Card Captor Sakura Fan Fiction ❯ Forgotten ❯ Depressing Day ( Chapter 2 )

Syaoran wakes up from what he hopes was just a nightmare yelling Sakura's name. "SAKURA!!!!" Madison hears his yell and comes running into the room, with Eriol running slowly behind her. Syaoran looks at Madison in panic. "It was just a dream right? Please tell me it was just a dream!?" he says. Eriol gives a serious face. Syaoran knows now that it was not just a dream, and yells "Sakura!! Where the fuck is Sakura!?" "Li calm down" says Madison in a low tone. Syaoran yells back, "WHERE IS SHE!?"

Madison looks down trying not to look at Syaoran, but he asks where she is and Madison just gives in and says "She's in the room across the hall…….." Syaoran pulls out the IV from his arm and starts to run across to Sakura.

"But……" whispers Madison about to start crying.

Syaoran gets into the room. There he sees Sakura lying there on life support. He runs to the side of her bed, he grabs her hand and whispers, "Sakura." Madison walks into the room crying holding Eriol's hand for support, "She's been in a coma since the bus crashed, the doctor says she might never wake up………even if she does, she would have amnesia…….and not knowing anyone around her….." Syaoran is still holding her hand he puts his mouth closer to Sakura's ear and whispers, "I hope that never happens." Eriol walks up behind Syaoran; he puts his hand on Syaoran's shoulder saying, "Syaoran, the doctor thinks that it would be easier if we just let her go……" Syaoran's eyes shot open, filling with tears, he grips Sakura's hand tighter and says, "Sakura, no……you cant do this to me……..Sakura please, please just wake up…..you can't leave me alone in the world……….I need you here by my side!......." Syaoran starts to cry on her hand. "SAKURA! PLEASE WAKE UP....!" Nothing happens. Eriol hears a faint whimper behind him; he looks behind him and sees Madison trying to hold back her tears. He starts walking towards her, he grabs her and holds her tight in his arms, he whispers in her ear, "don't cry….I know everything will turn out alright…" He then kisses Madison's neck. Madison eyes shoot open, at the same time happy tears start to fall from her watery eyes and she's starts to smile. Eriol and Madison leave hours later, while Syaoran falls asleep crying not knowing what Eriol said.

~Next Morning~

The next morning the day is bright and sunny out. A girl greets the morning light. She looks around the room. She looks out the window and sees fresh falling snow and a bright sun. "It's beautiful out there……." She tries to lift up her hand to wipe the sleep away and notices that a boy is next to her, sleeping. "Who is this?" she asks herself. "Who is this boy, what is he doing, but most of all who am I, where am I and how did I get here?....oh I'm so confused…." Says the girl. She tries getting her hand free but wakes the boy up. Syaoran wakes up and sees two beautiful sparking green eyes looking down at his brown ones in confusion. "Sakura?" he says, "Madison…Eriol Sakura is awake." He jumps to his feet and grabs her shoulders and embraces her.

"Uhh…..what are u doing?", she asks. "Sakura?" she whispers to herself, "is that my name?, who is Madison and Eriol? And most of all who are you?"

"What? You don't remember me?" he says in a sad voice.

Madison and Eriol come into the room just in time to hear what he said.

"Oh my god, Eriol I thought you said she was going to be alright!?" cried Madison.

"If she wouldn't have woken up so soon she would be alright," says Eriol.

Syaoran looks at Eriol, "What? What do you mean? You knew all along?!" Syaoran's face turns a bright red in anger.

"well…,"says Eriol, "I'm sorry...I mean if she would have slept a little longer she would be fine but she didn't so now she has amnesia, just like the doctor said she would."

"Never mind I don't need to hear it," says Syaoran in a pissed off tone.

"Well, lets just hope it's temporary or ," says Eriol,

"Or what Eriol?" says Syaoran getting madder.

"Or it could be permanent," says Eriol.

"Umm excuse me, could u please tell me who you all are, its uncomfortable being in a roomful of people I don't know," says Sakura.

"Oh..um we're sorry, I am your best friend Madison…This is my Boyfriend and your friend Eriol……and this boy beside you is…..ummm your good friend Syaoran," replies with a fake smile.

"Ssyyaaoorraann….ok so…you guys are my friends….then do I have any family?" she asks.

"Well.. You live with your dad.. your mom died when you where born…."says Madison looking sad, "your brother Tori is in collage with his best friend Julian so you don't see them very much… your stuffed animal guardian Kero is in your room at your house in the second drawer down in your desk….he will tell you everything about your life and what you need to remember so maybe we should get you packed at go home?"

"Ok," Sakura says starting to stand up and walking towards Madison. While she's standing she looks at Syaoran who has been staring at her the whole time she woke up.

"Why...may I ask, are u staring at me? Is there something wrong?" she asks

Syaoran looks down from her face, and says, " There is nothing wrong with you," *thinks to self* ("you are beautiful.")

"O ok," Sakura says not believing what he said. All of a sudden something flashes in front of her eyes like she's seen his face before this, at the same time her eyes start to close and she starts fall , Syaoran notices this and runs and catches her before she hits the floor.

"Sakura!....Sakura are you ok?" asks Syaoran in a panic.

He picks up Sakura and holds her in his arms.

"She fainted," says Madison.

"She must have had to much information about her crammed all at once," said Eriol.

Syaoran is standing there holding her in his arms staring at her beautiful face.

"Well, we better get going to Sakura's house," says Syaoran.

~Walking to Sakura's house~

"I hopes she's alright," says Madison.

"She's fine, just tired I bet," says Eriol.

"Yeah," says Syaoran still staring at her face looking up now and then.

~At Sakura's House~

They walk in Sakura's house then all of a sudden Madison blurts out, " Oh my god that's right Mr. Kinomoto Is on a business trip."

"So what are we going to do with Sakura? We just can't just leave her here by herself unsupervised." Says Eriol.

"You guys can go… I will stay here and watch over her." Says Syaoran.

Syaoran starts to walk up the stairs and turns to the right and into her room and puts her on her bed to let her sleep more comfortable. Madison runs up the stairs into her room and says. "Alright I will be here tomorrow at 12:00 to take your place so you can sleep."

Eriol walks in behind and says, "Then I will come the next day and we can takes shift to watch her."

"That's alright guys I can stay here with her…it's my fault that this happened……. You guys can go now," Said Syaoran.

"Alright," Eriol replies, "let's go Madison.

"Alright….but I'm still coming over to have 12 o'clock tea!" says Madison with a smile on her face

Syaoran and Eriol roll their eyes and laughs a little.

"Bye Syaoran" they said.

Syaoran walks up the Sakura, he leans over and kisses her on the forehead and says, "Come back to me Sakura."

And some how deep inside her empty head of hers she whispers with a sigh, "alright……but I'm trying".

Syaoran was shocked by this….but through it he smile because he knew somewhere deep inside her empty head she still remember him.
