Davis couldn't get her out of his head. She was so beautiful. The hazel hair, the bouncing barrettes, the small school uniform... She was so perfect. Yet, he knew she'd never feel this way about him. She was a simple girl, if catching living creatures in cards was simple. He wanted her in ways he'd never thought of when he wanted Kari. She was bringing on a side of himself Davis had rarely noticed. She was giving him a burning desire he wanted so much to extinguish. He felt pain from his lower area, and instantly fell into an unconscious, dreaming bliss. His fantasies were filled of visions with Sakura. Visions that made him feel really weird, but pleased him at the same time. He moaned, and jolted upright.

It was morning. Sakura woke up, drenched in her own sweat. She almost thought that her dream had been real. But, sighed when she realized that was impossible. She sat back, sighing and smiling as a picture of Davis floated into her mind. She put her hands on her waistline, breathing deeply to regain her breath.

It was then she noticed her lower area felt wet. She touched it, and it felt kind of sticky. She gasped. She groaned as she proceeded to change into something without a rather large stain in it.

What's wrong with you, Sakura? She thought to herself. He's just another guy... but he's so much more! Why did that fantasy feel so real? Does that mean it'll happen?

Sakura could only hope.

Davis woke up in the sunlight, gasping for breath. He couldn't believe he'd just had that fantasy. About Sakura out of all people! He couldn't believe this! He already knew he'd have to change his underwear. He could feel the stain.

What the hell was that about!? Davis's mind yelled. I can?t believe that I just thought all that. But, it felt so good. Could it be a premonition?

Davis could only hope.

Okay, how was that? Was it good? Or was is so sick and demeaning that you'll never read one of my fics again!? MUHUHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Wait, that's a bad thing.

Anyway, til' next time R&R.
