A/N: Hey guys....well I'm back with the fourth chapter to my fic! ^_~ and again I wanna say thanks to all those who reviewed my story! You guys are sooo sweet....thanks! *mmmmuuuaaahhh!* hehe...well yea so neways here is the fourth chapter, and sorry for posting this chapter for so long....I've just been busy...and skewl is coming up next week...*sighs* too bad. So that means I might not be able to post chapters fast enough, since I'm obvioulsy going to have assignments and stuff like that to take care of....but don't worry I'll try to post the chapters as fast as I could! Well, I should just mention something else regarding my fic, I'm still not sure if this is going to be a lemon...it all depends on how the story will go...and as weird as it may seem, I still don't really know yet. Hopefully it won't be...and believe me, if I do make this as a lemon, it would be a very interesting concept since I never wrote lemon fics before...^_~ But maybe not...it would be unfair to those readers who don't like to read lemony fics...so I might just as well leave it the way it is. *sighs* but neways I think I've said enough here...so imma end my blabbing now and go on with the fic! And if you have any comments or concerns, (or suggestions! ^_~) pls feel free to drop me a note at sweet_cherryblossoms415@hotmail.com.Thanks! On with the fic!!!!

DISCLAIMER: Yea yea I know....CCS doesn't belong to me.....too bad....*sighs* I'm just borrowing the characters so pls don't sue me....I don't have any money...;_;

LAKE OF DREAMS

Chapter 4: Memories

The trees were swaying slowly against the wind and the sun was shining brightly with a lively yellowish-orange colour. The grass was green and they shone brightly against the sun with yesterday's husky smell of rain. Everywhere the sun made everything shine, and the wind brought a nice breeze that brought a nice feeling in the air.

Sakura stepped out of her car and slowly closed the door behind her. She stared at the house she grew up in, filled with childhood memories that brought a smile upon her face. The summer house still looked the same as she had last seen it...the grass was in knee-length and it obviously needed a good trim. She could see the oak tree from the distance and noticed that the swing was still there, hanging in an odd angle. She giggled quietly at the sight. It brought back memories of her when she was a little girl, and suddenly she found tears forming in her eyes. The summerhouse meant a lot to her. This was the place she practically grew up in, and she even got her first kiss right here. She would always spend her holidays here, where her family would have barbecues every week in the summer. She could see her memories flash before her eyes, and this caused more tears which slowly fell on her delicate face.She wiped her tears with the back of her hand and sniffed sharply, breathing in the smell of rain.

'How I miss those times...' She whispered to herself.

Sakura walked slowly towards the house, feeling herself dizzy with each step she took. Everywhere she looked, she would see memories of her childhood, and happy memories of her family. This house brought so many happy memories, and also some painful ones. She would always find herself looking at the oak tree, where she cried herself to sleep, with the memories of her mother. But she knew back then, that she had to be strong, and her father would always tell her how much her mother loved her, and even though she was gone, he would always reassure her that her mother was out there somewhere, watching over her.

Sakura found more tears forming in her eyes, and she felt her heart being ripped from her chest. Oh how much she missed her mother back then, and even now she still missed her dearly. Growing up without a mother was hard for her, but she knew that she had to be strong, and go on with life. She knew that it was exactly what her mother wanted. After all, Sakura knew that her mother always wanted the best for her, and for her to live a happy and good life.

Sakura sighed heavily feeling nausea roiling in her stomach with the painful recollections of her past. She tried to steel herself away from them, but she knew that no matter how hard she tried to forget them, it would be no use, since this was the place where she grew up. Everywhere she turned she would always remember a piece of her childhood, from her first kiss, to her first date, and from the first time she found herself a crush. A faint smile formed upon her face with the memories she treasured in her heart, even those painful ones.

As Sakura walked closer to the summer house, she suddenly felt herself dizzy, and those dreams flashed through her mind. She seemed to forget all about those memories and all she seemed to think about was him. All of a sudden she could see him, that mysterious man with those deep amber eyes, and chesnut hair, standing in front of the oak tree, smiling at her, with that warm smile that made her heart jump, and her stomach flip. She walked slowly towards the direction of the lake, and found herself hypnotized by something, as she saw him right in front of the tree as if he was real, and not just a figment of her imagination. As she walked closer to the lake she felt light-headed with each step she took, then suddenly she found everything turn black, as she collapsed on the grass, with a whisper of a name, so familiar, yet so unknown to her.

"Syaoran....."

~*~*~*~*~*~

Syaoran suddenly felt a weird feeling rush over him at the same time. He was driving in his jeep, and he felt himself light-headed all of a sudden. He stopped his jeep on the corner of the road, and breathed deeply.

'What's happening to me.....?' He asked in frustration.

But before he could think of a logical explanation, he felt himself being there again, right beside her. He saw her approaching the lake, then suddenly she collasped.

Syaoran blinked back into reality, and revived himself. This was way too weird. Why was this happening?

Then unexpectedly he felt a feeling of deja vu, and an image flashed through his mind. But this time it wasn't a vision, it was more like a memory. He was there with her, which seemed like it took place centuries ago. He was wearing odd clothing, which seemed to be consisted of an armour, and a sword, the type of clothing knights wore. Then suddenly the vision disappeared, and everything was back to normal.

Syaoran sat there with a dazed look on his face, staring into space. This was getting way too weird. In all his dreams he had never had a vision like this before. Why was this happening?
