um let's see, I have only seen the American version of CCS, so the names might be misspelled and stuff. I would have used the American names but I've noticed that most people are using the correct names, so I will too. ok now with that taken care of, continue reading!

Fallen Tears: *sigh* I don't own any of these people. CLAMP does. I hope they don't take this idea. Oh yes this idea also wasn't mine. I got it off of some other story, so if you recognize this plot, then SORRY!

"I wonder who our teacher would be this year." Tomoyo asked herself as she and Sakura sat down at their music class.

It was their first day of High School.

"Do you really want to know?" Sakura asked innocently.

"Sakura, what's going on? Do you know who the teacher is?" Tomoyo asked suspiciously.

"Well you see the teacher is..." Sakura was about to finish her sentence, but the classroom door opened and then the professor came in.

"Whoa! Dark hair, dark eyes, tall, muscular, young, and CUTE!!!(I know there is a Japanese word for this, but I just forgot what it was. Was it KAWAI!!!!!??????)" Tomoyo thought as she checked out the teacher.

My name is Kinomoto-Sensei. (Right?) but just call me Mr. Kinomoto. It's easier for you guys to say that then with respect. That's still something I have yet to teach you. Now when I say your name, say "whole" the teacher said.

"That was a dumb joke." Sakura stated.

Tomoyo giggled.

"Agrippa" Touya called out.

"Whore!" Daniel Agrippa said back.

"Idiot." Touya muttered to himself.

The class laughed.

"Mr. Agrippa, I do not tolerate that kind of behavior in my class. So please, stay after class and write 'I will never ever ever misbehave during Mr. Kinomoto's class ever again' 100 times." Touya said with a small smile.

"But that's impossible! My hand will fall off!" Dan said in protest.

"It's not impossible. Try writing,' I will never watch the hot sexy girl that I have a crush on during the fun and exciting class of history.'." Touya said with a smile.

"Who was your teacher?" a student asked.

"My Father." Touya said kind of angrily.

"And why did Dad tell you to write that? Did he know that you had a crush on the poor girl? And why would he have you say hot and sexy?" Sakura asked in confusion.

"As the sentence said, I was staring at a girl. Yuki and I were talking together before class and Dad heard me talking about her and he figured that I liked her, and he heard the words I used to describe her." Touya said as he looked back at the roll book. He continued to go down the roll book. At the end of class, Dan stayed after class. Tomoyo and Sakura also stayed after class because their next class was recess.

"Touya, why must you give him that much to write?" Sakura asked.

"Because you guys need to learn how to stop being smart-alecks and learn how to be smart. And do not go and start telling me not to be a smart- aleck, because I first graduated High School and then I became a smart aleck. Sakura, Tomoyo, aren't you two supposed to be outside with your recess?" Touya asked.

"Yeahhhhhhh but this seemed more interesting. So we decided to stay here and watch detention.

"Ya, but you are annoying me." Touya said.

"Oh well." Sakura said.

"OK I'm done writing the sentence." Daniel said.

"Already?" Touya asked.

"Didn't I say that I finished?" Daniel said back.

"Didn't I tell you before not to be a smart aleck?" Touya said.

"Yes, but I'll say whatever I wish." Dan said back.

"Fine. Go to your recess. You still have 30 minutes left." Touya said.

"Fine." Sakura said.

"I wish I had a sibling of my own, to love and tease." Tomoyo thought sadly.

Touya noticed her sad expression and just kept it in mind. Little did he know that she was sad in the inside.

Tomoyo had a horrible secret. She wasn't as innocent as she let on. She had been raped when she was 13 years old. But the sad thing was, it was her most trusted male bodyguard, who had destroyed her innocence. She managed to get the guy fired, but the mere memory of what had happened still haunted her in her dreams.

Then Sakura and Tomoyo went outside to finish the rest of their recess. When they reached outside, they saw a group of girls surrounding someone. So Sakura and Tomoyo went to investigate.

Tomoyo was the first to see who the person was. "Eriol!" Tomoyo squealed.

Eriol looked up. (I'm making them on first name basis, so sry.)

"Tomoyo?" he whispered.

She all of a sudden ran towards him.

Everyone was shocked when the 'new guy' hugged Tomoyo back and murmured something in her ear and made her giggle in a way that no one heard in a looong time and blush.

Eriol had murmured, " It's been too long my dear. I almost forgot the face of an angel. Shame on me."

When Tomoyo pulled away, Eriol turned and saw Sakura.

"Sakura." he said quietly.

She walked over to him and gently hugged him. "Good to have you back." Sakura said with a small smile.

"Thank you." Eriol said, "Syaroan I'm guessing isn't here? (Sorry forgot the spelling)" Eriol asked.

"I'm here." Syaroan said walking up to the three.

"There's my little cousin!" Eriol exclaimed with a smirk.

"Grrrrrrr" Syaroan apparently wasn't all too happy to see his older cousin.

"Eriol-san, why are you here? Is there a new test on the way?" Sakura asked as they all walked around the school courtyard.

"Oh nothing of that sort. I just came because England was boring me and Nakura (?) was annoying me also." Eriol said with a small smile.

Sakura giggled. Tomoyo sighed. Syaroan rolled his eyes.

"You are still obnoxious. I can tell where Nakura learned how to be annoying. Like brother, like sister." Syaroan murmured.

"Syaroan!" Sakura said giggling again.

"Oh, Eriol, do you have music today?" Tomoyo asked Eriol as they walked back into the building.

"I have that next. Why?" Eriol answered.

"The sensei (?) Hates you." Tomoyo said plainly.

"Oh really?" asked someone behind them.

"Huh?" Tomoyo said as she turned around.

"Who said that I hate any of my students? " Touya asked with a small smile.

"What are you doing out here?" Sakura asked.

"I also have break now. So I decided to get some fresh air." Touya said as they continued to walk along the school grounds.

"Fine." Sakura said with a small frown.

As they walked along, they passed by many girls. Many of the girls didn't have music yet, so they didn't know who he was. One girl had enough courage to say to him," Hi cutie, what's your name?"

"Kinomoto Sensei to you young lady." Touya scolded.

"Oh." and the girl walked away blushing madly. Her friends laughed at her.

"Touya! Did you have to be mean?" Sakura asked staring after the girl.

"Well, she asked for it." Touya said with a shrug.

"Ohhhhhh" Sakura sighed.

"Ok you guys, get to class. Don't want you guys to be late." Touya said as they walked into the building.

"Since when do you worry about that?" Sakura asked.

"Since you are already late." Touya said pushing them into their next class, which happened to be Spanish. (Sry, they most likely don't take Spanish as second language, instead English maybe. But 4 now, it's Spanish.)

"!Como estas sengoritas! ?Como te llamos?" (Sry, can't get the right symbols.)

"Estoy bien. Me llamo Sakura." Sakura said in reply.

"Estoy asi asi. Me llamo Tomoyo." Tomoyo said in reply.

"Well done girl's!" the teacher said. "Does anyone know what they said?" the teacher asked the class.

"No" was the only answer he got.

"They said that they were doing fine and their names were Sakura and Tomoyo. Now that you guys learned your courtesy words, I'll tell you my name. I'm senor Fernandez. You will call me that exactly." the teacher said.

"Great, a teacher with a long name." Tomoyo grumbled.

"Shhhhhh." Sakura said to Tomoyo when the teacher looked in their direction.

The rest of that class went by quickly because the teacher was smart enough to know that high schoolers are hard to keep occupied.

"What do we have next Sakura?" Tomoyo asked as they left their spanish class.

"Um let's see, oh no!"

"What is it Sakura?" Tomoyo asked at Sakura's exclaimation.

"We have math!" Sakura said nearly in tears.

"Oh Sakura!" Tomoyo said laughing at Sakura's misery. Sakura still didn't like math too much.

"Don't worry, I'll be there to help you." Tomoyo said with a smile.

"OK, let's go. I think I can live with one more year of math." Sakura sighed.

So they walked into their math class. During the class Sakura was not looking too good about everything that they were going to learn about that year. After class, They walked into their next class.

"Looks like it's going to be a boring year this year. We are the only friends we have in any class." Tomoyo said.

"Don't speak to soon. You don't know who's in all your classes yet." Eriol said coming up behind them with Syaoran.

"How was music?" Tomoyo asked Eriol.

"It was great. Especially when the teacher couldn't find his roll book." Eriol said with a faint smile.

"Eriol!" Sakura and Tomoyo exclaimed.

"It's not like I had anything to do with it. Not my fault if the book went missing." Eriol said innocently.

"Oh well. Did he find it in the end?" Sakura asked.

"Yes. It was in the garbage." Eriol said with a smirk.

"I'm not even going to bother." Sakura said.

The rest of the day went without event. Touya had driven Sakura home. Touya was still mad about Eriol hiding his roll book.

Sakura found it extremely funny, now that she saw what effect it had on Touya. He said yes to everything that she asked. Everything.

"So, Touya, can I have your car?" Sakura asked.

"Yes."

"Touya, have you ever done it to a girl?" Sakura asked.

"Yes, no wait no, yes. Oh I don't know!" Touya said now catching on to what she was doing. "And no you can't have my car, stereo, lesson plans, and my laptop." Touya said.

"Fine." and they reached home.

Once Sakura and Touya ate, they went off to do their work.

Touya in his room, going over his lesson plans and trying to figure out the best way to ruin his students lives. And Sakura in her room complaining about her homework to Kero, and doing her homework at the same time. When Touya was in the middle of a difficult lesson plan, the doorbell rang.

Touya went to open the door, thankful for the distraction.

When he opened the door, he found a puffy-eyed, red nosed Tomoyo on the doorstep. "Tomoyo?" he asked.

"Touya, is Sakura here?" She asked sobbing.

"Yes, come in." Touya said. "Gaki(right?)! Tomoyo is here to see you!" he yelled up the stairs.
