Yes, I know I ought to be working on my two long series, especially the new one (it's gonna be called "Star", I think), but I left them in my locker (I'm at school), so I'll do this one-shot first then do the series later.

This is my first Tomoyo fic, and I hope I'll bring out her soft character well. After all, her... rejection was one of my favorites... it was her rejection, the Sakura/Yuki one, then the Touya/Kaho semi-rejection... I love heartbreaks in animes...

Ya it sucks in real life... but...

Anyways, "Scarlet" is this beautiful non-CCS song sung by Iwao Junko (Tomoyo's voice actress, seiyu). The lyrics are somewhat depressing, describing heartbreak, I love it! =) Sherry's sister introduced it to me one day because she thought it fit my poor soul and experiences perfectly... ^^

I still treasure that little pink eraser she gave me. The sign of friendship...

But then she fell in love with Yuki-san.

I suppose it was meant to be. I knew I'll never get a chance.

Poor Sakura-chan...

She never knew...

Never knew that Yuki-san loved Kinomoto-san...

...I never had a chance...

Now she is with Li-kun.

They truly do love each other...

And for that, I wish them love and happiness... forever...

... my love for her will always be forever...

... but for now...

As long as Sakura-chan is happy, I will be, too.

Rejection doesn't hurt all that much after all... It hurts...

But I will be happy as long as she is.

My love is a brilliant shade of scarlet.
