In The Middle -
By Midori Bond
** Sisters aren’t always the best conquest to have under your belt.**
// Allen, I have to see you tonight. Father is being unbearable, and I don’t know what to do anymore. Please, meet me behind the lavender patch, next to our tree at the end of the maze. I love you.//
The guard looked at the page that handed him the letter. His blue eyes almost flashing. “Who gave this to you again?” he asked roughly.
The young boy lowered his head slightly. “I don’t know Sir. Allen,” he said respectfully. “She was dressed in a pale blue mask and gown. She refused to say who she was.”
Allen nodded as he folded the letter and tucked it into his shirt sleeve. “I have a feeling that I know who it is,” he said before looking at the boy in front of him. He looked around the ballroom and tried not to smile. “Everything here is going fine. I believe the ball will survive a little while without me.” He tilted his head slightly before turning and leaving.
The smile that was threatening to cross his face fell completely when he saw one of the three princesses he took guard over, walking over to him. “Princess Millerna,” he said bowing his head fully.
She smiled brightly as she looked at the man that she loved. “Allen, you look splendid tonight,” she said easily.
Again, Allen bowed. “Thank you Princess. You look lovely as well,” he commented as he took in sight of her off the shoulder pink gown. Just as she was about to open her mouth to say something again, Allen beat her to it. “I don’t want to appear rude, but there is a pressing matter that I have to attend to,” he said quickly. When her expression faltered, Allen took her hand into his and kissed it. “I give you my word, once I return, I will have at least one dance with you.”
Millerna blushed slightly as he released her hand and started to walk off. There was no denying it, but she loved him more than she wanted to admit. A sigh escaped her as she looked at her hand. “I’m not as dumb as you think I am,” she whispered to herself as she held the kissed limb close to her chest. She turned back to the ball and painted a smile on her face, ready to play the roll of the pretty princess.
Allen quickly made his way to the garden maze. He continued to bow and greet the other guests of the masquerade as he passed them. As much as he loved being a Knight of Astoria, he hated the diplomacy attached to it. Already promised to at least a dozen dances with a number of Ladies, Allen sighed in relief when he reached the large garden maze. Soon, he wouldn’t be separated from his secret love for too much longer.
Going through the maze, as he had thousands of times before, the young knight could only think of the beauty waiting for him. Her large dark green eyes, and long blonde hair. He tried to imagine how she was dressed for the masquerade, but knew that his mind was doing her no justice. It had been far too long since he’d seen her, and right now, only the thought of their reunion lingered on his mind.
Once he reached the end of the maze, Allen spotted the beauty waiting for him. He stopped as he took in her form. He had been right. The thoughts he had of her appearance were nothing compared to the beautiful woman in front of him. Her blonde hair fell around her in waves, and she wore the costume of a fairy princess. The soft blue dress fell around her lean legs in layers, exposing soft cream colored skin to the moonlight. Without a sound, Allen stalked over to the woman he wanted more than anything. As he stood behind her, he inhaled the sent of lavender and touched her bare shoulder. “I’ve missed you,” he whispered as he turned her around to face him.
Before she could say anything, his mouth was covering hers in a passionate kiss. He easily guided her back against the tree. A moan escaped him when he felt her hands tangle in his shoulder length hair. It had been so long since the last time he had a chance to taste her, now he couldn’t stop himself… even if something was slightly off.
Allen’s hands were automatically working their way under the layers of soft silk. Another moan escaped him when he felt her hands just as active. He could feel the way her small hands were trembling as they went to work on his sword belt.
She couldn’t get the world around her to stop spinning. As often as she had dreamed of something like this happening to her, she never thought she would have a handsome knight of Astoria kissing her breathless, demanding to be inside of her in every way possible. Her eyes widened when she felt skillful fingers massage and caress her most private of places.
Allen groaned when he felt how wet she had become. It always amazed him how passionate his princess could become when it was just the two of them. He finally broke their kiss and looked into her passion-dark eyes. There wasn’t any time for them to truly enjoy each other, but from the way her note sounded, she needed a strong physical release… and he was bound and determined to give it to her.
Without a word, the blonde knight knelt in front of her and lifted one of her legs onto his shoulder. He smiled faintly as he looked into her confused eyes. It had been a while since they were together, and he was going to make tonight memorable.
A gasp passed through her lips when she felt Allen lean forward and taste her. Never in all the time she had known him, did she think that he would do something so scandalous. His lips and tongue were moving in such a way that it mimicked the way he kissed her.
He held her hips still as she tried to writhe against him. He couldn’t deny the fact that he was doing all of this for her, but he refused to give up any control. Allen moaned softly when he felt her long thin fingers tangle in his hair. He glanced up and her and saw that her head was tilted back against the bark of the tree and her breast were heaving with every breath she took. With a smirk to himself, Allen used his tongue and teeth to pull her most sensitive nub into his mouth, while sliding a finger inside of her.
Everything erupted all at once. The pleasure that was building inside of her body suddenly became too much. She cried out as the world around her erupted in white. Before she had a chance to come back to herself, she found Allen standing over her, kissing her breathless. Her hands slowly slid from his hair down to his shoulders as she tasted herself on his lips. She didn’t know when his pants left, but she didn’t care as she felt his erect member against the bare skin of her still raised thigh.
Allen broke the kiss long enough to look into her eyes. He gently touched her face before leaning forward and devouring her neck. While being careful enough not to leave a mark, he couldn’t stop himself from nibbling on her soft pale skin. A low growl escaped him as he lifted him up into his arms and entered her in one smooth motion. Allen noticed the way she tensed in his arms and paused, giving her time to adjust to him being inside of her. He made a small trail of kisses up her neck and covered her mouth with his.
A small sigh escaped her as he lifted her legs to wrap around his waist. She felt so full that she didn’t want to remember how it felt to not have him inside of her. A gasp escaped her as she shifted her hips towards his. She felt the rumble of the growl that escaped him. Her head fell back against the tree as he started to pull out of her. Her eyes went round as he then slammed into her almost brutally.
He allowed frantic hands claw at his shoulder as she pulled herself tight against him. All he could concentrate on was the feel of her lean body in his arms, moving in sync with his. They were both were trying to drive each other wild with ecstasy and succeeding. Allen could feel himself nearing his end as he reached up and allowed his fingers to tangle in her hair. He could only gasp as he felt the hot walls surrounding him tighten.
It was too much. The pleasure that was building inside of her had reached its peak, and once again, her world turned white. She curled herself around Allen as she felt her mask fall from her eyes and something warm flood her insides. She tried to get her breathing to slow down as she focused on the man staring at her with slightly widened, stunned eyes.
Allen released the hold he had on her legs and allowed her to stand on her own two feet. “Princess Eris,” he said with a hoarse voice. He was utterly confused. The woman in front of him could not have sent him that note.
As she looked into his eyes, Eris felt the blissful haze that had settled over her leave. She caught a glimpse of blue over by the maze, and suddenly felt sick. She knew who Allen had made love to, and it wasn’t her.
It was her older sister, Marlene.
The sister that was currently standing at the edge of the maze with tears in her eyes.
“How could you?”
Allen quickly turned as the pain filled question was asked. “Marlene,” he gasped as he moved to go to her side. When she backed away from him, everything came crashing down. He’d just had sex with the middle Princess of Astoria, thinking that he was with her sister. As the woman he loved shook her head, he moved to go to her. “Marlene, I can explain,” he said, a blatant lie, but one he was willing to try.
Hate filled eyes turned to him. “No, I don’t want to hear it,” Marlene said quickly. She ripped off her mask and glared at him. “I wanted to talk with you about what I was going to tell my father when the Duke of Freid proposed. But obviously you don’t care if I marry him or not!” she shouted.
“I do care,” Allen said quietly. He only watched as she stormed up to him and slapped him across his face.
“Sir Allen,” she said in a hiss. “I will soon be the Duchess of the Freid. Please treat me as such. I will not stand here and allow you to lie to my face. Not with your pants around your knees.”
He felt his face light on fire as he just remember the state of his clothes. With one hand, he reached down and pulled up his pants. “I am not lying Marlene. I do care if you marry or not.”
“Is having my sister against a tree in the royal garden proof of your affections?” she asked hotly. “Because if it is, then I don’t want anything to do with you or them.”
Allen reached out to grab her arm, only to have it snatched away. He was about to go after her when he felt hurt eyes on his back. “Princess,” he said lowly. As he turned to look at Eris, he felt another hand strike him across his face. “I know I deserved that,” he started.
“You deserve a lot worse,” Eris said in a hiss. When he lowered his gaze, she sighed. “As far as I am concerned, tonight never happened.”
He looked at Eris with stunned eyes. “What?”
&nbs p; “We both hurt my sister tonight, and I will deal with her anger when it comes. But I will not have it all thrown back in her face by chamber maids and squires.” Eris wiped the tears that were slowly making their way down her face and looked at him. “And I will not have you turn me into a whore.”
Allen looked at her for a long moment. She was the strongest out of the three sisters. While Marlene and Millerna both had noble qualities and stature, Eris had the strength to be a ruler. He lowered his head in a respectful bow. “I understand Princess,” he said quietly. As she nodded at him, he sighed. “And while it probably means nothing to you, I am sorry for everything that has happened tonight.”
She looked into his eyes and nodded when she saw the sincerity in them. “Goodnight Sir Allen,” she said before leaving going back toward the palace.
“So what happened to Marlene?” the kid asked as he was given another glass.
Allen looked down at his own brandy and sighed. “She married, had a child, and died. She never spoke to me again after that night.”
“And Eris?”
“She now rules Astoria, and is looking for an Heir.”
Ruby colored eyes turned mischievous. “And what about that hot little sister?” he asked leaning forward.
One of Allen’s eyebrows arched. “Millerna is off with a family of her own. Why would you want to know?”
Gojyo shrugged. “You said you had sisters. I was just wondering if you had all three.”
Yohji leaned closer to his red haired friend. “He probably did. You heard him say that the youngest one always idolized him.”
Allen looked at them both. “Are you two done?” he asked with a sigh.
Hotohari smirked. “He had all three,” he said into his cup. When Allen looked at him, he simply drank his sake. When blue eyes turned away from him, he straightened. “But that all leads into what Max was saying about getting caught.”
The kid quickly turned to the blue haired pilot. “Did you ever get caught Mr. Sterling?”
Max took a slow breath and looked into innocent green eyes. “Did I ever….”
