Angel: Hey your not that good!

Kero: Wot you mean by that you Gaki, im only here cos you said id get pudding. *signs dreamily.*

Angel:*Sign!! Sweatdrop!*

Shut up you stuffed toy, or you wont get any pudding!

Kero: Wahh.. no fair!

*flys up in front of me and begs for pudding!*

Angel: HOEEE! Right enough, im gettting on with the story!

Kero: can i help?

Angel: Alright, but be good or no pudding!

Kero: Yeah! Thanks your the best!

Angel: *Signs, and shakes her head*)

Cardcaptors in China - A new beginning...

Chapter 4:

The adventure begins...

Meilin turned off at a street and walked down it, the others following!

'Sakura, isn't this the way to our Uncle's house?' Tomoyo asked her sister. 'Now i think about yeah it is, should we say anything, or just wait till we get to their house? What do you think Tomoyo?' Sakura thought to herself.

Xiaolang turned to look at the kinomoto sisters, he had felt it again just now, he didn't know whether it had come from the sister's or something else, there was one thing for certain, they couldnt be trusted as long as they keep anything about magic a secret.

"Are you two up to something?" he asked glaring and wondering what excuse they would use.

'Sakura i think he can sense our magic when we use our telepathy what do you think!'

"I think your right Tomoyo, we'll definatly have to tell him now!" she said out loud without realising it!

"What are you talking about Kinomoto, your sister didnt say anything!" he looked at Sakura confused.

"HOEE!!! Did i just say that out loud, sorry im just thinking about somthing Tomoyo said. "Anyway didnt i say call me Sakura, Li-kun! Otherwise i get confused. OK!" she nearly shouted at him. Xiaolang backed away and started glaring at them, thinking 'their weird'. (Kero: Why is that Chinese Gaki in this story before me! its no fair! Angel: Shut up Kero, or no pudding! *glaring at him* Kero: Wahh! Sorry! Can i have it now? Angel: No you can wait till the end!)

'Sakura, Li-kun thinks were wierd now, he shouted it out!' Tomoyo thought. 'What he think's were weird, doesnt he know how to block his thoughts. If he doesn't he's gonna have to learn if he doesn't want you knowing all his secrets!' Sakura giggled with this thought.

"What's the matter Sakura? Why are you laughing?" Meilin shouted back to them!

"I'm alright, just remembered something!" she shouted back.

"Well were here anyway!" Meilin said stoping in front of a huge house.

"What this is where your staying, but It can't be. Sakura you do realise where we are?" Tomoyo asked her sister, looking at her puzzled.

Sakura looked around, and then realised something.

"I don't believe this!" She nearly shouted.

"What's the matter what don't you believe?" Meilin asked them looking puzzled.

"Li-kun do you know who lives next door to you?" Tomoyo asked him smirking.

"Yeah, on the right are the Tianrui's and on the left live the ...." he started to say then realised something.

"I don't bloody believe this! Didnt you tell Meilin the address you where staying at?" he said glaring at them.

"Well at least we ain't the only one's who realise now." She said smiling at him.

"Xiaolang! Watch your mouth!What's going on, what are you three going on about, who lives on the left Xiaolang?" Meilin said shouting. Because she was getting left out.

"I can't believe i didn't recognise him yesterday! Meilin on the left lives the Rongdian family!" He said to a confused Meilin, and then it dawned on her.

"Wahhh, your staying next door! This is so weird!" she said before running up and hugging all three of them. "This is going to be even more fun than before! Come on in, we will show you round, and I'm sure Aunty will let you stay for awhile, and we can walk in together tomorrow! Wahhh!" she said excitidly, pulling all three of them throught the gate.

_A little while later in the liabary_

"So your telling me that you are both telepathic, and telekinetic! I knew you had some power's but i didn't expect anything like this!" Xiaolang, said looking at the two sister's shocked, first Tomoyo and then Sakura.

"What you could sense that we had power's!" Tomoyo exclaimed!

"Yeah what do you expect! I do have magic aswell. But i know how to hide mine, so you wouldn't have known, untill i told you anyway!" he smirked at them.

"Wow, you can hide your magic, i mean i know how to hide my thoughts from Tomoyo, but she doesn't have to worry about that, seen as i can only talk to people that way if I'm connected to them somehow, e.g sister's!" Sakura said shocked!

"You mean you can't read mind's but your sister can!" 'this is getting really weird!'

"Do you mind not shouting, you havent got alot of control over your thoughts have you, I could of heard that from the other side of the house, or even next door!" Tomoyo exclaimed.

"What you heard that!" Xiaolang, said shocked!

"I can show you how to wisper your thoughts if you want, and to stop people like Tomoyo hearing them, only if you want to know!" Sakura said smiling at him with her eyes closed.

"Emm... thanks", he said blushing. 'just being in the same room as her makes my heart beat faster, why?', he thought, and then regreted it.

"Really Li-kun, I can't believe it, how can you think like that, es'pecially since you have a .... Oh sorry!" Tomoyo exclaimed, realising she had nearly blurted out he had a girlfriend! And that would spoil all the fun!.

"Huh, arrr, please show me how to stop her hearing my thoughts please" he begged Sakura.

"You should feel greatful, Xiaolang's never begged anyone in his life" she said smirking. "It's must of been a naughty thought, what was he thinking Tomoyo?" Meilin asked her smirking.

"DON'T YOU DARE TELL HER, OR I'LL DO SOMETHING TO YOU!" Xiaolang shouted at Tomoyo, a vien popping out of his head in the process! Tomoyo giggled at this remark. "Don't worry Li-kun i'm not that bad, anyway, it will be our little secret. ok" she said to him nicely, since he was glaring at her, with a vain popping out of his head. They all laughed at this remark.

"Thank you" he said claming down.

"Hey Sakura, Tomoyo, you want to stay over tonight, so we can walk in together tomorrow?" Meilin asked them smiling.

"Yeah, we'd love to!" they shouted together.

'Great now, i have to put up with them even longer' Xiaolang, thought, without thinking!

'Now Li-kun thats, not very nice!' Tomoyo thought back.

'what the heck, is that you Kinomoto?'

'Yeah, sorry.'

"Arr, now she's talking to me in my head" Xiaolang, shouted out, and ran from the room, like a bat outer hell!

"I'll have Wei get a room ready for you, you wanna go tell your Uncle and get your stuff?

"Thanks, Meilin. I think i just freaked your cousin out. I used my telepathy on him. ohohoho." she giggled. With that Sakura and Meilin started giggling to!

"Night Sakura. Night Tomoyo." Meilin said from her bed, to the two girls on the floor!

"Night Meilin", they both said. and drifted off to sleep.

'Tomoyo, are you asleep' Sakura thought. 'Nope, can't sleep. I feel as if there's something keeping me awake Sakura!'

'Same thing, here. You wanna go get a drink from the kitchen. I'm sure Mrs.Li, won't mind!' 'Sure come on I'm already up and standing.' Sakura looked over and saw that her sister was indeed up! and smiled up at her, before she got up as well.

"Can you remember the way to the kitchen, Tomoyo?" Sakura asked, as she couldnt remember and didn't want to get lost.

"Sakura i think its better if we don't talk aloud, we don't want to wake anyone up. Ok. And yes i do know the way come follow me!" Tomoyo said smiling, in the light of a window.

'Ok, lead the way' Sakura thought again.

5 minutes later and they were standing in a corridor, 'Tomoyo are you sure you know the way' 'Well i thought i did, Sakura. We must of taken a wrong turning back there, because i have no idea where we are!' Tomoyo thought, worridly.

'What you don't know where we are. You mean were lost!' Sakura screamed. 'It's ok dont scream, as I'm the only other one who can hear it!'

They carried on walking along the corridor, and came to stand outside a door.

'Tomoyo, can you sense that!' Sakura thought. 'It feels like its coming from this room. Shall we have a look'

Tomoyo looked at her sister with concern. 'Yeah i can feel it. Are you sure its a good idea to try and find out what it is?'

'Yeah come on' Sakura grabbed Tomoyo's hand and slowly opened the door in front of them.

'Oh, my god. Tomoyo look, what do you think that bright light is over there on that shelf'. They had walked into another liabary, it didnt look anything like the one they were in earier! All of the books, looked very old. As if they had been here for a very long time, and no-one had read them for ages.

'I don't kow, lets go carefully though, it might be dangerous' Tomoyo thought looking over at the shelf the light was coming from.

They walked over to it carefully, trying not to make a sound. Sakura reached out a hand, to pull the book that was glowing from the shelf. As soon as she was holding it in her hands, it stopped glowing, and they looked at the cover, very confused.

"What kind of book is this!" Tomoyo said glaring at the book.

"Tomoyo look at it, doesn't it seem familiar some how!" Sakura excliamed wipping dust off the cover.

"Oh my, Sakura open it, it looks so pretty i wonder what its about." Tomoyo said with puppy dog eye's.

With this Sakura turned the book looking for a way to open it, she saw the clasp on the side and tried to open it up, but it wouldn't open.

"Here, Tomoyo why don't you try, i can't open it!" Sakura said handing the book to her. Tomoyo tried to open it as well, but it still wouldn't budge.

"Hey Sakura i can't open it either,why don't we try together, and we might be able to open it!" Tomoyo said holding the book out so Sakura could help aswell.

As soon as both of Sakura hand's touched the book that Tomoyo was holding still, it started to glow again, and the clasp opened. "What the heck!" Sakura said shocked.

"I don't get it, maybe there was a button, and we pushed it by accident." Tomoyo said, she was as shocked as her sister. "Well shall we open it?"

Tomoyo took the book, and opened up the cover, inside where a deck of cards, facing down, there was a design on the back of them, but they were dusty aswell and she couldnt make it out. So she picked up the top one and turned it over. "Huh, what's this?" and she handed it to Sakura who looked at it shocked.

"Tomoyo this is a Clow card, one of the ones, Meilin showed me in that book a while ago. This one is 'The Glow'" as soon as she said this, a glowing circle formed on the floor, and little glowing lights came up all around them! "Cool, Tomoyo you read one!" Sakura said smiling at all the little lights.

"Are you sure about this?"

"Yeah come on, nothing bad could happen. What's the next one?" Tomoyo picked up the next card uncertainly, and turned it over, but then she smiled brightly, and said. "This ones 'The Windy'!" As she said this another circle appeared below them, and a huge gust of wind came and the cards lifted out of the book and started flying around!

"Ahh, what have we done" Tomoyo said, as she watched the rest of the cards disappear throught the walls, and the ceiling. she dropped the book and ran to Sakura, they were still holding a card each.

The book began to glow again, Sakura and Tomoyo stared at it, as a little yellow thing with wings rose out of the cover! "What is that?" Tomoyo said.

(Kero: Wahh, yay. I'm finaly in this wierd story! took you long enought didn't it?. Angel: Shut up Kero! I've been working up to this for ages! Readers do you think Kero deserves any pudding now? please say so in reviews!

Kero: wot ur gonna ask that lot if i get pudding? Not fair! Angel: I told you to be good or else!)

"Ahh, who are you! And.... where... where are the cards" the little creature, that looked like a stuffed toy with wings! Said looking from Sakura and Tomoyo, to the book lying open on the floor empty.

"Card's, you mean these!" They said together holding up the cards in their hands.

"How did you get those, and where are the rest!" the thing shouted at them. "And who are you, you didnt say!"

"Emm... do you mind not shouting, whatever you are! Because you'll wake everyone up!" Tomoyo said clamly back.

"Sorry, I'm Keroberos, the cool and mightly sun guardain of the clow book. Now who are you and where are the cards!" he said glaring at them.

(Angel: Kero! Can you stop writing in my story! we know what you think of your self! Kero: hey just trying to help!)

"Well, we're the Kinomoto sister's, I'm Tomoyo, and this is Sakura, we're twins!" Tomoyo said to the sun guardian.

"Yeah, ok. And where are the rest of the cards!" he said impatiently.

"Well, they kind of got blow away, and disappeared throught the walls!" Sakura said hesistating.

"What they got blow away! How? I take a qiuck nap and now this happens, What year is it by the way?"

"Well, Sakura and me felt something strange so we came to find out what it was, and we found that book! That you just came out of glowing, so we tried to open it! Sakura read 'The Glow' and little glowing lights came up! So i decided to do one and i read out 'The Windy' and the rest of the cards got blown away by a huge wind! and the year is 2002!" Tomoyo said.

"What! NO. it can't be! I've been asleep for 30 years! why didnt anyone wake me!" He shouted at no one in particular. (Kero: Hey i wasn't asleep for that long! why'd you write that! Angel: It's my story i'll write what i want. So keep quite, or i'll write you out! Kero: Wahh... No. Please i'll be good, just don't do that. Angel: Shut up then! You stuffed toy! hehehe!)

"How can you go to sleep for 30 years! Without realising it?" Tomoyo said shocked.

"I didn't mean to!" it said shouting.

"Oh! Your so cute! What is your name again?" Sakura said running up and grabbing the guardian in a hug!

"Wahh... let me go! My name is Keroberous, the sun guardian! For the second time!" he said still be hugged by Sakura.

"Kawaii! You don't look like a keroberus, you look more like a Kero-chan. Can i call you that?" she asked finaly letting him go so he could get his breath back!

"What! There's nothing wrong with my name, but i suppose you can! If you get me something to eat?" he said grinning widely. "Anyway how come you opened The Clow book! Unless your..." he looked at them shocked. "Have you got any powers by any chance?" he asked them looking puzzled.

"Yeah, we are both telepathic and telekinetic, but Sakura is better at telekinetic stuff than i am! And im better at telepathy!" Tomoyo told him smiling.

"Wahh... you both have the same powers! Did both of you open the clow book then or just one of you?"

"Well, I tried, and then Tomoyo tried to open it! But we couldn't, then we tried together and it opened! Oh my Kami-sama, are you saying it only opened because we both touched it at the same time" Sakura said grinning at what she had found out!

"Thats exactly what i'm saying!" Kero said looking shocked at them. "I can't believe this. But anyway, since you both set the Clow cards free, your both gonna have to get them back for me" Kero said grinning.

"What, you expect us to get them back, when it was your job to make sure they never got out in the first place!" Tomoyo and Sakura screamed at him.

"Well... Seen as i can't seal them myself, because im not in my true form, and won't be till you seal certain cards. It looks like you will have to!" he said sheepishly.

"Well, I don't know!" Sakura said.

"I might be fun, Sakura. Maybe we should! Kero-chan what will happen if we don't seal them?" Tomoyo asked him puzzled.

"Well. if the Clow cards are not recaptured then, they will cause mast destuction in the world, and who knows what else!"

"HOEEE! So your saying we have to! Great we don't even have a choice." Sakura said to Tomoyo.

"Well ok we will help you then Kero-chan, What do we have to do?" Tomoyo said politly.

"Well, both of you hold out your Right hands, and do what i tell you. Ok" kero said smiling.

"Ok then." they both replied.

Kero picked up the book and held it in his tiny hands, and then let go. The book just floated in front of him!

"Oh book of clow, this is your guardian Keroberos, the cards have been released and we need to get them back. Please grant the two in front of you the power to do this! Release!" Kero said with his eyes shut. Two glowing balls of light came out of the cover of the book and floated in front of Sakura and Tomoyo. "Right you two say this putting in your names."

"Ok"

"Oh key of clow,

With power's of magic and light,

I ........... Command you, to release the staff,

And shine your light,

Release!" Kero said with his eyes still shut.

"Oh key of Clow,

With power's of magic and light,

I (Sakura/Tomoyo Kinomoto) command you, to release the staff,

And shine your light, Release!" They both shouted together over the huge wind that was blowing around them.

"Right now grab the staffs in front of you and hold them with both hands" Kero shouted. They both grabbed the staffs and held on till the wind died right down, and then they looked at the objects in their hands, and grasped.

"Oh my, how Kawaii!" They both said, they were both holding short poles with what looked like a bird beak with wings at the end. There was only one difference between their staffs and that was the colour, Sakura had a pink, white and gold staff. While Tomoyo held a purple, white and silver staff.

"Right there you go, i'll show you how to use them later, but you two had better go to bed! Just concentrate and you can change the staffs back into keys when you have finished with them, so their easier to carry around. And don't forget the cards and the clow book! Now off to bed!" Kero said to them before handing them the book, and flying out the door after them, going back to Meilin's bedroom.....

Angel: I don't know! Oh all right, you might as well! *Sweatdrops and hands him a tub of chocolate pudding*

Kero: Wahh... my favourite! Chocolate pudding, Your the best Star! *Starts stuffing the pudding into his mouth* Is there anymore?

Angel: What! Your still hungry you stuffed toy! Your have to be extra good if you want any more. Now say good bye to the nice people!

Kero: Hey i'm not a stuffed toy for the last time you Gaki! anyway bye, everyone. Hope to see you soon!
