Legend of the D-Warriors: War of the Worlds

 

Recap: The evil of Eris showed itself by using a divide and conquer plan to destroy the D-Warriors. Eris decided to end a fight with the one D-Warrior she had a terrible fixation to destroy, our Digidestined of Spirit, Jun Motomiya. First, with Davis and Veemon stuck at school, Eris sent a huge force of Spiran fiends, Saibamen, and Goblimon against the most heavily populated part of the outskirts of Odaiba. But that was to force Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya to lure them away and keep them occupied while she hit her real targets: Jun, Silvermon, and Davis' and Jun's parents. Today, the female D-Warrior, her Digimon partner, and her parents were going shopping today at the Odaiba shopping district (A/N: Quite, obvious, I know.). But sometime into the shopping, the area was attack by more fiends and some demons from Yusuke's universe. When a demon threatens her parents, Jun had no choice but to reveal her special powers to them. Then Jun powers up and leaves Taomon in charge of her parents' safety, while she went into battle. After defeating the army of `monsters' to the amazement of the crowd around her, Jun went back to see her parents. But then were surprised attacked by that snake in the sewers, Eris, herself! Jun managed to save her mom, dad, and her Digimon partner from Eris and, enraged, went one on one with the evil servant of the D-Warriors mortal enemy. The battle when back and forth until, while shocking Jun with over one hundred thousand volts of electric current, made the mistake of threatening Jun's family and all that she cared about. That sent Jun's anger and rage right through the roof and into the sky! Jun's energy then spiked, she broke free of her SHOCKING bonds, and, temporary, sent Eris packing with a powerful Kamehameha wave. Injured and battered, Eris retreated, for the moment. Then Jun took her family and Digimon partner home by use of Instant Transmission. At home, Jun tells her parents, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Jun also reveals the terrible reason that she hates Eris so much: During her journey as a D-Warrior, Jun fell in love with a young man in another world, but then Eris murdered him with no reason and right before Jun's eyes! Oh my god! No wonder Jun is full hatred and rage when it comes to Eris! When Davis got home, after figuring out what happened, he learned that his and his older sister's parents know the truth, now. And that, even though that they don't want them to, they can go, knowing that they have their love behind them. That may have a happy ending, but there is still more to come. Questions are: What's Eris' next move? Will Jun ever get over the angry, hatred, and rage that Eris caused with the pain she inflicted on the Digidestined of Spirit? And most of all: Can Davis and Digidestined get over the wounds that were created three years ago? 02 World Saga, Episode 5: Digidestined Talk and Dark Masters Interrupt

 

(The Night of Jun's Battle)

 

We find ourselves into very foggy and dark place. And running around in that place is one, Kari Kamiya, Digidestined of Light, looking and searching for something or someone. After looking around, she sees who she was looking for. Davis, strangely in his Digital World clothes of three years ago and look, as well, is ahead of her.

 

“Davis!” Kari calls out to Davis. He doesn't answer her when Kari calls out. “Davis, it's me!” Davis then turns towards her, but when Kari sees his faces, she gasped in shock. It had the same red skin in the area Kari slapped him, three years ago. He had tears steaming from his eyes, like the day he left her and the others lives. In his face were sadden and hurt eyes, then he turned with his back to Kari, and began to walk towards the fog. Kari ran after him and called out, “Davis, wait! Davis, I'm so sorry! Davis, wait! PLEASE WAIT, DAISUKE!” But when she got close to him, she hit an invisible wall of some kind. Kari tired to force her way through the force-field, but no matter what she tried she couldn't get through. “Daisuke, wait! Davis, please! I'm so sorry! DAISUKE!” Kari screams out to Davis, but Davis just disappeared into the fog.

 

“Well, that was no surprise. Davis knows better to be in love with somebody like you, Kamiya.” a voice calls out from the fog.

 

Searching around from the source of the voice, Kari yells out, “Who are you?! Why are you keeping me from Davis?!”

 

The voice then laughs at Kari and the voice then states, “Me?! Keep you from Dai-kun?! What a lie! I'm not the one who kept you from him! You drove him away by breaking his heart like that! He once loved and cared for you and you, without justification, shattered his hopes and dreams into a thousand pieces, Kari!”

 

Still trying to find the voice, Kari calls out, once more, “Who are you?! How do you know so much about me?!”

 

The voice then states, “How do you think? Take a look, Kari.” Kari then knew where the voice was coming from and when she turns around to see who it was, she gasps in shock to see herself! By this version of her was what she looked like three years ago, when Davis, Veemon, Jun, and her new partner, Silvermon, left his home dimension.

 

“It can't be!” Kari exclaims in disbelief.

 

“Oh, but it is. I am you, Hikari Kamiya!” the younger version of Kari yells to our Digidestined of Light. Our Kari, just stood there, totally shocked and surprise. The `other Kari' just gives Kari a nasty smirk for a few seconds and then the `other Kari' frowns at Kari and yells at her, “I know you, because I am you, KARI! And you can deny it all you want, Hikari Kamiya, but the facts are simple: Davis was in love with you deeply and you do anything for you! He done some many thing with great unselfishness and without wanting anything in return and you hurt, insulted, and shattered his heart into a thousand pieces!”

 

Kari, trembling, knowing that it was true, tries to explain with, “I know that . . . but I-I didn't mean it!”

 

The `other Kari' just huff at our Digidestined of Light and says to her, sarcastically, “Oh, really! Then remember these words!”

 

And then Kari's own voice screams out of the fog, “YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN HELP ME OUT, ASK ME OUT ON A DATE, AND THEN SAY `I LOVE YOU' JUST LIKE THAT! YOU KNOW HOW THAT MAKES ME FEEL, BAKA! THAT'S JUST LIKE YOU, THINKING FOR YOURSELF!”

 

“Remember those words, Hikari Kamiya!” the `other Kari' yells at Kari. Tears began to shed from Kari's eyes, knowing that was indeed true.

 

Stuttering as she tries to explain, “It-It's true! But-But-But I-I-I did-did-didn't mean it! I was scared and confused! I knew Davis for two years before I became I Digidestined and I really began to like him. But when I told TK that I `cared' about him, too, my feeling became confused. I didn't who I really wanted to be with!”

 

“Excuses! Excuses! That's all I hear from you! Stop denying your own feelings! You cared more about Davis than you did TK and you know it! And for poor Dai-kun, your `confused' feelings, his reward was A SHATTERED HEART! Face the facts: You had no right to hurt the person you cared about! And you did, BIG TIME! And now, you can never Daisuke's love or caring, EVER AGAIN!” the `other Kari' yells at Kari. Then with a large frown, states, “Or have you forgotten what Davis said after you hurt him.”

 

Then Davis' voice, in the extremely enraged and heartbroken of three years ago, brawls out, “YOU KNOW, I DID LOVE YOU! I WOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING FOR YOU, EVER SARCIFICE MY LIFE FOR YOU! BUT NOT ANYMORE! I DON'T LOVE YOU ANYMORE, HIKARI KAMIYA! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL! AND I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU OR YOUR JACKASS BROTHER IN MY LIFE, EVER AGAIN, YOU BAKA OF A BITCH! GO TO YOUR BLOND WONDER, HE'S JUST AS TERRIBLE AS YOU ARE!” Then rivers of tears began to flow from Kari's eyes, knowing that this is what Davis said those three years ago, when she broke his heart.

 

Shaking her head, wildly, Kari exclaims, teary-eyed, “I know that I hurt him, so much, but I do care for him! I really do! I want him back in my life so much! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! Please! I just want Daisuke back in my life!”

 

The `other Kari' just looks at Kari with distain and exclaims to her, “Well, it's too late for that now! Should have thought about that before breaking Dai-kun's heart! Well, now you lost him and his feelings, FOREVER! He will never forgive and ever come back to you! Not that I blame him! I would be just as angry! Here are the facts: While Davis will become a great hero and save billions of lives, you, on the other hand, are doomed to drown in the darkness of your own heart as punishment for all the pain you caused Davis!” Then a deep whirlpool of pitch blackness opens below Kari and she falls into it!

 

“NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO! DAISUUUUUUUUKKKKKKKKKEEEEEE!” Kari screams out, as she falls into the hole.

 

Then Kari wakes up in cold sweat and in her bed. She was wearing her pink nightgown and it was 2:00 P.M. in the morning. Kari had having this nightmare ever since the day that Davis came back. Then Kari began to shed waterfalls worth of tears from her eyes. “Dai-kun, I know that I hurt so badly. But I did truly care for you, I really did. Please come back. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry, Davis! DAISUKE!” Kari cries out into the night and puts her face in her pillow, sobbing uncontrollably. Gatomon then just woke and saw this. Kari's Digimon partner knew what this means, she had that nightmare about Davis, once again. Gatomon decided that she couldn't talk to Kari in this state, but decides to watch over her partner, with great worry in her own eyes.

 

(At the Same Time; At the Motomiya Household; Davis' Bedroom)

 

Meanwhile, Davis was sleeping peacefully in his bed and Veemon was sleeping in his own little bed that Davis set up by the computer table.

 

Then Kari's voice rings out, in Davis' head, “DAISUKE!” And Davis woke with a start.

 

“Whoa! What was that?!” Davis asks in surprise.

 

This causes Veemon wake up, he faces Davis, and asks, sleepily, “What's going Davis?”

 

Davis, realizing that he woke his partner up, faces Veemon, and tells him, “Nothing, Veemon. I just thought that I heard something. It was just my imagination. Go back to sleep, buddy.”

 

“Are you sure?” Veemon asks, concerned, and with right to be.

 

“Absolutely certain, partner. Don't worry about it.” Davis says in a very sincere voice. Veemon shrugs and goes back to sleep. But Veemon had a feeling that Davis wasn't being as sincere as his voice showed. And he would be right about that.

 

Davis, a bit shaken and confused, thinks, “[That was Kari's voice that I heard! I'm sure of it!]” But then thinks of annoyance, “[Why I am hearing her now?!]” But then Davis got a strange new feeling, a feeling that he never, NEVER, felt before. Holding his right to his heart, Davis says in his deepest thoughts, “[What's-What is this feeling? This feeling that there is a black hole in my heart. But I'm denying it and the cause of this black hole for some reason. And I don't remember the cause of this hole in heart and why I'm denying it.]” Davis really thinks about it for several moment. And then seeing that it's early in the morning, Davis shakes his head and thinks, “[Better not think about it. I got get some sleep for the next day. Veemon, I, and the other members of our D-Warrior team are going to have some work for today. With Eris still on the loose, there is going to be trouble, BIG TROUBLE!]” Then Davis tries go back to sleep, but he is still troubled about this strange `black hole' in his heart, not knowing what it is. But then, after one-quarter of hour later, he gets some piece of mind and goes to sleep.

 

(The Morning After Jun's Battle with Eris; The Motomiya Household Living Room)

 

We find all of our D-Warriors and their Digimon allies in the Motomiya living room watching the news on TV. Davis and Jun introduced Takato, Takuya, and Guilmon to their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Motomiya were amazed to meet human teenagers from another dimension, especially those who are Digidestined or have a Digimon partner. And a Digimon from another Digital World was also amazing to see and hear about. Finally, Davis' and Jun's parents were amazed to hear about the dimensions they came from, especially Takato's and Guilmon's, and you can imagine why. Well, all members of the D-Warrior group, human or Digimon, were watching the TV. All the news channels were focused on the battles that the D-Warriors have been fighting for the past few days.

 

“We are here at the Odaiba shopping district, where a fierce battle between two strange individuals took place. One was a strange humanoid `demon girl' with strange powers and can extend tentacles from her arms that are like a octopus or squid. It's not known that this `demon girl' is some strange unknown Digimon.” the newswoman states.

 

Jun, scoffs at this, and says, “Eris, a Digimon? Ha! Many of the evil Digimon that Digidestined or Tamers of all three dimensions fought against seem nice compared to Eris.” The other members of the D-Warrior group nod in agreement.

 

“And the other one, the `demon girl's' opponent was amazing female golden fighter. She looked like a college girl around 18 to early 20s. But it couldn't be told with her emerald green eyes, no eyebrows, and long hedgehog-spiked golden colored hair this fighter had based on witness description of this fighter. Experts believe that this `female golden fighter' is not a Digimon, but it's not sure that she is a human being.”

 

“[If they only knew the truth.]” Jun thinks with a smirk on her face.

 

“During yesterday, also, many other strange `monsters' attacked an heavily populated district of outer Odaiba. Some of the `monsters' are believed to be Digimon, but the majority of these `monsters' are creatures never seen before. But what is known is that this army of Digimon and other `strange creatures' attacked that area, yesterday, some time before the attack at the Odaiba shopping district and the battle between the `demon girl' and the `female golden fighter'. And what is also known is two more strange beings, confirmed to be Digimon, fought against this army and destroyed the `monsters'. One of the Digimon was a large humanoid white knight that turned a crimson red angel knight. The other was strange crimson red beast-like Digimon with white three-horned helmet, crystal-blue eyes, sharp white claws on his hands and feet, laser guns on his arms, and a long crimson tail. The city is grateful for their help, however, before they arrived, the army of Digimon and other `monsters' seriously damaged several building, injured about three dozen or more people, and cause great amounts of damage. But the fact is, without those Digimon's help, it could have been worse.” the newswoman says, telling the story.

 

“[No kidding! Man, I really hate that Eris hurt all those people, but I'm glad that we stopped tragedy from happening here. But I do know that this is just beginning and what happens in the future may make this seem like walk in the park.]” Takato thinks with great worry.

 

Then the newswoman continues with, “Experts believe that `demon girl' is the ringleader of the attack, yesterday, and the attack of the `strange monsters' the day before yesterday at Odaiba Harbor. Because, it has been confirmed that `she' was there at the battle, fighting a strange fighter. It is believe that the `female golden fighter' was at that battle, too, since people at the harbor, at the time of that battle, says that they saw a female fighter battling the `demon girl' and the other `monsters'. But the workers say that they didn't get a good look at her, but they saw that her hair was not golden blond. But it is believed, by experts, that it is the same fighter. Experts figure that `female golden fighter' is a human that went under some strange transformation that gave her these powers and that she has full control over. It is believed that the form that we saw of the `golden fighter girl' was her transformed state and the form that the workers saw at the harbor was her normal state.”

 

Jun smirks and says, “Well, they managed to figure that part out.”

 

Takuya then says, “Well, people are not stupid, Jun.”

 

Jun shakes her head and states, “I'm not saying that they are, because I am one.” Then sighing, she says, “I'm just worried that might figure enough out to start a major panic among the people. You know what could happen if they knew enough of the truth.”

 

“Personally, I don't want to imagine that happening.” Davis states.

 

Sighing, big time, Takato then says, “Well, I hate to say this, but I think that they are getting close into a panic with the information that they know so far.”

 

Nodding his head in agreement, Davis tells Takato, “And I hate to say it, but you're most likely right, Takato. But I'm really hoping that you are wrong.”

 

Takato then adds, “I hoping so, too.”

 

Then Jun's and Davis' mother's voice calls out from behind them with, “What's wrong, everyone?” All the Digimon and all of the D-Warriors turn around to see Mrs. Motomiya looking at them with worry on her face.

 

Jun sighs and tells her mother, “It's just these news people and their `experts', mom. They are beginning to figure things out and they are televising it on TV.”

 

Mrs. Motomiya gives her children and their friends a weak smile and tells them, “Well, even with regular Digimon attack, it would show up on the news. But with new `monsters' that are not Digimon appearing in huge numbers with strange `super-human fighters' battling them, well, you can expect them to put on the front page of newspaper and be the top story in television.”

 

Takato nods his head in agreement with Mrs. Motomiya, but with a solemn look in his face, he tells Davis' and Jun's mother, “Yes, we know that Mrs. Motomiya, but you know how human beings would react if they enough of the truth that all of us know.”

 

Mrs. Motomiya sighs, knowing that what Takato says is true, and replies in a more saddened tone, “Yes, human nature is that they are afraid of what they don't understand and of something that's totally unknown to them. If they figure out that these `monsters' that you, D-Warriors, are fighting, are not Digimon and not from even this dimension, it might start a worldwide panic of possible invasions to continues from all over the world. You can possibly imagine what kinds of chaos that could come of this.”

 

“Personally, mom, I really don't want to imagine.” Davis tells his mother.

 

“No kidding. That's why we want to keep our battles' news coverage to a bare minimum, out of the spotlight. To make sure people don't panic. But with Eris around, I don't think that going to happen.” Takuya states to his fellow D-Warrior group members and Mrs. Motomiya.

 

“That something we can be DEFINITELY assured of. Eris is really flashy and vain when it comes to causing chaos and destruction. That DEMON is properly named, if people go into a panic about this, then Eris would love the chaos that comes from the people's panic.” Jun responds. Then Davis' and Jun's dad comes up to the group.

 

“What is it, dad?” Davis' asks his father.

 

“It's time for you to go to school, Davis. Don't want to be late.” Mr. Motomiya tells his son.

 

Realizing his father was right, Davis grabs his `special' backpack and heads for the door with Veemon following his partner. When he reaches the door, Davis turns back to the others and tells them, “Okay, Takuya, remember that you and Takato will be taking shifts in guarding our parents.”

 

Takuya nods and responds, “That's right. And I will be taking the first shift while Takato and Guilmon go out and look over the city, today.”

 

“That's right. Guilmon and I will see you later then.” Takato says.

 

Then Guilmon holds on to Takato's shoulder and exclaims, “Bye!” And then Takato and Guilmon teleport out of the Motomiya home through Instant Transmission.

 

“[I'm not going to get used to my children and their friends teleporting all over the place.]” Mrs. Motomiya thinks to herself.

 

On the meanwhile, Mr. Motomiya says in his thoughts, “[That could save on my frequent flier miles.]”

 

And Jun then adds to the conversation with, “And since I don't have go to school until next Monday, I going to stay here to help Takuya out.”

 

Davis nods and states, “Right!” Then Davis opens the door and prepares to leave.

 

“Please be careful! Both of you!” Davis' mother exclaims to her son and his Digimon partner.

 

Veemon then says, reassuringly, “Don't worry, Davis and I will be just fine.” And then Davis and Veemon leave the apartment room and close the door. Mr. Motomiya puts his right hand on her left shoulder and gives her a reassuringly smile. Mrs. Motomiya give a weak smile back at her husband, but with that's going and all that they know, now, she couldn't help but worry for her son. Meanwhile, Davis and Veemon went outside of the apartment building and out to the sidewalk. Then Davis sensed a familiar dark energy aura near him. When he turned to find it, the dark life-aura disappeared from his senses. When Veemon saw Davis do this, he asked, a bit worried, “What's wrong?”

 

Davis whispers to Veemon, “Just keep walking, you know who, is watching us.” Veemon nods in understand and continues to walk in the direction of Davis' high school, trying not to look back and let their `stalker' know that they know that SHE is watching them.

 

(On the Nearby Rooftops; At the Same Time)

 

Veemon and Davis had a right to be worried, cause Eris, was once more, watching the Motomiya household.

 

“[Well, there goes Prince Daisuke and his pet dragon. My last attack got them send Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya for guard duty for Davis' and Jun's weakling mom and dad. Well, as long as one of the other two D-Warriors is on `guard duty' for the parents of the bratty Motomiya siblings, I can't get to them. But that means, I would have a better chance of getting Jun and Silvermon and then Davis and Veemon, but Jun is going to be guarding her family, too, since until next Monday, she doesn't go to school. Well, I will wait for my chance to snuff out the spirit of the Digidestined of Spirit, soon enough.]” Eris thinks to herself. And then in her usual dark cloud, disappears into shadows, waiting to unleash her next devil of a plan.

 

(Later that Morning; At Odaiba High School)

 

Davis entered the school ground to see all the high school kids in their own group of friends. They weren't talking about him, however. They were more interest in of the battles that the D-Warriors were fighting, who, unknown to the students, Davis was a member in that group. Veemon, on the meanwhile, was by his side. This time was going to be with him in class, if he can. The students were either talking about Gallantmon's and BurningGreymon's battle with the Goblimon, Spiran fiends, and Saibamen or they were talking about the battle between the `demon girl' and the mysterious `female golden fighter', however, unknown to them, that Davis and Veemon knew who they exactly were.

 

Davis, smiling to himself, states inside his own thoughts, “[Well, look how the mighty have fallen. They already have forgotten about my amazing victories in the singing contest and Tokyo Sport Competition. But then again, I'm not complaining. These days, I really don't want to become popular, unless it's to help and inspire others, of course. But you know, if they knew if my sister and I were fighting those `monsters' with special powers, every student, expect the Digidestined, would be mobbing me, asking question, wanting my autograph, favors, and that stuff. That could drive anyone insane! That's another reason I want to keep our identities and battle a secret from the rest of my home world. To live a regular human life during the time I'm fighting back here.]” When he and Veemon were nearing the door, he looks to see Kari with Gatomon looking at him. Kari had very sorry look on her face and a `puppy-dog' begging look in her eyes. Davis, at first, wanted to give her a scowl, but then seeing into Kari's eyes and face, felt how sorry she was, and he got a feeling into his heart. It was a strange feeling that he knew that he had once before, but forgot what it was. But this feeling made Davis feel less angry at Kari. But Davis shrugged it off, just gave Kari an indifferent look, and continued to head inside. When Kari and Gatomon began to approach them, Davis and Veemon walked much faster inside.

 

“Wait! Davis, please, let me talk to you!” Kari called out to Davis, in a begging tone. But Davis and Veemon just rushed inside without turning back to look at Kari and Gatomon. Kari lowered her head in depression and shame and Gatomon patted her partner's right leg, trying to reassure her. Then the bell rang for all students to come inside and get into their homeroom classes.

 

(Odaiba High School Gymnasium; Fourth Period Physical Education Class)

 

Well, at the beginning of today's class, the gym teacher, Mrs. Youshyu, decided to continue the martial arts training. Davis, on the meanwhile, was finished in just one-quarter into the class period. This made nearly all of the students of the class, very impressed at how quickly and perfectly Davis finished his practice, and a little jealous. TK, on the other hand, was just plain jealous and in his thoughts gave Davis distain. Well, Mrs. Youshyu, told Davis to practice on the large punching bag in the gym. Davis did so and has been for the past twenty minutes of class. On the meanwhile, Veemon was watching his partner from the bleachers. The teacher allowed Veemon to watch, since he was a Digidestined's partner. The whole world knows all about Digimon, the Digidestined, and the Digital World since MaloMyotismon. And these days, there were tens to hundreds of thousands of Digidestined all over the world these days. The amount of Digidestined all over the world had increased greatly since MaloMyotismon was destroyed. There were even some new Digidestined in Japan, outside of Odaiba, of course. So, Digidestined and their Digimon partners are common occurrence these days. On the meanwhile, Mrs. Youshyu agreed for Veemon to stay and watch in the class since he was Davis' Digimon partner and on the condition that he JUST WATCH and not do anything. But Veemon didn't need to worry about Davis, too much, these days.

 

Well, Veemon was relaxing on the bleachers, watching his partner, exercise on the large punching bag, until he heard a familiar female Digimon voice calls out to him with, “Veemon?” Veemon turned to the source of the voice to see Gatomon, Kari's Digimon partner, on the bleachers, coming towards him on all fours, and looking at him.

 

Veemon gives Gatomon a scoff and asks, coldly, “Gatomon, what do you want?” Gatomon was taken back by Veemon's new coldness. Normally, this reaction would get Gatomon to yell at the human or Digimon that was cold to her, but since it was Veemon, who was usually cheerful with her and the others, for the first time, she felt more timid.

 

But building up her courage, Gatomon asks Veemon in a serious fashion, “Veemon, are you STILL angry at me, Kari, and the others for what happened three years ago?”

 

Veemon gives Gatomon a smug look, gets up, and tells her in nasty tone, “And why shouldn't I be?” And then Veemon bring to walk to another side of the bleachers.

 

Gatomon then exclaims to Veemon, “Veemon, you're being ridiculous!”

 

Veemon then looks at Gatomon with an angry look on his face and yells back at her, “No! I'm not being ridiculous! My partner had good intentions for your partner, Kari, and she shattered his heart into pieces by yelling at him, insulting him, and slapping him! And the rest of you are just as guilty by ignoring and insulting him! And when you hurt my partner, you hurt me, and Davis and I have a good right to be angry. So, don't talk about me being ridiculous, Gatomon!” Gatomon jumped back in total surprise. She never thought in her life that Veemon would yell at her, but then again, nobody ever thought that Davis would yell at Kari.

 

“Please, Veemon, listen to me.” Gatomon asks, in a begging sort of fashion.

 

“Why should I? So, Davis and I can become friends with all of you and then be dumped like discarded data, again. I don't think so.” Veemon says in the same cold fashion as before.

 

“Please, Veemon, I beg you! If there is anything left in your heart that you care about me and the other Digimon of the other Digidestined, please listen! At least do it for Ken and Wormmon!” Gatomon begs Veemon. Veemon, at first, didn't want to. But seeing Gatomon, after so long, and seeing a begging look in her eyes and face, made Veemon cool down and warm up to Gatomon, only a little, of course. But enough to listen to her.

 

Sighing, Veemon says, “Okay, I'll listen.”

 

Gatomon then states, “Thank you, Veemon. Okay, I got a message from Kari to your partner. She would want to give it herself, but knowing the current state of your partner, he would be still too steamed at Kari to listen to her. The message is this: Kari wants to meet Davis in the Digital World to talk. Kari will bring me, of course, and she will bring Ken and Wormmon along. Davis can come with you and he can bring someone that he trusts with him, maybe one of the other three D-Warriors and one of the other two Digimon partners they have with them.”

 

Veemon then says, “I'm not sure.”

 

Gatomon then exclaims to Veemon, with a begging and sad look in her eyes, and a few tears coming down from them, “For the Digital World's sake, Veemon, please! I know that Kari hurt Davis, by really putting a damaging arrow through his heart, and shattering it, and you and Davis have a right to be angry! But that doesn't mean, for the both of you to continue a three year grudge against us! If you continue this, all the angry and rage that you and Davis create will only lead to more pain, suffering, and sorrow, not only for Kari, but for Davis, too! All that pain he creates will only add to Davis' suffering. Kari has been thinking about Davis, ever since he, you, and Jun left with Jun's partner, Silvermon, to become D-Warriors. Recently, when Davis came back, Kari has been having nightmares about him, every night! She is really sorry and wants to talk about it to say her sorry and settle with scars that she and the others gave Davis! Please, Veemon, I beg you, if there is any scrap of carrying for me, if you care for Davis, Ken, and Wormmon, as your friends, please do this!” That `speech' hit home inside Veemon. First of all, he had never Gatomon cry before. And he knew that Gatomon was right about the point she made. The ice inside Veemon's heart formed by this matter, really melted away at that point.

 

Veemon thinks to himself, “[Gatomon's right! If Davis continues with this `grudge' that he has against Kari and the other Digidestined, there will come nothing but sorrow and pain for Davis, Kari, and the other Digidestined. And the only way to stop it is from Davis and the others to settle their differences and heal wounds caused by this. Gatomon's right in saying that this would be better for all of them.]” Sighing Veemon tells Gatomon, “You're right, Gatomon. It is for the better that we try healing the scars between Davis and the other Digidestined, especially between Kari and Davis. I will give Davis the message.”

 

Gatomon, smiling, says, “Thank you, Veemon.”

 

Veemon then tells Gatomon, solemnly, “But this doesn't change anything between us, Gatomon. Even if Davis forgives the others for what they did to him, he might not come back to the team and not consider Kari and the others friends anymore. And if that happens, I can't consider any of you friends, either. I stand by my partner, no matter what. So, if what I say, happens, then the only one I will consider friends are Ken and Wormmon. Can you understand?”

 

Gatomon nods her head in solemn agreement, not arguing with Veemon, and responds, in a saddened tone, “I understand Veemon.” Then Gatomon leaves to see Kari. And then Veemon gets off the bleachers and goes to his partner. Davis notices him and turns to looks at his partner.

 

“What is it, Veemon?” Davis asks his partner.

 

“Davis, I want to tell something important.” Veemon answers Davis, calmly.

 

“What's so important, buddy?” Davis then asks Veemon. Then Veemon told Davis about what happened between him and Gatomon and told Davis the message that Gatomon gave him. Meanwhile, Kari was told by Gatomon between her and Veemon.

 

(Meanwhile, in Downtown Odaiba; Sometime Later)

 

On the rooftops that overlooked the streets of downtown Odaiba, Takato was leaping and bounding over the rooftop, observing the streets for trouble. Guilmon was right besides Takato, flying thanks to a Hyper Wing modify card that Guilmon's Tamer used on the red dinosaur Rookie Digimon.

 

After bounding over a few more rooftops, Takato stopped one, looked at the street below, and says, “Well, I don't see any trouble around here.” After Guilmon landed beside him and Guilmon's Hyper Wings disappeared from behind his back, Takato asks his Digimon partner, “Do you sense any trouble around here?”

 

Guilmon sniff the air for a few moments, then shakes his head, and responds, “Sorry, Takato. Not one trace of any evil energy anywhere around here.”

 

Takato shrugs, smiles, and says, “Well, that some good news, for once. But who knows that will last.” Guilmon nods in agreement. “Well, we better keep looking around for any trouble.” Takato then states to Guilmon. And Takato takes out his D-Power and another Hyper Wing modify card, brings the card to his digivice, and calls out, “Digi-Modify! Hyper Wing activate!” And then a new set of Hyper Wings appear on Guilmon's back. And finally, using the rooftops, as cover, Takato and Guilmon continue their patrol around downtown Odaiba. What they didn't know, is on another rooftop in the area, hiding in the shadows, was Eris, observing Takato and Guilmon.

 

“[So, the little Tamer brat and his pet dinosaur are going to be the only ones patrolling around the city, today. And with Takuya in charge of guarding of the Motomiya siblings' precious mom and dad, all I need is an opportunity to take out Jun, while she and Silvermon are out in the open. Better get back to the chumps' `hideout' and see when that the right time will arrive. And I got the perfect plan to get rid of them and make sure that the other D-Warriors don't interfere.]” Eris thinks to herself. And with a wide smirk, leaves the scene in her typical fashion.

 

(Back at Odaiba High School; At the End of the School Day)

 

Davis and Veemon were leaving the school grounds for home. Veemon told Davis the message that Gatomon gave to him from Kari. Davis told Veemon that he wasn't sure and needed to think about it. But now, it's the end of the day and Veemon wondered what his partner was going to do.

 

“So, Davis, what is going to be your answer to Kari's message?” Veemon asks.

 

Davis, sighing, asks Veemon, “What do you think that I should do?”

 

Veemon replies, “Whatever you decide, I will follow, no matter what the consequences. But in my opinion, Davis, I think that you should talk it out with Kari and Gatomon. Besides, Gatomon told me that Ken and Wormmon will be there.”

 

“If she can convince them to come, that is. But I'm still not sure in seeing Kari and Gatomon. Some part of me is still angry at her and, yet, another part really wants me to talk her and try to talk this out. I'm not sure.” Davis says and keeps walking. Davis began to walk out of the school grounds and go on the sidewalk to his home.

 

And then he heard a familiar voice call out to him, “Davis, please wait up!” Davis turns to see Kari coming towards him and Veemon. Davis sighs, gives an indifferent look, and continues to walk ahead. But then Gatomon jumps from behind the fence and blocks Davis and Veemon.

 

“Davis, please don't walk away. Just listen to Kari, okay?” Gatomon begs. She knew that with his power that Davis could easily knock her away. Davis then looks at Veemon and gave him a wondering look.

 

Understanding what that look meant, Veemon tells his partner, “Davis, remember that I'm on your side, always, but I think that you should listen to Kari, if only for just this once.” Davis nods, agreeing with his partner. When he turned to face Kari, he was surprised to find Ken, with Wormmon, on his shoulder coming up with her.

 

“So, Ken, what are you doing with Hikari?” Davis asks, in calm manner.

 

“Please understand, Davis. I'm angry that the others did everything that they did that hurt you, but I really think that you are doing this the wrong way. Well, once Kari told me that she really wanted to talk this over with you, I agreed to come along. You have to know that I'm your friend and I would do anything to help you. But I think that I should how to help you, too. Please Davis, come to the Digital World and talk with the both of us about this. For the sake of our friendship.” Ken begs Davis.

 

With her head a little low and a few tears coming her eyes, Kari begs Davis, “Please, Daisuke, talk to me, please! I know that I hurt you, but I'm really sorry! I beg you, if there is any feelings for me left, please come! I need to talk to you! I want to talk this over with you, please, Daisuke?” Davis looks into Kari's pleading and begging eyes and saw that same sadness and caring look that he seen before since his first day of school in Odaiba High School. Some of the coldness in his heart began to melt and he began to feel warmth in his heart, but he shrugged it off. But then it resurged in his heart and that anger and rage, tempered off, somewhat anyway.

 

Davis turns his back to the both of them and tells them, “All right, I will come.” Kari and Ken began to smile a bit, but then Davis adds, “But understand Kari, I'm only doing this for Ken, since he is my best friends and since also Veemon requested me to go. Okay?” Kari becoming a bit saddened, nods in agreement. And Gatomon then let Davis and Veemon through. But when they were some distance away, Kari realized that Davis called her `Kari' and not `Hikari' like when he was mad at her. Kari then gave a weak smile, knowing that there is still a chance.

 

(Sometime Later; Outside of the Motomiya household)

 

Davis and Veemon were walking, on their way home, to talk to Jun into coming with Silvermon to the Digital World to meet with Kari, Ken, Gatomon, and Wormmon. Davis was in deep thought about this, his mind and feelings were mixed in deciding to go to meet Kari to talk over and settle what happened a little over three years ago. Veemon, knowing that this is going to take a lot of thought and soul-searching for his partner, decides to give his partner time to get into his deep thought.

 

When Davis and Veemon near their home, Davis looks forward to see Jun, in her D-Warrior uniform, and Silvermon, waiting for the two of them, and Davis calls out to her, “Hey, Jun!” And waves and runs to his older sister.

 

“Jun! Silvermon!” Veemon exclaims and also runs to the Digidestined of Spirit and her Digimon partner.

 

When her younger brother and his Digimon best friend got in front of her and her Digimon partner, Jun greets her brother with, “Hey, bro! Hi, Veemon!”

 

“Jun, what are you and Silvermon doing out here?” Davis asks.

 

“Well, I felt your aura coming home and my empathic powers told me that something was troubling you. So, I came out to meet you.” Jun tells Davis.

 

Davis, blushing in embarrassment, states, “Guess I'm an open book to you, huh?”

 

Jun, also blushing, tells her younger brother, “I really didn't mean to read your feelings on purpose, you understand bro. It just that our empathic powers sometimes activate on their own. You know, we open up as a brother and sister should, but we keep our deepest feelings and thoughts to ourselves. Sorry about that, but since I know that something is bothering you, care to tell?”

 

Davis smiles at his sister and answers her, “Sure. And don't worry about it, I know about those empathic powers cause, obviously, I got those powers.” Then Davis told about what happened between him, Veemon, Kari, Gatomon, Ken, and Wormmon and agreeing to meet them with one of the other D-Warriors.

 

After hearing what Davis said, Jun asks him, with seriousness in her voice, “Are you sure that you want to go?”

 

Davis then answers his older sister, “A part of me doesn't want to see Kari, but a major part of me wants to go. And besides, I made a promise and I keep my promises. And another thing, Ken and Wormmon will be there. So, I'm going and I wanted to ask if you and Silvermon could come with me.”

 

Jun smiling at Davis, tells him, “Sure, I come. I'm your older sister and I've been with you too long to let your heart get hurt again or even more.” Then sighing she adds, “Like what happened to me.” Davis gives Jun a comforting pat on her right shoulder. Then both of them headed back inside, preparing to leave for the Digital World.

 

Davis then asks Jun, while heading inside, “Does Takato and Takuya have the D-3s Digi-Port opening program installed in their own digivices?”

 

Jun answers her younger brother, “Yeah, Davis. We installed it into their digivices before we got back to our home dimension. So, that if go into the Digital World and that we need Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya, they can go into the Digital World and give us a hand.”

 

Davis, smiling widely, exclaims, “Great!” And then Jun, Davis, Veemon, and Silvermon enter their apartment building where their home is in and prepare to enter the Digital World. However, watching from the shadows, yet again, was none other than Eris.

 

Eris thinks to herself, “[Perfect! Just the moment I was waiting for! And it makes even more perfect, the plan I wanted to use, involves the Digital World! And now, it will be Prince Davis', Veemon's, Jun's, and Silvermon's final resting place!]” And cackling to herself, evilly, Eris teleports herself to the Digital World.

 

(Later that Afternoon; In the an Area of the Digital World)

 

In a combined grassland, forest, and mountain area of the Digital World, we find Kari, in her regular Digi-World clothes, Gatomon, Ken, in his regular Digi-World clothes, and Wormmon were waiting for Davis, Veemon, and those they decided to bring along.

 

“Do you think that Davis will really come?” Gatomon asks.

 

“I know that he will come! Why did you ask Gatomon?” Kari asks her partner.

 

“Well, I still think that Davis is pretty steamed at you and the others, except Ken and Wormmon. A person that angry doesn't usually come to those who make him angry. I'm not saying this to hurt you, Kari. I'm just telling the truth.” Gatomon tells Kari.

 

Kari nods weakly and replies, saddened, “I know, Gatomon.”

 

“Look, Davis will come. I know that he will. When Davis makes a promise, he always keeps it, no matter what it takes. Even if you thought less of him, he shows that he can be there when needed.” Ken states.

 

“And you got that right.” a voice calls out to them. Kari, Ken, and their two Digimon turned to the source of the voice to see Cyberdramon and Davis coming towards them.

 

Davis' Digital World clothes were different that before. His jacket was still flame-designed, but it had a golden leather collar instead of white furry one. His buttonless blue shirt was replaced by a crimson red one with a dark blue dragon with the Crest of Miracles in gold in the chest area. His brown gloves were replaced by silver ones with the Crest of Miracles imbedded in them. His beige short became dark brown jean shorts that extend to his kneecaps with crystal blue and dark yellow lightning bolts going all over the jeans shorts and a brown belt that held his D-3 and D-Terminal. Finally, he had his usual white socks, but his boots were replaced by flame-designed sneakers with golden dragons going across them. His Crest of Miracles was around his neck and under his shirt.

 

Ken, amazed at Davis' new clothes, asks, “Whoa! New look Davis?”

 

Davis nodded with a calm look in his face and tells Ken, just as calmly, “Yeah, this is my first time back in my home worlds Digi-World and when I came in, I got these new clothes.”

 

Wormmon came up to Cyberdramon and asks, “So, this is Veemon's Ultimate form?”

 

Digimon Analyzer (Cyberdramon's voice)

 

“Yes, now, I'm Cyberdramon, a Ultimate Dragon Warrior Digimon, Vaccine Type, My fighting skills are legendary in the Digital World's said to even match a Mega Digimon's, My Cyber Nail and Desolation Claw attack sends my enemies packing.”

 

Ken then comments, “Cyberdramon, huh? Very impressive, wow, Cyberdramon.” Cyberdramon just gives a wide smirk.

 

Kari then asks, in a bit of timid voice, “Where is the person that you wanted to choose to come with you? And who is that person?”

 

“Who do you think?” another came from above them. All of them looked up to see Jun and Taomon floated down and land in front of them.

 

“Whoa! Jun?!” Kari and Ken ask in surprise.

 

“Why do you look so surprised? I'm Digidestined, myself, after all.” Jun states. Kari, Ken, and their Digimon then remember that she is Digidestined and she has a D-3 digivice.

 

Jun's own Digi-World clothes are quite amazing sight. She had a flame-designed tube-top on her that covered up to nearly all of her well-developed breasts, expect the part where they begin to divide. The tube-top then extended down to one-eighth from the top of her navel, leaving a good mid-drift portion. Her arms were covered in crystal blue fingerless gloves that extend all the way up to her elbows. She had a crimson red skirt that had the Crest of Spirit in dark violet all over it. The skirt extend to just the bottom of her navel and down one-half the way down to her kneecaps. Her legs were covered in pure white stockings that cover three-quarters the way up past her kneecaps, thus going under the skirt. On her feet were golden platform shoes that were four inches on the heel and seven inches on the ball and the Crest of Spirit in silver covered much of the platforms, too. Jun's lips were colored red and her fingernails were bright silver, this time. And her D-3 was on a special belt that was in a diagonal angel, making go across the bare parts of her chest and her skirt at the same time. Her Crest of Spirit, like her younger brother's Crest of Miracles, was around Jun's neck.

 

“Whoa!” was all that Ken could say at first, because those clothes of Jun really showed her sexy feminine features, big time. Then Ken managed to ask, “Are those YOUR Digi-World clothes Jun?”

 

Jun, with a small smile, replies, “Oh, sure. When I entered the Digital World, today, these were the clothes that the Digital World gave me.”

 

Then looking at Taomon, Ken asks, “Is this your Digimon partner, Jun?”

 

Jun answers, “No kidding. Her name is Taomon. She's my Digimon partner, Silvermon's, Ultimate form.”

 

“So, she is an Ultimate Digimon!” Gatomon exclaims.

 

Digimon Analyzer (Jun's voice)

 

“That's right! Taomon is a Sorceress Warrior Digimon, Ultimate level, Data Type, Her graceful looks conceal her Thousand Spells and Talisman of Light attacks.”

 

“Amazing.” Wormmon was the only thing that he could say about Taomon.

 

“Thank you.” Taomon says to Wormmon. Then Ken notices Jun's `necklace'.

 

“What's that around you neck, Jun?” Ken asks.

 

Jun answers in very calm manner, “Oh, it's my tag and crest.” Kari's, Gatomon's, and Ken's, and Wormmon's eyes nearly `bug-out' when they heard Jun say that.

 

“Jun, you have a tag and crest?!” Gatomon asks in shock.

 

Jun then answers in a colder manner, “Obviously. This is my Crest of Spirit, making me the Digidestined of Spirit.”

 

“Digidestined of Spirit?!” Ken asks, still shocked.

 

Jun nods in agreement and states, “My crest and I are very special because we represent the TRUE strength and power of the human spirit, in more ways than one. But Davis has an even more special crest on him.”

 

Even shocking the Digidestined of Light and Kindness even more, they both exclaim, “Davis has his own crest?!”

 

Then Davis takes out his Crest of Miracles, shows the two Digidestined and their two Digimon partners, and says, “That's right. I am the bearer of the Crest of Miracles, making the Digidestined of Miracles, a VERY special Digidestined.”

 

“[Digidestined of Miracles?! Davis?! Wow!]” Kari exclaims in her thoughts.

 

Meanwhile, Gatomon thinks, “[The Digidestined of Miracles?! I think I heard a legend about that Digidestined before, but I don't remember where. But I do know that I do think that there is legend concerning Davis, being the Digidestined of Miracles and all.]”

 

Then Davis says, in a serious and calm tone, “I think that we should not go into any unimportant talking for the moment and let's talk about what we wanted to talk about.” Then the group prepares to begin its discussion.

 

(Meanwhile, Back at the Real World; In Downtown Odaiba; At the Same Time)

 

Takato and Guilmon were in another part of the downtown, keeping an eye on the city, when a huge explosion came from the other side of downtown Odaiba.

 

Looking towards the explosion, Takato exclaims, “What was that?!”

 

Guilmon then looks to the explosion area, sniff the area, growls, and then tells Takato, “Takato, I smell a Digimon. A really strong one.”

 

Takato then sensed the same thing and states to his partner, “Yeah, I sense him, too.” Nodding to each other, Guilmon then put his right hand on Takato's back and using Instant Transmission, as usual, teleport to area of the explosion. When they got there, a few abandoned buildings were destroyed, but that's about it, so far. But the Digimon in question is missing.

 

“Where's the Digimon, Takato? I can sense him but not see him.” Guilmon says.

 

“Right here!” a dark voice exclaims. And from out of nowhere, Machinedramon burst out of the street and in front of our Tamer and his Digimon partner.

 

“Whoa! It's Machinedramon, one of the four Dark Masters!” Takato exclaims.

 

“Seems the little rat has heard of me, after all.” Machinedramon comments.

 

“But how?! Tai and the members of his Digidestined team destroyed you!” Takato exclaims.

 

Guilmon growls at Machinedramon and says, “Eris must have revived Machinedramon from his scattered data!”

 

Machinedramon chuckles to himself and comments, sarcastically, “So, the little dinosaur has a brain like little demon Eris says.”

 

Takato and Guilmon scowl and exclaim, angrily, “We knew it!”

 

Machinedramon then states, “So, you managed to figure it out. So, what? Eris told me all about you and your pathetic Digimon, who are both from another dimension. I must say that Digimon and their human partners there are even more pathetic than those here.”

 

“Oh, yeah! We'll show you!” Takato exclaims and hold his D-Power high and then he, his D-Power, and Guilmon began to glow.

 

“What's this?” Machinedramon asks, perplexed.

 

BIOMERGE DIGIVOLUTION

 

“Biomerge activate!” Takato shouts out, as his body is transformed into data and begins to merge with his partner.

 

“Guilmon Biomerge to. . . Gallantmon!”

 

Shocked at seeing Takato and Guilmon Biomerge to Mega, he exclaims, “What kind of trickery is this?! A human and Digimon merged together?!”

 

Gallantmon, in Takato's and Guilmon's duel voices, exclaims, “It's no trick Machinedramon! Together, our power will defeat yours! Oh, and one more surprise! Lightning Joust!” And then Gallantmon fires a beam of electrical energy from his lance. The attack slams into Machinedramon's face, explodes, and Machinedramon cries out in pain. When Machinedramon regains his composer, Gallantmon then leaps towards Machinedramon and slashes him with his lance, causing a large gash to appear on Machinedramon's metal face, and Machinedramon to scream out in even more pain. Gallantmon then lands on another roof.

 

Machinedramon turns towards Gallantmon and yells at him, angrily, “You rotten little rat of a Digimon! How dare you?! I'll turn you into nothing, but dust!”

 

Gallantmon then declares, “Not in this lifetime! Your evil can never destroy the light of good in the world. Your dark plans will be stopped!” And then Machinedramon and Gallantmon go into battle. On the meanwhile, under Tokyo Bay, another evil lurks in its waters.

 

Going underwater we find a dark shadowy figure that looks like a large sea serpent that says to itself, in a dark voice, “Well, Eris was right to say the brat and his partner from the other dimension are a problem. A merger between a human and Digimon to form one powerful Mega Digimon?! That's unexpected. But that `Gallantmon' won't be expecting me.” Then he laughs with an evil chuckle to prepare his attack on Gallantmon.

 

(Meanwhile, Back to the Digital World; At Kari's and Ken's meeting with Davis and Jun)

 

Kari, Ken, Gatomon, and Wormmon were facing Davis, Jun, Cyberdramon, Veemon's Ultimate form, and Taomon, Silvermon's Ultimate form in a discussion to try to heal the rift Davis and the other Digidestined.

 

“Well, I think that we should get started. We are going to anything done by saying or doing nothing.” Jun states in a calm, but non-insulting voice.

 

Kari then steps up tells Davis, “Davis, please, I know that I hurt you and you do have a right to be angry.”

 

Then Davis, exclaims, angrily, “Boy, I do have a right to angry! I was just trying to help you and be nice, but you just slapped me, insulted me, and shattered my heart, with my hopes and dreams to pieces! Why don't I have a right to be really mad?!”

 

Kari cringes back in shame with her head low and states to Davis, “Please, Daisuke, let me explain. I really did care for you. . .”

 

But then Davis interrupts with, in a nasty tone, “You had a REAL WRAPED way of showing it.”

 

Kari, feeling even more hurt, tells Davis, “Daisuke, when I did that. . . when I `hurt' you, I-I-I-I was confused, surprised, and scared. I did have feelings for both you and TK, but that made my feelings really scrambled up inside. I really didn't mean to hurt you, but my feelings were so mixed up concerning you and TK, that I did what I did.”

 

Davis scowls at Kari, with, “You really think THAT'S a good excuse for you actions?! No way! And I guess that I paid the price for your `confused' feelings with a broken heart!”

 

Kari then speaks up with tears in her eyes, “I know that not much of a good excuse for my actions, Daisuke, I know that! But it's the truth, Davis! Please, believe me! I know that the other Digidestined also hurt you, too! But, please Daisuke, you can't take this out in grudge that you had for so long! I'm so sorry for what I've done to you!” Then several tears from in Kari's eyes. When Davis sees them, he begins to feel regret for being so angry and nasty to Kari and the other Digidestined.

 

Then Ken speaks up with, “Davis, I know that you have a right to be angry and you are! You're my best friend and knowing that these things were done to you makes my trust in the Digidestined greatly weakened, too. But I don't hate and refuse to hate them! Why? Because, hatred and anger will only lead to more anger and hatred and that will lead to much pain and suffering for all of us, not just the Digidestined and me, but you and Jun, too.”

 

Cyberdramon then speaks to Davis with, “Ken's right, Davis. Hatred and rage will only lead to more pain and sorrow for you, Jun, Kari, Ken, and all the other Digidestined. You might not be able to forgive them, but you can't hate them.”

 

Taomon then states, “Ken and Cyberdramon are right, Davis. This is like Jun's mother told Jun about what happened between her and Eris. All the pain that's inflicted from you anger and rage will add to your suffering, not just others.”

 

This strikes a major cord with Davis and he thinks, “[Ken, Cyberdramon, and Taomon are right! If I keep going will all this anger and rage that I'm feeling, I will not only inflict more pain and sorrow on others, but also myself. But my pain will be nothing to the pain that others feel. If I continue like on this, I cause much suffering in the hearts of the other Digidestined and myself. I really don't want to cause pain to others, even if it's people that caused me suffering and woes. I do feel that Kari is really sorry for what she had done. And do feel. . . guilty, for all the rotten things that I said to her. I. . .]” On the meanwhile, Davis' angered expression then turns into a real saddened one.

 

But then before anyone could say anything, a dark voice cried out, “Puppet Pummel!” And then group avoids from being blasted by thousands of energy balls. When they look at where they come from, none other than Puppetmon and Piedmon of the Dark Master are flying above them.

 

“Oh no! Puppetmon and Piedmon!” Kari exclaims.

 

“I hate to ask, but whom?” Wormmon asks, very worried.

 

“They are two of the most evil Digimon to ever walk the Digital World. They were members of four dark Mega Digimon knows as the Dark Masters. Kari and I were part of Tai's team at the time we defeated them. But they were all destroyed! I don't how they were brought back!” Gatomon exclaims.

 

But then the two D-Warriors and their Digimon said one name, knowing who it was exactly that resurrected the these two dark Digimon, “Eris.”

 

Looking at the whole group, Piedmon, overhearing Eris' name, says, “Oh, yes. That strange young girl was a real help in our revival to take our revenge on the Digidestined.” And then he and Puppetmon look down on Davis, Jun, Cyberdramon, and Taomon, smiles evilly, and asked, “You must the Digidestined of Spirit and Digidestined of Miracles talked so much about, are you not?”

 

With a frown, Jun answers with a bit of sarcasm, “Yeah, I'm Jun Motomiya, the Digidestined of Spirit and there is my younger brother, Daisuke Motomiya, the Digidestined of Miracles. So, what's it to you?”

 

Piedmon gives a wide smirk and states, “Well, you are rightly named Digidestined of Spirit, you got so much spirit in you. Well, let us introduce ourselves, I'm Piedmon, top member of the Dark Masters, and my associate there is Puppetmon, another of the Dark Masters. We are so glad to meet such Legendary Digidestined such as the both of you, Digidestined of Miracles and Spirit.”

 

“[LEGENDARY Digidestined?!]” Kari, Gatomon, Wormmon, and Ken wonder to themselves.

 

And with an evil smile, Puppetmon adds, “And we'll be glad to be the ones to destroy you, too.” Cyberdramon and Taomon growl at the two Dark Masters and step-up to fight them.

 

Then Davis commands, “Cyberdramon, Taomon, stand down! Both of you are just Ultimates and those two are powerful Mega Digimon! You would stand a chance!” Cyberdramon and Taomon stop in their tracks, known that Davis is right.

 

Jun giving a wide smile, states, “Don't worry, we will take of these jerks!” And then Jun and Davis rise into the air and face the two Dark Masters. Puppetmon and Piedmon then prepare for battle as well.

 

“Which one do you want?” Davis asks his sister.

 

Before Jun could say a word to her older brother, Puppetmon tells Jun, “Nice outfit. Looks like your ready for a date rather than combat.”

 

Feeling insulted, Jun tells Davis, “I take the overgrown puppet, Davis. Somebody needs to shut that loud mouth piece of wood mouth, but good!”

 

Knowing that he has been insulted, big time, Puppetmon charges Jun, and yells out, “I'll show you, you rotten little girl! Puppet Pummel!” And then using incredible new speed, Puppetmon comes to REAL close range of Jun and swings his hammer at Jun. But using her super-speed, Jun `disappears' from Puppetmon's sight.

 

While trying to search for his opponent, Puppetmon hears Jun's voice call out, “Here I am, you overgrown piece of rotten pinewood!” When Puppetmon turns to the source of Jun's voice, he is given a super-powered right cross, courtesy of our Digidestined of Spirit, sending the Dark Master flying several dozen meters. And then he stops himself in mid-air and Jun appears in front of him.

 

“You rotten brat of a Digidestined! Take this!” Puppetmon yells out and swings widely and with his new super-speed at Jun. But our female D-Warrior easily avoids all of Puppetmon's attacks. On the meanwhile, Davis is about to go one on one with Piedmon.

 

“So, I guess I'll take the overgrown clown.” Davis comments.

 

Giving a wide smirk, even though he was insult, Piedmon put his hands over his head and says, “So, I'm a clown, eh? Then I'll act like one! Clown Trick!” And then a ring of fire from flies over Davis' head and stops, goes down, and then surrounds Davis. And after hovering around Davis for a few seconds and then tries to clamp down on Davis. But Davis, like his older sister, uses his super-speed to avoid the attack.

 

While Piedmon tries to find his opponent, Davis' voice calls out to him, “Looking for someone, Piedmon?” And then turns to the area where Davis' voice came from only to be hit in the face with a point blank ki blast. The attack sends him flying through the air for two dozen yards, before Piedmon rights himself in mid-air.

 

Pretty angered, Piedmon takes his four swords out their four sheathe, and cries out, “Trump Sword!” And throws all fours swords at our Digidestined of Miracles.

 

But then Davis calls out, “Destructo Disks!” And then Davis launches two large yellow energy disks from his hands. The two Destructo Disks splits all four of Piedmon's swords in half, destroying them. Piedmon gives a slight growl and Davis give a wide smirk and tells Piedmon, “You might be stronger than you were before, but if you think that you can give me a run for my money than you have got another thing coming.”

 

“We'll see, Digidestined of Miracles.” Piedmon states and the both of them prepare for the next round.

 

(A Short Time Later; At the Battle Between Gallantmon and Machinedramon)

 

So far, in this battle between a David and Goliath Digimon, Gallantmon, the David, was gaining the advantage over Machinedramon, the Goliath. Gallantmon had managed avoid damaged from all over Machinedramon's attack and Machinedramon was only destroy the buildings around them, all of them abandoned, so far.

 

“Giga Cannons!” Machinedramon calls out, firing his two cannon at Gallantmon. Gallantmon jumped high into the air and avoid Machinedramon's attack, once more. The attack slammed into the abandoned building and destroyed it. But then Machinedramon laughed at Gallantmon, as he was still high in the air and began his slow descent to the round.

 

“What's so funny?” Gallantmon asked, in his duel voices.

 

“You are fool! Take a look! I've destroyed the last abandoned building that you can attack from. The only other buildings you can land on are buildings are those with innocent people in them!” Machinedramon gloats to Gallantmon. Gallantmon looks to see that Machinedramon was right! He couldn't put innocent people in danger. “Well, the only way you can stop above me, safety, is that you can fly.” Machinedramon says in a dark and confident voice.

 

“Glad to!” Gallantmon exclaims and begins to glow.

 

“What?!” Machinedramon asks, wondering what was going on.

 

MODE CHANGE DIGIVOLUTION

 

“Gallantmon Mode Change to. . . Crimson Mode!”

 

When Gallantmon CM was in front of him, Machinedramon exclaimed, stunned, “What?! A Mode Change Digivolution?!”

 

Gallantmon CM declares, “That's right! Final Justice!” And fires a beam of holy energy from his double-sided lance/staff. The beam slams into Machinedramon's back, causing a large explosion, and Machinedramon screams out in terrible pain. Seeing his chance, Gallantmon CM, flies at super-sonic speeds, with his sword glowing in white holy light, cries out, “Invincible Sword!” And Gallantmon CM then sliced Machinedramon in half. Machinedramon stays frozen in place for a few seconds, then splits into two parts, and finally turns into data particles. But before even Gallantmon CM could celebrate his victory, a large splash came from the harbor.

 

“What's that?!” Takato exclaims from inside his sphere. He got his answer when Gallantmon CM sees MetalSeadramon rise from the sea depths. “Oh, great! MetalSeadramon!”

 

“Another Dark Master Mega Digimon, Takato?” Guilmon asks from inside Gallantmon CM.

 

“Yeah! And one with one nasty attitude to boot, like the other Dark Masters! Let's go!” Takato exclaims from inside Gallantmon CM.

 

“Right!” Guilmon replies. And then Gallantmon CM heads for the Odaiba Harbor area. Meanwhile, MetalSeadramon starts his rampage on the city.

 

“River of Power!” MetalSeadramon yells out and fires a beam of blue energy from his nose. The attack destroys a row of warehouses on the harbor, but they were without people, good thing. However, they were filled with valuable property. MetalSeadramon then laughed evilly at his work.

 

“Stop!” Gallantmon Crimson Mode's voice rings out. MetalSeadramon turns to see Gallantmon CM rush him and slash him in the neck with his sword. But, amazing, it not damage at all!

 

“Ha! You must be Gallantmon! You may a powerful Mega Digimon being a merger of a human and his pathetic Digimon partner, but your weak `toy sword' can't cut me! I'm made of Chrome Digi-Zoid, the hardest metal in the Digital World! You can't hurt me!” MetalSeadramon gloats to Gallantmon Crimson Mode.

 

“That's what you think! I will stop your evil plans! Final Justice!” Gallantmon CM exclaims and fires another holy energy beam from his lance/staff. It slams into MetalSeadramon, causing his armor to become slight burnt, but causes MetalSeadramon a HUGE amount of pain.

 

“WHY YOU?!” MetalSeadramon yells out, enraged.

 

“So much for your `invincible armor', huh?” Gallantmon CM asks with a bit of sarcasm.

 

“Oh, yeah! Take this! River of Power!” MetalSeadramon screams out and fires another beam of energy from his nose. But Gallantmon CM uses his super-sonic speeds to avoid the attack, easily. “Hold still!” MetalSeadramon exclaims, enraged.

 

“Terra Force!” a voice calls out. And then a Terra Force attack slams into MetalSeadramon, all thanks to WarGreymon. Gallantmon CM turns to see WarGreymon, Kabuterimon, Birdramon, Aquilamon, Pegasusmon, and all the other Digimon with their partners riding on the three Champion and one armored Digimon.

 

WarGreymon comes up to Gallantmon Crimson Mode and asks him, “You're that angel knight Digimon that was on the news yesterday, aren't you?”

 

Gallantmon CM nods his head and says in his duel voices, “That's right! The name is Gallantmon, this is my Crimson Mode, I'm a Holy Angel Knight Digimon, a Mega level, Virus Type, and I bring justice to the unjust with my Final Justice and Invincible Sword attacks!”

 

WarGreymon asks, pretty shocked, “You're a Holy Angel Knight Virus Type Digimon?!”

 

Gallantmon CM replies, “Right! I'm of the Virus type, but I'm a Holy Angel Knight Digimon.” The other Digidestined were amazed to hear that.

 

“Prodigious! A Digimon of the Virus Type that's also an Angel Digimon!” Izzy exclaims.

 

Then WarGreymon and Gallantmon CM hear a large roar, looked to see MetalSeadramon rise and look at them with anger in his eyes, and MetalSeadramon roars, “Time to finish both of you off! River of Power!” And he fires a blue energy beam from his nose at the two Mega Digimon. Gallantmon Crimson Mode and WarGreymon avoid the attack, quickly.

 

“WarGreymon!” Gallantmon CM calls out to WarGreymon. WarGreymon looks to see Gallantmon CM pointing to MetalSeadramon's nose. WarGreymon gets what Gallantmon CM was saying and nods in understanding.

 

“Invincible Sword!” Gallantmon CM exclaims and fires a beam of holy energy from his sword, which slams into MetalSeadramon, causing extreme burns to his armor, and MetalSeadramon roars from the pain.

 

MetalSeadramon then turns to Gallantmon CM and screams out, “You! I'll turn you into cinders!” But that what was WarGreymon needed to attack.

 

“Mega Claw!” WarGreymon cries out, put his Dramon Destroyers together, and begins to spin around into a tornado. Then WarGreymon spins, like a drill, towards MetalSeadramon. MetalSeadramon heard WarGreymon call out and turns towards him, only to have him plow through his nose and right through his body. And finally, WarGreymon comes out of the other side of MetalSeadramon and MetalSeadramon deletes a second after. The Digidestined cheered in victory. WarGreymon then comes up to Gallantmon CM and says, “Thanks for your help, Gallantmon.”

 

Gallantmon CM answers, “No problem.”

 

But then WarGreymon then asks, “Are you the Mega form of that Digimon called Guilmon?”

 

Gallantmon CM replies, “You can say that, WarGreymon.”

 

WarGreymon then asks, “Then where is your human partner?”

 

Gallantmon CM then answers in Takato's voice, “He's a lot closer than you think. Bye!” WarGreymon then became wide-eyed, knowing that it was Guilmon's human partner that came from Gallantmon CM, a Mega Digimon. But before WarGreymon could say another word, Gallantmon CM flies off with super-sonic speeds into the distance. All the Digimon and Digidestined went onto the ground and Tai saw that his Mega Digimon partner was disturbed.

 

“What is it, WarGreymon?” Tai asks WarGreymon.

 

“Call me crazy, Tai, but I heard Guilmon's human partner come from Gallantmon's mouth.” WarGreymon says.

 

“What?!” all the other Digidestined and the Digimon, expect Cody exclaim in shock.

 

“You heard that kid, Takato's voice, come from a Mega Digimon from another dimension?! No way!” Yolei shouts out.

 

“Actually, I heard the same thing as WarGreymon. I did hear a human voice come from Gallantmon and it sounded like, most of the time, Gallantmon was talking with two voices at the same time.” Cody states.

 

“[Well, this makes wonder if there are new types of digivolution where Guilmon and his human partner, Takato, comes from.]” Izzy thinks to himself.

 

(Meanwhile; Back in the Digital World)

 

Davis and Piedmon are fighting to the extreme right about this moment. When they charged each other, they passed each other. And now, Piedmon cups his hands in front of him.

 

“Clown Trick!” Piedmon cries out, firing a beam of invisible energy.

 

“Galick Gun!” Davis calls out, firing a beam of blue energy from his hands. The two attacks collide, causing large explosion that covers the area around Piedmon and Davis in smoke. And when the smoke clears, Davis is nowhere to be found!

 

“What the?!” Piedmon asks, flabbergasted.

 

“Hey, you overgrown circus freak!” Davis' voice calls out from behind Piedmon. The Dark Master turns around to see Davis rushing him, his hands and upper arms covered in reddish-black flames. “Fist of the Mortal Flame!” Davis cries out and slams his flaming right fist into Piedmon's chest, badly burning him there, and then striking him with his flaming left fist into his face sending him into the air. Piedmon manages to stop himself and gets ready to attack. Using new super-speed, Piedmon `disappears', but Davis follows with his super-speed, and both titans go into a high speed battle in which the other four Digimon and other two Digidestined, Kari and Ken, could only hear the sounds of their fists colliding.

 

Meanwhile, Jun and Puppetmon were really fighting it out. Actually, it was a one-sided battle. Jun was easily avoiding Puppetmon's attacks. Then Puppetmon swings his hammer towards Jun, but then Jun's turns her clothes into her Dark Knight Dressphere and using her sword to slice the head of Puppetmon's hammer off the staff.

 

“Hey! No fair!” Puppetmon yells in anger. Then Jun transforms from Dark Knight Dressphere into Black Mage Dressphere.

 

Holding out her staff towards Puppetmon, Jun yells, “You should have gotten some fire protection! Firaga!” And sends a huge amount of flames at Puppetmon which set the wooden Digimon on fire. He screams and flies around in agony and pain, while Jun transforms back to her normal Digi-World clothes. “Double Spirit Swords!” Jun exclaims and forms two Spirit Swords in her two hands. Then she rushes the flaming Puppetmon, slices him twice, gets behind him, Puppetmon's frozen in his tracks and on fire, and the turns into data particles a few moments later.

 

On the meanwhile, Davis' and Piedmon's fight were coming to an end. Piedmon takes out one of his swords and tries to slash Davis with it, but Davis, easily avoids it, and gets within point blank range of Piedmon. Davis then cupped his hands behind his back.

 

“Now, to end this! Ka-me-ha-me-HA!” Davis cries out and fires a point blank Kamehameha wave at Piedmon, deleting him instantly. With the battle over, Davis and Jun went back to the ground and got beside their partners.

 

Then Takato's voice calls out, “Davis! Jun!” Everyone looks to see Takato and Guilmon running towards them with a concerned look on his face.

 

“Hey, Takato, what's up?” Jun asks.

 

When Takato got up to them, he asks, “Were you attacked while you were here? Takuya told me where you were when I got back your house.”

 

Davis then replies, “Yeah! Piedmon and Puppetmon decided to blast on in and attempt to destroy us.”

 

Then Guilmon says, “Well, that accounts for all four Dark Masters since Machinedramon and MetalSeadramon appeared in the Real World.” Kari and Gatomon gasped in shock. “But don't worry, Takato, I, and WarGreymon took care of that Digimon.” Guilmon then tells them. Ken, Kari, Gatomon, and Wormmon sighed in relief.

 

Kari then looks at Davis and asks, “Daisuke?”

 

Davis then turns his back to Kari and tells her, “Well, nothing has changed between us, you know.” Kari was about to put her head down in sadness when Davis surprising adds, “But I'm staring to reconsidered my actions. I really believe that Ken, Cyberdramon, and Taomon are right that my actions are the wrong way to go with this matter. And three years is way too long to hold a stupid grudge. But don't think that I've forgiven you, well, not in full. But I'm beginning to see that you are really sorry that you did to me, those years ago. And maybe I should REALLY consider forgiving the others, too. We can have another talk if you want, at any time, in any condition that YOU ask for, but not right now. Jun, Cyberdramon, Taomon, and myself have some work to do right now. But it was . . . nice to talk to you again, Kari. Later.” Then Cyberdramon and Taomon put their hands/claws on their partner's shoulders and then the two D-Warriors and their Digimon partners and best friends then teleported away through Instant Transmission. This caused Kari to give a slight smile, knowing that the coldness towards her and the others was melting away and that he was starting to forgive them.

 

Takato and Guilmon, on the meanwhile, were giving wide smiles and Takato thinks to himself, “[Well, Davis is starting to relent on his actions, he is beginning to forgive the others, and beginning to open his heart, fully, again.]”

 

Then Kari, Ken, Wormmon, and Gatomon come up to the Digimon Tamer and his partner, and Ken asks him, “Are the others all right?”

 

Takato nods his head and tells Ken, “Don't worry, they are just fine. MetalSeadramon' and Machinedramon's attacks caused some damaged, but innocent people got hurt or killed.”

 

“Thank goodness.” Gatomon state in relief.

 

“There is something I want you to tell the other Digidestined. Tell them that Takuya, Guilmon, and I want to meet the other Digidestined. It will be in Odaiba Park, tomorrow, and around noontime. Is that okay with you?” Takato asks them.

 

“Sure. But why do you want to meet with us?” Kari asks Takato.

 

“To tell you about Takuya's, my own, and my Digimon partner's origins. And to tell you some important Digidestined information concerning Davis and Jun. You did hear that Jun is the Digidestined of Spirit and Davis is the Digidestined of Miracles, right?” Takato asks.

 

“Yeah! They also said that they are `Legendary Digidestined'. What does that mean?” Ken asks.

 

“What you heard is true. Jun and Davis are Legendary Digidestined. But Davis is the kind of Digidestined that you won't have believed possible. The Overseers told us the information center around the Digidestined of Miracles. And this information might chance all the Digidestined perspective on themselves and the legends surrounding them, forever.” Takato tells them.

 

“How special is Davis to the Digidestined?” Kari asks, needing to know.

 

“Very special Kari. But you must understand that Takuya and I will give out that information only to all of you because this information is connected to all of the Digidestined. So, I think that all the Odaiba should know when they are all together. Please understand.” Takato tells the other two Digidestined and their Digimon partners.

 

“We understand and we will tell the others about you, Takuya, and your partner wanting to meet, Takato.” Ken tells the Tamer.

 

“Thank you, Ken. Bye!” Takato says.

 

“Later!” Guilmon exclaims and then puts his hand on Takato's shoulder. Then both teleport to the nearest Digi-Port through Instant Transmission. Kari, Ken, Gatomon, and Wormmon agree that they should get back to the Real World, as well. They, too, began to head for the nearest Digi-Port. Meanwhile, on a nearby mountain, Eris watched the whole thing in disgust.

 

“[Damn that Piedmon and Puppetmon, the instant I told them that they were going to destroy the Digidestined of Miracles and the Digidestined of Spirit, they run off without letting me complete their power up to face them. They were just like kids running to play with their toys! At least, Machinedramon and MetalSeadramon did their job correctly to keep Takato, Guilmon, and the other Digidestined busy. Time to find better Digimon help around here!]” Eris thinks to herself and then disappears in her typical way.

 

(Meanwhile; In Another Part of the Digital World)

 

We find our friend to the Digidestined, Gennai, a member of the Order, walking to his home. Then he stops and says, “Davis, Jun, Veemon, and I believe that you are Jun's partner, Silvermon.” Turning to his right, he finds the named Digidestined/D-Warriors and their named partners facing Gennai.

 

“It has been a long time, Gennai.” Davis says.

 

Gennai nods and replies, “Yes, it has.”

 

“I guess you knew that I was Digidestined the day that I got Silvermon. By the way, the name is Jun Motomiya, but I think that you already know that.” Jun states.

 

Gennai replies, “That's right, Jun. I knew that you were Digidestined the very day that you got here, three years ago. But what I don't understand who and what that mysterious being was that you met in that area in the Digital World, all four of you disappearing years ago, your reappearance, and your new powers.”

 

Davis then smirks and comments, “I guess that even you can be stumped, eh, Gennai?”

 

Gennai smiles back and states, “Yeah, even me can be stumped. If you are here, then you must want to talk to me.”

 

Jun nods her head and replies, “Yes, there is great evil that threaten this world and the Real World, but even more than two worlds are in danger.”

 

Gennai nods his head, “I know, I've sensed it, but I don't what this evil is. It's so new to me. Something I never felt before.”

 

Davis then sighs and says, “Well, we know what it is and, from that, you know that's the reason of our disappearances. We're going to explain everything to you, but you can get a good idea of the situation, right now, if we show you these.” And Davis and Jun show Gennai their Crests of Spirit and Miracles. Gennai gasps when he saw them.

 

“The Crests of Miracles and Spirit?!” Gennai exclaims in shock. Then he calms down and realizes what those crest show what Davis and Jun are. “I see, we do have a lot to talk about. We should go to my house, Lord Daisuke.”

 

“Okay, but do you have to call me that?” Davis asks.

 

“Well, it's inappropriate to call a Digidestined of your status without proper respect, my lord.” Gennai tells Davis with a smile. Davis nods in agreement and then Jun, Davis, Veemon, Silvermon, and Gennai began to head to Gennai's home to talk about important matters.

 

Next time in Episode 6 of the 02 World Saga of Legend of the D-Warriors: War of the Worlds: Legend of the Three Princes: All of the Odaiba Digidestined and their Digimon friends/partners, excluding Davis, Jun, Veemon, and Silvermon, meet with just Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya in Odaiba Park. When they meet, Takato, Guilmon, and Takuya tells of the two dimensions that they come from, their Real and Digital Worlds. Then Takato and Guilmon tell about their origins with the Digimon Tamers and Takuya tells his story about being part of the Frontier Destined. The Digidestined and their Digimon are amazed about the worlds our other two D-Warriors and Takato's partner, Guilmon, come from. But then Takato and Takuya reveals shocking secrets about Davis that changes what the Digidestined know about themselves, forever. But then Takato and Takuya reveal that they have similar secrets about themselves from their home worlds that are exactly like Davis! These secrets could possibly change the perspective of what is known about Digidestined, Tamers, and Frontier Destined, for good. What is this stunning secret that the Overseers told the four D-Warriors?!
