Chapter 3

"A New Mission… The Red Planet!"

When Sakura, Syaoran, and Yugi left the hospital, Sakura was very upset about losing. So was Syaoran.

"I can't believe it! Syaoran and I lost and you won! It looks like we're going to need you!" Sakura exclaimed.

"Lucky shot." Syaoran said.

"I'm sick and tired of this Syaoran! Why don't you just accept it?" Sakura yelled.

This made Syaoran very angry. "Why should I? I didn't accept you for awhile! And I'm beginning to not accept you right now!"

Sakura gasped and slapped him. "That's it! This relationship is over! You're cold. Everyday a crowd of girls go to you. And- Uh-"

"Oh. So you're jealous! That's pathetic!" Syaoran laughed.

"Knock it off you two! We're a team!" Yugi shouted.

"Not anymore!" shouted Syaoran. He quickly left.

"That's fine by me!" yelled Sakura.

"This is not good." Thought Yugi.

The Next Day At School

"You broke up? No! You two were so kawaii!" said Tomoyo.

"She stood up for me. Although I wish she didn't. She's so nice and gentle. No! I don't like her like that." Thought Yugi as he was staring at her. He blushed.

"What's up Yugi? So what happened?" asked Joey.

"We lost a member of our team." Answered Yugi.

"Already! We just started!" Tea exclaimed.

Myko was watching this. "Looks like a member of the team is already out. If one little argument does this, I wonder what a fist-fight would do." He thought.

Syaoran entered the room with a popular girl. To make Sakura jealous, he kissed her. After the kiss, he sat down and listened to Sakura and Tomoyo's conversation. Sakura knew he was listening so he played his game.

"So Tomoyo, remember when I said Myko was cute?" she whispered loud enough for Syaoran to hear.

"Yeah. Why? Oh! You're going to ask him out? Guys do that!"

"Yes. But the Sadie Hawkins Dance is coming up! Girls ask the boys!"

"He'll probably have a line of girls. He's popular!"

"I can pull some strings!"

They laughed. Syaoran was very angry. But when a line of girls were going to ask him. Sakura would be very angry. That's what he thought.

Yugi ran to Sakura. "I think I know where the Red Card is!" he said.

"You do? Where?"

"It's on a huge volcano! It doesn't exist here! I think it's on the Red Planet!"

Sakura wondered. "Mars?"

"No. This a different one. On a spacecraft, it will take about 43,000 years to get there! It's very far!"

"How will we get there?"

"In the arctic, there's a special spaceship that my uncle created. It should be in Iceland. That spaceship will take us to the Red Planet in just one week. Joey and Tea are going."

"So am I!" said Tomoyo. "I can't miss this one on tape!"

"I'm going too!" Syaoran said.

"Sakura?" Yugi asked.

"All right! Let's do it!" she answered.
