I knew that it has been over a month since I've made a new chapter of this story, but school work, especially college, is really hard and is taking sometime from getting my chapters done. Plus, I've got other stories to do and I'm glad for your patience and support for me and my stories. I will try my best to get these stories out as fast as possible and my `other works' in fanfiction. Now, I don't own Digimon, Sailor Moon, any of the other stories, and anything/anyone else that comes from the other stories that end up in this fanfiction! Digimon Generations: Interdimensional Frontier

 

Recap: In the aftermath of the battle with Doom Phantom and Catharsis, Lady Nemesis was turned back into our moon princess, but Serenity had fallen into a state of unconsciousness and that has turned into a complete coma. Physically, she was just fine, but for some reason, she isn't waking up. On the meanwhile, the leader of the SPD Rangers, Commander Cruger, ordered to stay until Emperor Grumm is defeated or he returns to the Ranger universe, tells the experienced warriors and former SPD Cadets about Dimitri, an outsider from the Ranger universe that attacked their homeworld. Davis and Jun along with the other warriors revealed that Dimitri was the former leader of the Black Moon family and much to everyone else's surprise, Jun's EX-boyfriend from the Silver Millennium. However, they didn't have to worry about Dimitri when everyone learned that the problem with Serenity isn't physical, it's physiological, within her own mind. Using special technology, our Digidestined and Sailor Scouts enter Serenity's mind to find it in shambles and they would have to `put her back together'. On the meanwhile, Dimitri arrives and starts to fight the rest of our heroes and heroines, demanding Jun's presence. When our heroes and heroines were done `fixing' Serenity's mind, they teleported back to the Real World where our Senshi of the Sun went out to face Dimitri, but our Sun Princess' former beloved only wanted to fight one-on-one in a battlefield of his choosing. Sailor Sun agreed to the duel and Dimitri went off, leaving one heartbroken and solemn Sun Princess. While the other Sailor Scouts were being informed about Dimitri, we can only wonder what is going to happen next. Will Dimitri and Sailor Sun continue with this deadly duel?! Act XIII: Sun's Battle Royal

 

(Somewhere on Crescent Lunarian; around the early evening hours)

 

Some distance from the `camping site' for our heroes, heroines, and their army of allies against this enemy, we find our Senshi of the Sun and eldest child of Queen Serenity, Jun Motomiya AKA Princess Juniper Amun-Re, looking into the distance of the three moons of this world in this `Lost Universe' and giving a deep sigh.

 

Jun thinks inside of her own mind, “Damn! Why does being a princess and Sailor Senshi have to be so complicated?! Now, Dimitri has returned to challenge me to a one on one duel to the death and I had no choice, but to agree to it! And Dimitri and I use to be so close! Oh, Dimitri, where did we go wrong? Where did I go wrong? Sometimes I wonder if fate is trying to make sure that I never fall in love . . .!”

 

Soon after, Jun hears a familiar male voice behind her say, “Penny for your thoughts, Jun?” Jun gasps in surprise, whips around, preparing to use her transformation brooch, and sighs in relief when she sees Matt coming up to her and sitting on her right.

 

Jun tells Matt, “By the goddess Serene, Yamato, you nearly gave me a heart attack!”

 

Matt tells Jun, “Sorry about that. Anyway, Davis was worried about you and I volunteered to find you.”

 

Jun asks, curiously, “You lost at some kind of bet or something and had to come up here to find me, didn't you?”

 

Matt tells Jun, “No way! Look, you might not believe it, but I came up to find you, by my own choice.” Jun is surprised by this answer from Matt, not expecting him to willingly look for her, but she shrugged her shoulders and started to look at the moons of Lunar, once more.

 

Jun tells Matt, “You know, Matt, I really envy you, these days.”

 

Matt is perplexed by Jun's comments and asks, “Why do you say that?”

 

Jun tells Matt, “Well, you don't have to deal with being royalty from another universe, having one of the greatest power sources in all of reality in your hands, and also having the power and responsibility to have the destiny of the whole multi-verse in your hands along with a `certain group'. And that's not adding the fact that your EX-boyfriend is trying to kill you over what happened between our families in the past and having to take care of two younger `royal siblings' like yourself. The worse you and your friends, minus my brother, had to deal with before is the fate of two worlds within the same dimension.”

 

Matt tells Jun, “Yeah, I know. Personally, I don't think it is fair to put so much `weight' and you and the other warriors' shoulders.”

 

Jun tells Matt, “Well, someone has got to do it. Like my Earth father told me and my bro: `With great power comes great responsibility'. Yeah, it is also a saying from the American Superman comic books, but it does make a great real-life point. If you have the power to changes things for the better, you have the responsibility to use that power and in a wise manner. We had the power and we couldn't just turn away from our `duties', even through we had a choice.”

 

Matt tells Jun, “Jun, I've got to admit, you are a lot more than I took you for. I wish that I seen it, sooner.”

 

Jun tells Matt, comfortingly, “Yamato, it isn't your fault. I hid myself under that ditzy façade because I didn't want you to know the true me. *sigh* And my true past that goes along with it.”

 

Matt nods his head and says, “Yeah, you said that you had it rough.”

 

Jun nods her head, solemnly, and replies, sadly, “Yes, our lives aren't exactly as care-free as we made ourselves out to be.”

 

Matt tells Jun, “However, I'm getting a feeling that there is something more to you than what you told.”

 

Jun asks Matt, curiously, “What do you mean?”

 

Matt tells Jun, “Jun, I've asked your best friend and brother about your Earthy `love-life' and they said that you had a love when you were twelve years old, but they told me what happened to him.”

 

Jun sighs and says, solemnly, “I knew that someone would figure that out, sooner or later. Yes, I had a boyfriend when I was twelve on Earth and he really was a great guy. Kind, caring, and loving, but he got mixed up with the `wrong people' and he tried to `get out of it' on his own without getting me involved at all. When I had found out, I was horrified and my love's boss tried to do me in, but my love sacrificed himself to save me and bring that asshole in. I was so heartbroken because I knew that he loved me, tried to get out of the `bad business' he was trapped, not even by choice, and in the end, he died for me. Which was why I also took and kept my façade, I didn't want that to happen to anyone else, especially people that I've fallen in love with.”

 

Matt then asks Jun, in a serious tone, “Jun, with that, I've got to ask: Did you really love me?”

 

Jun nods his head and says, “Now, that I think about it . . . Yes, I truly did love you. In many ways, we were alike. We were loners, in one sort or another. We are fighters, we are strong willed people, stubborn at times, and have strong personalities with plenty of times not allowing too many people to get close to us. The only difference is while one of us hid who they really were just for friends, the other showed his true personality and gains true friends. Deep down, I loved you so much. However, to me, you were forbidden territory. I didn't want to lose anyone else, causing any more heartbreak for other families and friends, and heartbreak for myself. So, I did what I did to push you away, to go to someone else, and deep down, I was more grateful than disappointed when you went with Sora. In my mind, with her, you would be happier with her rather than a `cursed' person like myself.” Matt couldn't believe his ears at what the Princess of the Sun Kingdom has just told him. He knew, now, that there was more to Jun than to the eye, but what Jun has just told him was totally incredible. He never knew that Jun was so deep and so complex.

 

Matt tells Jun, “Wow, I never knew Jun. However, the more you keep people away, the more alone you will be. And you have to remember that your boyfriend did what he did to keep you safe, not make you morn him, forever. He would want you to move on with your life and start anew with someone else because he would want you to be happy.”

 

Jun smiles and tells Matt, “Yeah, Matt, you are right. However, how can you be sure?”

 

Matt tells Jun, with a nice smile, “Well, you have Davis, Serenity, all of Serenity's friends, and all of us, the Digidestined, including me.”

 

Jun asks Matt, “You promise, Matt?”

 

Matt tells Jun, with a wide smile, “With all of my heart and I don't turn my backs on any of my friends, Jun. And you are a friend, Jun. Well, one incredible friend.”

 

Jun tells Matt, “Thank you, Matt. I really appreciate it.” Jun then gives a very similar angelic smile that Serenity could ever give to Darien and Matt couldn't help, but blush at Jun's smile and his heart skipped the beat.

 

Matt asks himself in his own mind, “What in the damn hell?! Why did my heart just skip a beat when she smiled at me like that?”

 

Jun then takes up a small bag that she kept hidden and says, “Later, Matt.”

 

Matt asks Jun, “Wait! Where are you going?!”

 

Jun says, simply, “For a `little walk', that's all.”

 

Matt asks, curiously and worriedly, “You can't go alone. What if you are attacked while you are away from camp?”

 

Jun tells Matt, “I'm a big girl, a princess, and a Sailor Soldier, Yamato. I can take care of myself without any guys hovering over me.” Jun then says, muttering, “And believe me, sometimes I wish that boys would avoid me.”

 

Matt smiles and says, in a slight joking tone, “Let me guess: Now, boys are chasing you all over the place. Well, isn't this the reverse? Wonder if don't any `crushes' already?”

 

Jun gives Matt a slight punch on the shoulder and says, with a smile on her lips, “You're cute and one of Davis' friends, but don't push your luck, Matt. I won't hesitate to throw your butt to the ground if you get me mad.”

 

Matt smiles and tells Jun, “Okay, I surrender, `your majesty'.”

 

Jun tells Matt, with sarcasm in her voice, “Ha. Ha. Very funny.” Jun then gets to her feet, Matt follows her onto his feet, but when Matt is fully on his feet, Jun kisses him on the right cheek and telling him, “Thanks for being a good friend, Yamato. I'm really did appreciate all of your support.” While Matt gives off a wide blush, Jun runs off into the distance, heading for somewhere in the nearby forest.

 

Matt starts to head back for the camp, but he turns around to look at Jun and thinks, “Why did I just stop? Jun is a Sailor Scout, a Interdimensional Warrior, and a princess after all. She is a big girl and she can take care of herself. However, why can't I stop thinking about her?” Matt then notices a lake in the middle of the forest, nods his head, and heads back to camp for the night, not noticing that it is the direction that Jun is heading . . .

 

(Early the next morning; Right around dawn *WARNING: X-RATED LEMON COMING UP!*)

 

In the early hours of the morning, during when the sun is starting to take over the skies in this area of the `Lost Universe', we find ourselves in a huge clear water lake without any water-life in it. Jun giggles and tells Matt, with a wide smile, “Not that I blame you, Matt. Believe me, I had many boys drooling over me when they saw this!”

 

Matt tells Jun, while he is stilling blushing, “I'm not . . . surprised, Jun. You look really good.” Matt thinks in his mind, “God! What am I thinking?! She doesn't look good! She is hot and sexy!”

 

Jun tells Matt, “Well, this is what you get when you are Solaris Princess with a powerful treasure in your care. My Lunarian and Solaris physiology caused me to mature, very rapidly. Matt tells Jun, “No wonder that Lunarian and Solaris royals are said to be the most handsome or most beautiful in the universe, based on which gender that you are.”

 

Jun asks Matt, “Let me guess: Luna and the other `guardians' mentioned that to you?”

 

Matt blushes in embarrassment, again, and replies, nervously, “Yeah.”

 

Jun then slowly goes up to Matt, where he could get a good `close-up' view, much his embarrassment, and asks, in a seductive teasing tone, “But what do you think? Do you think that a girl like me is one of the most beautiful girls of two universes?”

 

Matt replies, very nervously, “Well . . . I . . . you do look the part . . . I mean that . . .”

 

Our Princess and Senshi of the Sun is loving Matt blush and stutter, her sly smile getting wider, if that was possible, and Jun says, in a sly smile and enticing tone, “What's the matter, Yamato? Gatomon took your tongue?”

 

Matt thinks in his mind, “Geez! How am I supposed to talk when a drop-dead knock-out of a princess is standing in front of me wearing only a throng bikini? How do I get myself into these situations?!” Jun then takes another step towards Matt to make him blush and embarrass him even more, but then Jun trips and yells out in surprise as she falls forward into Matt's arms and her face is on his chest. Through it wasn't the way that Jun intended, Matt is made to blush even more, if that was possible since his hands were feeling Jun's silky smooth skin.

 

Jun then looks at Matt's chest, puts her right hand on it, and thinks, blushing slightly, “Wow! I never knew that Matt has such sexy abs before!” Jun realizes what she is doing, blushes beet red, and slightly leaps out of Matt's arms. Jun says, nervously, “Sorry about that, Matt. I didn't mean . . . What I mean I wasn't intending to jump into your arms like that! I just tripped . . . and well, I guess that some of Serenity's tripping has gotten to me.”

 

Matt, his cheeks still very flush, replies, nervously, “Don't worry about it, Jun. I knew that.”

 

Jun then asks Matt, still blushing and nervous tone in her voice, “Do you want to sit down, Matt?”

 

Matt replies, still nervous, “Okay.” Jun and Matt then sit down beside each other and facing the lake and the sands. The two of them didn't say anything for around one minute and Matt then asks, “So, what you were doing down here, Jun?”

 

Jun tells Matt, “Well, Ami and Michelle always told me how swimming can be refreshing and smoothing, allowing you to take your mind off of your troubles.”

 

Matt nods his head and says, “Yeah, they told me the same thing. However, since Ami and Michelle are similar Sailor Senshi since Michelle, as Sailor Neptune, is a water element Sailor Scout with Ami, as Sailor Mercury, is a water and ice Sailor Senshi.”

 

Jun nods her head in agreement and says, “Yeah, since they have a connection to the water, it isn't so surprising that they would love to swim.”

 

Matt asks Jun, “So, Jun, do you have any boyfriends across the multi-verse, even through you were in love with me?”

 

Jun sighs and tells Matt, “Wish that I did, but I can't. I'm a princess and Sailor Senshi, which means that I've got to worry about the fate of all of reality not love and romance.”

 

Matt was flabbergasted to hear those words come out of Jun's mouth and Matt tells Jun, in a serious tone, “Well, I don't believe you for one bit.”

 

Jun tells Matt, in a strong tone, “Well, I don't care what you think. I say those are my reason and that's that.”

 

Matt tells Jun, in a serious tone, “You are just afraid to fall in love, aren't you?”

 

Jun yells at Matt, a bit of annoyed tone, “No, I'm not.”

 

Matt replies, with a confident tone in his voice, “Yes, you are. You can't fool me, Jun. When that boyfriend of yours was killed, you are so afraid to fall in love with anybody because you were afraid that they would suffer that fate or worse.”

 

Jun tells Matt, with her arms crossed in front of her chest and breasts, “Me afraid?! Ha! I'm the princess of the Sun Kingdom, a kingdom of great warriors, and I'm Sailor Sun, the Sailor Senshi of the Sun Kingdom. I'm not afraid.”

 

Matt tells Jun, with a smile, “Okay, prove it!”

 

Jun tells Matt, seriously, “I don't need too! Now, back off!”

 

Matt tells Jun, “That means that you are afraid and you are letting the pain of your past take past take you over!”

 

Jun yells back, indignity tone in her voice, “No, I'm not!”

 

Matt tells Jun, in a real serious tone, “Then proves to me that you aren't, `your majesty'!” Surprisingly, Jun then kisses Matt on the lips and our Digidestined of Friendship blushes in a cherry red manner because, to him, Jun's kiss felt really good. And I do mean REALLY good to his lips. When Jun realizes what she is doing, she quickly removes her lips from Matt's lips and quickly blushes in embarrassment.

 

Jun thinks in her mind, “Juniper, you idiot! You just kissed without any reason, too! He isn't your boyfriend . . . just a close friend! Why did I just do that?!” Jun yells at Matt, with a pout type face and annoyed tone, “Look at what you made me do!”

 

Matt replies, in a strong tone, “I didn't make you kiss me, you know! You just did it!”

 

Jun replies, in a strong tone and pout type face, “Well . . . you made me confused!”

 

Matt tells Jun, with a sly grin, “Nice excuse!” Matt tells Jun, “You told me yourself that you did love me back during when Davis was battling with the younger Digidestined in the Digital World.”

 

Jun tells Matt, still with her pout-like face and a sarcastic tone, “So, what? Doesn't mean that I like you, now, you know?”

 

Matt replies, with a sly grin and sarcastic tone, “Oh, really? Then why did you kiss me back there?”

 

Jun gives out a wide blush of embarrassment in her cheeks and exclaims, annoyed, “Yamato Ishida, you are just terrible!”

 

Matt states, perplexed tone in his voice, “What I don't get is you using your `true personality' to try to get a boyfriend instead of . . .!” The answer hits Matt on the head like a lightning bolt and he says, “Oh, duh. It's obvious. What a jerk and idiot I've been not to see it before.”

 

Jun asks, confused, “What do you by that?”

 

Matt tells Jun, “You keep others away because you don't have what happened to your `Earth boyfriend' to happen to anyone else. You still blame yourself for his death, even after what I said?”

I wouldn't ever be able to forgive myself.” Matt was still amazed at the words that came out of Jun's mouth and how they sounded as well. Jun's words sound that they were full of wisdom and strength, yet, pain and sorrow.

 

Matt puts his left hand on Jun's right hand and when she looks at him, Matt tells Jun, comfortingly, “Jun, you can't keep blaming yourself for his actions. Davis is right to say that every single person chooses their own fate and destiny. And he chose his fate, most likely knowing what would happen. He did what he did because he loved you and cared about you. I have to ask you: Were you the one that used the weapon that killed him?”

 

Jun shakes her head and replies, “Well, no.”

 

Matt tells Jun, in a strong tone, “There you go! It wasn't your fault! It was the fault of those bastards that killed him! He died by their hands and not yours! So, don't blame yourself! He wanted to get out of `that business' to be with you and they took that away from him and you! And now, it is time to move on with your life! Like I said before, it would be what he wanted!”

 

Jun realizes that Matt's right and she tells him, with a kind smile and serious tone, “You're right, Matt! I just kept blaming myself and let that unnecessary pain control him, causing me to make that dumb choice to hide myself under that ditzy façade of mine!”

 

Matt closes his eyes and tells Jun, with a smile of his own, “Well, it is about time, Jun!” However, when he opens his eyes, however, Matt sees a new look in Jun's eyes. A look of desire, passion, and love that was buried so deep inside that it was preparing to burst just to get out. Jun then gently puts her hands on Matt's broad and muscular shoulders and using her Senshi super-strength, gently pulls him closer to you. Matt asks, lowly, “Jun?”

Catharsis growls, mentally, “Afterimage.” Catharsis turns to his left, sees Dimitri, totally unharmed, and staring at him with his eyes, showing power and strength. Catharsis tells Dimitri, in a serious tone, “Do you take me for a rookie with using a simple afterimage?”

 

Dimitri tells Catharsis, in a cool and calm tone, “Unlike you, I don't underestimate my opponents.”

 

Catharsis gives a sly grin and says, plainly, “I see.” Catharsis then starts to glow with a pitch black aura surrounding his body and Dimitri starts to glow with a bright dark violet aura surrounding his form.

 

Dimitri tells Catharsis, in a plain tone, “The one that wins this battle goes on to battle Juniper.”

 

Catharsis replies, in a cold tone, “As you wish.” The two dark powers prepare to battle each other for the `right' to battle our Princess and Senshi of the Sun and it looks that this battle is going to be one intense fight.

Sailor Star roars out, “Starlight Comet Wave!” Sailor Star then summons a huge storm of fiery comets that rain down from the skies and destroys a good number of Shadow Heartless and Krybots.

 

Takuya calls out, “Destructo Disk!” Takuya creates a energy disk in his right hand and throws it at the Dusks, but the easily move out of the way in their grace and slippery manner.

 

Sailor Sun shouts out, “Let me show you how it is done, Takuya!” Sailor Sun then rushes in with her saber and slices four of the Dusks in half.

 

Takato tells Takuya, “Yeah, you have to get in close with close range and weapons attacks or it won't work!”

 

Takuya tells Takato, a bit annoyed, “All right, I get it!” On the meanwhile, we find our Digidestined of Miracles going one-on-one with the queen of the Negaverse using a rapid succession of punches, but the evil queen is easily blocking them with just her palms.

 

Queen Beryl asks Davis, amused, “Ha! Can't you do better than you rotten brat?!”

 

Davis roars out, in rage, “You asked for this asshole!” Davis then gathers energy into his right palm, gets close to Beryl, and fires a point-blank ki blast right in her face, causing her to scream out in pain. Queen Beryl stumbles back, holding her face with her hands, and Davis says, with his usual sly grin and sarcastic tone, “How did that feel, Beryl?!”

 

Queen Beryl, with only slight burn marks on her face, roars at Davis, in pure rage, “You will pay for that, Moon brat! Your bratty sister was bad enough, but you are really pissing me off!”

 

Davis tells Queen Beryl, with his sarcastic tone and sly grin, “Runs in the family or do you need a cheat sheet just to know that simple fact?”

 

Queen Beryl's whole body then erupts with pure dark energy and she shouts out, enraged, “That's it! It is time for you to die!” Queen Beryl then swings her hands forward and a whole storm of negative energy lightning bolts rain down on Davis causing to roar out in extreme agony and pain from the assault.

 

Sailor Sun and Sailor Galaxy, seeing Davis in such a terrible attack, shout out, in unison and horrified, “Oh no! Davis!” Davis roars out with power and transforms into a Super Saiyan, through his SS form has his crescent moon sigil on his forehead, negating Queen Beryl's attack on him.

 

Davis or SS Davis tells Queen Beryl, staring at her with his emerald green eyes, “Sorry, nearly died once and don't plan on too!”

 

Queen Eris exclaims, in a strong and sarcastic tone, “Well, your plans aren't going to happen, moon brat!” Queen Eris throws a negative energy sphere at SS Davis, but our Digidestined of Miracles managed to jump out of the way and into the air. SS Davis then goes down towards Queen Eris with his right foot extend and smashing his right foot into Queen Eris' face and knocking her to the ground, really hard.

 

SS Davis tells Queen Eris, “It is about time someone gave you the boot, Eris!” SS Davis then blocks an attack from Queen Beryl with an energy shield and then uses a powerful right cross into Queen Beryl's face. SS Davis and Queen Beryl then began to go into a one-on-one battle with fists, kicks, and energy blasts in very high-speed combat.

 

Queen Beryl roars out, in a strong tone, “This time, I'm going to finish the job that my sister failed to do!”

 

SS Davis yells out, in an extremely serious tone, “Not in this Silver Millennium, bitch!” SS Davis then lands one powerful kick right into Queen Beryl's chin and sending her airborne with our Digidestined of Miracles following her into the air.

 

Queen Beryl cries out, in an enraged tone, “You are going to pay for that! I've had it with you and your family!”

 

SS Davis replies, in a strong and sarcastic tone, “Oh, cry me a river!” Queen Beryl, getting more enraged than before, fires rapid fire dark lightning bolts at our tsuki-no-ouji, but he manages to use his super-speed to manage to get out of the way.

 

However, Queen Eris manages to get to her feet, sees that SS Davis' back was turned, and roars out, “Prepare to die, you little bastard!” Queen Eris then gathers a huge sphere of negative energy and SS Davis looks behind and gives out a loud gasp, knowing that attack was too close for him to make out of the way in time.

 

“Galaxy Tiara Starlight Magic!”

 

Just then a rainbow colored boomerang made of energy then slams into Queen Eris' face and explodes right in her face, causing her to become badly burned in the face and knocked to the ground, hard.

 

SS Davis thinks in his mind, with a smile on his lips, “Thanks a lot, Kari.”

 

On the meanwhile, Sailor Galaxy, who launched the attack that hit Queen Eris, smiles and thinks in her mind, “You were always there for me, Daisuke, and I'm always there for you. No matter what, we fight together.”

 

Cyberdramon roars out, “Cyber Nail!” Cyberdramon's claws glow a bright light and he slices through Dusks, Heartless, and Krybots alike, destroying around five dozen of them. However, one of the Neo-Shadow Heartless manage to sneak up on Cyberdramon and leaps out of the shadows to attack Cyberdramon, who is shocked and unable to block or do anything to stop the Neo-Shadow's attack.

 

“Celestial Arrow!”

 

However, before the Neo-Shadow Heartless could attack, an arrow of pure white light pierces the Neo-Shadow Heartless in the chest and it turns into nothingness, soon after, releasing that heart that it had contained inside.

 

Cyberdramon looks towards Angewomon, the one who helped him, and replies, “Thanks.”

 

Angewomon smiles and replies, “Anytime.”

 

WarGrowlmon roars out, with a strong tone, “Atomic Hurricane!” WarGrowlmon fires two beam of red atomic energy that turn into a twist of energy that destroys around fifty Heartless and Dusks in a dome of red atomic energy.

 

Meanwhile, Sailor Sun, Takato, and Takuya are using their swords to slice through Dusks and Heartless and Takato tells Sailor Sun, “Jun, something doesn't feel right! Their attacks are strong . . . but nowhere close what is needed to need to destroy us.”

 

Sailor Sun thinks about what Takuya said and she thinks in her mind, “Takuya is right. This attack is pretty strong, but it doesn't have the power to destroy us. What could they be thinking? Unless . . .” Sailor Sun then realizing what is going on and she exclaims, “Unless they're not here to destroy us! They want to keep us here for some reason!”

 

Takuya exclaims, perplexed, “Are you sure?!”

 

Sailor Sun tells Takuya, “As we can see, they are trying to keep us contained here for some reason.”

Sailor Star states, noticing what Sailor Sun notices, “Yeah, Sailor Sun is right! They are just trying to keep us here!”

 

SS Davis, upon hearing that, roars at Queen Beryl, annoyed, “What in the world are you up to now, Beryl?!”

 

Queen Beryl gives an evil grin and replies, “I was wondering when that feeble mind of yours would figure things out, Daisuke! Your rotten sibling is correct! We're not here to defeat you! We're here to make sure that your sister misses a certain `appointment' of hers!”

 

Sailor Galaxy asks, curiously, “What does she mean by that?”

Sailor Sun gasps and exclaims, “Dimitri!”

 

Sailor Star asks, perplexed, “Okay, I'm confused, here. Dimitri is our . . . Sailor Sun's enemy, in a fashion. Why would Catharsis do us the favor of killing him?”

 

Queen Eris tells Sailor Star, in reply, “Don't think that he is trying to help you! He wants to get rid of Dimitri to make sure that no one gets rid of all of Queen Serenity's children before him!”

 

Sailor Galaxy groans out in disgust, “Why am I not surprised?”

 

Queen Beryl states, in a strong tone, “Personally, I would prefer to kill you, myself, but I can't unless I want Lord Catharsis to mangle me.”

 

SS Davis says, with his usual sly grin and sarcastic tone, “Ah, don't I feel special?”

 

Queen Beryl exclaims, while gathering negative energy into her hands and in a real annoyed tone, “Doesn't mean that I don't kill you by `accident'?!” Queen Beryl then launches two beams of negative energy and SS Davis put his hand in defense before the powerful negative energy force hits him square on.

 

Queen Eris states, in a strong tone, “Nice one, sis!” However, when the smoke and dust clear, our Super Saiyan Moon Prince isn't harmed in the least.

 

SS Davis tells Queen Beryl, with a sly smirk, “Nice try, but not even close!”

 

Queen Beryl states, with a wide grin, “Only don't worry, moon brat, I have just begun to fight.”

 

Sailor Sun's voice then rings out, “However, I'm tried of fooling around!” When everyone looks at Sailor Sun, they see the Sun Princess in mid-air with her sword pointing towards the sky and she is gathering energy from the sun's light and mixing the sun's energy with her own Ki energy.

 

SS Davis tells Queen Beryl, with a wide grin, “I would love and stay to beat your face in, my sister is getting pissed at you and I had better not be in her way!” SS Davis then teleports out of the way through Instant Transmission and the rest of our heroes and heroines step back as Sailor Sun prepares her attack.

 

Queen Eris asks Queen Beryl, curiously, “What is that little sun spot trying to do?”

 

Queen Beryl gives a wide grin and states, “I think that `little miss sunshine' is trying to take all of us on by herself.”

 

Sailor Sun shouts out, with a wide grin, “I don't think that you should be so confident! By the way, what happens when you mix sailor mystical energy with spirit energy or Ki energy?” Sailor Sun roars out, in a strong tone, “Allow me to answer for you! The answer is: One EXPLOSIVE combination!” Sailor Sun points her sword at Beryl, Eris, and all of their remaining forces and cries out, “Sun Ultra Nova Big Bang!” Sailor Sun then launches one Titanic, the ship Titanic, sized sphere of solar, mystic, and spirit energy at all of the enemy before them.

 

Queen Eris says, flabbergasted, “Oh crap.” The attack then slams into Queen Beryl, Queen Eris, and the dark army that had with them and causing all of them to become encompasses in a dome of energy that throws everyone, even our warriors, back along with rocks, dusts, and dirt into the air and even deep into the sky. When the explosion dies down, our heroes and heroines pick themselves out of the dirt and dust covering the rocky surface that they were on. They find that in the crater that Queen Beryl and Queen Eris were namely unharmed, slightly burned, but more insulted and pissed off than injured.

 

Queen Beryl roars out, in pure anger, “I have enough of that rotten princess! Queen Serenity's entire family is one hell of annoyances and I'm going to kill every single one of them!”

 

Queen Eris whispers into her ear and says, in a sly tone, “Why don't we let them go to Catharsis? If they defeat him why weakened, so much the better for us. Plus, even if they don't, we can pretend that we put a best fight and wait another day to achieve all of our goals.”

 

Queen Beryl gives a wide dark grin of approval and she says, slyly, “Yes, excellent idea sister. They get off easy . . . this time.” Queen Beryl and Queen Eris then get encompassed by orbs of darkness and when the orbs vanish, Queen Beryl and Queen Eris are gone.

 

Sailor Star exclaims, in a confident tone, “Guess they took off like babies knowing that we are new Sailor Senshi, but we're not pushovers!”

 

Sailor Galaxy tells Sailor Star, “I'm not so sure, Yolei. Something tells me that they weren't scared by us in the least.”

 

SS Davis tells Sailor Galaxy, in a serious tone, “I agree with Kari, here. Beryl is a lot of things, but she just doesn't retreat like that, not with all of the power that she had! Sis' attack might have destroyed her army, but it did little to Beryl and Eris other than to piss them off.”

 

Sailor Star asks, shocked, “Are you serious?!”

 

Sailor Sun replies, “My bro is right, Yolei. Queen Beryl and Queen Eris had plenty of power to rip this place and much of our allies apart, but they decided to retreat. They wouldn't do that unless they had trick up their smiley sleeves.”

 

Takuya then states, “Okay, but what do we do now?” Just then one huge explosion comes from the mountain range that Dimitri is waiting on.

 

SS Davis shouts out, in shock, “Whoa! Damn! I sense two powerful auras coming from that mountain range! Dimitri's and Catharsis' powers!”

 

Kazu exclaims, “Why don't we let those two kill each other?!”

 

Sailor Sun then uses her Instant Transmission to teleport away and Ryo exclaims, stunned, “Is she actually going through with that duel?! She's going to help him only the duel him in the death in the end! That makes no sense!”

 

SS Davis replies, “Not to my sis. If you truly understand her, then you would know why.” SS Davis, Cyberdramon, Takuya, Sailor Galaxy, and Angewomon then head off to follow Sailor Sun.

 

TK asks, curiously, “What's that supposed to mean?”

 

Tai tells TK, “The only way that we would find out is the figure out the enigma that's Jun Motomiya AKA Princess Juniper Amun-Re of the Sun Kingdom.”

 

However, Matt, who is fully dressed, thinks in his mind, “Unfortunately, Tai, I already know. I just hope that Jun's `honor code' from her home kingdom doesn't get her killed!” Matt then takes out his digivice and motions to Gabumon, who nods his head in agreement.

 

(A short time soon after; Back to the battle between Catharsis and Dimitri)

 

Returning to the battle between the two greatest forces of darkness that are currently in this universe, we find that Catharsis is launching a rapid dark ki blast assault on Dimitri, but former leader of the Black Moon family is easily swatting them with both of his hands.

 

Catharsis roars out, annoyed, “Why can't you be just good boy and die?!”

 

Dimitri replies, in a strong tone, “Not until the question is decided!”

 

Catharsis replies, in a dark tone, “What in the hell does that mean?!”

 

Just then Sailor Sun's voice rings out, “Now, wouldn't you like to know?! Sun Super-Nova Flare!” Catharsis is then hit in the left side by a powerful `meteor' like sphere of solar energy from none other than our Sailor Senshi of the Sun. Normally, it wouldn't do too much damage to our evil lord, but thanks to his combat with Dimitri, which was quite even, his arm is extreme burned this time because of his weakened state.

 

Catharsis holds his arm, looks at Sailor Sun, who has just touched down on the ground, and roars out, annoyed, “Fine! Have your little duel! But if you lose and rob me of my chance to destroy you, Princess Juniper, the rest of your family and all of your friends will suffer like they never have!” Catharsis then teleports away through a form that the demons from Charmed do and leaving only Dimitri, who has two nasty gashes on his neck, several cuts across his face, and four burn marks on each of his arms from his fight with Catharsis, and our taiyou-no-hime, Sailor Sun, at the mountain plateau for the moment.

 

The two warriors look at each other and Sailor Sun tells Catharsis, “Sorry that I'm late.”

 

Dimitri replies, “Understandable. I know first-hand how this creep can give you problems and he isn't at full power, yet. If he was, I wouldn't be standing here.”

 

Sailor Sun states, annoyed, “Oh, great. When he reaches full strength, we are real trouble.”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, in a serious tone, “Which means that if you can't defeat me, you won't stand a chance against him.”

 

Sailor Sun tells Dimitri, “Well, I won't fight you like this, Dimitri.”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, “Do not worry about me, Juniper. I had this waiting just in case.” Dimitri then takes out a small bean from one of his pockets in his pants, much to Sailor Sun's shock.

 

Sailor Sun asks, curiously, “Why didn't you use it against Catharsis?”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, “It would give me an unfair advantage in that fight and plus, I knew that you would arrive in time.” Dimitri then puts the bean into his mouth, chews and swallows it, and then all of his injuries are healed along with his energy is restored.

 

Sailor Sun asks Dimitri, “Does it really have to come to this, Dimitri?”

 

Dimitri replies, in a cold and logical tone, “All of us make our choices in our destinies, you have made yours, and I have made mine. Personally, I hope that you have gotten your past feelings for me done and over with and moved on because I want to see you use every ounce of your being poured into this fight without holding back.”

 

Sailor Sun tells Dimitri, seriously, “Don't worry, Dimitri. I plan to go all out in this fight.” The two of them then go into defensive positions as SS Davis, Cyberdramon, Takuya, in his spirit evolved form of Aldamon, Sailor Galaxy, and Angewomon arrive on the battlefield as the duel between them was about to start.

 

Aldamon tells SS Davis, “I hope that your sister knows what she is doing.”

 

SS Davis tells Aldamon, “In this case, you and me both Takuya.”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, “Juniper, did you find someone to care for you?”

 

Sailor Sun replies, “Wouldn't you like to know?”

 

Dimitri gives a sly smile and states, “I see that you have. By the way, how good was he in bed?”

 

Sailor Sun exclaims, with a bright red blush in her cheeks and annoyed tone, “Are we going to fight or are we going embarrass each other?!”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, “I might fight honorably, but that doesn't mean I can't be `cheeky'.”

 

Sailor Sun tells Dimitri, with a bright smile, “You really haven't changed one bit, Dimitri. I'm really sorry that it has to end like this.”

 

Dimitri replies, “As am I, Juniper. It was really good back in the Silver Millennium, but I guess that things never last forever.”

 

Sailor Sun then says, simply, “Well, let's get this over with.”

 

Dimitri states, in a plain tone, “Agreed.” Sailor Sun and Dimitri then go into a `staring contest' for several minutes and at the end of that time, Dimitri then charges at Sailor Sun and attacks with a right roundhouse kick, but Sailor Sun manages to block it with her left arm, through she winches for a slight pain when the attack hits her arm. Dimitri then asks Sailor Sun, “Juniper, what are you truly fighting for?”

 

Sailor Sun replies, confused, “What?” Dimitri and Sailor Sun then go into a high-speed battle with powerful kicks, punches, and rapid fire or short burst ki blasts. They continued on with this form of intense combat for four minutes and neither `side' were getting any injuries other than scraps and cuts on their necks and arms, which were few in number.

 

However, that ends when Sailor Sun ducks down and tries a `sweep' with his right leg, but Dimitri leaps up into the air and shouts out, “Dark Electro Crusher!” Dimitri then launches an electrical wave of dark energy at very close ranges and Sailor Sun screams out in pain as the attack rips into her, causing her fuku to become slightly burned in the chest area and gaining two bleeding cuts in the left side of her neck.

 

SS Davis calls out, shocked, “Jun!”

 

Sailor Sun yells out, a bit weary, “Don't worry, I can handle this!” Sailor Sun manages to stay on her feet and gathers a mixture of spirit energy and solar energy into her two hands. Sailor Sun shouts out, “Sun Super-Nova Helix!” Sailor Sun launches a spiral vortex of solar energy and spirit energy at Dimitri and entraps the former leader of the Black Moon family in the spiral vortex and when he tries to use his aura to break out, solar `flames' come out of the vortex to attack and burn him.

 

Dimitri says, in a calm tone, “Very good, Juniper. However, this is not good enough to defeat me.” Dimitri then spins around like a top in a counter-clockwise manner to counter the spin of Sailor Sun's vortex and when Sailor Sun's attack gets weak enough, Dimitri uses his aura to `blow' the attack away and sending Sailor Sun high into the air by the force of Dimitri's `counter-attack'. However, what Dimitri doesn't see is that Sailor Sun is making familiar signs with both of her hands. Dimitri then rushes towards Sailor Sun and gives one powerful punch into her chest, but `Sailor Sun' turns into a log, much to Dimitri's surprise.

 

Sailor Sun's voice then shouts out, “Ninja Art of Substitution! You see, I've learned some new tricks since the Silver Millennium, Dimitri!” Dimitri turns to the source of the voice to see one dozen Sailor Suns right in front of them. The original Sailor Sun and the `duplicates' shout out in unison, “And this Ninja Art of Shadow Doppelganger!”

 

Dimitri gives a wide grin and replies, in a sly tone, “Clever.”

 

Sailor Sun and her clones roar out in unison, “Sun Starlight Nova Helix!” Just then surround Dimitri, create a energy helix around him, and the Dimitri roars out as super-nova strength explosion of solar energy engulfs the former leader of the Black Moon family, creating a huge sphere of solar energy around him. Sailor Sun, the original, comes out of the dome and lands on the ground, with her fuku smoking and slight burns on her exposed parts of her body that aren't covered by her sailor fuku.

 

Aldamon exclaims, in a strong tone, “All right! Jun got him good!”

 

Sailor Galaxy comments, still worriedly, “I really hope so.” However, when the energy from the explosion fades along with the smoke and dust, Dimitri, inside of a powerful dark force-field, mainly unharmed from the attack.

 

Sailor Sun asks, stunned, “That's impossible.”

 

Dimitri lowers his force-field and says, “Your skills are indeed a lot better than back at the Silver Millennium, Princess Juniper, but you are not the only one that have improved your skills.” Dimitri then teleports away by Instant Transmission and then reappears behind Sailor Sun. Before she could even react, Dimitri kicks Sailor Sun in the back and sending her into the air. Dimitri then uses Instant Transmission to teleport from his position and appears right in front of Sailor Sun, landing two dozen super-hard punches onto her chest, causing her to cough out blood from her mouth. Before anyone could react, Dimitri then bashes Sailor Sun on her right cheek, causing a nasty bleed gash to form and sending her into the rocky ground on her back and her right leg, which a small and unheard `crack' comes from it.

 

Sailor Sun cries out in excruciating pain from the assault, holding her lower chest where Dimitri punched her, signaling broken ribs, and SS Davis calls out, horrified, “Jun! Get out of there!”

 

However, Sailor Sun is barely able to move, Sailor Galaxy sees blood from her right boot and exclaims, shocked, “Oh, god! Davis, she's bleeding in the right leg. She might have a compound fracture from the fall!”

 

SS Davis shouts to Dimitri, in a determined tone, “Dimitri, she's done! I'm taking her place!”

 

Dimitri replies, in a strong tone, “No! I will not fight you! This battle is between her and me! She's accepted my challenge and this is for the honor of our families! I will not allow you to dishonor your sister and your family!” Dimitri claps his hands and a force-field surrounds the two combatants.

 

Aldamon roars out, with great emotion, “Atomic Inferno!” Aldamon then sends hundreds of sphere of heat energy at the force-field.

 

Sailor Galaxy shouts out, in a strong tone, “Galaxy Celestial Diamond Kiss!” Sailor Galaxy uses the power of her diamond to send an aurora beam of energy at Dimitri's force-field

 

SS Davis exclaims, with great emotion in his voice, “Tetra Force!” SS Davis sends a beam of energy made from the four elements into the force-field, but the three powerful beams of energy slam into the force-field and don't even damage it in the least.

 

Dimitri lands in front of the injured Sailor Sun and says, “That force-field won't be taken down so easily and when you do, this duel will be long done.”

 

Dimitri then slowly moves to Sailor Sun until his form is looming over the fallen form of our Sailor Senshi of the Sun and SS Davis shouts out, in a begging tone, “Dimitri, don't do it!”

 

Dimitri replies, in a cold tone, “I must do what I must. The honor of my family must be persevered and your sister, as the oldest daughter of Queen Serenity, unfortunately, has to be the one to pay the price. I don't do what I do for revenge, but for honor. Only Sailor Sun's death will quite the screams of the spirits of my ancestors . . . and descendants.”

 

Sailor Sun weakly replies, “Do you really believe that Dimitri?”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, in a serious tone, “You should know the best of all what honor should mean. You are the hime of the elite warrior kingdom and honor is in the very part of their code. I will see this challenge to its end and its consequences.”

 

Sailor Sun asks Dimitri, “So, that's why it ended between us. The difference between our families ended between us.”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, solemnly, “You know that it was more than the difference between our families that made our love impossible, Juniper.” Dimitri then prepares for a final attack, the three warrior pound on the force-field as hard as they could with no success, and our injured Sailor Senshi of the Sun couldn't move or do a thing with her injuries.

 

Sailor Sun thinks in her mind, “So, this is it? The end of my life and my fight against evil? At the hands of a person that I loved, once, and there is nothing my brother or my friend can do to help me. But what did Dimitri mean about `what I was fighting for?' I'm fighting for my family, my friends, and for all of the multi-verse . . . but are those reasons not enough? Could Dimitri mean about a personal reason for me fighting? However, isn't that selfish? But would kind of other reason would there be to fight?”

 

As Dimitri prepares to land a final blow, a male voice rings out, “Hey, Jun! Are you just going to let him kill you like that?!” When everyone looks to the source, it was none other than Matt riding on MetalGarurumon's back and he yells out, “You are supposed to be one of the mightiest female warriors in all of universe and you are just going to let him kill you just like that?! You have too much to fight for here! Show me the Jun Motomiya, the Sailor Sun, and the Princess Juniper of the Sun Kingdom that we've all seen! Or was she just a façade, too?!”

 

Sailor Sun's eyes grow wide with amazement, knowing that this was Matt's way of encouraging her, and she says, weakly, “Yamato-chan . . .”

 

Dimitri tells Matt, “Too little . . . Too late, I'm afraid!”

 

But when Dimitri looks down at Sailor Sun, she cries out, “Not this time! I'm not going down without a fight! Sun Tiara Flare!” Just then a silver tiara appears in front of Sailor Sun, turns into a glowing disk, and when Sailor Sun closes her eyes, along with everyone else minus Dimitri, a bright flash comes from the tiara and Dimitri screams out as he is temporary blinded. When the flash ends, Dimitri stumbles back and the tiara vanishes. Sailor Sun then puts her right hand in front of her damaged right leg and uses all of the mystic energy possible for a Cura white magic spell. Sailor Sun manages to repair the broken bone with the spell but only manages to `seal' half of the gash that resulted from the compound fracture before Dimitri recovers.

 

When Sailor Sun barely manages to get to her feet, Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, impressed, “I have to say that your friend's `encouragement' has `flared up' your fighting spirit more, Juniper-hime.”

 

Sailor Sun replies, still weakly, “Well, let's just say that he has reminded me that I've got too much to live for to just give up now.”

 

Dimitri tells Sailor Sun, “Well, prove to me that what you say is true. Show me the strength of your will and your need to live.” Dimitri roars out as shoots out dozens of dark lightning bolts from his hands at Sailor Sun and she roars out in pain from the attack as her fuku is ripped, her exposed skin is burned, and cut with bleeding gashes along her lower left cheek.

 

SS Davis calls out, in a strong tone, “Come on, Jun! You can beat this asshole! You are the leader of the Zodiac Sailor Senshi, your kingdom's Sailor Senshi, you are the princess of the Sun Kingdom and Supreme Princess of the Golden Alliance, and elite warriors! Are you going to let this asshole of an ex-boyfriend kill you off!”

 

Sailor Sun thinks about all that's happened, sees all that has happened to her, her emotions become really `flared up', causing her brooch to give off a mysterious golden glow, and then a voice, Queen Serenity's voice, calls out into her mind, stating, “You will know what to do my daughter . . . I have faith in you . . .”

 

Sailor Sun thinks in her mind, “Mom!” Sailor Sun feels her energy burning inside of her, she taps into that energy, and she cries out, in an extreme loud voice, “Sun Astral Athenian Power! Make-up!” Just then Sailor Sun's brooch transforms into pure angelic white brooch with golden crescent moon and rainbow colored sun sigil inside with a large golden jewel in the form of the Winged Dragon of Ra attached to the lower right corner with three swords in a triangle formation with a rainbow colored tri-force. Sailor Sun is then engulfed by a column of solar energy as her old fuku is thrown away and a new one is put in its place, but the light from the column of solar energy is so strong that everyone has to cover their eyes, even Dimitri. However, when the light fades away, everyone looks to where our Sun Princess is and are flabbergasted at what they see.

 

Sailor Sun's hair is now a mixture of golden blond and silvery-white in the same pigtail fashion as before, but her hair and scalp are covered in a silver version of an ancient Roman-style battle helmet with holes large enough on the top for buns of Sailor Sun's pigtails to come out and allowing the hair in the pigtails to flow down, there is a crown of golden leafs going from one ear to the other on the top of the helmet, Sailor Sun's skin has become darker pigment color with those that live in Egypt, on her left cheek is the Winged Dragon of Ra `tattooed' on and on her right cheek is Harakhti, the Creator of Light, like the one seen on Yu-Gi-Oh: Dawn of the Duel, her lips are covered in a deep ruby red lipstick, around her neck and mainly under the helmet is golden metallic neck-choker with one silver angel wing on each side of the choker, an emerald in the center of the choker with a golden sun jewel in the center of the emerald, and the emerald is in the center of the choker with the tag containing her Crest of Destiny attached below the center of the choker, her cloth fuku has been replaced by a skin-tight and thickly armored version with a pure white armored `top' with Sailor Sun's new brooch in the bust area, the picture of Athena in the lower chest area, her armored mini-skirt, the size of the pervious mini-skirt, is pure gold in color with a silver heart jewel with twelve metallic silver angel wings attached to it, her shoulder pads are now designed like Magnamon's expect they are pure white in color with the symbol of the Crest of Destiny and the sun sigil imprinted on the front and the back and the armored shoulder pads are attached to the armored fuku, her hands and lower arms are covered in golden armored glove-like gantlets that goes up to her elbow with rainbow jewels in the center of golden cross on the portion of the gantlets that are in the back of the hands, incorporated into the left gantlet is a small wrist-size super-computer with a armored flip-up cover and incorporated into the right gantlet is similar `Battle Booster' used by the Lightspeed Rescue Power Rangers, across her slender and sexy waistline, even under the armor, she has a silver armored belt containing a sheath for golden hilted with a silver sun jewel on the hilt portion and silver bladed version of a Japanese sword, there is another sheath for a short version of the other sword, and on the other side of the belt is gold and silver version of the SPD Power Rangers' Delta Max Strikers, her boots, designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's boots, are pure gold in color and are armored boots, the high-heeled boots have two silver wings on each heel, the remaining of her exposed legs have Ancient-type writing that contain spells and some other writing of the sort, and coming out of her back are twelve beautiful metallic golden wings designed like the Winged Dragon of Ra's wings.

 

Aldamon shouts out, stunned by Sailor Sun's new appearance, “Oh shit! Sailor Sun just got a radical upgrade!”

 

Angewomon nods her head and exclaims, “She is producing extreme levels of Sailor Senshi power . . . among others!”

 

Sailor Sun, also fully healed by her `power up', declares, in a really strong and serious tone, “The strength of my friends allowed me to access the final level of Sailor Senshi power with the strength of the Ancients! I am . . . Astral Athenian Sailor Sun! With the power of the Sun God, Ra, and the Greek Goddess of War, Athena, following through my veins!”

 

Dimitri roars out, in a serious tone, “Well done, Juniper, but let us see how your new powers stand up to me!” Dimitri then fires more dark electrical energy from his hands, but Astral Athenian Sailor Sun takes her new Japanese-style sword and slices through the attack, literally, causing it to be negated instantly.

 

Sailor Sun then tells Dimitri, “Dimitri, it doesn't have to end this way!”

 

Dimitri yells out, in loud and serious tone, “IT MUST END!!!” Dimitri then starts to gather negative energy as he rises into air and creates a huge sphere of negative energy above his two palms.

 

SS Davis shouts out, “Oh, shit! That's enough energy to destroy all of us and the leftover energy could destroy our whole camp along with our allies!”

 

Cyberdramon exclaims, “Dimitri is giving your sister no choice!”

 

Dimitri calls out, “Now, Juniper, it is time to see if you are worthy of survival or I am!” Dimitri then launches the huge negative energy sphere at Sailor Sun, but Sailor Sun just points her new sword at the approaching sphere.

 

Sailor Sun thinks in her mind, “Dimitri, I wish that we could turn back the clock and find a way to change what has happened, but what's done is done and the past can't be changed! If it is choice between you and all that I love, the choice is never clearer! There is too much at stake for me to lose!” Sailor Sun then shouts out, “Sun Super-Nova Force Eruption!” With a sound of like a battleship cannon going off, Sailor Sun fires a tremendous beam of heat energy containing the heat of the very core of our sun inside at Dimitri's negative energy sphere. The two attack clash for the next three minutes with neither attack seemly getting an advantage. However, Sailor Sun's attack breaks through, negates Dimitri's assault, and the former leader of the Black Moon family scream as the attack engulfs him within the beam and he is being melted, literally!

 

However, Sailor Sun's former boyfriend gives a wide smile and says, weakly as he is dying, “Well done, Juniper . . . Of all the beings in the universe . . . I knew that you would end this . . . Thank you and farewell . . .” Soon after, Dimitri's whole form explodes with power as his whole form is disintegrated by Sailor Sun's attack. After the explosion is done with the smoke and dust clearing, nothing is left of the `dark' leader of the Black Moon family.

 

Sailor Sun lowers her sword, puts it back inside its sheath, and gives a sigh, saying, solemnly, “It had to be done . . .” However, Sailor Sun couldn't help, but shed a few tears from her maroon eyes.

 

Soon after, a hand touch her armored shoulder, she turns to look in the eyes of Matt Ishida, and he asks, concerned, “Are you going to be okay?”

 

Sailor Sun replies, weakly, “I will be.”

 

Sailor Galaxy tells Sailor Sun, “Guess this is the way that he wanted. If he was going to die, he wanted to be by your hands.”

 

Davis, returned from his Super Saiyan form, says, “I think in some way, he still loved you and wanted you to get on with your life.”

 

Sailor Sun says, with a weak smile, “Yeah, that's Dimitri in a nut-shell for you. He wanted the `feud' between the White Moon family and Black Moon family to end and he knew, after Diamond and the others were captured, that it would end with him, so, he wanted me to end it. I hope that wherever he is that he will find peace for his troubled soul.”

 

Matt tells Sailor Sun, “I know that he will, Jun. Now, come on, the others are waiting for us.”

 

Aldamon replies, “He's right, Jun. Let's head back.”

 

Sailor Sun gives a smile and says, “You're right.” Davis, Cyberdramon, Sailor Galaxy, Angewomon, and Aldamon then fly off ahead to get back to their `camp', but Sailor Sun makes Matt face her, she kisses him on the right cheek, causing it to tingle, and she says, “Thank you, Yamato. You really helped me through this.”

 

Matt replies, blushing slightly, “No problem.”

 

MetalGarurumon asks, curiously, “When are you, two, going to reveal your new `relationship' with each other?”

 

Matt looks nervously at Sailor Sun and she says, reassuringly, “Don't worry, I had to tell (Renamon). My Digimon is just as perceptive as Rika's Digimon.” Sailor Sun then tells MetalGarurumon, in a sly tone, “I really don't know, MetalGarurumon. Maybe if Matt and I get married or something . . . and I do mean `if'.”

 

Matt tells Sailor Sun, with a wide grin, “You are one sneaky girl, Jun.”

 

Sailor Sun replies, in sly sarcastic tone, “Hey, I might be a Sailor Scout and the taiyou-no-hime, but that doesn't mean that I can't be a little `naughty'.”

 

Matt asks Sailor Sun, in a sly tone, “Maybe you should show me how `naughty' you can be?”

 

Sailor Sun replies, in her sly tone and smile, “It would be my pleasure.” MetalGarurumon shakes his head as he takes his Digidestined partner onto his back, goes into the air, and the new Astral Athenian Sailor Sun follows beside them. Something tells the Mega Cyborg Wolf Digimon that things are going to get more `interesting' around the `camp' . . .

 

Next time in Act XIV: Love Between Geniuses: With the addition of Sailor Sun's `upgrade' to Astral Athenian level, the hopes of the army of heroes and heroines are very high and they get higher when Serenity finally comes out of the hospital, returning to `active duty', but Serenity has only recovered physically and it will take sometime for her `mental scars' to fully fade away. One day, our heroes and heroines find some kind of Ancient `outpost' on Crescent Lunarian and hope to find out some more secrets about the first civilization in the multi-verse. However, when they began to explore and examine the `outpost', our two geniuses of the Odaiba Digidestined and Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, Ami Mizuno AKA Sailor Mercury and Izzy Izumi, the Digidestined of Knowledge, activates a transporter that teleports the two of them into freezing arctic region of Crescent Lunarian and they can't get back because the transporter `blows up'. Adding more bad news to this terrible situation, the region is so full of storms that Ami can use her sailor communicator and Izzy can't use his computer to communicate with the others, even when they aren't frozen. Plus, the storms make it nearly impossible for them to be tracked. Separated from their friends and alone, with limited food and supplies, if any, the two geniuses manage to find shelter within a cave and find a way to get warm with underground hot springs. Inside of the cave, the two of them dry off and keep themselves warm, through trying to make sure that aren't too warm. To keep themselves occupied the two geniuses learn about each other and learn that they have a lot in common with each other, which causes both of them to start to get `feelings' for each other. However, these new `feelings' are in conflict with the feelings that Ami has for Greg, through his family has moved to England, in Ami's home universe, to advance Greg's studies and Ami's feelings for Greg have become weaker. Plus, add a mysterious plant within the cave that affects certain `hormones' within both the male and female, alters their `physical physiology' slightly to make humanoids more `attractive' to each other, and certain other `effects' and you might get an idea of what's happening between these two `intellectuals' of our Digidestined and Sailor Scout teams. Oh, boy! This chapter actually took a lot longer than I expected! The chaos with finals for my first semester at Penn State University caused me to get `off schedule' with my story updates and it might me take a while to get `back together' if you get my meaning.
