Once In A Life Time

Prologue: Tortured

Sakura pulled the boy away from the machines and set him down, he was
too young to realise that what he was playing with could cost him his
life in more then one way. Straightening her Black knee length cloak
Sakura pulled the hood back over her head hiding her face. A Triachi
was never supposed to show his or her face in public just as she had
done, but it was the briefest of moments that she wasn't sure if
anyone had seen her. No one was supposed to be able to identify her,
nor know what her gender was, smiling under the hood Sakura waved
cheerfully to the small boy before going back to her job, searching
for the missing Chiliona, the priestess of the Kalaltha, a powerful
and highly respected woman on the planet of Kaliano. That was the job
of a Triachi, do missions and Compleat them in as much secrecy as
possible.

Syaoran wiped the sweat from his forehead and watched as one of the
children from one of the house pods jumped all over a red-wing
(fighter plane) and played with the buttons, he was about to rush over
there when a black clad figure pulled the child off gently and as it
did so its hood fell backwards revealing the most beautiful creature
he had ever seen in his life. She had striking incandescent emerald
eyes, a delicate white/brown skin, little pointed ears and she looked
so delicate. She smiled brightly at the child before ushering him away
from the scene. Then she quickly pulled the hood back on and looked
frantically around to see if anyone had seen her, Syaoran quickly hid
his head and pretended to work again. As he looked back up he caught
the slightest pink aura, she held magik, just as he did. Maybe she was
someone important, and wasn't supposed to be out, for most people with
magik were heavily guarded at almost all times, that was why he had
learnt how to fight so that he could be left alone to fix his
red-wings and fly them for the K-force. Smiling as a picture of the
girl came into his mind he went back to work.

Sakura began her search for the elusive clues that were always present
to her, she would always follow the auras of people and be able to
find traces of where they had been, but she was now at a dead end in
this aircraft yard. Sighing she sat down and shook her head. Out of
the corner of her eye she saw a smiling youth and it made her smile,
he had unruly brown hair and fierce amber eyes, and a slight green
aura, MAGIK! Her mind cried out and she stood up quickly, that was why
she could not find the clues, this boy aura was overpowering them with
his magik and he didn't even realise. Her eyes alight with victory to
her now solved questions she walked confidently over to the youth.

"Hello" she said quietly so as not to disturb him. He looked up
slightly and scowled.

"What do you want I am busy" Syaoran was even as shocked by his
outburst as Sakura was, slightly offended Sakura shrugged the anger
off and began again.

"Your magik, it is interfering, please turn it down" she said sweetly.

"Turn it down? What the hell are you talking about, you cannot turn
magik down, its just there." He said indignantly. Sakura sighed and
nodded, for some people it was harder then others to hide their magik.
`Very well' she said to herself `I will turn down his magik myself'
but before she could another black clad figure came in to view and
Sakura whirled around pulling out two swords that had not been there
before. Syaoran was slightly taken aback at her swiftness, and also
took out his sword.

"State your business" Sakura said, her pleasant voice now hard and
emotionless.

"Triachi sister-mind" was all the male voice said. Sakura's eyes
widened and before she could stop herself she abandoned her swords and
flung herself at the black clad figure, her hood falling down in the
process as was the males.

"Tori!" She squealed, Tori smiled and hugged his sister. "I thought
you were at Yummadi,"

"I was, but I heard you were-" Tori stopped what he was going to say
as he looked back at Syaoran. "-Li!" Syaoran nodded his head in the
direction of the man, they had met often.

"You know each other?" Sakura asked pulling herself away from her
brother.

"Yes, yes we know each other" Tori said his eyes narrowing at Syaoran
who did the same.

Hehehe wall I was bored and had just read this stupid book like ten
times to memorise for damned exams so here is the outcome of my stress
filled brain. Hehehe
