Card Captor Sakura Fan Fiction ❯ Sakura and Li go to Hogwarts ❯ Chapter 1

Sakura was a Gryffindor; she had long hazelnut hair, big emerald green eyes, long legs, an attractive figure, very tall, very pretty and as sweet as sugar, she had just turned 17 and was in her last year at Hogwarts. She was crying though, tears were staining her soft cheeks. She heard laughter coming from people making there way down the corridor. She quickly wiped her tears and ran off; she didn’t want to be anywhere near happy people at the moment.
As Sakura was running she ran into someone, they caught her she looked up and saw Li, Li was a Slytherin and didn’t like many people and especially didn’t like Gryffindor’s. Once she had her balance he let go of her “Watch were your going Gryffindor.” Li said coldly. Li was very tall, an inch or so taller then Sakura, had messy brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, muscled and handsome. “Sorry” Sakura said looking at him with sorrowful eyes. He went past her with a huff.
Sakura went to the library, again she started to cry. “Sakura” came Harry’s voice, she quickly looked up “Harry” she said quickly wiping her tears. “Sakura why are you crying?” “Because… because I have just found out that the rest of my family have died.” “Oh I’m sorry Sakura.” Harry hugged her gently as a friend would hug one and other, “Harry you are a dear friend to me.” “Good and I always will be.” “Thank you.” Sakura smiled a small smile; they went off to find Ron and Hermione before they had to go to Dinner.
Sakura didn’t know why but she kept on looking over at Li on the Slytherin table, he was with Draco Malfoy, they where laughing and joking. Sakura went up to the common room after Dinner and sat in one off the squashy arm chairs by the fire. She stared into the fire feeling no emotion she then herd a tapping at the window, it was an owl, she let it in and took the massage, it was addressed to her. It said:
Meet me outside the library tonight, see you later, and don’t be late!

She asked Harry if she could borrow his invisibility cloak, he said she could, so she went to meet the person. She looked around standing outside the library under Harry's invisibility cloak. She saw someone come round the corner to the library so she waited to see who it was and if they stopped, they did and it was someone Sakura didn't expect to see. “L-Li?” she removed the cloak and he saw her. “I thought you might show up.” He said leaning against the wall. “Li we shouldn’t be here at night really, it’s breaking the rules.” “See that’s something I like about you, you don’t wan to disobey the rules.” “Wait you just said you liked me.” “Yeah so.” “Well earlier today you were mean to me.” “That’s because I don’t want people to know I like you.” “Someone’s coming.” Sakura put the invisibility cloak back on but not just over herself over Li too.
“This is a nice position.” Li whispered to her in her ear. “You pervert” “What?” “Again only for what they see.” “Huh? I was only saying that your warm and I’m pretty cold.” “Yeah sure you were. You know I should let you get in trouble but I won’t because I am not mean.” “Thanks.” They saw that it was Professor Snape who walked past and once they were sure he was gone she took the invisibility cloak off him and moved so he didn’t know were she was. “Oh come on Sakura I really didn’t mean it like that honest.” “Really?” “Yeah I didn’t please come out from under that cloak.” “Alright.” She took the cloak off and reappeared in front off Li, he jumped making Sakura giggle slightly, “And what’s so funny?” “You.” “Me? Why me?” “Don’t worry.” “So why were you crying earlier Sakura?” “You might not understand, so I won’t tell you.” “How do you know until you tell me?” “Has the whole off your family died Li?” “No.” “Well then.” “Your whole family has died?” “Yes, I received a letter this morning telling me they died last night.” “Oh I’m sorry Sakura.” Tears were streaming down Sakura’s face as she told Li about her family dieing. He hugged her which she was quite surprised at and he blushed, again they heard someone coming so she covered them with the cloak and Sakura did something that surprised him and even surprised herself, she kissed him under the darkness of the cloak.
“Sakura does this mean you like me too the way I like you?” “Yes.” She blushed, she had always wished that Li loved her and he did, she had never kissed anyone before and this was her first kiss and it was well magical. Li blushed also it was also his first kiss and never in his life had he imagined it to feel this wonderful. “Um Li we should go back to our common rooms now before we do get in trouble.” “Yeah true ok then I’ll see u tomorrow.” He kissed her on the cheek and vanished into the darkness off the corridor. Sakura went back to the Gryffindor common room, were she saw Hermione, Ron and Harry all still up waiting for her.
“Um Hi guys, why are you still up?” Sakura said taking off the invisibility cloak. “That’s what we want to ask you.” Hermione said looking at Sakura firmly. “Um well you see I ask Harry to borrow his invisibility cloak to go and meet someone and well we got talking and I came back that’s about it. Thanks for letting me borrow it Harry you can have it back now, I going to bed see you in the morning.” Sakura gave Harry his invisibility cloak back and went up to her dormitory to bed. “I wonder who she met.” Hermione said to Ron and Harry.
Sakura got up early and got dressed really quick which was surprising for her, she left the dormitory trying not to wake the other girls. She went outside and took her broom out and went for a fly. She wanted to fly because it helped her think, she thought about last night, what happened between her and Li; she flew above the clouds into the clear blue sky. The air blew through her hair making it whip behind her she closed her eyes and enjoyed the feeling of the air. Suddenly her broom began to disobey her and it disappeared she went soaring towards the ground “Aaahhh”
Draco and his cronies were on the ground laughing at Sakura as she fell towards the ground Li saw this and ran towards them he pushed them out off the way, but Goyle caught Li by his collar “No Sakura!” Li shouted he trusted his left hand forward and it glowed green and wind appeared beneath where Sakura was falling softening her landing not hurting her, “Why you!” Goyle pushed Li forwards away from them and Draco stepped forward. “Why did you save her no one in Slytherin likes her and you saved her. Why?” “Because I do like her, I Love her Draco and you can’t stop my feelings” Draco was now very angry and stormed off with his cronies behind him.
Li got up and ran over to Sakura. “Sakura? Sakura are you ok?” “L-Li? D-did you save me?” “Yes I would never let any harm come to you Sakura I Love you.” Sakura hugged Li tightly and started to cry “S-Sakura?” “Oh Li I was so scared.” “Ssshhh its ok, I’m here its ok.” Sakura gripped Li’s black robe and cried harder, Li hugged her tightly not letting her go until she stopped crying.
Harry, Ron and Hermione were watching nearby and were amazed at what Li did. “Wow.” said Ron. “I never thought a Slytherin could be nice like he was, that has really amazed me.” Hermione said in response to Ron, “Yeah Harry said not taking his eyes off Sakura and Li; he knew Sakura Loved Li but he never thought a Slytherin could have a good heart.
The year pasted and Sakura and Li’s Love grew stronger and Sakura found out she had special powers, not just her wizardry powers, which Li helped her develop like his own special powers. The leaver’s ball was a day away and Li had already asked Sakura to the ball and both of them couldn’t wait.
Hermione and Sakura sat in there dormitory together discussing what they were going to do when they left school but then Sakura remembered she couldn’t really do anything because she had to go to an orphanage because she had no where to stay and no relatives this made her sad but remembered she had Li.
The leavers ball had come and she was really nervous she had to meet Li outside the great hall, she couldn’t wait yet something was nagging at her that she was forgetting something, she remembered she had to get the gift for Li that she had found last time they went out off Hogwarts. She went down to greet Hermione, Ron and Harry before everyone made there way towards the great hall.
Li was in a emerald green robe with black trousers and a white shirt, he looked very handsome to all the girls but they knew he only had eyes for one person but they didn’t know which person that was until Sakura appeared, Sakura wore a light pink dress which reached the floor with a slightly lighter pink pair of shoes and her hair was tied up in a bun, her front bits curled, Li stared at her and then stepped forward holding his hand out for her “You look wonderful Sakura.” He said as she took his hand. “Why thank you and you look very handsome.” “Thank you.” They walked into the great hall and took a seat for Dumbledore to make his speech before the ball began.
“Would you like to dance Sakura?” Li asked once the music started. Sakura smiled and accepted taking his hand and letting him lead her to the dance floor. They danced like they had been dancing there whole lives together but just these few minutes felt like eternity to them both. Suddenly Sakura and Li could scene something and they ran out off the room towards the grounds, Harry, Ron and Hermione followed.
Sakura called her wings to appear and she flew up into the air and looked around, Li stayed on the ground and looked around along with Harry, Ron and Hermione, “I can scene where it’s coming from.” Sakura said from the air. “Where?” Li said looking up at her. “The forbidden forest.” Sakura pointed towards the forest, Harry, Ron, Hermione and Li ran towards the forest but Sakura stayed floating in the air, Li stopped and asked her “What’s wrong Sakura?” “I don’t like the forest.” “It’s ok, I’m here.” “Alright.” Sakura landed next to Li and they ran towards the forest.
“W-what’s this?” Sakura stuttered as they saw a swirl off white light rise high into the air and then it flew towards Sakura, “WATCH OUT!” Li shouted pushing Sakura out of the way and getting hit himself “Li!” Sakura ran to his side, something was happening to him, Sakura placed her hands on his strong shoulders, shaking him, he looked up his eyes glowing green and he had grown fangs and claws like a demon, “Li! Li!” he pushed her away, sending her into the tree behind her, her eyes filled with tears that began to run down her cheeks, “L-Li?” Harry ran to her side “Sakura it’s not Li he’s been taken over by something we have to fight him with our magic” “B-but I-I don’t want to hurt Li” she started to cry as she saw Ron and Hermione fighting Li off with there magic, Harry went to help them, in the end it got to much for Sakura”NO! STOP!” Sakura glowed pink and pink magic shot from her into Li and a white light escaped and disappeared from Li’s body, Li collapsed on his knees and Sakura fell to the ground after she stopped glowing. Li recovered and saw Sakura lying on the ground; he ran over to her and picked her up in his arms.
“Sakura? Sakura answer me? I couldn’t bare my life without you.” Li’s eyes filled with tears as he hugged Sakura tightly and close, he buried his face in her hair, Harry, Ron and Hermione watched in sorrow, Hermione started to cry and Ron hugged her to comfort her, Harry went and got Dumbledore and Madam Promfrey, both Li and Sakura were taken to the hospital wing and Harry, Ron and Hermione were sent back to the leaving Ball.
Li sat next to Sakura’s bed staring at her face he was sad, unhappy and angry with himself, but he knew if that light had hit her she might be worse, Draco appeared behind him “Li.” Li jumped and turned around “Oh it’s you, what do you want?” “I’m sorry.” “For what you don’t care.” “I do I know what it’s like to fall in love Li, trust me.” Li turned back to face Sakura as he heard her stir “Thanks Draco you better go before Madam Promfrey comes.” “Yeah well see ya.” “Yeah bye.” Li didn’t look at Draco he never took his eyes off of Sakura’s face, she was pale, hot and sweaty, Li couldn’t bare seeing her like this but he couldn’t leave her, he heard a song from the great hall as it crept through the corridors.

Li cried hearing this song, he couldn’t hold back his tears any longer, he loved Sakura so much he never wanted to hurt her or for her to be in any trouble, as he cried his tears dropped on the white bed covers and onto Sakura’s hand, her hand clenched into a fist bring some bed covers with it, Li looked up at Sakura’s face not bothering to wipe his tears “Sakura?” “Li” her eyes opened slowly the colourful orbs of emerald green shining with love and happiness to see Li was alright. He launched forward and hugged her tightly “Oh Sakura your alright, I was so worried.” “Li?” Sakura was surprised at Li’s actions but hugged him back. “Li are you crying?” Li let go off her and wiped his tears “I was because I thought I lost you I should of never off hurt you I love you Sakura I would never do anything to hurt you, I don’t know what I would do without you Sakura.” “Oh Li.” Sakura let forward and Kissed him, a long and passionate kiss, but they were interrupted with Professor Dumbledore coughing behind Li, both 17 year olds blushed embarrassed to be caught kissing.
“S-sorry Professor.” Both Li and Sakura said together. “No it’s quite alright, we need to sort out where you are going to stay Miss Avalon" Sakura looked at Li then back at Dumbledore. “Yes Professor” Sakura looked down her eyes full of sadness. “Professor?” Li asked. “Yes Mr Shaoran?” “Could Sakura by any chance stay with me?” “I don’t know shall we ask her?” Sakura looked up in surprise at Li’s statement and answered straight away “Yes I would.” She said looking at Li and smiling. Dumbledore agreed and left them.
Sakura was let out off the hospital wing the next day when everyone was packing there suitcases and making sure they had everything for the next day going home. Sakura went to pack her and she found a gift next to her bed wrapped in emerald green paper, she quested who it was from and opened it, inside the paper was a small black box and inside the small black box was a message and a ring, her eyes widened as she read the message and then looked at the ring, Sakura burst out into tears of happiness and joy, Hermione came rushing in and found Sakura crying with happiness “Let me guess, Li asked you to marry him right?” Hermione said happy for her friend. “Yes, isn’t it great” Hermione hugged her friend and helped her pack before going down to the last great feast.
“Sakura may I ask you face to face in front of everyone what I asked you in that letter?” “Li won’t you be teased by the Slytherin’s?” “I don’t care about that.” “Alright.” Sakura handed Li the box with the little diamond cherry blossom shaped ring inside to him. “Sakura would you please make me very happy by marrying me?” “Yes I will.” Li slipped the tiny delicate ring onto her engagement finger and then kissed her. Dumbledore smiled and clapped as did everyone else.
