Prologue
Earth our dimension…
Silence seemed to deafen him. He couldn't believe how bad things had gotten. He knew it was over tonight.
They stood before him he caught the flicker of an apologetic glance, as clear as crystal.
His hand moved to the glass as his hand touched it slowly, the cooling sensation wasn't a comfort. Looking to the four glass tubes on the other side of the room, he watched as she walked up to his glass prison.
“Daiken. Soon we shall be one.”
All he could do was glare at the brown eyed woman, her green hair un-natural but natural looking at the same time.
It was like she was snapped straight out of an anime and thrown in to real life. The tanned leather pants, black leather jacket and beige colored top, the rings the fingerless gloves, and jewelry that donned her wrists, neck, ears shone in a way he was sure was menacingly.
“I hope you enjoyed your time with Goku while it lasted.” She looked behind at the two that stood behind her. “He wasn't supposed to help you, he was supposed to kill you. But that's what I get for trying to buy an idiotic saiyan. I should have picked Vegeta from the start. He knows that without me he will never return home, he will never see his family again… Let alone his little princess.”
“Just hurry up and kill the kid woman!” The voice snapped.
His hand moved along the glass as he looked to the four figures suspended in the glass tubes on the other side of the room. He still wasn't to sure of their purpose, and he wasn't to familiar with the two women but the two guys. Who didn't know who Maes Hughes and Nicholas D. Wolfwood was in the anime world deserved to die. But he knew them and he knew they were supposed to die, but he didn't know he was supposed to die.
“Daiken…” He looked up hearing his voice and the dark eyes of the green skinned figure stood there. “Sorry… I did mean it when I said you remind me of Gohan.”
“Piccolo. It's okay.” He forced a smile. “I don't blame you or Vegeta for this. I would have done the same to return to my world.”
“I don't understand how the brat is still talking. I killed him.” Vegeta scoffed.
“It's his soul talking not his body.” She motioned behind.
Daiken looked behind at the sand falling from the ceiling and he could see a hand sticking out of the dirt he turned around away the sleeve he knew and looked down at his own sleeve.
“My soul…” He looked at his hand.
She walked up to the glass her hand moving over it the dirt beneath him shifting and his eyes closed as it suddenly shot up around him raising up and he gasped as he felt something solid pierce through his stomach and he looked down looking at the spear shaped rock. The glass opened up and he flinched as her hand moved over the side of his face. Her mouth moving close to his ear.
“Any last words?”
“Earth… I hope… you… drown.” He gasped.
~*~*~*~
“DAIKEN!” Goku raced through the caverns, he had been delayed for far too long by these creatures of darkness.
He blinked as he recognized Vegeta and Piccolo's ki. Finger's shooting to his forehead he locked on to them as he ran concentrating on them.
Using instant transmission he was there in instantaneously.
Goku looked up and his eyes widened, as he saw the green haired woman who had pulled him to this world leaning over Daiken, her mouth over the young college student's. She pulled back.
Goku gasped seeing the tail end of something slide down Daiken's throat, the boy's body was jerking violently. The rock he was impaled on dropped to the ground. The body fell and sunk down in to the dirt.
“DAIKEN!” Goku shoved past Vegeta and Piccolo and he began digging in the dirt. “Hold on Daiken I've got sensu!”
“Kakarott! Stop it this instant!” Goku heard Vegeta shout at him.
But he didn't stop digging.
“DAIKEN!”
He uncovered Daiken's body, he pulled the youth up from the dirt, the body hanging limp in his arms. His flesh already being gnawed at by bugs, Goku ignored them and he sat there on his knees holding the boy's body.
“Goku something's happening.” Piccolo's voice.
He looked over his shoulder and he saw the four figures in the glass tube, the dirt began to fill them turning the liquid in to a mud like compound. The bodies then began to evaporate.
The woman who took him from his world stood there arms held up and he watched as what looked like a spirit bomb summoning began. Energy seemed to be sucked in to her body.
Goku looked back at Daiken, he slipped out of his pocket the four star dragonball before placing it in the young twenty-year old's hand and lay him on the ground his eyes narrowing.
“This ends now Earth.” He began to stalk toward the woman. Her brown eyes flashed green and Goku felt the Earth beneath him suddenly grab him by the legs and he was pulled down in to the earth.
“GOKU!”
“KAKAROTT!”
Vegeta turned round shooting the woman a glare. “Wrench get him out of there, the only one allowed to kill him is me!”
She only smiled at him. How he hated that smile, like she had well and truly won.
“It's done… You can go home now.”
“Release Kakarott now!” Vegeta shouted at her. “It's not over!”
Piccolo saw the flash of a symbol on the ground underneath their feet he looked to Vegeta. “Not without Goku.”
“You have no say in this he betrayed me he pays the price. You two though… I'll let you go…” She waved her hand.
Piccolo shielded his eyes from the flash of light.
Tucking the green hair behind one ear she looked at the now empty cavern except for the body lying in the dirt.
“One down… three to go.”

Earth… Saiyukireality…
The sun was beating down on him, and it was at that moment he decided he hated black hooded robes… especially in the desert heat, especially waiting for them to come this direction on their return to Shangri-La from Hotu Castle.
“God these assholes have shit time.” He complained pulling out his pocket watch he looked at it. “Damnit I bet you Earth won. Stupid bitch will rub it in my face too.” He huffed annoyed. “She cheated using super saiyans and a namek.” He grumbled more.
The wind picked up and he grinned suddenly as he could hear the sound of a jeep driving over the desert sand in the distance.
“Bingo bingo…” Sky blue eyes locked on to the green jeep coming over a sand dune. “Sanzo party… it's about time.”
“Gimmie that! It's mine!” Goku shouted.
“Na-uh you're toooooo slow monkey…” Gojyo laughed shoving the last of the meat buns in his mouth.
“WAIIIIIII! GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE GOJYO YOU JERK!” Goku grabbed at Gojyo's cheeks trying to open his mouth to get the food out.
Hakkai let out a laughed. “Oh my they're at it again.”
“Don't remind me.” Sanzo rubbed his forehead before spinning round in the seat and administering a boot to both their heads before pulling out his Smith and Wesson. “SHUT UP OR I'LL KILL YOU!!!”
Hakkai blinked seeing the figure in black looking at them through the desert, he passed by the figure. The face hidden under a dark hood. But there was something wrong with the chi of the man, he knew it instantly, it wasn't fully demonic, but it wasn't fully human either, but it held the hint of familiarity he hadn't gotten in a long time.
`A deity?' Hakkai thought for a moment.
Then he caught the smile and he saw the hand lift up and the wind raced round them.
“SIT DOWN BUCKLE UP!” Hakkai shouted as he felt the jeep lifted up in to the air.
“Dude what the hell?!” Gojyo shouted.
A voice seemed to drift over the sound of the wind, it's chanting foreign and different, it's deep voice nothing like they'd encountered before.
Sanzo stood up pulling the scripture off his shoulders. His own chanting countering the effects of the man's.
“I thought this woulda ended by now!” Goku complained.
The jeep was dropped hard on the ground.
“Kyuuuuu!” The jeep squawked.
“I'm sorry old friend.” Hakkai apologized to the jeep.
Sanzo looked over his shoulder seeing the figure in black, standing a few meters in front blocking their path. “Hakkai run that asshole over.”
Hakkai smiled. “Now now that's not very nice.”
“JUST DO IT!” Gojyo shouted. “That asshole tried to send us to Oz! Jerkward coulda asked first or at least told us if there were any hot babes there first.”
“And food!” Goku added.
Hakkai let out a sigh. “Oh well you asked for it.” He stepped down racing the jeep towards the man in black.

Earth… Our reality…
The female in white sat on the rock in the cave filing her nails looking at the array on the ground. When Earth walked in, the green haired woman looked at her red headed female partner in crime.
“Fire haven't you cast the spell already?”
“Oh yeah I did… but for some reason, I didn't get sent to their world… I'll sort it out later.” She looked at her nails before buffing them on her black cloak.
Earth nodded. “I'm going out for a while, new powers and all… I'm going to go play. Make sure Goku stays locked in Water's status liquid and hidden.”
Fire saluted Earth. “Gotcha.”
“I hope you'll get on to it soon, the gate has opened and they should be arriving through to the target's locations soon.” Earth pointed out.
“I know I'm on it. My array is flawless. I'll leave and sort them out when the boys have finished playing.” Fire rolled her eyes. “They'll be a while, they're boys after all.”
Earth let out a breath. “Tell me about it. Air didn't even start looking for the Sanzo Party's location till this morning five minutes before the array was cast. Lazy jerk.” She headed to the exit. “If they're any problems… I'll be back…”

Earth… Bleach reality…
Ichigo stood at the gate looking onward. “So we're going through there? To kill an Espada in another dimension?”
Renji scratched the side of his face looking at it. “It's what the guy who gave the commander general the file said.”
Kira nodded. “He also mentioned something about their world being different though and to be careful we could get trapped.”
“So we go there kill her get out right?” Ichigo asked.
“Captain Kenpachi will hold the gate open.” Hisagi added.
Ichigo looked at Kenpachi standing by the gate looking at it. Yumichika, Ikkaku near by.
“So you me, Kira, and Renji is that enough for this one Espada?” Ichigo asked.
“Hopefully.” Hisagi replied. “If we have any problems we send a SMS through to Ikkaku and we'll be joined by him and Yumichika.”
Ichigo looked at Kenpachi, he understood why Kenpachi wasn't going, they needed muscle to hold the gate open and more than likely Kenpachi would get lost on Yachiru's directions and not get out in time.
Ukitake pulled out a pocket watch looking at it. “He said the gate will open in about two minutes. Hang on to that file and schedule it's all you have to go by.”
Hisagi slipped the file in to his gi before doing it up tighter. “It won't leave us until the Espada is taken care of.”
“She looks very human though.” Ichigo commented off handily.
“Shape shifting maybe…” Renji offered.
“Who knows how advanced she is in comparison to the likes of the others.” Kira added.
Ichigo watched as Ukitake started coughing, his hand going to his mouth. He could see the blood and he frowned. It seemed the Captain's health once again was taking a turn for the worst.
Ichigo turned to the door as it opened suddenly and there was a rush of water that shot out. Ichigo grabbed Ukitake instantly who was still coughing and shun-po'd him to higher ground. Turning back round he watched as everyone near the door was pulled through the gate with a strong current.
Ichigo jumped off the cliff and raced to the gate, but the door closed instantly before he could get through.
“What…?”
Ukitake looked to where the gate had been. “Unusual… Very… unusual.”

Christchurch, New-Zealand…
`in order to return to your world all I ask… is for you to dispose of this woman.'
Sanzo sat at the table of the hotel he looked at the manila folder, glasses on, he ignored the file before flipping through the local newspaper. He watched as Goku lay on the couch looking up at the ceiling. Hakkai stood by the window Hakaryu on his shoulder.
“Gojyo's been gone a while now. Do you think he found her?” Hakkai asked.
“I hope he didn't sleep with her, that'd be gross.” Goku remarked.
It was only a few moments later Gojyo walked in the door cigarette in mouth, hands shoved in his pockets. He looked up as they all looked at him.
“Pack you bags she's leaving the country and flying in to Australia…”
“How'd you find that out?” Goku asked sitting up.
Gojyo sat opposite Sanzo. “Local demon clientele told me… apparently she's under their watch.” He grabbed the folder and turned it round opening it up looking at the picture.
“So we're going to kill her?” Goku asked with a frown. “She doesn't look dangerous.”
“Something you should know too from the demons I spoke to… and something I noticed… they're not alive.” Gojyo commented.
Sanzo looked up for a moment.
Hakkai blinked. “Not alive. Gojyo are you telling me you were talking to…”
“Ghosts dude. I was talking to demon ghosts they don't have a physical body here, something in this world prevents them.” Gojyo lent back in the chair. “I hope we don't end up like that if we're here too long.”
“I doubt you will… the energy of this world is different those demons were probably human to start with and depending on their life and death would depend on how they turned out.” Sanzo set the newspaper down. “I knew I didn't like this world.” He looked to Gojyo. “When does she fly out?”
“Two days…” Gojyo replied.
“'Tch already she's a pain in my ass…” Sanzo huffed.
~*~*~*~
Kings Cross/ Potts Point, Sydney, Australia…
Gojyo looked at her place of work at the night. The monkey had said it was a place Gojyo himself looked like he would hang out. Gojyo stopped when he heard the familiar voice.
“Live show guys…”
Gojyo looked up seeing her motioning at the door smiling, she was in a pair of baggy jeans and a black top that was low cut enough for the job.
They stopped to think he saw the guys and he looked at her tray on her head. They smiled at her and placed some money on to the top of the tray and said she could keep it if she could balance it on her head and on one foot.
She laughed and she watched as she did they were amused enough by that to let her keep the pink purple colored note.
He watched the waitress next to her speak to some other guys and then lead them upstairs.
Gojyo walked up to the door and he looked at it and she smiled at him. “Live show hun.”
“You on up there?” He grinned.
She laughed. “I've been thinking about it but alas no.”
“So what's the damage?”
“Buy one drink and you get to stay.”
“What drinks you got?”
“We got Sambucca sunrise, Vodka Malabo, Sex on the beach, rum and coke or beer plus your usual non alcoholic.” She looked at him.
“You're on honey.”
“Sweet, follow me.” She led him up the stairs and he looked at red lights blinking on the walls of reflective glass.
He was stopped on the way by a cute Asian girl who smiled at him. “Wanna buy a girl?”
“Just here to buy a drink sweetheart… maybe next time.”
He slipped past and up the stairs. Okay Goku was a bit mistaken on his preferences he didn't need to buy any girls they normally seemed to flock to him, the hair and eye color alone did that. But tonight he was glad for the dark night to cover his true eye color.
They moved through the door way and his eyes flickered to the stage of a woman spinning round a pole and he smirked.
“Take a seat and I'll get you that drink.”
He held up the packet of smokes.
She motioned to the smokers section and he walked out and sat down lighting up. “I'll grab a beer.” He lent forward elbow resting on his knees. “I know how these places work honey, you need a tip to survive, so what damage can I do to my pocket to help you out?”
She looked at the door as it swung shut.
“I need to come up with two hundred for rent for the week.”
“How much you earned so far?”
“Probably about thirty because I really suck at this job.” She smiled.
Gojyo flipped out three one hundred dollar bills from his wallet placing it on her tray. “One of everything and I'm buying you one too.”
She blinked in shock. “What… why?”
“Because honey you need out of here before it sucks you in.”
She looked stunned for a moment. “You're the first person to say that to me… every one else wants to know when I'm going to be up there on the stage.” She looked to the door.
“You do we might have to kill you.” He looked up at her.
She nodded. “You gave me two hundred and forty-five too much.”
“That two hundred and forty five its yours honey only if you promise me I won't see you on that doorway again.”
She sighed. “I need more than that in all honesty that will get me smokes and rent for the week.”
Gojyo pulled out his cellphone. “How about this… you give me your bank account number and each week I'll put enough over to help you out.”
“You hardly look made of money why are you-?” She began.
“I got a blonde paying for everything where I am at the moment.”
She pulled out a piece of paper from her pocket and handed it to him. “I was going to go to the bank in the morning but here.”
He held it up and looked at the numbers. “The money will be there tomorrow keep the tip.”
She slipped the two hundred in to her pocket and slipped through the doors. Looking at the cellphone he put her account details in to it before flipping the cellphone closed.
~*~*~*~
“You gave her money?!” Sanzo exploded. “We're suppose to kill her not pay her!”
Gojyo looked to the side. “Look you know as well as I do we need to get to her where there are no people. This place she's staying it's in the middle of the red light district.”
“That's why I told you to do it! You know those places.” Sanzo growled.
“I know them sure and I know that the only time they're dead is at five or six o'clock in the morning, but she's still working then!”
“Then kill her at work!”
Hakkai looked from Sanzo and Gojyo, granted he knew they would never be the best of friends but even he hadn't expected Gojyo to get over sympathetic towards her.
“Look I've seen her life and I've lived it before. She can't even afford to go to a doctor.”
Sanzo sighed and lit up a cigarette wandering out to the balcony obviously pissed off.
Hakkai turned to Gojyo Goku was watching them. “Gojyo what is your plan?”
“Her life mission right now is to earn enough to move in with her friend Belle right?” Gojyo asked.
Hakkai nodded. “Yes but Gojyo what does that have to do with what we have to do?”
“I'm not killing an innocent pretty girl whose one wish is not fulfilled.” Gojyo stopped. “Besides I know when a woman's heart isn't in it… even if it's not sex, she's not happy Hakkai. She's suffering and that place is killing her.”
Hakkai sighed. “Okay say you give her enough to do this then what? Will you kill her?”
Gojyo let out a breath. “I don't know.” He ran a hand through his hair frustrated.
Goku looked at the two. “Why don't you just ask her on a date or something then?” He rolled his eyes.
Gojyo stopped and looked at Goku. “Hey if I'm not allowed to pay her then why would I even be allowed to date her?” He huffed.
Hakkai sighed. “It could be the only way take her on a date and then-” He stopped and sighed again.
“That's cold Hakkai.” Gojyo shot him a look.
Hakkai sighed. “I'm sorry… We're all tired and not thinking clearly.”
“That file said when she dies we take her body to where ever it is the gates open and then we get to go home.” Goku stated. “I don't like it either. I really don't she's done nothing wrong but look at Sanzo, he hates it here. I don't like seeing him like this, it's worse than the time when you left.” He shot Gojyo an accusing look.
Hakkai sighed. “I'll go talk to him. Gojyo obviously it's up to you on what you want to do but either way in the end she has to die in order for us to return. Our presence here alone… it's slowly disrupting the balance of this world.”
“I'll think of something Hakkai.” Gojyo sighed.
Hakkai slipped out of the room on to the balcony sliding the door closed behind him. “Sanzo… What is it about her that's got you mad?”
“She's white light Hakkai.” Sanzo growled and took a deep drag of his smoke blowing the offending air out. “A fucken white light power.”
Hakkai blinked. “White light?”
“Every world has them… they're spiritual beings born into a power that wakes up those with power around them.” Sanzo explained. “I was hoping he would kill her, but obviously the idiot gets too attached to women in need.” He huffed.
Hakkai shook his head. “Gojyo can't help that part of him, women in suffering any suffering always gets him you know that.”
Sanzo sighed. “I want out of here Hakkai.”
“What are you going to do?” Hakkai asked.
Sanzo scoffed. “Tch… what do you think? Let the kappa try to save her when he's not looking I'll put a bullet in her head.”
~*~*~*~
Staring at the money in her bank account she shook her head it was more than enough to survive on for half a year in fact it was more than she'd seen in a single pay check ever.
She checked her account over and over again to make sure it was correct before she walked away from the ATM the card some cash in hand she shoved it in to her silver bag shaking her head.
What would normally take her months to save up took shorter than normal thanks to a red headed half demon.
She turned down her street noticing for once it was empty of any life. What had made her want to go out at 4am and check her bank account was beyond her, old habits perhaps.
She stopped when she felt someone following her from behind. She looked over her shoulder just seeing a figure in the distance in a pale white robe and she raised a brow.
`How odd…' She thought before walking further on to the hostel she was staying at.
She saw the vacant sign of the hostel and searched her pocket for her keys at the bottom of the steps. The strange person was probably just heading back themselves or he was lost as well.
She heard the chink and looked as her keys landed on the ground, she bent down to pick them up. As she stood up she heard a familiar sound she thought she only heard in the movies. The sound of a gun clicking.
`A mugging?' She thought.
“J'dee I take it?” The voice was deep, it held the rough edge of a smoker.
“Maaaaaybe.” She replied cryptically. “I could be someone else you know.”
“Don't play me for an idiot.” He snapped angrily.
She turned round and held her hands up. “You got me. So what do you want money?” She jerked her thumb at the hostel. “If I had any you think I'd be staying in that shit hole.”
“You pissed someone off.”
“Well duh I piss a lot of people off.”
“Someone with power and I'm not talking political, who is he?”
She blinked. “Are you another demon?” She asked.
“I'm not a demon!” He snapped angrily.
“Give me a name so I can reserve the next bullet for his skull.” The blonde looked more than angry.
She shook her head. “I can't help you… really I can't I don't know who-” She stopped as the barrel was planted against her forehead.
She blinked seeing the scripture hanging over his shoulder the blonde hair deep amethyst purple eyes, the red dot on his forehead. She looked down at the robes then remembered the black leather pants the red head had been wearing the white singlet top and brown jacket slung over his shoulder, the red hair. She looked at the blonde.
`Impossible, I must be going crazy. A Sanzo cos-player wants me dead?'
“A name.” He repeated.
She sighed. “You want a name how about I guess yours…… Sanzo.”
He pulled the gun back slightly in shock and she chose that moment to drop her hand to the ground and her foot shot up knocking the gun up so it fired skyward the sound of it going off would wake someone… hopefully.
She then chose that moment to run further down the street up the slight hill jumping over the gate of the reserve park that was closed. She ducked behind a park bench trying to catch her breath.
“Shit.” She let her body relax once she was sure she was hidden.
She heard the footsteps on the path and symbolic growling and cursing that was Sanzo. She shook her head. `What the hell did I do to Sanzo, he's not even real.' She thought.
The sound of her cellphone warbling out the final fantasy seven mission accomplished tune made her curse. And she moved quickly flickin the phone out of pocket to look at the number.
“Sephy…” She breathed and answered the phone. “Hey! Can't talk now!”
“Where are you?” She asked.
“Down the road. In that reserve place felt like going for a walk!”
“At four-fifteen in the morning?!” Sephy exclaimed.
She let out a gasp as she felt arms wrap around her and her back hit a large chest. The cellphone pulled from her hand.
“Don't worry sweetheart I'll send her back in one piece.” He ended the call.
She looked up at the red hair and then she noticed the red eyes. He smiled at her and she saw under the long hair on his left cheek two scars going down.
“The name's Gojyo honey.”
She looked over seeing Sanzo glare at Gojyo. “What the hell you idiot! What do you think you're doing?”
“I'm saving a pretty girl from an ugly thing.” He smiled. “Hakkai thinks if her dead body is supposed to open this gate image what a living one will do?”
Sanzo stopped. “That's a stupid logic!”
Gojyo's hand moved to her right arm and he held it up facing the alchemist symbol towards Sanzo. “Look familiar monk? They used one of these to pull us here. I bet that gate has one to!”
“Gate what gate?” She blinked. “That totally impossible… you can't have…” She stopped. “Can you?”
“Oh we did.” She looked over seeing the green Chinese style top. The figure had brunette hair, green eyes and a monocle.
“Yeah and we wanna get back. Not saying the food here sucks, but we feel really out of place.” She glanced at the teenager as he walked up the path hands behind his head.
J'dee pulled herself free of Gojyo landing on the ground and she looked at his hand as it held out her cellphone. She looked at it before grabbing it.
“So where's this gate then?” She asked.
“Somewhere in the U.S.” Hakkai remarked.
J'dee nodded. “I'm not leaving Sephy behind.”
“We know. She got someone she can stay with over there with?” Gojyo asked.
“A couple of people.” J'dee sighed. “A friend in Virginia and her boyfriend in Cali.”
“We leave in two days. That should give you enough time to alert whoever you're going to stay with.” Sanzo huffed.
J'dee looked at the cellphone. “I'll give Belle a call in the morning and wire her some money to get an apartment sorted then. But give me a couple of months with her before you drag me off to where ever okay?”
“You do what you have to beautiful.” Gojyo helped her up.
“We'll sort your friend out with a ticket on where she needs to go.” Hakkai smiled. “So long as you're okay with that.”
“I don't really have a choice.” She looked at them.
To Be Continued…
