Legend of the D-Warriors: War of the Worlds

 

Recap: It had been three years since Daisuke Motomiya, Jun Motomiya, Takato Matsuki, Takuya Kanbara, and their three Digimon allies, Veemon, Silvermon, and Guilmon, disappeared from their respective worlds. In the world of Davis' Digidestined team, when Kari, TK, and their partner were being battered by a gang of Meramon led by a SkullMeramon, all of them reappeared. They had brand new looks and brand new POWERS?! Yes, all four of them had special powers and Veemon and Silvermon could go Ultimate, by themselves, too. And with those new `abilities', the Meramon and their leader, SkullMeramon were toast. But during the battle, the four disappeared Digidestined or Tamer, depending on who you are talking about, were classified by the Digimon gang by a mysterious new name, D-Warriors. After that they disappeared, leaving a baffled Kari, TK, and two Digimon partners to wonder what was going on. Later, they reappeared at a singing contest, staring the residences of Odaiba and the Digidestined, of Davis' and Jun's `return home'. What was more shocking was when the brother and sister won their divisions of the singing contest. Who knew they had such amazing talent? Then strange robots and mysterious old man with mystical powers appeared, but the four D-Warriors beat them one, two, and three, revealing more strange powers. And what was strange is that they knew what the robots were and the old man was too. Then a group of powerful demons showed up to take out the group. However, with Davis using a terrifying and mysterious Dragon of the Darkness Flame attack, an attack that fires a huge amount of dark energy with a dragon's head and has a mind of its own, the demons were totally vaporized. When Ken and Stingmon arrived, Davis and Jun chewed the Digidestined out and revealed, to a shocked Ken, who didn't know about it, the emotional and mental scars the Digidestined gave him three years ago. Davis then announced, by his yelling, that he was quitting the Odaiba Digidestined for good. He wasn't leaving the Digidestined, as a whole, don't get me wrong, he was just quitting the team of Odaiba's Digidestined members. Then with the cold shoulder, Jun, Davis, and their partners left the stunned group of his `ex-friends'. Before Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya left, Takato used mental telepathy to talk to Ken and ask for help to end the three year grudge he holds against the Odaiba Digidestined. When he agreed, the remaining two D-Warriors and Guilmon left. Ken then gave the Digidestined a piece of his mind for what they did to his best friend, all those years ago. This caused his trust in all of them to decrease greatly and break up with Yolei, who he was dating until Davis' return. Now, the Digidestined have major problems on their hands. One, is to fight an enemy, which they found out, wants to destroy the countless worlds out there. And two, find a way to heal the wounds that they caused Davis, those three years ago. It won't be easy, from the way Davis yelled at all of them, those scars run pretty deep. What will happen next? And what's the story with the D-Warriors? Let see if we can find out.

 

02 World Saga, Episode 2: Shocking Revelations! The Coming Age of D-Warriors

 

(Motomiya Household; Later that Night)

 

The Motomiya's were totally shocked on what they heard and saw on TV. Three years ago, they had saw a strange message on their computer from their children, Daisuke and Jun. They thought that they were kidnapped, ran away, or missing. They decide to label them as missing, because if their children were kidnapped, they didn't want the police to mess up and get their kids hurt or worse. But it has been three years and up to this point they had given up hope of seeing their children, again. And now, their two young ones, Davis and Jun, now more grown up, have appeared on TV at the singing contest, participated in them, and, most shocking, they won, quite easily. But they wondered about what else that happened. Jun transformed her clothes into what a North American/European witch would wear and used strange powers. And two other young boys, about Davis' age, joined them and, with Davis, used other strange powers. But before they could fully think about what happened, their came a knock at their door.

 

“Who's there?” Mr. Motomiya called out. There was no answer, the door just unlocked, and, to their parents' stunned silence, Davis, in his clothes he wore at the concert, and Jun, with her Songstress dressphere, came through the door, calmly closed and locked the door behind them, and came up to their parents. Mr. Motomiya and his wife were totally speechless for a few seconds.

 

Then Davis' and Jun's father asks, “Davis? Jun? Is that really you?”

 

Davis and his older sister smile at their parents and Davis responds, “Yes, dad, it's us. We're finally back home.”

 

“It can't be. After all these years?” the Digidestined of Miracles' and Spirit's mother asks in disbelief.

 

Jun goes up to her mother, looks at her mother with her own hazel brown eyes, and tells her, “Mom, I know that it might unbelievable that we are back, since we have been gone for so long, but it's us. Look at me mother, into my eyes, it's me and it's my brother.” Jun's mother looks at her daughter in the eyes and saw the same eyes and look in them that she had three years ago, the day she disappeared.

 

Tears came from Mrs. Motomiya's eyes, knowing that it was her long lost daughter and son, embraced Jun and crying, exclaimed, “It's you! It's both of you! Our son and daughter have finally come home!” Jun then lightly embraces her mother back. With tears in his eyes, Davis' father embraces his son and Davis embraces back, but watching he doesn't use his super-strength.

 

“Oh, son, you're home! We missed you and your sister so much!” Mr. Motomiya exclaims.

 

Davis smiles at his father and tells him, “We're really glad to be home, dad.”

 

Releasing from her embrace of Jun, her mother, still teary eyed, asked, “Where have you been all these years? What happened? Does it have to do with this `Digimon' stuff?” In a side note, before the whole world knew everything about the Digidestined, Digimon, and the Digital World, Davis and Veemon told Davis' family, including Jun, everything mentioned, and thus, knew all about these things beforehand.

 

Jun responds to her mother's question with, “In a major way, it does have to do something with the Digimon and the Digidestined.”

 

“Well, is it over? Is your job done?” Mr. Motomiya asks, frantically.

 

Jun and her brother sighed and Davis tells his folks, “We have to honest with the both of you: The time that both of us were gone was just the beginning of what we are involved in.”

 

Then Jun added, “And what we are involved in has more at stake than you can possible imagine right now. And evil power is going to start a war that will decide the fate of countless numbers of people.”

 

Davis' and Jun's parents gasp and Mr. Motomiya asks, totally surprised, “A war?”

 

Davis nods and answers, “That's right. One that Jun and I are a critical part of and that we need to fight to save the both of you and everyone else.”

 

The Motomiya siblings' mother shakes her head and states, “No! I don't want you to fight! Especially not in a war! You'll get yourselves hurt or worse!” Then she begins to sob a lot.

 

Davis sighs, puts his right hand on her mother's tear-stained face, and explains to her, “Mom, Jun and I have no other choice but to fight. We are members of the only people that can stop this evil. If we don't, then billions upon billions of living beings, including both of you, will die. We can't let that happen. If we have the power to stop this evil and make a difference to others then we have to use it.”

 

Jun then adds, “Mother, we're not little kids anymore. Both of us have matured a lot and Davis showed this more than me. When he went to face that powerful evil Digimon, known as MaloMyotismon, you knew that he was a member of the only ones that could stop it. All of the Digidestined that faces that evil Digimon jerk were just children, but acted like adult because they grew up. Davis, after that battle, had matured to a level of an adult and, now, he's even more than an adult. And during the time that we were gone, so have I. Mom, you have to realize that my brother and I are the only ones with the power to stop this and save countless numbers of living beings lives. It's said that: `With great power comes great responsibility'. And that means we have to fight to save everyone lives. We're fighting for all of you!” Jun's father knew that his children were right. He had seen them fight with strange new powers on TV and with three Digimon. He wasn't sure if those powers that his children used were real, but he knew that the Digimon were and he had a feeling that his children were not anymore, if ever.

 

Mr. Motomiya sighed, put his right hand on his wife's right shoulder, and tells her, “Our daughter is right, dear. I'm not sure that I understand what is going on, but, knowing our kids, we will know soon enough. But the point is, what I do know, is that there is a great evil that's beyond our or anyone else's abilities to handle. And, it seems, that our children are the only ones with the power to stop it. And they are right to be saying if they have the power to make a difference then they should use it, even though it's not what we want. And our children are correct in saying that they are not little kids anymore and they aren't. They are fully mature and grown up and they have the right to make their own decisions when and if they choose. But they have already made their decision about this `problem' and we have to respect that. From what I see and know, it's not what we want, it's what's best for our kids and everyone else in the whole world and even more. I hate to say, but I know that it's true, we have to let our children do what they think necessary and right.”

 

Mrs. Motomiya, still a few tears coming out of her eyes, says to her husband, “But I don't want to lose them, again, after they came back into our lives, for being gone for so long a time.”

 

Davis takes a deep breath and tells his mother, “You never lost the two of us. During the time we were gone, Jun and I were on a great journey for this great battle that's going to start, and both of you were with us in spirit, as the both of us were in your hearts.”

 

Davis' mother smiles at her son and responds with, “You're right, Davis. And I know that there is nothing we can do to stop the two of you and besides it's the right thing to do. We don't want you to go out and fight, but you are free to do what you and your sister wishes.”

 

Jun smiles, embraces her mother, and tells her, “Thank you, mom. And we promise to be careful, no matter what happens. We're going to be home for a while, but if we have to leave, again, know that you'll be in our hearts and spirits and we will return, once more. Both of us will come back home, again.”

 

Davis then adds, “With all our hearts and souls.”

 

Mr. Motomiya smiles at his two children and tells them, “I know that you will. But please, our sakes, Jun, Davis, both of you, be careful.”

 

The Motomiya siblings smile at their parents and say in unison, “We promise.”

 

“Thank you.” Mrs. Motomiya says in appreciation.

 

“Mom, there is something is else that you should know. We are going to be here for some time and there is a new friend that we want the both of you to meet.”

 

“Who would that be?” Jun's father asks. Then Veemon steps into the living room to the amazement of Mr. and Mrs. Motomiya.

 

“Hello, again, Mr. and Mrs. Motomiya, it has been a while.” Veemon says and gives a respectable bow.

 

“Isn't that your Digimon partner, Veemon, Davis?” Davis' father asks.

 

“Yes, but that's not who we want you to meet.” Davis tells his parents.

 

“She is.” Veemon finishes and points to Silvermon, who just entered the room.

 

“Hello.” Silvermon says and gives a bow. Jun's and her brother's mother and father were surprised, but not too much, since they knew about Digimon, because of Veemon, their son's partner, after the battle with MaloMyotismon.

 

“Are you a Digimon?” Jun's mother asks.

 

Silvermon nods and tells her partner's parents, “Yes, I am. My name is Silvermon and I'm your daughter's Digimon partner.”

 

Mr. and Mrs. Motomiya gasped and Mr. Motomiya asked, stunned, “Our DAUGHTER'S Digimon partner?”

 

Jun nods in response and tells the other members of her family, “Yes, she is. On the day that I left, I became Digidestined like my younger brother, gained a digivice, and my own Digimon partner, Silvermon. She has been my best friend since I met her and she helped my brother, his partner, and me on many occasions. I wanted to ask if that she could stay for now and when this is all over she can stay with me, if you don't mind?”

 

Mrs. Motomiya smiled and replies to her daughter's request with, “Sure, she can stay. She has been watching over you and taking care of you when we couldn't, even though that both of you don't need us to anymore. Besides, I always knew that you were special, like your brother, and had a guardian angel watching over you. I just never imagined it was a beautiful silver fox. Since Silvermon is your Digimon partner and best friend, she's like one of the family, just like Veemon.”

 

Jun says, happily, to her mother, “Thank you, mother.”

 

Silvermon does a bow and also says, “Thank you, very much.”

 

Mr. Motomiya gives a smile and tells Silvermon, “It's no problem. Besides, we got use to Veemon begin here and we can handle such a polite and beautiful fox such as yourself.” Silvermon blushes at that comment from Davis' and Jun's father.

 

Then Davis' mother tells the two siblings, “Well, now that said and done, all of you must be hungry and dirty from that three years journey of yours and the day that you had. I think its best that both of you take a shower and then have a good dinner.”

 

Davis gives a nod and says in agreement, “Good idea. And dinner sounds like a great idea.”

 

Jun adds to what her brother said with, “That's right. Silvermon and I will go first and Davis and Veemon can go second.” The other D-Warrior and the two Digimon partners nod in agreement. Dropping her strange backpack on the floor, Jun and Silvermon then head for the bathroom for a shower and Davis and Veemon help Davis' mother and father set the table.

 

(Outside of the Motomiya household; At the Same Time)

 

On the roof of an apartment building overlooking the Motomiya household, we find our other two D-Warriors, Takato and Takuya, and Guilmon watching the scene unfold in the Motomiya home.

 

With soft smiles, Takato says, “I'm real glad that Davis and Jun are reunited with their folks.”

 

Takuya nods and adds, “Yeah. And I'm glad that Silvermon is a part of Davis' and Jun's family.” But then sighs and adds with his previous statement with, “But it reminds me of my family with my mom, dad, and younger brother. I wonder how they are doing without me.”

 

Takato also sighs and puts in with, “I know. I really miss being home myself, with my family and friends, the other Digimon Tamers. But I know that sooner or later, we will get home ourselves. But I do admit: I really want to get home and admit to the Tamer that I love, Rika Nonaka, my feelings to her. The day that I left I was going to and give her a special present that kept in pocket for all this time. You know, for all this time, when I was beginning to lose hope, I just refer to the present I want to give Rika and the promise that I made to her, to return, no matter what.”

 

Takuya nods in agreement and states, “No kidding. I really miss the only girl in our Digidestined group, Izumi Orimoto, who we call Zoe. I wanted to admit my feelings to her, but I was too afraid what she would think. When I left, my main reason was to help others, but another reason was to figure out a way to tell her. But I know, by now, she already found herself a boyfriend.”

 

Guilmon tells the two D-Warriors, “Takato, Takuya, I know that you miss everything that you left behind, but I know everything will work out. Takato, I know that you will be able to give Rika that present and tell her feelings. And for both of you, you can't lose hope, Zoe might still be waiting for you to come back, Takuya. And Rika may have feelings for you, Takato. I did see the two of you `bonding' before we left.”

 

Takato smiles at his partner and says, “Guilmon, what I ever do without you. You have matured so much by our journey. You nearly sound like an adult age level Digimon and, yet, you have kept much of your child-like heart and innocence. You always seem to know how to cheer up me and the others.”

 

Guilmon widely smiles at his two partners and responds, “It's my job.”

 

Takuya smiles at his fellow D-Warrior and his Digimon partner and states, “You're partner is right, Takato. I know that everything will work out in the end for us.” Then Takuya turns around and walks to the other side. Turning his head to Takato and Guilmon, he then tells them, “We better get going. We're going to need a place to crash for the time that we are here in Davis' and Jun's home dimension.”

 

Takato and Guilmon nod in agreement and exclaim together, “Right!” Then they follow Takuya to the other side of the building's roof.

 

Then Takuya asks Takato, “Takato, do you think that Davis was too harsh on the Odaiba Digidestined?”

 

Takato takes a huge breath and replies, “Takuya, I believe that Davis has a right to be angry with the other Digidestined, here. But I don't think its right to continue on with this grudge that he held for the whole three years of our journey together. Davis has forgotten that people can change and that if they are truly sorry for the wrongs they have committed then they should be given a second chance. Davis, once, believed that when he got Ken and Wormmon on his, currently, `former', team. He knew that Ken was sorry for what he done and Davis got the others to give him a second chance. Though, everyone then found out later that he was under the evil influence of a Dark Spore and wasn't responsible for what he done.”

 

“But I guess that Davis forgot the very lesson he taught to the other Digidestined, here.” Takuya states to Takato.

 

Takato nods his head and tells Takuya, “That's right. Davis should also remember that keeping up this unnecessary hatred and anger towards the others will just lead to more pain, suffering, and sorrow, for Davis and the others. We have to try to help heal those wounds.”

 

Takuya gives a wide smile and says, “You're right, Takato! And I'll help in anyway I can. Plus, since Davis still consider Ken and Wormmon friends, with their help I know we can at least get Davis to forgive the other Digidestined.”

 

Guilmon exclaims, “Yeah!”

 

Takato smiles at his partner and fellow D-Warriors and says, enthusiastically, “That's the spirit! We can't be absolutely sure what we can do, but we can try our best to help.” Guilmon and Takuya nod in agreement.

 

“We better get going. We have a big day, tomorrow.” Takuya says.

 

“Right.” Takato and Guilmon say at the same time. Then Guilmon holds on to Takato shoulder, gently. Finally, using Instant Transmission, the three of them disappear into the night, to find a place to stay while they are in Davis' and Jun's dimension.

 

(Back Inside the Motomiya Residence; A While Later)

 

It was time for the two returned Digidestined of Miracles and Digidestined of Spirit to go to bed. Their parents thought that they had a problem giving their children bedtime attire, but then, amazing, Jun and Davis pulled out some nighttime clothing from their backpacks. And lots of them and their backpack seemed that they couldn't hold all those clothes. But then Davis and Jun explained to their parents that their strange backpacks were mystical ones with the power to hold a infinite amount of items of any shape or size within without damage or anything and they had tons of them, megatons of items. And they could pull any one or more of those item at any time. Davis' and Jun's father asked if there was anything dangerous they had in those packs, but his children assured their family that there was nothing dangerous. And if there were anything harmful, they could handle it. After some choosing, Davis put on dark blue baggy sweatpants and white shirt with a Asian dragon across the chest with no sleeves. Jun, on the other hand, a stunning crystal blue nightgown held by two skinny pink lines and ends up to her kneecaps. Before then went to bed, they told their parents that they had plenty of form-fitting clothing they can wear, not to go looking inside their mystical backpacks, because some important items are in there, and they asked if they could go to the sports competition tomorrow. Their parents agreed and Mr. Motomiya agreed to look up the location and write it down for his kids.

 

Now, we join Davis and Veemon, back in Davis' room, same as he left it three years ago and lying down in his bed. Davis, using his telekinetic powers, hit the light switches and turned off the lights.

 

Veemon smiled, sighed, and asked his partner, “It feels great to back home and in your room, again.”

 

Davis gives his partner a smirk and answers, “You got that right, Veemon. I'm glad that my parents left my room the same it was three years ago, when we left it. It seems so peaceful, though, it won't be for long.”

 

Veemon then gets a solemn look and replies, “Yeah. Knowing our enemy, soon or later, this peace will soon be replaced with sounds of battle. Explosions, fights, and enemies with powerful dark abilities trying to cause mayhem and chaos.”

 

“But let's not think about that now. It's a good idea to stay on guard, but we should worry about it over excessively. For now, let's now enjoy a peaceful night's rest.” Davis tells his Digimon partner.

 

“Okay, Davis. Good night.” Veemon says and goes to sleep.

 

“Night, Veemon.” Davis replies and goes to sleep, as well. Meanwhile, in Jun's bedroom, in the same condition as her younger brother's, Jun is stretched out and cover by a light blanket on her bed and Silvermon sleeping beside her.

 

“Good night, Silvermon. I hope that you will like it here. This will be your home for now, but this world will be your permanent home when this is all over.” Jun says to her partner.

 

Silvermon smiles and responds, “I know that I will. Your parents are very nice and understanding. But Jun, anytime I'm with you, anywhere we settle is home to me.”

 

Jun gives a wide smile back to her partners and states, “Thank you, Silvermon. That was so nice of you. I'm glad that we are partners and best friends. Night.” Then Jun goes to sleep for the night.

 

“Me too.” Silvermon replies and closes her eyes, as well. Meanwhile, the Motomiya siblings parents have just went to sleep. But they went to bed with smiles on their face, something that they didn't have for three years. Even though they knew that their kids will be faces great evils ahead, for now, they are just glad that they are home, safe and sound, and sleeping with them at home.

 

(The Next Day; An Hour After Sunrise)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Motomiya got up from bed, stretched, and went outside, thinking that they were going to prepare breakfast before their children wake up. But when they came out of their room and into the kitchen, they got a real shock when they saw Davis, Jun, and their partner already up and making breakfast themselves!

 

Jun was wearing a violet tank-top held by two inch lines, black fingerless gloves that had the Crest of Spirit in silver on them, crimson red skirt that ended at her kneecaps, white stocking that go up from her feet and up to the top of Jun's kneecaps, and blue sports sneakers. Around her waist was a pink apron for cooking.

 

Davis, on the other hand, had his blue goggles around his head, green sleeveless shirt with the Crest of Miracles emblazed in gold on the chest area, dark blue fingerless gloves, yellow wristbands on his wrist, light brown shorts that end three-quarters the way to his kneecaps, white socks, and black sports sneakers. Jun was making egg omelets on the stove with Silvermon watching and Davis and Veemon were setting up the table.

 

“Davis! Jun! You're up already?!” the two D-Warriors' mother exclaims in surprise. The two Digidestined turn their surprised parents.

 

Jun first says, “That's right. And we're making breakfast. I'm making some good egg omelets, today, if that's okay with you?”

 

Mr. Motomiya then answers his daughter, “Sure, that would be great. We're just surprised to see the two of you up so early.”

 

“I know, but we were gone for three years and we learned a lot since Jun and I were away. I remembered the saying, `Early to bed, early to rise'. Well, I got the `early to rise' part down, but the `early to bed' part I don't relate to. Cause, no matter how late I go to bed, I always find a way to wake up early if I need to.” Davis says with a bit of a jokester-type tune into it. Jun, Silvermon, and Veemon couldn't help themselves, but let off loud giggles. The Digidestined parents, however, could only give off confused smiles.

 

After Davis finished setting the table, Jun tells everyone, “Breakfast is ready.” Then Davis and his parents sat down at the table for breakfast. Jun then put on six plates, an egg omelet, for her parents, brother, Digimon partners, and herself. After finishing serving the food, Jun took off her apron, sat down in her seat, and everyone began eating. After everyone was done, they patted their stomachs in satisfaction.

 

Then the Motomiya siblings' mother states to her daughter, “Jun, where did you learn to cook like that? Those omelets were very delicious!”

 

Jun answers with, “My brother and I, during the time we were away, learned many things, including how to cook, for one thing. We found excellent chiefs and learned everything from them.”

 

Mr. Motomiya then states to his family, “Those must have been the best chiefs and cooks, ever born, because these omelets were exquisite!”

 

Davis smiles and says, “You can say that. Being away from home for the time that we were gone, we had to learn many skills. And with the cooking skills that we gained, we also improved them, a little.” Davis' parents were a bit surprised to hear that BOTH their children can cook, these days, but not too much and decided not to say anything.

 

Then Jun's father gets up and says, “Well, I'll go research about today's sport competition on the computer. I'll get everything you need to know in about one-half an hour to an hour.” Then Mr. Motomiya leaves for his personal computer room.

 

“Thanks, dad.” both Davis and Jun say to their dad. Then both siblings and Mrs. Motomiya gets up from their seats. She started to clean up, but her children stopped her.

 

Davis then tells his mom, “Don't worry about it, mom. Jun and I will clean this up.”

 

Veemon nods in agreement and adds, “Silvermon and I will help them with the clean-up.”

 

Davis' mom smiles at her son and states, “Thank you, Davis. Thank you, Jun. That's very nice of both of you.”

 

Jun gives a wide smile to her mother and says to her, “No trouble at all, mom. It's the least we can do with all the trouble and worry that my bro and I caused dad and you. Just go relax by the TV and all of us will clean this mess.” Mrs. Motomiya nods in agreement and goes over to the couch by the television and starts watching while her kids clean up the mess on the table. About 45 minutes later, Davis, Jun, and their partners were finished and they got ready to go by putting on their backpacks. Their father came out and gave his children papers that detailed today's sports event.

 

“Okay, the two of you. This event is called the Tokyo City Olympics. Everyone in Tokyo city is allowed to join in. It starts 1:30 PM this afternoon and won't end till 2 hours after sunset. It is set in a sports arena that was created some distance from the city and it has everything for every sport played. There are two main divisions of individual completions with school age grouping sub-divisions: Youth, those that are not in middle school, Middle School age division, High School division, College division, and Adult division, those out of school. And the two main divisions of the event are: Male Sports division and Female Sport division. There will be trophies for the winners of individual and the team completions, but there will be one boy and girl that will be chosen for the Greatest Sportsman and Sportswoman in all of Tokyo awards. I've managed to register the both of you into the competition in your own division. Remember, just sign in at the registration desk and the two of you will be both set.” Mr. Motomiya tells his two children.

 

“Thanks, dad!” Davis and Jun exclaim to their dad, together.

 

“And please, the both of you try your very best to be careful.” Mrs. Motomiya says with a bit of worry.

 

Davis replies, “Don't worry, mom, we will.” Then the two D-Warriors and their Digimon partners went to the door, turned back and waved goodbye, opened the door, and headed outside.

 

Mrs. Motomiya turned to her husband and asked, “Will our children be all right with all that they told us that's going to happen, dear?”

 

“Don't worry, darling, Jun and Davis are grown up now and can take care of themselves. Besides, being Digidestined, their Digimon will make sure that they are all right. Everything worked out, three years ago, when our son had to face that evil Digimon demon, and it will work on now. When this is all over, all of us can be a family, once more. Just have faith in Davis, Jun, and their Digimon friends.” Mr. Motomiya states to his wife.

 

“I'll try.” Mrs. Motomiya responds, but still worried about her daughter and her younger brother. Meanwhile, Davis, Jun, and their partners left the house and got outside of the apartment grounds.

 

Then a voice called out to them, “Hey, Davis! Jun! Wait up!” All of them turned around to see Takuya and Gallantmon Crimson Mode (A/N: For future reference, Gallantmon Crimson Mode will be called Gallantmon CM for short.) fly down and land in front. When he touched down, Gallantmon CM de-digivolved back into Takato and Guilmon.

 

Takato was wearing a yellow shirt with the Crest of Life in blue on the chest area under a crimson red jacket with the Digital Hazard and the Tao Yin-Yang Symbol side by side and having sleeves that only reached half-way to his elbows. On his hand were green fingerless gloves with the Digital Hazard, Yin-Yang symbol, and Crest of Life in a small circle. He had blue jeans with a matching brown belt that held his D-Power and pouch of modify card on it. And finally crimson red sneakers on his feet. His goggles were in the same place.

 

Takuya, on the other hand, had his square goggle around his neck. He had crystal blue sleeveless shirt with Agunimon's symbol, Kazemon's symbol, and the Crest of Miracles all together in the center of the shirt. Flame-designed fingerless gloves and gold wristbands on his hands and arms. Black baggy shorts that cover up to the ends of his kneecaps, gray socks, and flame-designed sneakers.

 

Davis greets them with, “Takato! Takuya! Hey! Did the three of you find a place to stay while you are going to be in Jun's and my world?”

 

Takuya nods and answers with, “Yeah! We found a great apartment complex downtown that had two rooms available and we paid for them. Takato and Guilmon have one room and I've got the other.”

 

“How long before you have to pay for more time?” Jun asks.

 

“We managed to pay for the first several months and then we have to start making monthly payments. But with our `D-Warrior's income' we have gather along our journey I don't think that we will have a problem.” Takato responds.

 

“Yeah! And we also found this great bakery which makes some very tasty bread!” Guilmon then exclaims.

 

“Man! After all these years, Guilmon is still obsessed with bread!” Veemon exclaims.

 

Takato blushes in embarrassment and states, “Yeah, I know. And I started him on that habit by feeding him bread the first whole day he was in my dimension. Guilmon is smarter, much smarter, than he was before, but some things never change.”

 

Davis gives a wide smirk and adds, “Oh, yeah, Takato. I can relate to that.” Then he gives a glance at Veemon. Veemon had a good idea what Davis was talking about, but he decides to shrug it off for now.

 

Takuya then asks, “So, should use Instant Transmission to head for the sports competition?”

 

Jun shakes her head and tells Takuya, “No, I don't think so. They won't be ready until this afternoon.” Then with a wide smirk, as big as her brother's, Jun then says, “And that means we have time to explore the city. The both of you can see what Davis' and my home is like and we can find out if have been any changes during the time we were gone.”

 

“Good idea.” Takato says. Then the four D-Warriors and their three Digimon friends head off into the city for some exploring.

 

(The Sports Arena; Somewhere Outside of Tokyo; Later That Afternoon)

 

In the sport arena that was in the countryside outside of the city of Tokyo, it was 1:20 PM, 10 minutes before the starts of the competition. Many of the Odaiba Digidestined is in these games. TK and Ken are the High School division of the Male Sports area of the games. Kari is in the High School sub-division of the Female Sports division. Tai and Matt are part of the College sub-division of the Male division and Sora is part of the Female division; College sub-division. Cody, Yolei, Mimi, Izzy, and Joe would be in the audience with all the Digidestined Digimon partners cheering their friends on. Yolei tried to talk to Ken about last night, but he refused to talk to her. Kari told her to give some time to think about all that's happened. After this `Tokyo sports event', the Digidestined were going to discuss how to approach Davis and his sister to try settle what happened three years ago and try get Davis to forgive them. No one of them wanted this more than Kari, she felt extremely bad for what happened and hoped that Davis at least forgives her. Kari was with the other younger Digidestined, minus Davis and Ken, talking about what was happening.

 

“Man! I never thought that I would see Davis so ticked off at us! But then again, I haven't him and his sister with super-powers before.” TK says.

 

“Well, we really destroy Davis' trust and faith in us. And trust is very fragile and hard to build and with it gone, it will be much harder to get it back. From how Davis reacted, his scars run deep.” Cody explains.

 

“Yeah, I know. But putting on this stupid three year grudge against us? Davis is being way over excess about this! He should really know when to give it up!” TK exclaims.

 

Kari reacts angrily by exclaiming, “TK! That was totally insensitive of you! Think about from Davis' point of view. We ignored and hurt him! We basically treated him like trash! He does have a right to be angry with us! Then Kari puts her head down and a few tears form in her eyes as she says, “Especially how I wronged him. He was trying to help and just insulted him, cursed him, and hit him without reason. I really acted like a jerk and I'll bet he thinks that I'm the worst person in the world.”

 

TK tries to comfort her by saying, “Come on, Kari, it wasn't your fault. And besides, Davis tends to blow things out of proportion. He can't stay mad at you, forever.”

 

But that second statement really Kari steamed at TK and she yelled, “TK, I can't believe you. Davis didn't do anything wrong! We were the ones who wronged him! And you're trying to put some of the blame of him! We never deserve to call Davis your friend when you're still being insensitive to his feelings! Stay away from me!” Then she stomps away.

 

“Wait, Kari!” TK calls back, but Kari was already gone.

 

“Wrong thing to say, TK.” Yolei comments.

 

“Sorry, it didn't come out right.” TK tells them.

 

“Well, you better watch you say about Davis around him, his sister, Ken, and Kari, for right now.” Cody says.

 

Yolei sighs and says, “Yeah, but right now, I still can't believe that Ken broke up with me.”

 

Cody explains, “Well, Yolei, remember that Ken is Davis' best friend. Davis was the main reason that Ken joined our team. Davis had become like a second brother to Ken and they did develop a brother-like friendship with each other. By hurting Davis, it was like insulting a brother to Ken, and, with boyfriend-girlfriend relationships, by wronging a person that's like a family member behind your boyfriend's or girlfriend's back, you're hurting the one you are in love and making look like you don't truly care for that boy or girl that you are love with.”

 

Yolei responds, annoyed, “All right, Cody! I get it! But I really love Ken, even though he's not a genius anymore, after he broke free from the Dark Spore and joined our team, I started to like for his quality of his crest, that we all believe he deserve all along, his kindness. Ken became an amazing kind person after he stopped being evil and well that renewed my interest in him. And well, now, he's left, I realize how I wrong him and Davis, and I hope that I can make up with both of them. I have to admit, I want Davis back on good terms with us and not just because of Ken.”

 

“Same here.” Cody adds.

 

“Yeah, me too.” TK also says, but wasn't being too sincere.

 

“Hopefully, we have to worry about our problems with Davis, his sister, and those other new kids until after this competition.” Yolei says.

 

TK turns to his left, sees a certain something in the distance, and states, “I really don't think that will be the case, Yolei.” Then Yolei and Cody turn to see what TK was looking at and gasped. And soon everyone else, including the other Digidestined and Digimon, were amazed at what or, should I say, who was coming. Arriving from the distance was none other than ExVeemon, flying with Davis on his back, Kyubimon, on the ground with Jun riding on her, and Growlmon, equipped with Hyper Wings, flying through the air beside ExVeemon, and have Takato and Takuya on his back. ExVeemon and Growlmon fly over the ground and Kyubimon leaped high into the air and all of them went towards the center of the sport grounds. Then Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya leaped off the three Digimon, did a mid-air barrel roll, and landed with both feet on the ground, perfectly, impressing all of the people there, including the Odaiba Digidestined and their partners.

 

Jun sighed and said, “Just made it, everyone.”

 

Davis gave a heavy sigh and tells Jun, “Well, we would have been sooner, sis, if you didn't become obsessed with that new dance club.”

 

Jun give an embarrassed smiled and states, “Come on, bro. I'm sorry, it just that club had very good dance music. You know how I like rock and roll and rap music that have a good dance beat to them.”

 

Davis gives a wide smirk in response and says, “All right, Jun. Don't worry yourself about it, I know.” Then turning to Takato and Takuya, he asks them, “Are you sure that you don't want to participate?”

 

Takato nods his head to Davis and tells him, “We're sure. We don't belong in your world, Davis, and Takuya and I wouldn't feel right, competing and, possibly, winning in events from this world when we are from other worlds.”

 

Takuya adds to that with, “Yeah, we don't want to cause any confusion, so, we'll sit back and watch from the bleachers.”

 

Davis looks at the bleachers, sees TK, Yolei, and Cody, and scowls with, “Guess the both of us are not the only ones in this sports event, Jun. Come on, we better get out of here, the air is quite fowl.”

 

Giving the other Digidestined `the cold shoulder', Jun then states, “Good idea.”

 

Takato and Takuya saw everything and thought the same thing with, “[Oh, boy!]”

 

“[If most of the remaining Digidestined are in these events, then tension are going to rise and not just because of sports stress and competitive spirit.]” Takato also thinks to himself. Then the four D-Warriors turned to Growlmon, who's Hyper Wings disappeared when he landed, Kyubimon, and ExVeemon.

 

“Growlmon, ExVeemon, and Kyubimon, could you do us a favor and take position around the sports arena? That's to make sure that no jokers come in uninvited and ruin this competition.” Davis requests of the others.

 

“Of course.” Kyubimon replies.

 

“You got it, Davis!” ExVeemon exclaims.

 

“Okay.” Growlmon responds. Then Takato takes another Hyper Wing modify card out of his card pouch.

 

Bringing the card to his digivice, Takato calls out, “Digi-Modify! Hyper Wing activate!” And Takato swipes the card though his D-Power. And to the other Odaiba Digidestined's amazement, eight shining wings appear on Growlmon's back. ExVeemon and Growlmon then fly off to good position to observe the arena and the area around it. And Kyubimon `teleported' in a blink, to another observation position that can be used. While Takato and Takuya went off to find seats in the bleachers, Davis and Jun went off to the registration desk to get themselves registered for the sports competition. When they got registered, Davis and Jun were given lockers, their sports clothing for the whole time they will be competing, and put in their divisions. Davis was in the Male division, naturally, and the High School sub-division. Jun, however, was in the female division, and the College sub-division. Soon, they went into their changing rooms, Davis with the boys and Jun with the girls. And they came out, ready for the events.

 

Davis' clothes that were for these sports games are gray T-shirt under a larger white sports shirt, dark blue long sports light sweatpants, and the socks and sneakers he came in with.

 

Jun' sports clothes were red T-shirt under a larger white shirt, light blue shorts that only cover one-quarter of the way to her kneecaps, and the same socks and sneakers that she came into the completion with.

 

Soon after getting dressed, the competition host announced, “Welcome, everyone! This is great day in Tokyo! This is our special event: The Tokyo Sports Olympics! Today, thousands of young people from all over Tokyo have come to participate in these games. The city hosted these games to help the International Red Cross in its current relief efforts for those war-torn and poverty stricken countries around the world. Remember, this competition is to have fun and show true sportsmanship! And now, let the games begin!”

 

Knowing that's their cue, Jun and Davis run off to their areas where they will be playing in their divisions. They waved goodbye to each other and headed off in separate directions. First, in the High School sub-division of the Male competitions was soccer tournament. All the High School aged teenagers were put in 32 teams designed by letter. But since there are only 26 letters in the alphabet, the last six teams were designed by double letters. Davis was on Team A and Ken and TK were both of Team B, Davis' team first opponents. Davis scowled at the thought of his best friend being on the same team as TK or any of the other Digidestined, but then again, Ken wasn't too thrilled with the idea either.

 

When they got to the field, Ken and Davis were on the center of the field for the start of the game. Davis started off by saying, “Good to see you, Ken. Don't think that I will be holding back on you.” Then he gave a wide and very friendly smile.

 

Ken smiled back and replied, “I don't want to you since I'm going to. But remember Davis, I've gotten better.”

 

“So have I, Ken. More than you can imagine.” Davis comes back. TK, who was on Ken's right, wondered what Davis was talking about, but had a major feeling he would find out soon enough. When the whistle sounded to start the round, Davis zipped by with the ball, passed the defenses, and scored a goal within only a few seconds of the game starting! Everyone else who was watching, in the bleachers, expect Takato and Takuya, or on the field, both teams in fact and the judge, jaws totally dropped realizing what happened. When they looked at Davis, he had indeed scored a goal and he just zipped by them, looking only like a blur.

 

After a few more seconds, the judge was able to speak again and he said over the loudspeaker, “One point for Team A! It's amazing! Young Daisuke Motomiya just passed the other team like they weren't there! Team B better keep on their toes with this player!”

 

TK, after getting his ability to speak back, states, “Houston, we have a problem. A BIG problem.” And boy was TK right. During the much of first half of round, Davis worked together with his team and, with his skill and his whole team's effort, they scored an amazing 10 points in the first half!

 

After the whistle ending the first round sounded, the judge announced over the loudspeakers, “And with a score of 10 to 0, Team A has a landslide lead over Team B!”

 

While Davis and his team came together, Ken and his team came for a meeting and TK thought, “[When did Davis get so good? I could tell he was not using much of his powers. Much of what he did out there was pure skill and teamwork! And with his skill, teamwork, he making us on this team look like novices!]” The last statement got TK angry at Davis for some reason.

 

Meanwhile, on Davis' team, his teammates were praising him, a lot! Davis, blushing in embarrassment, tells his teammates, “Oh, come guys, I didn't do that much. It was a real team effort.

 

But one brown haired boy on Davis' team tells him, “Yeah! But it was because of you that got this landside of lead over the others! Sure, you worked with us like a real teammate, but it was your super skill and strategies that got us this far! You were totally extraordinary, Davis!” The other members of his team nodded their heads in total agreement.

 

Then the announcer/judge boomed over the loudspeaker, “Attention! Both teams please report back to the field for the second half!”

 

Davis, smiling, told his teammates, “Come on guys, let's show them what were made of.”

 

“Yeah!” was the response from the rest of team. During the second half, it was totally contest with amazing strategies that Davis' created, his skills, and teamwork of the whole team, Team A scored nine points while TK's team scored zero. It was the last amount of seconds in the second half, Davis' team was on the offense, a black haired member of Davis' team had to ball, but all of the TK's team was defending their goal.

 

Davis' called out, “Hey!” the teammate looked at Davis and saw that he was point to something. When he looked, he saw that Davis was pointing to the goalpost and, was shocked to figure out, that Davis wanted him to shoot the ball and hit to goalpost. He looked back at Davis and he gave a look that was saying `Trust me'. The player decide to trust Davis and made the shot. The ball hit the goalpost and headed for Davis. Davis then kicked again and it hit the post again. Every other player knew that Davis did that on purpose.

 

“[What's Davis trying to do?]” Ken wondered. When the ball hit the post and came flying back at Davis, Davis then knocked the ball into the air. Davis then jumped into the air, did half a dozen 360 degree spins, flipped himself upside down, and give the ball a powerful kick that went straight into the goal, all in mid-air! Then Davis flipped himself right back up and landed with both feet on the ground, perfectly!

 

Everyone was totally speechless for several seconds, then scorekeeper gave a whistle, called out, “Goal!” And changed Team A's point total from 9 to 10 for the second round. Then he shot the game pistol singling the end of the game.

 

Finally able to speak words, the announcer calls out, “Wow! In an amazing game in the history of sports, I never seen such a soccer game! With a twenty to zero score, Team A wins by a landside! And what a way to end a game, young Daisuke did the most amazing shot ever performed in soccer history!”

 

Meanwhile, at the bleachers, Takato and Takuya, who were watching the game, smirk at Davis, knowing what he did, and Takuya asks Takato, “Guess Davis invented a soccer version of the `Jecht Shot', huh?”

 

Takato nods and answers, “Yeah. Ever since Tidus taught him that move, sometime later, I saw Davis perfect a soccer version of it. Davis really wanted to try it out.”

 

“I see.” Takuya says. Meanwhile, Davis fellow team members came up to him, totally amazed at what he did.

 

The brown haired boy that talked to him during the interlude of first and second round of this game, asked him, excitedly, “Wow, Davis! That was amazing! Where did you learn a move like that?!”

 

Davis answered, plainly and nicely, “Oh, a friend taught this one to me. It's called the `Jecht Shot'. But I improved on it, a little.”

 

“Wow! Is this person a great soccer player?!” another of Davis' teammates asked Davis.

 

Davis smiled at his team and replied, “Well, you can say that. He's a great all round sports player, but he's way out of the country for you to meet him and very secretive.” Meanwhile, Cody, Yolei, and all the younger Digidestined Digimon partners, expect Veemon and Gatomon, were totally flabbergasted at what happened.

 

Then Cody finally exclaims in amazement, “Unbelievable! Davis played this game quite fair, I can see he didn't use his powers, nearly at all! The whole time he was playing was pure skill, teamwork, and strategy! Especially with that last goal, all that time, he was using his normal human strength and abilities, though he improved on them, still he was that shot without using his powers!”

 

Yolei groans out loud and exclaims, in frustration, “What's going on here?! Has the world turned upside down or something?! Davis is gone for three years and he comes back, not only a superstar male singer, but also an all-round super soccer star!”

 

“And who knows what else Davis can do? With this, he might be an expert in everything.” Cody says, in amazement. And how close to the truth he was.

 

Meanwhile, the sports competition continued on, with Davis' team scoring outstanding landside victories over their opponents. But then during the first half of the semi-finals, Davis and his team were beginning to play in the second round of their round in the semi-finals. Then a voice called out, “Tundra Freeze!” Davis jumped out of the way of attack that froze the ground around in group of large icicles, all thanks to an IceDevimon.

 

“Whoa! A Digimon!” Yolei exclaims in the audience.

 

“We better get ready to fight.” Armadillomon adds. Meanwhile, Takato and Takuya, who also saw, had another plan.

 

Takuya took out his D-Tector and told Takato, “I'll take of this.”

 

Takato gave a look that asks `Are you sure?' and Takuya gave a nod in response. Takato gave a look that said `Go for it!' and Takuya went out to the field.

 

Davis was planning to attack when Takuya yelled to IceDevimon, “Hey, IceDevimon, you frozen freak, over here!” IceDevimon and everyone else, including Davis, looked Takuya, who was in a fighting stance. Davis, understanding what Takuya is planning to do, nods to Takuya, indicting that he won't interfere.

 

“And what do what human?” IceDevimon says in dark voice.

 

“I'm here to tear you apart!” Takuya declares.

 

IceDevimon just laughs at the Frontier Digidestined and asks, sarcastically, “And what are YOU going to do about it?!”

 

Takuya smirks and answers, “This!” And his D-Tector starts to glow. “Execute! Spirit Evolution!” Takuya cries out as he bonds with the Legendary Human Spirit of Flame. “Agunimon!” as his transformation is completed. When it was over, everyone, most of all IceDevimon and the Digidestined there, were totally shocked to see Takuya turn into a Digimon. Davis and Takato just smiled at this.

 

The other members of the younger Digidestined and their partners looked at Agunimon, and Hawkmon states, “Oh my goodness! That boy turned into a Digimon!”

 

“But how is that possible?!” Yolei asks, totally confused.

 

“Well, I don't know how, but I know that it is possible, because that boy turned into a Digimon.” TK says.

 

“No wondered he didn't need a partner.” Armadillomon says.

 

“No kidding, Armadillomon. This `Digidestined' can turn himself into a Digimon.” Cody adds.

 

IceDevimon, who was facing, Agunimon, exclaims, “A human turned into a Digimon! Impossible!”

 

“Nothing is impossible with me, IceDevimon! I'll also show what else is not impossible, your defeat by me!” Agunimon exclaims. Agunimon's voice is exactly like Takuya's, but a little deeper and a bit more mature.

 

“I like to see you try, whoever you are!” IceDevimon exclaims.

 

“The name is Agunimon, Legendary Digimon Warrior of Flame!” Agunimon exclaims and then bangs his fists together. Yelling as his separated them, flames encircles his two fists. “Time to heat things up! Pyro Punch!” Agunimon exclaims as he fires two large fireballs from his fists. IceDevimon barely avoids the two attacks.

 

“Tundra Freeze!” IceDevimon cries out, as he fires beams of ice from his eyes. Agunimon jumped into the air, avoiding the attack, causing it to freeze the ground he was on. Then Agunimon rapidly punched at IceDevimon, but IceDevimon managed to get out of the way, but just barely. IceDevimon swiped at Agunimon with his right claw, but Agunimon did a back flip and got behind IceDevimon. IceDevimon turned around and yells out, “Avalanche Claw!” And he fires dozen of golf-ball size icicles from his two white demon wings. Agunimon, using incredible speed, easily avoids the attack.

 

“[He's tougher than I thought!]” Agunimon/Takuya thinks to himself. Then Agunimon's left hand gantlet spewed out a large flame over his left hand. “Pyro Darts!” Agunimon then calls out, by running his right hand over the flame, he fires small dart-like flames at IceDevimon. IceDevimon dodges the attack. But Agunimon just smiled and exclaims, “Gotcha!”

 

IceDevimon, confused at what his opponent meant, asks, “Huh?”

 

Then Agunimon spins 360 degrees in the air, rapid, tornado of flames encircled him, and Digimon Warrior of Flame calls out, “Pyro Tornado!” The fire tornado heads towards IceDevimon. Before could he counter-attack, the tornado came right towards, the flames disappeared, Agunimon came at the demon Digimon spinning, and slams his flaming right leg into IceDevimon's chest, causing critical damage.

 

As he began to delete and disappear, IceDevimon yells out, “A human child defeated me?! This can't be! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Then the demon Digimon exploded and turned into data particles. When the smoke cleared and Agunimon landed on the ground, he de-evolved back into Takuya.

 

With everyone else, but Takato, flabbergasted at what just happened, Davis gave Takuya a `thumbs-up' and calls out to him, “Hey, Takuya! Great work!”

 

Takuya gives a smile back and exclaims, “Thanks, Davis!” Then Takuya returns to his seat with Takato.

 

The announcer decide to continue the games, wanted not to start a panic, cause of IceDevimon, “Sorry for that `interruption', everyone! Now, it is time to continue with the match!” Meanwhile, the other Digidestined in the bleachers were more wondering about Takuya and digivolution into Agunimon.

 

“[Tai and others are not going to believe this.]” TK thinks to himself. A while later, after IceDevimon was taken out of the way, the final match was step up with Team A, Davis' team, VS Team DD, a team of hotshot soccer players. But with Davis against these hotshots, it was no contest. With the excellent skill and teamwork, he used against TK's and Ken's team, Team A won with a 21 to 0 landslide victory!

 

“It's over! With amazing victories that were totally one-sided, Team A, with young Motomiya, has won the soccer competition!” the judge/announcer exclaims. Then the scorekeeper gives Davis the trophy for the victory and then Davis turns around and holds it in front his team for them to grab it. All of Team A grabbed onto the trophy with Davis and lifted high in the air with much of audience, cheering in delight!

 

Then the rest of Davis' team let go of the trophy, lifted Davis into the air, and carried him off, cheering, “Davis! Davis! Davis!” And they did over and over again. Meanwhile, all the high school girls were swooning over the Digidestined of Miracles.

 

“Oh, wow. A great singer and sports star! And to think that he was once a great soccer player, but a bit of a ditzy jerk, but now, he is a real hunk of teenager.” a blue haired high school girls says.

 

“Yeah! Davis is really something else! He can do the impossible without breaking even the smallest of sweats! He's like some great miracle-maker! And he is drop-dead gorgeous! Wonder if he will go out on a date with me?” a beautiful with long red hair high school teenage girl wonders.

 

A blond girl sneers back at the red-head, “Yeah, right! Like a kid with that much skill and talent would go out on date with a girl like you! Motomiya may have changed, but he is still a man of action! And that's the way he likes his girlfriends, hot!”

 

A sexy-looking girl with long pitch black hair then exclaims, “Oh, yeah! Like you're the perfect girl for Davis Motomiya! Davis, from what I see, is more mature and smarter than before, but you are right about him wanting a girl of action. But he doesn't need another air-headed blond, like you!” Then these four high school girls go into an argument about Davis. Meanwhile, the rest of the high school girls, expect those members of the Digidestined, and sports fan, were forming a mob over Davis, trying to get his autography, for the girls, ask him out on a date, or, from all the school newspapers in all of the city of Tokyo, get a comment from him for that paper. But Davis' team carries him off to safety, while Takato and Takuya give wide grins.

 

Meanwhile, first event of the female division had ended and it was girl's basketball. Guess whose team won the College division tournament? If you guess Jun's team by landslide victories, then you would be right! She faced Sora's team in the final match-up and Jun's team, using the exact same elements as Davis used in his soccer matches, won quite very easily, to the astonishment of the opposing team. Now, it was the volleyball competition and Jun had the same teammates for the basketball tournament and is facing Sora's team in the first round. After the volley decided that Jun's team would serve first, the game began. At first, the match began with an even stance, both sides going volleying the ball over the net, back and forth. But then, when the ball just went over the net, Jun jumped and spiked it, sending with amazing speed, right passed Sora and slamming into the ground, cracking it a little. The judge gave Jun's team the point.

 

One of Jun's team members came up to her and exclaimed, “Great work, Jun!” And they gave each other a high five.

 

Jun smiled, happily, at her teammate and replied, “No big. Come on, let's showed them what we are made of.”

 

“Yeah!” the rest of team exclaims, excitedly. I don't have to tell you how this is going to turn to out, but Jun's team won the match, 15 to 0. After the victory and Jun's team celebrating, the other older Digidestined, including Tai and Matt, watched in amazement and awe at the whole game.

 

“Man! Jun and her team made Sora and her team look like total rookies!” Tai exclaims.

 

“Yeah, Tai. And Jun used pure skill and teamwork, no special powers or abilities!” Matt exclaims.

 

“Yes, she didn't use any powers that she had. But I don't how it's humanly possible to get so good with just three years.” Izzy says.

 

“We'll its possible, cause Jun did and did it with ease.” Joe states. After that, Jun's team won the whole volleyball tournament. While Jun and her team, were publicly displaying their trophy and celebrating victory, all the college boys, expect those who were Digidestined, were day-dreaming of Jun, Digidestined of Spirit.

 

“Wow! What a girl! Beautiful, talented, strong, and amazing sexy! I would sell my body, mind, and soul just go out on a date with her!” one blond hair college boy exclaims.

 

A black hair college boy laughs at the blond one and tells him, “Yeah, right! Even after that, she still wouldn't even think twice of rejecting you! She would do it in a heartbeat! A girl of that much talent and skill has a career going for her! She would want to be famous, a star! I would be surprised she was marrying movie stars!”

 

Another college student exclaims, “Oh, yeah! That won't stop for trying to ask her on date!” Then Jun looked to the audience and ran her right hand through her long red hair, causing more of the non-Digidestined college boys to drool over her. And that caused even more and more college students were fighting and argue over her.

 

(The Sports Competition; Later that Night)

 

Well, it was the end of the Tokyo Sports Olympics and after the games were over, Jun and Davis dazzled everyone by winning every individual and team games that they were in; Jun in Female College Division and Davis in the High School Male Division. Now, it was time for the final awards. The Tokyo Sportsman and Sportswoman awards were last awards to be given out and then the competition was over. All those who participated were gathered to a large stage in the center of the field and they were in their sports uniforms they were given for these contests.

 

“Well, everyone, this is moment you have all been waiting for! The awards for the top Sportsman and Sportswoman in all of Tokyo! During all of the competitions, team or individual, you have been rated for this award and we will now pick one girl for the Tokyo Sportswoman award and one boy for the Tokyo Sportsman award. This award is not based on how many games you have won, but also on skill, technique, teamwork in the team games, and last, but not least, sportsmanship! And now, to award for the greatest Sportsman in all of our fair capital of Tokyo.” the leader of the event tells everyone over the microphone. Then the plague for this award was set on a table besides the host of this grand event and given the envelope containing the name of the winner. The plague was a silver metal sheet with the letters in gold and covered up because the winner's name was engraved in it with the same gold. “And the winner for the Tokyo Sportsman award is. . .” the host started to say, opened up the envelope, and looked at the winner's name. “By a unanimous and unwavering vote, young Daisuke Motomiya!” the host called out. The majority of the crowd was not surprised by this. The lights focused on Davis and everyone cheered for him.

 

Davis pointed to himself, gave an innocent look, and asked, with a confused tone of voice, “Me?”

 

The host pointed to Davis and calls to him, “Yes, you, young Daisuke! Please come up!” With a smile on his face, Davis went up to the stage and faced the host of this competition. “Congratulations, young Daisuke, you have proven without a doubt that you are the greatest sportsman in all of Tokyo! You have won every event that you have been in, but it was more than that! You have shown excellent skill, amazing technique, even ones not seen in sports before, teamwork with all the team that you played with, and true sportsmanship by respecting your competition! You are a true sportsman!” Then the plague was reveal and it had Davis' full name in gold letter and was given to our Digidestined of Miracles.

 

Davis, who was blushing in embarrassment, states over the microphone, “Thank you, sir. But really, there were plenty of people in my division that deserved this award as much as I did. But I really am honored to be given this award and I will accept with honor and dignity. I didn't get here alone and win all my sports contests alone. In my team games, it was the whole team that did the real work and think that they should have applause for all their hard work, too. And to all those who did their very best in this grand sports competition and didn't win anything at all, during the time they were playing.” Then loud applause was heard from much of the crowd.

 

The host laughing with joy and excitement, then says, “What respect! And this young one is really so humble, but all of us here say that you deserve this award and you have proven that now, more than ever! Daisuke Motomiya, I see great things in your future if you keep this up!”

 

Davis smiles a bit and replies, “I'll try me best, sir.”

 

Then another plague is brought up to the stage, put on the table, another envelope given to the judge/host, and then he states, “And now, if young Daisuke pleases stays here, we will be announcing the winner of Tokyo Sportswoman award!” Opening the envelope, the host calls over the microphone, “And the winner is. . .” When he looks at the winner on the paper, he gives a bit of wide smirk and then states, “Well, this is amazing. It looks like we have a case of brother and sister up on stage at the same time, since the winner of this award is no other than young Daisuke's older sister, Jun Motomiya!” Then the lights were focused on Jun. The audience was more surprised that both Davis and Jun won the two awards, rather than each of them, in their own areas. Jun, not wanting to cause a fuss, immediately goes to stage, and takes the award. “Mrs. Motomiya, like your younger sibling, you have proven yourself a true sportsperson! Congratulations, Jun Motomiya!” the host announces. Much of the audience went into total applause for the Digidestined of Spirit.

 

Blushing a cherry red, Jun says over the microphone, “Well, I don't if I can anything because my brother said for me. Sorry. Well, my brother can agree with me, with all the awards that we know with our teams, we are giving them to keep!” Davis nods in agreement. Those girls who were on Jun's teams and those boys who were on Davis' teams cheered really loudly in happiness because of our two D-Warriors.

 

“Well, I must say, we have two very humble and great sportsman or sportswoman, whichever the case may be, well, great job to the both of you, Daisuke and Jun Motomiya, and we hope that your futures are bright!” the host says over the microphone.

 

“Thank you.” Jun and Davis both say and both of them bow in thanks and respect.

 

The host bows back and then announces, “Well, after the athletes change back into their clothes, they can enjoy some last minute food and refreshments before they go home. Thank you.” Then the lights around the stage dimmed till they were out. Davis and Jun went into the locker rooms to change back into their regular clothes they wore today. After they did that, they returned their sports uniforms for this competition and went to the center of the field. When they did so, ExVeemon, Kyubimon, Growlmon, without the Hyper Wings, Takato, and Takuya were waiting for them.

 

“Congratulations to both you and your sister, Davis! When we can back, Takato and Takuya told us everything that happened!” ExVeemon exclaims to his partner.

 

A little nervous, Davis asks, “Everything, ExVeemon?”

 

Kyubimon nods and answers, “Yes, everything, including IceDevimon, but don't worry, we were told that none of you were hurt and that Takuya took care of him as Agunimon.”

 

“Okay.” Jun says and sighs in relief.

 

“What do you want to do now?” Takato asks.

 

“Well, let's head back and. . .” Davis was about to answer, when he, his sister, Takato, Takuya, and Growlmon sensed a strange power coming from somewhere nearby. The four D-Warriors and their three Digimon allies turned around to see a strange grayish-white beam going up into the air.

 

“That's a stasis field going up!” Jun exclaims.

 

“Yeah and we only know of one world that has kind of power. We better check this out, everyone.” Takuya states to the others.

 

Davis nods and asks, “Right! Ready, everyone?”

 

“Ready!” the rest of group responds, Jun got her crest and D-3 ready and Takuya got his D-Tector ready. Meanwhile, the younger Digidestined, expect Kari, were explaining what happened with IceDevimon, to the older Digidestined and Kari.

 

“So, one of the two other boys, the one with the square goggle whose called Takuya Kanbara, used an ever stranger digivice to transform into a Digimon himself?” Matt asks.

 

TK nods and answers, “That's right, Matt. And boy, we were surprised to see him do that trick.”

 

“No kidding.” Yolei adds.

 

“We believe you, but it is hard to believe that a human can turn into a Digimon.” Tai explains.

 

Kari then see the group of D-Warriors and the three Digimon, points to them, and says, “There they are!” And Jun's D-3 and Takuya's D-Tector began to glow.

 

“Kyubimon digivolve to. . . Taomon!” Kyubimon exclaims as transforms into humanoid shape with a Japanese kimono.

 

“Execute! Beast Spirit Evolution!” Takuya cries out as he bonds with the beast spirit of flame. “BurningGreymon!” he calls out when his transformation was done. The Digidestined and their partners gasped and looked in totally surprised and awe at Takuya in his form of BurningGreymon.

 

“Prodigious! They were right! A human transformed into a Digimon!” Izzy exclaims in awe.

 

Taomon then jumps into the air and cries out, “Talisman Spell!” And creates a force-field bubble with the Yin-Yang symbol on the bottom. When Jun jumped towards it, Taomon let her partner in.

 

“Let's go!” Jun exclaims. Then Taomon, using her mind to control the `bubble', moves it forward. Davis jumps on ExVeemon and they fly off.

 

Takato takes out a modify card, bring it to his digivice, and shouts out, while swiping it, “Digi-Modify! Hyper Wing activate!” Then eight new shining wings appear on Growlmon's back, to the amazement of the Digidestined, once more. And Takato gets on Growlmon's back and they fly off. Finally, BurningGreymon fly off with his comrades in arms.

 

“Where are they in rush off too?” Tai asks.

 

“Maybe that light over there, Tai.” Joe states and points out that strange beam of grayish-white light coming from the distance. Then all the Digidestined digivices began to glow and encase the group in some kind of force-fields.

 

“What's going on?!” Mimi exclaims. She got her answer when everyone else on the ground began to collapse and fall in a sleep-like state.

 

“What happened to all of them?” Sora asks, a bit confused at what was happening.

 

“I think so kind of powerful being put up some kind of status field which put everyone into a sleep-like state. We're not affected because our digivices are protecting us.” Izzy explains.

 

“Well, it's also not affected Davis, Jun, ExVeemon, and their new friends.” Tai says and points to them. Indeed, they were still heading towards the beam, totally unaffected by its effects.

 

“Well, we better get after them and see what's going on here.” Matt says. The other Digidestined agreed and all their Digimon went to Champion or Armored form, which form that they could ride in, and they headed after the four D-Warriors and their Digimon friends they were with.

 

(A Field Outside of the Sports Arena; One-Quarter of an Hour Later)

 

We find ourselves looking at the source of the beam of the grayish-white beam. It's a gray with black cat-like creature being held up by a young woman. She had reddish-orange hair in two strange spiraling pigtails held in place by two violet cloth bows, she had emerald green eyes, and strange clothes on here. She had a red shirt with black marking all over it, with heart-shaped hole on the top of her chest and another in the area between her breasts, and the shirt end one-half the way to navel. And she had a red skirt that ended one-quarter of the way to her kneecaps and is connected to her shirt by two X-crossing lines that are two inches in length. And long red high-heeled boots that ended several inches passed up her kneecaps. With her and the cat-like creature was another young woman with long dark blue hair with a yellow headband on her head. She had a strange blue shirt that was sleeveless and was also a skirt that cut in half at her kneecaps, but still continued down to the backs of her feet. She also had a strange white jacket that exposed her shoulder blades, gray stockings, and black high-heeled shoes. With her was a young man that looked like he was from India. He had dark red hair, violet eyes, and Indian-type skin. He was wearing gray suit and pants with black shoes.

 

“Did you create the stasis field already, Japleo?” the young reddish-orange hair woman asks the cat-like creature.

 

When the light faded from him, this `Japleo' answered, “Done, Tiara.”

 

“Well, if it isn't Tiara and her partner Japleo with Lena and her partner Leon. What brings you from the Guardian World? Guess it's a small dimensional plane after all.” A familiar female voice calls out to the group. The group look in the direction the female voice came from and saw, Jun, Taomon, Davis, ExVeemon, Takato, Growlmon, and BurningGreymon land in front of them. When they landed, Taomon returned to Silvermon, ExVeemon back to Veemon, Growlmon de-digivolved back to Guilmon, and BurningGreymon turned back into Takuya. Davis, Takato, and Takuya have interested looks at the group, while Jun had an annoyed look at this Tiara.

 

“What do you think that you are doing in our home world?” Davis asks the group.

 

“None of your business!” the young woman known as Tiara yells at the group.

 

“Don't give us that high and mighty attitude, Tiara! You're not in the Guardian World, you are in my brother and my home dimension, so watch that mouth of yours!” Jun yells at Tiara.

 

“How dare you!” Tiara yells at Jun.

 

“I dare, because I'm not afraid of you! You think that you are so powerful, but thing is that you're not!” Jun yells at Tiara.

 

“You think that you have superior powers to myself, you outsider! I don't even why the forces of the Guardian World gave the four of you the powers of our world, anyway! All of you are outsiders!” Tiara yells at the group.

 

Then Jun yells, “The Guardian World gave us powers from your world so we can do our job of protecting countless billions of lives in infinite worlds in the dimension plane! And that includes yours, Tiara, but you are so bull-headed, thick, and stubborn, you would doom your own world because you can't control your stupid pride!”

 

This sends Tiara's angry right through the roof and she brawls out, “How dare you, Jun! I'm going to send you to oblivion for that!”

 

Jun steps and yells, “Why don't you try it?! Are you too weak for that?!” The two young women look at each other with anger and distain.

 

Jun's fellow three D-Warriors, Veemon, and Silvermon all sweatdrop and Davis thinks to himself with, “[Oh boy! Here we go! Whenever Tiara and Jun are together, you know that there is going to be trouble and combat.]” Meanwhile, the other Digidestined and their Digimon, returned to Rookie levels, expect Gatomon, who is a Champion Digimon, made their way thru the bushes and hiding in one of them observed the two groups. Then Tiara flies into the air with a whirlwind under her, a blade of black energy appearing in her left hand and she headed right towards Jun.

 

“Spirit Sword!” Jun calls out and sword of yellow energy appeared in her right hand. Jun then jumped forward and Tiara's and Jun's swords collided together, causing a small boom. And the both female warriors went into the air and battled with their swords flying in mid-air.

 

When the other young woman tried to step forward, Davis held out his hand and tells her, “Lena, stop! Don't interfere!”

 

“Daisuke, you have to know that our mission from the Elder was to come into this world to find all of you, but only to observe and talk to you. You must understand we were not to engage in battle with you, especially Tiara!” Lena tells Davis.

 

“I believe you totally, Lena. But you know when Tiara and my older sister come together, they always get themselves angered at each other so much that they fight each other. Just let them get it out of their systems.” Davis tells Lena. Looking at Takato and Takuya, Lena sees them nodding in agreement.

 

Japelo sighs and states, “That Tiara. She is always so stubborn, thick, and hot-headed.”

 

Silvermon then tells Japelo, “Don't worry about it, my partner can be that way. Though she is like that when she is mostly with your partner.” Both Silvermon and Japelo shrug and then sigh, again. Meanwhile, the Jun and Tiara are battling mid-air with their swords clashing, again and again.

 

Tiara's swords then disappears, she holds out her right hand, and calls out, “Powers appear before this symbol!” Then strange symbols appear like magic on her right hand and then an eye-like symbol appears. And then a black ball appeared in front of her hand and Tiara grabs the balls and presses on it, created on spirit-like monster that had a bulls head and giant arms with huge claws.

 

Jun smirks and yells out, “You think that trick is going to work! Unlike you, Tiara, I make sure that I learn new techniques and abilities! But a bull-head bitch like you wouldn't understand! Let me show you!” Then Jun holds out her right palm and a reddish-black flame appears around it. “Take this on for size! Fist of the Mortal Flame!” Jun cries out, propels herself forward, and slams her right flaming fist into Tiara's monster, causing it to explode on contact.

 

“What the hell?! Impossible!” Tiara yells out. And then out of the smoke, Jun flies in and swipes at her with her Spirit Sword. Tiara barely manages to get out of the way. Then she crosses her hands in a strange stance.

 

“We'd better stop this. Tiara is going to transform.” Takuya says to his friends.

 

“Got it covered.” Takato says and then cups his hands together. Black sparks appear around his cupped hands and Takato focuses them into his left hand. Then Takato fires that black sparks at Tiara, hitting her, and seeming to naturalize her powers. Then Takato fires two ki waves between the two combatants, separating them. “Okay, that's enough the both of you!” Jun sighs and flies down to the ground.

 

Tiara yells at Takato, “Let me go!”

 

Takato then calmly tells Tiara, “We have both the powers of Neutralizers and Magic-User of the Guardian World, Tiara.”

 

“And unless you want injuries in places where you never knew before, I think its best that you settle your hash!” Takuya yells at Tiara. Knowing that she was trapped, she groaned and Takato put her down on the ground.

 

“I've got one question for all of you. Do think it quite strange that you got to our world, right now?” Davis asks.

 

“Get to the point!” Tiara yells at the D-Warriors.

 

“Tiara, settle down, they have a point! We haven't been able to get to their home worlds until recently for some reason. Only this day in the Guardian World were we be able to open a gateway to this dimension.” Japelo says.

 

“Have you wondered why you were able to do it, right now?” Davis asks.

 

Lena realizes what Davis was talking about and asks, “You mean that it has something to do with that enemy that you're fighting. The one that threatens to destroy us all in all the worlds we live in.”

 

“Exactly.” Takato says.

 

“I think that it's time that we explained it to you. All of you! If you want to join in and hear what you're up against, best you come out of those bushes, right now!” Davis yells out. Knowing that it was pointless to hide now, the Digidestined and their partners came out of their hiding place, much to the surprise of Tiara and her group.

 

“What?! How could they weren't effected by the stasis field, Japelo?!” Tiara yells at Japelo.

 

“I don't know, Tiara!” Japelo yells back.

 

“Cool it! This group has certain item which prevent them from being affected from certain types of mystical powers from this and any world. And let just keep it at that.” Takato explains.

 

Kari then innocent asks Davis, “How did you know we were here?”

 

Davis turns his head slightly away, gives a stern look, and answers, “We have our ways, if YOU need to know.” Davis tone of voice was pretty nasty, showing that he still wasn't thrilled with them.

 

Ken then asks, “What is this all about?”

 

“Well, we said that we are giving the whole story. Okay, here is the story: Many millennia ago, when all dimensions were starting out. Our dimension and all the many others are connected together, loosely or closely, based on how much alike or connected your universe in a place called the dimensional plane. A `place' of Inter-dimensional `space' where all universes come together. And with all these worlds are beings that protect and maintain the balance of these dimensions. They are known as the Overseers.” Davis starts the story. The totally amazes everyone who were part of the D-Warriors team.

 

“Overseers?” Ken asks, pretty surprised.

 

Jun nods and continues with, “Yes, Overseers. They are beings that are beyond what you call a normal life form. They are Immortal Guardian Deities that protect all the dimensions within the dimensional plane. There is one for every world, including our own. What they do is protect and maintain the balance of light and darkness of all the worlds. But they are not all powerful, as we are well aware.”

 

Davis continues the story by saying, “A very long ago, during the early development of every dimension, a being of great and pure evil power came into existence. This creature was born from all the destruction, evil, pain, sorrow, hatred, and rage that all the universes have gathered. He is known as the ultimate being of destruction; the beast of dimensional Armageddon. His only desire is the totally annihilation of all the dimensions within the dimensional plane; the erasing of all life and existence.” Everyone else gasped at this revelation.

 

Takato then continued explaining by telling everyone else, “The Overseers tried to defeat this foe, but this being was more powerful than all of them combined and were defeated. All seemed lost, but they found a great power within the universes they protect. Certain individual humanoid beings had strange and great powers. Powers so strong that they exceeded even the Overseers abilities. They were summoned from their home worlds to defeat this evil. They were they VERY first D-Warriors.”

 

“What are D-Warriors?” Ken then asks.

 

“Because they were from worlds that had digital technology already and were from multiple worlds, they were given the name Dimensional Digital Warriors or D-Warriors for short. Another term given to them was `Ultimate Chosen', because they had the greatest power in any universe within the dimensional plane and were chosen to defeat an ultimate evil. The power of a D-Warrior comes from the greatest force in any dimension, Life itself, this power allows to use any force in any universe, like the elements, magic, or anything. But the main core ability of the D-Warrior power is the ability to harness to two most powerful and opposing forces of Life: Light and Darkness.” Davis then explains.

 

“Light and Darkness used for good?!” Ken and TK ask in shock.

 

“Darkness is not essentially evil, it only has gotten that taboo since it has been mainly used for that purpose. But Darkness can used for good if you make it that way. With the ability to harness the powers of light and darkness, we can use attacks of the light and attacks of the darkness.” Takuya explains to everyone else.

 

“[So, that's why Davis was able to use that attack of great dark power before on those `demons' because Davis' D-Warrior abilities allow him to harness both light and darkness energy and power for use against evil.]” Kari thinks to herself.

 

“The other main function of the D-Warrior's power is the ability to copy, learn, assimilate, or whatever other powers and abilities from other worlds into the D-Warrior's own abilities. That way he or she gain and learn to become more powerful to defeat this evil. The D-Warrior power is great and powerful on its own, but it has the ability to become more versatile and that's usually the case with this evil.” Jun then adds.

 

“However, let's get back our story here: The very first D-Warrior fought against this great evil and supposedly destroyed it. But years, centuries, later, it reappeared. Somehow, it has some mysterious way of reviving and regenerating itself to be even stronger than before. And the Overseers had to call on another set of D-Warriors to fight against this new evil. And this continued on and on until the Overseers figured out that it had a limit to its constant revivals. And this appearance it's final time, if this evil is destroyed this time, then it's gone for good. However, the bad news is that it's at the peak of its power, greatest point of its existence, and the dimension is in the greatest danger to be totally destroyed. And add the fact that it has the same ability to use attacks from other dimensions and an army of minions called the Dimension Terminators, made of the foulest and most evil beings of every single world, then the dimensions and every living being in them is in the greatest danger of total oblivion.” Takato explains.

 

“[Oh, just great.]” Yolei groans in her head.

 

“However, three years ago, the day that Jun got her partner, Silvermon, here, we were contacted by the Overseer of our dimension, Ken, a being known as Serenity. When we came to see her, we found about the D-Warriors, this ultimate evil, the history of the Overseers, D-Warriors, and the being of destruction, and that we had the power of D-Warrior within us, ready to activate.” Davis tells Ken.

 

Then Ken exclaims, realizing, “That's why you and Jun left! You had to develop your D-Warrior powers!”

 

Davis nods with his best friend and tells him, “That's right. For three years, Jun, myself, our Digimon partner, and our three new friends had to travel to countless other dimensions, meet many other heroes, warriors, protectors, saviors, fighters, and otherwise, learn everything about their worlds, sometimes gain some powerful items and equipment to help us, and, most of all, to gain, in a peaceful way, by in any method possible, the special powers and abilities that are common in that dimension.”

 

Then Jun points to Takato, Takuya, and Guilmon and states, “Let me introduce the other two D-Warriors friends and the Digimon that came with one of them. They are from two more worlds with their own Digital Worlds and some their own unique Digimon. The boy with brown hair in Davis' old hairstyle and yellow goggles is Takato Matsuki, a Digimon Tamer. He's not a Digidestined, technically, but he's like one. He is one of the `Chosen' in his world. Basically, `Chosen' is the common term for Digidestined or Digimon Tamers because they involve young children with the special qualities needed to save both a Digital and Real Worlds. And Takato's partner is called Guilmon, a red reptile Digimon, Rookie level, Virus Type, Special Attacks are Pyro Sphere and Rock Breaker. And the boy with black hair and square goggles is Takuya Kanbara, he is Digidestined from a dimension we like to call Digimon Frontier. He doesn't need to have a Digimon partner, because he uses his digivice called a D-Tector to turn into Digimon, a very special Digimon from his world. The Overseers who watched their worlds and found that they also had the D-Warrior power. And all seven of us have been traveling together for three years doing what we were doing to prepare for our big battle with this monster and his minions.”

 

“After our three year journey was done, we found out that this monster weakened the barriers that separate all the dimensions within the plane and creating gateway-like holes that will allow beings from one dimensions to go into another.” Takato then states.

 

“That's how you were able to get here, Tiara.” Jun tells Tiara. Tiara just huffs at Jun.

 

“And if this being causes enough damage to one dimension then it will collapse. And if one dimension goes, the rest will be destroyed along with that one!” Takato exclaims. Everyone gasped in shocked. “You see, the dimensions are connected together. It's like a `domino effect', if one goes, then next goes, the next one, and so on until all the dimensions are destroyed. Another way to see this is like a `ripple effect', what one happens to one happens to the others, kind of like the bond between the Digital and Real Worlds.” Takato then adds.

 

“You see, after our three years that we were journeying, we found out that this being and his minions decide to destroy the dimension plane in the dimensions that are in the center and, unfortunately, our three home worlds are in the center of the dimensional plane. So, they've decide to destroy one or more of our three dimensions to kill every world, starting with Davis' and Jun's home town dimension.” Takuya explains.

 

“And that's why you came back, to fight this evil.” Ken explains. The four D-Warriors and their three Digimon nod in agreement.

 

“Davis, I know that we have problems between but you have to let us help!” Tai begs.

 

“Yeah, right, Taichi Kamiya! Like I would ask for you and the others help! I don't need it, want it, and I don't to be associate with your team anymore! With the expectation of Ken and Wormmon, I don't want anything to do with the younger Digidestined anymore! I'm through with you and them! And that's that!” Davis roars with anger and gives a sneer.

 

Jun sneers at them and tells them, nastily, “And besides, you and the other Digidestined would be cannon fodder for that monster and his minions. This evil being can wipe out all of you and your Digimon with a single breath! All you do is get yourselves butchered and that would be a bright move! And you called my brother dense and an idiot, ha!” The Digidestined reared back from being insulted, but they had a feeling that was the truth.

 

Takato turns to Tiara and her associates and states, “Tiara, I think that it would be best that you, Japelo, Lena, and Leon go back to your dimension, the Guardian World. By coming here, you're weakening your world's defenses.”

 

Tiara then yells, “Don't tell me what to do!” But sighs and states, “But you are right. We'll head back.” Japelo, Lena, and Leon were surprised that Tiara would agree with anybody else other than the Elder.

 

Then Takato uses so strange power to open a dimensional gate, to the surprise of the Digidestined and their Digimon partner, and he tells them, “Here you go. Since the D-Warrior powers gives us the ability to open any dimensional gate to any universe we chose, I've opened one for all of you to head back.”

 

“Thank you, Takato.” Lena says and gives a bow. Then Lena, Leon, Japelo, and, finally, Tiara step through the gateway and head home.

 

After that was done, Davis and Jun turned towards their hometown and Davis said, “Let's go.” And all of them began to walk away.

 

When they were doing this, Kari calls out, “Davis, wait!”

 

Davis stops and exclaims, angrily, “I told you before that our friendship is over Hikari Kamiya and my part of being one of the Odaiba Digidestined! You had your chance and you wasted it! And beside, just stay out of our way, you don't what you are up against.”

 

Jun adds to that with, “That's right! You don't have to experience of knowing what kind of monsters, being, and powers that this ultimate being of destruction has assembled! If you try to help, you would be just getting our way! So, leave this up to the experts, Digidestined, my brother, myself, and our friends, Davis' true friends, can handle this!” And before the Digidestined could say another word, Davis, Jun, Silvermon, and Veemon teleported through Instant Transmission. Takato and Takuya sighed at this depressing moment. Takato then turned to Takuya, indicted that he should go on ahead and that he and his partner will catch up with him. Takuya did so, also using Instant Transmission.

 

Takato then turned to the Digidestined and tells them, “Look I'm sorry for the way that Davis is acting to you. However, he does have a right to be angry with you. But not this long a time. I want to try to help you heal the wounds that were between you and Davis, three years ago and I'm going to. But I ask you for now try not to make Davis angry and I will see what I can do. But you may want to try to see if all of you and Davis can talk to work it out.”

 

“Why do want to help us?” Tai asks Takato.

 

Takato smiles and tells them, “Ask Ken, I gave the some info on my position and about myself, yesterday. But I also believe that all of you are a perfect team and that all of you should have a second chance to try again. But I will give you all the information on my world, my Digimon partner, and I, pretty soon. And let just say that I'm one of your biggest fans.” But before the Digidestined could ask Takato about what he said, he and Guilmon used Instant Transmission to teleport back to Odaiba.

 

“What did he mean by that Ken?” Tai asks.

 

“Well, Takato used some kind of mental telepathy to communicate with me without moving his mouth. He told me a little about himself and why he wants to heal those scars Davis has. Other than that I don't anything more, so don't ask me. But I think that Takato and his partner, Guilmon, will tell their whole story soon enough.” Ken explains.

 

“So, what can we do?” Kari asks her older brother.

 

“Two things: One, is to try to reason with Davis and try to get him to forgive us for what we done to him, no matter how impossible it seems. And two, I know that there is a greater purpose for our worlds being used for this `war' that's going to be fought. We have to find out what it is and also fight back against this evil. Davis has forgotten that we have a stake in these battles to come, too. We have to help, no matter what the odds.” Tai answers. Then the Digidestined and their Digimon prepared to come home. While TK, in his subconscious, was getting more misgiving and, more closely, resentment focusing on Davis. But even TK didn't know he was getting those feelings, yet. Kari, on the meanwhile, NEEDED to make up with Davis and try to get him to at least trust her again. The Digidestined of Light finally realized her true feelings for the Digidestined of Miracles. Kari truly cared about Davis and she was do whatever it takes to heal those scars and wounds she caused him, no matter what.

 

Next time in 02 World Saga, Episode 3: Androids, Saint Beasts, Saiyans, and Ascendants: Well, now Davis and Jun are going back to school. Davis is going to be in high school and Jun is going to be in college. However, Davis is in the same high school as the younger Digidestined and that might lead to some problems. But the big problems begin when the members of the Z fighters of the world of Dragonball appear through another dimensional tear and with a new enemy, a powerful new android called Android 21. And if that wasn't enough, a strange human-like with dark evil powers appears with a fiend from Spira (A/N: Final Fantasy X and X-2) and the revived Saint Beast from the world of Yu-Yu-Hakusho! And this humanoid being has a thing for the four D-Warriors, especially Jun! And Jun has a bone to pick with this evil creature, since it seems that the D-Warriors and this being seem to know each other, too well, in fact. How does our heroine Jun and the D-Warriors know this opponent that they are facing and what kind of vendetta does Jun and her opponent have against each other? And add two brand new transformation tricks from our D-Warriors and that one of them is an element of the D-Warrior's powers and abilities that's similar to the Super Saiyan!

 

Gallantmon of the Hazard: Sorry, if it took so long to get this chapter out! I had to less time to work on this, believe me, I had plenty of problems to deal with. But it's now complete! I hope that you will like it. How did you like crossover with Digimon and the anime Shamanic Princess? Or the part where Jun used the Fist of the Mortal Flame attack? Well, I got to say in the next chapter, expect plenty of Dragonball Z and Yu-Yu-Hakusho characters and action with elements from those, more Shamanic Princess, Yu-Gi-Oh, and, possibly some more Final Fantasy X/X-2 elements, as well. And on another note, I will be using the Ascendant idea from FanFiction writers that I have credited those who have used and/or created it. So, I'm giving credit for them for my next chapter and will be saying that again in the next D-Warriors chapter.
