Chapter 5- A Love Found

Even though it is Friday, it will finally be a good day for Sakura. But when she wakes up, she will be very surprised.

Sakura: (yawning) That was a nice sleep. Oh! What is this?

She looked over the white object that was right next to her. Her vision was fuzzy a little bit, but when it cleared up, she was shocked.

Sakura: (gasps) This is a feather, and it looks so much like..............like Yue's. Yue was here?! Oh my god. But why did he stop here last night? I think I should tell Kero about this.

She went to the drawer where Kero sleeps and woke him up.

Sakura: Kero! You won't believe this!

Kero: (yawning) Ok. Tell me.

Sakura: Well, when I woke up this morning, I found this on my bed!(shows Kero the feather)

Kero: I already know what you're going to ask, Sakura. Yes, Yue was here last night.

Sakura: How did you know, Kero?

Kero: I was up when Yue came over last night.

Sakura: What did he say?

Kero: Unfortunately, I can't tell you that. It is something you will find out on your own.

Sakura: Ok, Kero. I got to get ready for school.(puts sparkling white lilies in her bookbag)

Kero: Who are the flowers for?

Sakura: Well.....................uh.........um.............

Kero: Well?

Sakura: I'll tell you later, Kero.

Kero: Well, alright. I guess I can wait.

Sakura: I better hurry or I'll miss breakfast. Come on, Kero!

Kero: I'll be down there in a minute. Be sure to save me some of your breakfast.

Sakura had hurriedly gotten dressed and brushed her hair. She went downstairs to the kitchen where she saw her dad, Tori, and Julian?!?!

Sakura: (thinking) What's Julian doing here? Oh well, I should stop pondering and greet him like I would usually do.

Mr. Avalon: Good morning, Sakura.

Sakura: Good morning, dad. Hey, Julian. Morning, Tori.

Tori: Good morning, monster.

Julian: (chuckling) Tori, if you want your foot broken, I wouldn't call Sakura a monster. But, there's something else that I know about your brother, Sakura.

Sakura: What's that?

Julian: He has a 'sister complex'. That means that when someone threatens you, he'll threaten to tear that person up.

Tori: Well, look at the time. I guess it's time for all three of us to go.

At that very moment, Kero came downstairs and was very hungry.

Kero: Sakura, did you leave me anything to eat?

Sakura: Yes, Kero. It's on my plate.

Kero: Thanks, Sakura.

Sakura: No problem, Kero. See ya later!

Kero: Bye!

After everyone said their goodbyes, Tori, Julian, and Sakura started the usual walk they took to get to their schools. While they were walking, Sakura kept thinking about why Yue was in her room last night.

Sakura: (thinking) Why was Yue at my house last night? And what does the feather mean? I hope that I figure all of this out soon.

Soon enough, they reached Sakura's school, and she said goodbye to Tori and Julian. She went into the school and met up with Madison.

Sakura: Good morning, Madison!

Madison: Good morning, Sakura! Why are you so happy today?

Sakura: No reason.

They went to their classroom, and sat down in their chairs. That was when Madison noticed the lilies in Sakura's bookbag.

Madison: Who are the flowers for, Sakura?

Sakura: Uh.................um............Well,..............

Madison: Well?

Sakura: I'll tell you tomorrow. But you can guess.

Madison: Could I see what the flowers look like?

Sakura: Sure!

Sakura showed Madison the flowers that were carefully placed in her bookbag. The flowers were beautiful white lilies.

Madison: Wow! Sakura, these flowers would have to be for someone you really care about.

Sakura: (nervously) Yeah, you're right. I'm giving these flowers to a 'special someone', but I can't tell you who.

Madison: (begging) Please tell me! I don't want to be kept in suspense!

Sakura: Just guess! Think of every person I know.

Madison: Ok. If I don't know who it is, I hope I find out soon.

While they were talking, Li was once again in the shadows. Planning. Watching. and Waiting.

Li: (thinking) I have to think about when I'm going to tell Sakura the truth. Wait! I'll tell her next week. When she goes to catch another Sky Card, I'll be in a cherry tree to watch the whole thing. And if she gets hurt, I'll take her to the nearby woods and tell her there.

Soon enough, school was over for the day. Sakura had taken the lilies out of her bookbag and had started walking home. A few minutes after she started her walk from school, she met up with Julian.

Sakura: (surprised) Oh! Hi, Julian.

Julian: Hey, Sakura. Say, who are the flowers for?

Sakura: (sighing) Ok. I'll tell you. The flowers are for............

Julian: Well?

Sakura: The flowers are for Yue. Could I, uh, talk to him?

Julian: Sure!

Right after he said that, he started his transformation. Where Julian had stood,Yue was in his place.

Yue: You wanted to see me, Mistress?

Sakura: (nervously) Y- Yes. I wanted to tell you something, but I won't know how you'll react.

Yue: Tell me.

Sakura: Well, it's just that over the past few weeks I've been thinking about you a lot. And when you save me, I get butterflies in my stomach. There's no easy way to say this, but I- I- I love you, Yue, more than anything in the world. I also made these for you.

Sakura handed the sparkling white lilies to Yue, and at that very moment, the invisible shield of ice that surrounded his heart melted, and he felt that he needed to tell Sakura his feelings for her as well.

Yue: Thank you, Sakura. I need to tell you something as well.

Sakura: What is it?

Yue: I love you, too.

Sakura: (surprised) Are you serious?

Yue: Yes.

Sakura: (thinking) Wow! Madison was right! I'll have to thank her one day.

Yue: I feel so much better now that I've told you my feelings for you.

Sakura: Me too. I've always wanted to tell you, but I was scared of you rejecting me.

Yue: You were scared of me rejecting you, Sakura? I was scared of you rejecting me as well.

Sakura: But you never show your emotions.

Yue: That's because I was emotionally scarred. I vowed never to love anyone again. But now...........I love you, Sakura.

Sakura: You called me Sakura!!! Are you alright, Yue?

Yue: I'm fine, Sakura. I just used to keep my feelings for you bottled up.

Sakura: If or when Kero finds this out, he's going to faint!

They were walking to Sakura's house, talking and laughing(yes, Yue was laughing) and making fun of Kero. When they reached Sakura's house, Yue thought that he and Sakura should hang out the same night, so he asked her.

Yue: Sakura, do you want to hang out later tonight?

Sakura: Well, since it's Friday and I have no homework, sure.

Yue: Great! I'll knock on your window at about 8. Is that okay with you?

Sakura: Yeah! We could walk around the park and stuff like that, ok?

Yue: Yeah, that would be great. Don't tell Kero or he'll get suspicious.

Sakura: Ok. I'll see you later tonight.

With that, Yue flew to Julian's house, his heart full again. Sakura went into her house, happy and cheerful again. When she reached her room, she started humming to herself. Kero, who was playing a video game, paused it to see why Sakura was so happy.

Kero: Sakura, why are you so happy this afternoon?

Sakura: That's something I can't tell you.

Kero: Why can't you tell me?

Sakura: Because it's a secret.

Kero: (begging) Please tell me!

Sakura: Nope!

Kero: I hate being kept in suspense.

Sakura: I know.

Soon enough, it was 8:00 p.m. Sakura's father was over at the school he teaches at and would be there until tomorrow morning, so she didn't have to tell him. Kero was downstairs eating out the whole refridgerator. Even Tori wasn't home, for he had to go to his job. Sakura was upstairs anxiously awaiting Yue's arrival. Sakura was wearing a light pink sweatsuit with white sneakers. After a few seconds, there was a knock at her window. She went over to the window and opened it. There, right in front of her, was her moon guardian, Yue.

Sakura: Hey, Yue. It's great to see you again.

Yue: It's great to see you again as well, Sakura. Well, let's go.

Sakura had called on the Fly card with her mind, just like she did when she was depressed. Pinkish-white wings sprouted from her back and she flew out of the window. Yue was in awe because Sakura didn't call on the cards like he usually did.

Sakura: Do you want to fly or walk?

Yue: We'll fly.

They had decided to fly to King Penguin Park to talk and stuff like that. When they reached the park, Sakura needed to ask Yue something.

Sakura: Yue, do you think you can teach me how to fly better?

Yue: That's no problem.

So, the training session started. Yue stood on the slide and shot ice crystals at Sakura while Sakura dodged them. Sakura had dodged a few, but one had cut her left wing, and she started falling 10 feet to the ground.

At Sakura's house, Kero had just finished eating 4 full cups of pudding. When he reached Sakura's room, he saw that she wasn't there, so he started to get worried.

Kero: Huh? Where's Sakura? She wouldn't just leave like this.

At that moment, he sensed Sakura and Yue's aura, but there wasn't any danger or anything like that.

Kero: Wait a second! Why is she with Yue? I think that I should call Madison and tell her this!

He flew over to where the pink cell phone was, which was on Sakura's dresser. He dialed Madison's number and after a couple of rings, she answered.

Madison: Hello?

Kero: Madison, it's Kero. You won't believe what I just found out.

Madison: What?

Kero: Sakura is out with Yue. Now do you find that a bit odd?

Madison: How is it odd?

Kero: Sakura came home all happy today and just last week she was depressed. And when I asked her why she was so happy she said it was a secret. She thinks I don't know!

Madison: Wow. That is odd. Listen, Kero, I'm going to go to King Penguin Park with my camcorder and I'm going to tape it, alright?

Kero: That's a great idea!

Kero hung up the phone and decided to play a video game, while Madison decided to go to the park to spy on Sakura.

While Sakura was falling, Yue flew off the slide and caught her just as she was going to hit the ground.

Yue: Are you alright, Sakura?

Sakura: Yes. Thank you.

Yue: I think that the flying lesson is over, but you did well. The only thing you have to do is practice, and you'll master flying.

Sakura, who was now able to walk, felt a bit of confidence. She just had to practice a little bit more, and she would be able to fly better.

Sakura: Aren't you wondering how I was able to call on the cards without the incantation?

Yue: Yes, just how did you do that?

Sakura: Well, one day I decided that I should try calling on the cards with my mind. Kero didn't want me to do it because he feared that I would pass out. I didn't listen because I was so intent on being able to do this. I had decided to call on the elements, which was very hard. Then, as Kero had feared, I had passed out, but for only a short time.

While they were talking, Madison found them in the park, talking and walking around. She started her camcorder and started taping everything that happened. This was so unknown to Sakura and Yue until it started drizzling heavily, which was when they started the walk home. When Sakura spotted Madison, she was surprised.

Sakura: (shocked) Madison! What are you doing here?

Madison: Don't get mad at me, Sakura. It was Kero who told me. He was worried, so he called me. I'm taping it because it is something I would naturally do when you're out. I'm sorry if I ruined anything.

Sakura: It's not your fault. Kero's nosy butt wanted to know why I was gone, and he's going to probably bite Yue's head off.

After they finished talking, Sakura had once again sensed a Sky Card, but she didn't know which one it was.

Sakura: I sense a Sky Card, but I can't figure out which one it is.

Right after she said that, a little pink girl with pink pigtails, a pink dress decorated with red hearts, and a pink bow and arrow with a little heart on the end of the arrow came out of the shadows. When Madison saw the girl, she let Sakura and Yue know.

Madison: Sakura, is that what you're sensing?

Sakura looked over to where Madison was pointing and the pink girl floated over and sent Sakura a telepathic note. Sakura had called on the staff, just in case something was going to happen.

Pink Girl:(telepathically) I am the Sky Love.

Sakura:(telepathically) The Sky Love? Then why are you in your true form?

Love:(telepathically) I am in my true form because I'm not afraid of being captured. You may capture me now. I'm an easy capture.

Sakura:(telepathically) Well, alright. (regularly speaking) Love card, return to your power confined! Sky Card!

Finally, the Sky Love was captured. Once again, Madison was ecstatic over the card capture, even though it was the easiest.

Madison: That was the easiest card capture ever! Did she say anything to you?

Sakura: Yeah. She said that she wasn't afraid of being captured. Hey! I have an idea! Yue, stand right here and Madison, stand behind the tree right over there.

Madison:(whispering) What are you going to do?

Sakura:(whispering) I'm going to use the Moon card. Wait and see.

Sakura walked in front of Yue and had telepathically called on the Moon card. A few minutes later, a full moon had shone brightly in the sky. Madison was taping the whole thing. Then, the moonlight started shining around Sakura and Yue. Yue looked deeply into Sakura's eyes, leaned towards her, and gave her a deep, passionate kiss. Sakura had melted into Yue's embrace almost immediately. Madison was so happy that they were together.

Madison:(thinking) Woohoo!!! Go, Sakura!!

When their kiss ended, Sakura was beaming and Yue was smiling. Madison was once again ecstatic because she taped another one of Sakura's great moments.

Madison: Well, I'll see you later, Sakura. I have to go home and, once again, edit this film.

Sakura: Ok, Madison! Bye!

When Madison started walking home, Yue asked Sakura a question that dealt with the capture of the Sky Card they had encountered.

Yue: Sakura, did you think that capturing the Sky Love was a bit weird?

Sakura: What do you mean?

Yue: Well, it didn't put up a fight like the other Sky Cards did. It's like it wanted to be captured. Maybe it felt like it had no purpose whatsoever as a Sky Card spirit.

Sakura: Maybe you're right.

After she said that, she telepathically used the Fly card to get her wings. She flew up into the air and waited for Yue to ask his question.

Yue: What are you doing?

Sakura: Well, I was thinking that we should race to my house to see if I can fly any better.

Yue: Alright then.

Yue willed for his wings and, soon enough, he was in the air, right next to Sakura.

Sakura: Ready....................set..............................GO!!!

The race wasn't long, but it wasn't short either. Yue was in the lead when Sakura's house was 5 feet in front of them. Then, with an extra burst of speed, Sakura flew right in front of Yue and had won the race.

Sakura:(surprised) Wow! I can't believe I won!

Yue: That's one way I can tell you're getting better at flying.

Sakura:(blushes) Thank you, Yue. You know what?

Yue: What?

Sakura: I think that this night counted as a date, not as a 'hang out' night.

Yue: You're right about that, my dear Sakura.

Sakura blushed at the fact that Yue called her "dear". Then, she forgot about Kero, who must be absolutely worried about her now. So, she let Yue know.

Sakura: Yue, we forgot about Kero. He must be worried about me.

Yue: You're right. I forgot also. He's going to bite my head off for this. But, we have to tell him why the Sky Love appeared tonight.

Sakura opened her bedroom window and climbed through it. She waited for Yue to enter her room, and when he did, she found Kero pacing her room.

Sakura: Kero, are you alright?

Kero: Sakura, where have you been?!?! After I finished eating some pudding downstairs, I couldn't find you anywhere! Then, I sensed you and Yue's aura, but there was no danger! What's going on?!

Yue: Calm down, Kero. Me and Sakura just hung out for a while, that's all.

Kero: It's 10:00 p.m.! How is that a while?!

Yue: If you'd calm down, I would tell you.

Kero: Alright. I'm calm.

Yue: The reason why Sakura is just now returning home is that we encountered another Sky Card while we were out.

Sakura: I have it with me, Kero. Let me show you.

Kero floated over to where Sakura was and she showed him the Sky Card she captured. When Kero saw it, he was shocked.

Kero:(gasps) The Love Card?! Why did it appear today?!?

Yue: The reason why it appeared today is...........................

Kero: Well?

Sakura: The reason why is that me and Yue are a couple. That's why the card appeared today.

Kero: So let me get this straight. You and Yue are a couple, and that's the reason why the Sky Love appeared today?

Sakura: Yep. That's the reason.

Kero: Finally you guys are together!! I didn't know how long it would be until the both of you would succumb to your feelings.

Sakura: You're not mad?

Kero: Why would I be mad at that? I noticed a few weeks ago that both of you cared for one another, and check out the result: Yue isn't so cold and distant and you're happy again, Sakura.

Yue: I have to go, Sakura. It's getting late.

Sakura: Ok. Bye, Yue.

Before Yue left, he gave Sakura a quick peck on the cheek. Then, he spread his wings and flew into the night. After he left, Sakura changed into her pajamas, crawled into bed, and dreamed about her new boyfriend. Her new love. Her moon guardian. Yue.

soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what did y'all think????????????? i was just a bit lazy to finish typing this chapter up. if u think this story is bad, tell me and i won't post it ever again(sobs) it's just that this is my first fic and i worked hard on it and i wanna see what other people think of it...............but i guess that no one likes it...............................if i get more bad reviews than good, i'll take the story off for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
