Gallantmon of the Hazard: Well, it's now time to talk about a real touchy subject. In this last chapter, in the preview for this chapter, you, most likely, have figured out that the Daikari romance is in this chapter and you are right. You might have also figured out that this chapter is going to have the `you know what' in it. All right, I'll admit it! THIS IS THE LEMON CHAPTER! For me, this is a touchy subject, well, because, I'm trying to make an `acceptable' LEMON scene for the audience and both FanFiction.net. You know, that this part of R-rated story is one of the most touchy subject materials for FanFiction, especially in this site of Internet FanFiction. I was trying to figure out what is acceptable to you and FanFiction.net and IT REALLY GAVE ME A HEADACHE! So, I decided to write what I figured out that I think will be acceptable to you and FanFiction, this is a real guess. So, I'm hoping that it's acceptable. Okay, now, you know, so, THIS IS A WARNING! Legend of the D-Warriors: War of the Worlds

 

Recap: Well, our three High Princes, Davis, Takato, and Takuya, and Destined of Spirit, Jun, were training Kari, Digidestined of Light, and Ken, Digidestined of Kindness, in the use of their awakened D-Warrior powers and all that they gained during their three years of journey through dimensions. At first, it was going well. Though. . . Kari had a `problem' during the use of ki blasts, the basic energy attack using spirit energy that got Davis and Takato in. . . a bit of trouble. But this didn't last long, however, but this time it wasn't Eris that was giving them trouble. This time, four strange `people' appeared, two young men and two young women, but they weren't what they seemed! And the D-Warriors seemed to know what they were! Actually, these `people', in truth, they were really the Kitsune, the mythical and legendary fox-spirits of Japanese lore! Now, what do you think that these mythical fox-spirits that love physical sensations and actions and are so mysterious would what with a group of the guardians of the Digital World, inter-dimensional protectors/warriors, and all their Digimon friends?! Well, we found out when a five Kitsune, a female one, kidnapped Kari! The majority of the Digidestined were in the dark why they took Kari until Tai revealed a shocking secret! The Kamiya siblings' mother was a full-blooded Kitsune! Whoa! That meant that Kari and Tai both have Kitsune blood in them! But there was no time to think about it, the rest of the Digidestined, D-Warriors, and all their Digimon went after the Kitsune to get Kari back, only to find that Lady Inari, the all-mother of the Kitsune, had released Kari's Kitsune side of her heritage! When they brought Kari back, Tai told of the story of about the truth of his mother. And then the rest of the Digidestined were shocked to learn that Takato and Takuya also have Kitsune blood in them and they showed the bite marks that a Lady Inari, possibly one from another world, used to release their Kitsune blood and everything that came with it. When Kari woke up, her new Kitsune abilities, passions, desires, and everything else caused Kari to become totally confused, transform into a fox, and run-away from the others! Using the four experienced D-Warriors as center-point, the Digidestined, Digimon, and D-Warriors spilt into four teams, each with one of the four experience D-Warriors as an unofficial team leader, to get Kari back as quickly and safely as possible. They had to work fast, too! Eris, ordered by her master, went with troops of Heartless and Tyrannodrones, and using them, first attacked Jun's, Takato's, and Takuya's teams, but were easily knocked out of the picture with Jun's use of the Clow/Star Cards, Takato's use of Inuyasha's sword, the Testsusaiga and it's Wind Scar attack, and Takuya with the use of the Big Bang Kamehameha wave, Gogeta's classic and most powerful technique. Eris, when she attacked Davis' group, got hit on Davis, but Davis' group related with WarGreymon's Terra Force, Garudamon's Wing Blade, Cyberdramon's Desolation Claw attacks, and Davis finished the job with another Big Bang Kamehameha. When Davis, Tai, Sora, and their three Digimon found Kari, she was still VERY confused, but Davis, talking to the one-half Human/one-half Kitsune Digidestined of Light, was managing to get to her. But before Davis could really get through to her, the Kitsune attacked to restrain them and make sure that they get Kari to head for the Celestial Plane with other Kitsune. But Kari, seeing that people that she cares about and that care about her in danger, comes to her senses, gets enough of control over herself, and then transforms and ascends into an Ascendant 2 to blow away the Kitsune, literally! With Kari back to normal, the group decided to get the others and head home. But then Kari KISSED Davis in the cheek! I think that when Lady Inari release Kari's Kitsune heritage, I think that it might have release `other' passions, desires, etc. And speaking of Kitsune, from what we saw in this episode, it seems that Davis, Jun, and Sora are secretly admitting that they are Kitsunes, too! If they are, how are they Kitsunes?! How much Kitsune blood do they have in them?! And where did they get that Kitsune blood from?! And Yolei also seems to know about the Kitsune, she might have some secret that's `connected' to the Kitsune! This is a twist that wouldn't have I've foreseen! What's next?! Find out, today, in this episode of Digimon: Digital Monsters!

 

02 World Saga, Episode 14: The Bond of Miraculous Light!

 

(Two Days Later; A Cliffside outside of Kira's Training Field in the Digital World; That Morning)

 

Well, we find our group of Digidestined and their Digimon watching our four `older' D-Warriors training our two D-Warrior trainees near the side of cliff that bordered the Digital World's ocean. After what happened two days ago, involving Kari, the Kitsune, finding out Tai's, Kari's, Takato's, and Takuya's Kitsune heritages, and Kari's Kitsune side of her blood being released, the four D-Warriors agreed to try another setting for the time being. Well, Ken and Kari have mastered the ability to use the ki blast attacks, in all shapes, sizes, and varieties, and the D-Warriors have moved on to martial arts training. On the side, Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya helped Kari with controlling the Kitsune side of her and, believe me, it's not easy. Kari . . . played a few `pranks' on her older brother and Davis during the past few days. What?! Kari is Kitsune, after all, what are you going do?! But Kari has made major progress and acts, for the most part, back to her original self, but it is still quite hard for Kari to control herself. But the martial art training is really helping with her ability to focus with her Kitsune nature being released. Since Kari and Ken knew BASIC martial arts, Davis and the others decided to teach them the ADVANCED martial arts forms like then ones that they learned from the Toushi, (A/N: from the Manga/Anime of Battle Vixens/Ikki Tousen) to the battle styles of the Z Fighters, to Ninja style of fighting with Naruto and his friends (A/N: From the story of Naruto), and with all the other styles in the other worlds our first four D-Warriors went to. By this time, Kari and Ken have fully mastered all the fighting styles that Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya have taught them. Now, to finish this class, Ken is in a sparring match with Davis and Kari is in a sparring match with Jun, all four of them were their Ascendant states at the time. Takato and Takuya were on the sidelines making sure that any of them didn't get injured, too seriously.

 

Davis came at Ken with right roundhouse kick and Ken blocks it with left arm, causing Davis to smile and say, “Not bad, Ken.”

 

Ken gives a wide smile in return and tells his best friend, “It gets better, Davis.” And then Ken spins 180 degrees, grabs Davis' right legs, and uses a judo throw to give Davis `the toss-off', as you can say. But then Davis does a mid-air spin and touches the ground with both feet, perfectly!

 

Davis turned back to Ken and, with the same wide smile, tells Ken, “Wow, Ken. Not bad. You really got with that one.” Ken still keeps his same wide smirk of his own. Davis then rushes forward in what seems like a bush-rush charge, Ken then jumps into the air to avoid before Davis came close, but then Davis jumps into in the air, surprising Ken, exclaims, “Gotcha!” And then tries to Ken with a mid-air, right High Jump Kick, however, Ken used a boost of speed to leap over Davis' kick, grab on to Davis' right leg, and spins his legs, trying to kick Davis with his right leg, but Davis bent his head, so, Ken's kick would miss, by inches, however, quite easily. But then Ken's left leg comes after his right, hits Davis right in the chin, and he flies towards the ground, but flips himself around so he lands on the ground with his two feet. When Davis examines his jaw and lips, he wipes a little blood from his lip.

 

Ken touches down and asks Davis, concerned for him with the kick Ken gave Davis, “Sorry about that, Davis. Are you okay?”

 

Davis examines his jaw by moving it around, looks and smiles at Ken, and then tells him, reassuringly, “Don't worry, Ken. This is nothing compared to the injures I gained during my journey. To be honest, the only other person that hit me that hard during training was my older sister Jun.”

 

Yolei then calls out, “You have got to be kidding.”

 

Davis then looks at Yolei, with a kind of naughty smirk and serious look on his face, and tells the Digidestined of Faith, “Jun might not like that you said. She prides herself on her fighting skills and, only other than Takato and Takuya, she is the only person that can match my skill with martial arts and other types of fighting.”

 

TK thinks to himself, nastily, “[Guess that means she is as a `FIGHTING FOOL' as her younger brother is!]”

 

Cody then tells Davis, quite impressed tone of voice, “Well, Davis, all those fighting styles that you taught Ken and Kari, are. . . just plain amazing, is all that I can say. They were VERY advanced and can really build not physical strength, but speed, agility, mental, emotion, and psychological focus and abilities.”

 

Davis then explains in a serious, but calm voice, “Well, that's the point of fighting styles, especially martial arts, they don't make combat `just fighting' with brute force. The fighting styles of martial arts shows that combat is just as much mental as it physical. You have to make the right decision and the right move before you act to make that you outthink and outmaneuver your opponent or, well, basically, you're basically finished.”

 

“Wow. I never knew that fighting was so. . . so complicated.” Yolei says.

 

Davis then tells Yolei, “Well, Cody would know that combat is more complicated, since he takes Kendo. Combat, especially the way we, the D-Warriors have fought, takes not only power, but also strategy to win. But that doesn't mean you follow through with just a totally thought out plan, you have to be flexible. In that area, sometimes, you don't have time to think, only to react, and with some of the advanced martial arts training that we did, we were taught what to do when we don't have time to think, just react to some kind of threat.”

 

Sora then tells Davis, “Wow, Davis. You, Takato, Takuya, and Jun really learned a lot and have gotten a lot smarter.”

 

Joe then adds, with a bit of sarcasm, “Yeah, A LOT smarter, like the area of `super-geniuses'!”

 

“Jealous, Joe? They even have and know more advanced medicine than you. I bet that they could pass medical school without even one-quarter trying, Joe.” Mimi teases.

 

Yolei adds to Mimi's teasing with, “Yeah, Joe. They could even become better doctors than you. Jealous?”

 

Joe blushes a deep red and exclaims, annoyed and embarrassed, “No!” And this causes everyone, expect Tai, to laugh at Joe's embarrassment.

 

Sora then tells Yolei and Mimi, scolding in a nice way while still giggling, “Yolei, Mimi, that wasn't nice, but it was a bit funny.” Davis, having a wide smile from that joke, turns to Ken to see him looking around for something or someone.

 

“Hey, Ken, anything wrong?” Davis asks.

 

Ken then looks at Davis and, with a hint of curiosity, responds, “Davis, do you where your sister and Kari went to? I've seen them since we started this sparring session.”

 

Matt looks around for them and when he doesn't see them, he also asks, “Yeah, where is Jun and Kari, Davis?”

 

Silvermon then answers, calmly, “Oh, my partner and Gatomon's sped of into the woods, while continuing to spar.”

 

Gatomon then adds, with an amazed tone, “Yeah! And they went really fast, I could barely noticed them going into the forest.” And then Gatomon points to a nearby forest near the cliff that was near the ocean's waves.

 

Tai, a bit panicky, exclaims, “What?! Why don't you go after them?!”

 

Takato tells Tai, reassuringly, “Calm down, Tai. Don't worry about Kari. Jun may have some `problems', but she won't dare leave your sister or put her into a situation that something bad could happen to her.”

 

Takuya then adds, “Yeah, Davis, Takato, Jun, and I have so well-developed `senses' that we can detect Kari's energy signature from miles away, thousands upon thousands to be exact.”

 

Takato then adds to Takuya's statement with, “And I can sense them in the forest.” Then nodding to himself, “And they are still going at it, amazing, with great strength.”

 

Davis then finishes by saying, “And even if Eris' attacked them, Jun can handle her and anything that she `dishes up' against her. And if there was REAL BAD trouble, the three of us can jump in and take Eris down.” The other two High Princes nod in agreement with Digidestined of Miracles. However, Davis thought, “[It's how Jun will react to Eris is what I'm really worried about.]”

 

Tai sighs and says, “Actually, Davis, it-it's not Eris that I'm really worried about.” All the others wonder what Tai was actually worried about.

 

But Matt figured it out and asked, “It's about Kari and her recently released Kitsune heritage, isn't it?” Tai nods his head in agreement.

 

Sora then comes up to Tai, puts her right hand on Tai's right shoulder, and when Tai looks into her eyes, that showed caring and concern, she tells him, trying to reassure Tai, “Tai, I know that it's hard, but Kari is going to be all right. She has got you, Davis, Jun, and the other D-Warriors to help her. And with the martial arts training that she has gone under, she's learned to focus and control herself with the Kitsune part of her.” Sora then thinks to herself, “[I wish that I had that kind of help when I went thought what Kari did. Lady Inari did one heck of number on me, too.]”

 

Davis then smirking, states, jokingly, “Or are you still sore at Kari for playing that practical joke on you?”

 

Tai blushing in embarrassment, groans, “Don't ask.”

 

Sora smiles with a wide smirk at Tai, trying not to even giggle, and tells him, “Oh, come on, Tai. It was a little practical joke, she is Kitsune, after all, and Kari is learning to control herself.”

 

Tai then exclaims, a bit annoyed, “Say that after you got plastered by a MAJOR stink bomb! It took about half-a-day to get that stink out my clothes and me, especially! I didn't know that Kari could create such a complex trap!” The Digidestined, expect for TK, the Digimon, and the D-Warriors were about one-eighth of inch from total laughter.

 

“Well, Tai, your sister has become quite creative these days.” Takato says, jokingly.

 

“Yeah!” Davis and Takuya exclaim with wide smiles.

 

Tai then shouts at them, indigently, “Hey! Whose side are all of you on anyway?!” And then, not being able contain themselves any longer, the Digidestined, with the expectation of TK, all the Digimon, and remaining D-Warriors, burst with uncontrollable laughter for a few minutes! Tai groans, closes his eyes, and blushes with a deep cheery red in embarrassment. But then Davis, Ken, Takato, and Takuya sense something coming towards them from the forest. All four of them looked into the forest to sense who or what these life-auras were. All of the Digidestined, excluding TK, who wasn't laughing, and the Digimon stopped laughing to see the High Princes and the D-Warrior in training looking to the forest.

 

“What is it?” Mimi asks, curiously.

 

“It's Jun and Kari, they are coming back.” Takuya says and then the four D-Warriors, including Ken, take a few steps back.

 

“You might want to take a few steps back.” Takato warns.

 

“Why?” Yolei asks, curiously.

 

“We better take their advice, Yolei. Knowing their abilities, it would be hard to dispute them.” Izzy says.

 

“[Not for me!]” TK grumbles in his own thoughts.

 

“Yeah, you're not seeing me complaining.” Matt comments. Then all the Digidestined and Digimon take a few steps backwards.

 

Davis then says, looking to the forest, “They should be back in five . . . four . . . three . . . two . . . one . . . Now!” And as if on cue, Jun, in Ascendant form and using her super-speed, appears in front of the whole group. She then, quickly, puts her arms in a defensive position and, an instant later, Kari, also in her Ascendant state, appears and slams her already pulled back right fist and slams into Jun's crossed arms, causing a small sonic-boom to sound and the ground around Jun to crack. Jun then jumps back about few yards, but when she plants her feet on the ground, Kari, using her super-speed, leaps towards Jun, delivers a low kick to her legs, knocking off her feet, and before she could recover, Kari delivers Jun to blow to the her lower chest, which causes Jun to land, hard, on her butt.

 

When Kari lands her feet on the ground, Jun rubs her chest and says, “Wow. Get me the license of that BlackWarGreymon that battering rammed me.”

 

Kari, concerned for Jun's well-being, “Oh, Jun, I'm sorry. Are you all right?”

 

Jun gets up, shrugs it off, and tells Kari, “Don't worry about this Kari, I've been hit a lot harder than this. You know, nobody has ever hit me this hard during any form of training, expect my younger bro., Davis.”

 

Kari looks at Davis and asks, “Okay, Davis hit you just as hard?”

 

Jun then puts her right hand over her head, rubbing, and tells her, quite loudly, “Yeah, other than Takato and Takuya, Davis is the only one who can match me in combat. He always gets me with a few swings, but I always come back with my own in spades.”

 

Davis groans, blushes in embarrassment, and simply states, annoyed, “Thank you for giving that visual, Jun.”

 

Jun, giving a slight blush of her own and, while Kari is quietly giggling, tells Davis, with a nervous smile and nervous tone of voice, “Sorry, bro. But you know that it's true.” Davis heaves a huge groan of annoyance. And when he looks at Tai, he is trying to hold back a HUGE smirk that was forming on his face.

 

“And what's so funny?” Davis asks in annoyance.

 

Tai answers, in a fake innocence tone, “Oh, nothing.” Davis growls, but decides to drop it. The Digidestined, the Digimon, and Davis' fellow D-Warrior barely could keep themselves from laughing. TK smiled with satisfaction at Davis' embarrassment.

 

Takato then says, thinking that it would be better to change the subject, “Well, since Ken and Kari have mastered of all the fighting forms, let's move on to the next lesson. This time, you will be learning about energy wave attacks.”

 

“Energy waves?” Cody asks, out of curiosity.

 

Takuya answers with, “Energy waves are a more advanced way of harnessing your spirit energy to attack you opponent. Energy waves take more concentration and focus that the simple ki blast attacks. However, energy waves are, usually, a lot more powerful than the ki blasts, you can concentrate more energy into them, and there are various types of energy waves.”

 

Takato then simply states, “Watch me, everyone.” With the rest of the Digidestined, all their Digimon, and two D-Warriors trainees watching, Takato turns to a huge rock about several dozen yards away. He then cups his hands behind the right side of back and then a blue orb began to appear in his cupped hands. “Ka . . . me . . . ha . . . me . . . HA!” Takato cries out and fires an aqua-blue energy beam at the rock, which hits it and blows it into dust, entirely.

 

After Takato finished his attack, Ken and Kari says, awestruck, “Wow.”

 

Yolei adds to their comment, by stating, “You can say that again. I've seen this attack before and it still amazes me.”

 

“I can agree with their Yolei.” Sora adds.

 

“Ditto, Sora.” Tai and Mimi say at the same time.

 

“Or energy waves can be like this.” Jun says. She then turns to rock on her right, points her right index finger at it, her finger begin to glow with a blue energy, and then calls out, “Spirit Gun!” And then fires a powerful Spirit Gun attack right at the rock, which, on contact, totally obliterates the rock.

 

Matt, who was pretty flabbergasted, says, “Whoa! A powerful attack like that and she only used ONE FINGER.” The others, like before with the Kamehameha wave that Takato just used, were quite impressed.

 

Davis continues the `lecture' with, “Attacks like the Kamehameha wave, Galick Gun, and Spirit Gun are just three of the various energy waves that use your spirit energy to battle opponent from a distance. The majority of special attacks are energy waves. Like the ki blasts, their strength depends on the amount of power put into the energy wave and the amount of spirit energy, the power, of the user of the attack, but these attacks are more powerful than the ki blasts and require more focus and concentration.”

 

“Wait! What about that `Spirit Sword' that you, your sister, and the D-Warriors used Davis?” Kari asks.

 

Jun answers with, “That's a form of Matter Materialization.”

 

“Matter Materialization?! What's the heck is that?!” Tai exclaims, quite perplexed.

 

Jun explains with, “Matter Materialization is when you turn pure energy into solid objects or, in many cases, weapons to be used for a certain purpose. My Spirit Sword or Aura Sword, as sometimes it's called, is a form of Matter Materialization. It's created when I concentrated into blade or an entire sword, if you master and increased your spirit energy enough. But, Matter Materialization requires a focus to allow your energy to be turned into a solid object. But, with advanced training, all you would need to focus to create the Spirit Sword or Swords, in the case of the Double Spirit Sword attack, would be your physical body and mind.”

 

“Wow! Prodigious!” Izzy exclaims, quite interested.

 

Then Davis calls, “Kari, Ken, we need for the both of you to come here so we can start the lesson. I think that it's best that we start with the Kamehameha wave attack and go from there.”

 

“No arguments from me.” Takato says.

 

“None here.” Takuya adds.

 

“I agree with you, bro. That would be the best way to start.” Jun states. And then Kari and Ken came over to their D-Warrior `teachers'. Davis and Jun worked with Kari and Takato and Takuya helped Ken in learning to proper stance and way to focus for a Kamehameha wave.

 

(At Eris' Fortress in the Digital Underworld; Right Around Noontime)

 

Eris was working on something with her mystical powers and using her dark powers to forge some kind of solid object.

 

When she was finished with it, she declares to herself, “Done.”

 

“ERIS!” a dark voice with great anger behind it booms out.

 

Eris cringes at the sound of the voice, knowing who it is and says, nervously, “Uh oh.” And then she turns to see her master, the Ultimate Being of Destruction, on her screen, but, yet again, Eris' master was covered in darkness, with the expectation of his red eyes.

 

“Eris! You have, yet again, have FAILED TO DESTORY THE D-WARRIORS! Not only did you fail to destroy, Hikari Kamiya, the Child of Light and one of the two newest D-Warriors, but were DEFEATED AND MAKE A TOTAL JOKE OF BY PRINCE DAISUKE, PRINCE TAKATO, PRINCE TAKUYA, AND, EPESICALLY, JUN MOTOMIYA, DESTINED OF SPIRIT AND DAISUKE'S OLDER SISTER, WHO YOU HAVE AN OBESSION WITH DESTORYING! DO YOU WHAT THAT MAKES ME ERIS?!”

 

Eris, whimpers in fear of her master's wrath, and tries to says, “But, master. . .”

 

But the Ultimate Being of Destruction didn't let Eris finish, when he interrupted and boomed, “BUT WHAT ERIS?! YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT FAIL ME! I HAVE BEEN VERY RESTIANTIVE TO PUNISH YOU, BUT NOW MY PATIENCE IS AT ITS FINAL LIMITS! TELL ME WHAT I SHOULDN'T INFLICT MY WRATH ON YOU RIGHT NOW!”

 

Eris steps away from what she was working on, revealing a dark crystal like the two her master gave her last time, and says, with an evil smile on her face, “This, my lord.”

 

Eris' master was pretty surprised when he saw that crystal and says, “That looks like one of my crystals that I gave you to negate two of the D-Warriors powers that one time that you failed to destroy them.”

 

Eris then tells her master, “Well, they are like yours, my lord, but they are different. I managed to retrieve some of the dark crystals that you gave and managed to create this one based on it. However, it is weaker, though, but it's strong enough to negate two of the D-Warriors Ascendant powers.”

 

The Ultimate Being of Destruction then realizes Eris plan and states, in realization, “Yes, I see. Without their Ascendant strength, they won't have the power to beat you. But you can only neutralize two of the D-Warriors powers. What about the other two D-Warriors that can't be negated? And the two D-Warrior `trainees'?”

 

Eris scoff at the thought of Kari and Ken and tells her master, “My master, those two have learned to control their transformations, fly, use ki blasts, and learned all ADVANCED fighting styles, but they are just starting to learn to use energy waves. Hack, they can't even reach Ascendant 3, either. Kari Kamiya can reach Ascendant 2, but her power levels don't even come close to mine! And the other two D-Warriors that I can't negate, don't worry, my lord, I will send some `friends' of mine to take care of them. My lord I ask for one final chance.”

 

Eris' master thinks about it for a few moments and then says, with a calm, but serious and angered voice, “All right, one FINAL chance, Eris. But, be warned Eris, you may be one of the most loyal servant I've got, but if you fail this time, you WILL BE PUNISHED!” Eris cringes at the thought. “Do I make myself CLEAR, Eris?!” Then Eris' master asks her.

 

Eris nods and answers, nervously, “Yes, my lord.” And the Ultimate Being of Destruction then disappears off her screening. Picking up the crystal she created, Eris growls at the thought of the D-Warriors and thinks, “[You may have been lucky before Junie girl, but you and the other D-Warriors luck has just ran out! Let's see how you and your brother do without your Ascendant powers.]” And then she forms a large evil smirk on her face.

 

(3:00 P.M.; That Afternoon; Back to the Cliffside near the Digital World's Ocean)

 

We find Kari, currently in Ascendant form, with her hands cupped behind her right side towards her back, a blue orb in her cupped hands, and taking aim at a target that Davis and Jun had set up. Davis and Jun were watching and they had their special backpacks on.

 

“Kamehameha!” Kari yells out and fires a Kamehameha wave, like Davis's, Jun's, or any of the other experienced D-Warriors used, at the target and destroying it, along with creating a crater that was two yards deep, three yards wide, and the same several yards in length.

 

“Wow, Kari. That was good.” Davis states.

 

“Thanks, Dai-kun.” Kari replies and returns to her normal state. Davis wondered why she called him that, but decided to put that out of his mind, for now anyway. Meanwhile, Ken, also in his Ascendant form, was with Takato and Takuya, also with their special backpack on their backs, his own hands behind his right side, a blue orb in his own cupped hands, and ready to `attack' the target that was set up by the Tamer of Life and the Frontier Digidestined of Miracles behind three large rocks. Ken had to destroy the rocks and the target.

 

“KA . . . ME . . . HA . . . ME . . . HA!” Ken exclaims and fires a powerful aqua-blue energy wave that smashes through the three rocks and blows the target to kingdom come, as the saying goes.

 

Yolei, really impressed with her ex-boyfriend, who she is still in love with, exclaims, “Ken that was amazing! You can do anything!”

 

This causes Ken to blush in embarrassment from Yolei's `declaration', rubs his head, and says, nervously, “Well, . . .thanks, Yolei! But I'm no Digidestined of Miracles like Davis, you know!”

 

Takuya then tells Ken, a bit teasingly, “Don't be so modest Ken. Most people who do this take months and even years of training to learn attack like this and get to levels of power that you are in now.” Then Ken returned from Ascendant to his normal form.

 

Davis, Kari, and Jun then come up to Takato, Takuya, and Ken and Davis tells Ken, “Yeah, Ken, Takuya's right, you know. You are really getting really good at this, very quickly and doing things that took others years to perfect. You should be proud of yourself.”

 

Ken then tells Davis, “Well, it isn't like that the four of you didn't do the same thing.”

 

Our four D-Warrior `teachers' blush in embarrassment and Takato tells Ken, “Well, we are like you, very exceptional, gifted, and special.”

 

And then Davis says, “If you keep this up, you will be fully trained and ready to stop Eris and her master in no time.” But then the six D-Warriors, unfortunately, sensed a familiar dark energy aura.

 

But before they could say or do anything, Eris' voice called out, “Not if I've got anything to say about it!” Everyone then looked up into the air where Eris' voice came from and gasped when they saw one of the D-Warriors greatest pains in the necks floating above them.

 

Our three High Princes and the Destined of Spirit got in front of Kari and Ken and Jun told our Chosen of Light and Chosen of Kindness, “Kari, Ken, both of you better get away from us.”

 

Knowing what this means, Ken and Kari say, “Right.”

 

Ken adds with, “Be careful, Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya. All of you please be careful.”

 

Kari tells Davis, “Please be careful, Daisuke.”

 

“No problem!” the four D-Warrior exclaim in confidence.

 

Then Takato calls to Davis', Jun's, and his partner, “Veemon, Guilmon, and Silvermon! Ready?!”

 

The three named Digimon, with the other Digimon, step forward of the others and exclaim, “Ready!” And also got into their defensive positions.

 

Jun then says, cocky, “Well, if it isn't the worst villain in the entire dimensional plane.”

 

Eris replies with a smile on her face and just as cocky, “Well, quite full of jokes today, are we?”

 

Takato then says, “Well, we're looking at one. What are you up to this time Eris?”

 

Eris smirks with the reply, “To turn all of you into data particles and help my master achieve his grand goals! What else?!”

 

“And how are you going to do that?!” Davis asks, confidently. Eris doesn't say a word, but pulls out the dark crystal that looks like the two that she used before on Davis and Jun. “Shit! She has got one of the neutralizing crystals! Jump, transform, and attack before she uses on you!” Davis calls out. Then Takato and Takuya jump back for distance, Davis and Jun into the air, and transcend into Ascendant 3s.

 

Eris, still smiling, exclaims, “Gotcha!”

 

“Huh?!” Jun asks, confused at what Eris meant. Davis was wondering the same thing. However, bad thing for our Digidestined of Miracles and Spirit, when they got their answer at the moment Eris' dark crystal started to glow a dark purple color.

 

“What?!” Davis exclaims in shock and confusion.

 

“Surprise, fools! Lights out, brats!” Eris exclaims and the crystal fires two dark pink beams at Davis and Jun. Unable to avoid them in time, both of them put their arms out in defense, but that proved useless when the dark energy penetrated them on contact. The two Digidestined D-Warriors screamed out in pain and agony as the dark energy flowed into them.

 

“DAVIS! JUN!” all the Digidestined, even TK, the other D-Warriors, and all their Digimon scream out in horror for Davis and Jun.

 

Kari, Ken, Takato, Takuya, Veemon, and Silvermon, at the same time, shouted at Eris, “What are you doing to them?!”

 

Eris states, “The first step to their obliteration!” And then a bright flash appeared where Davis and Jun were, the light then disappeared, and both D-Warriors landed on the ground, on their backs, back to their normal states. Then the dark crystal shattered after Eris used it on them. When Davis and Jun got to their feet, they felt what happened to them.

 

“Oh my god! What's going on?! We powered down!” Davis exclaims to Jun. Then both Digidestined looked at Eris, who was grinning quite widely, and glared deadly daggers at her.

 

“You bitch! What in hell did you do to my brother and me?!” Jun brawls at Eris.

 

Eris explains, “I created a dark crystal based on my master's, however, it was weaker than his, but it was strong enough to negate your Ascendant powers. You still have your D-Warriors power, but both of you can't turn into Ascendant for quite some time.” Everyone's eyes, especially Davis' and Jun's, wide in shock.

 

Then Davis' and Jun's eyes narrow in anger at Eris and Davis exclaims, “Damn you, asshole!”

 

Eris then says, teasingly, “Manners, Prince Daisuke. What would your mother say?”

 

“Up yours!” Jun brawls at Eris. And then Davis and Jun tried to become Ascendants again, but attempt to transform ended in failure as the dark energy countered their Ascendant energies, stunning them with dark purple and golden volts of energy.

 

Then Davis exclaimed, “Crap! She has us mostly de-energized!”

 

Then with a wide and evil grin, Eris states, “And that much easily for you to lose your heads, LITERALLY!”

 

“Not so fast, Eris! You still have to deal with us since we are still fully powered!” Takato exclaims, as he and Takuya stepped forward.

 

“Both of you bastards will be too busy, SAVING YOUR OWN BUTTS! Tyrannodrones, Wyvern Heartless, attack Prince Matsuki and Prince Kanbara, NOW!” Eris yells out and then through Invisa-portals and shadows, dozens upon dozens of Tyrannodrones and Heartless that look like handicapped dragons called Wyvern appeared and surrounded the bearer of Life and the bearer of Miracles for the Frontier Destined.

 

“Crap! We're surrounded!” Takuya calls out and then he and Takato got hit in the back by two Tyrannodrones. And then, without missing a beat, both High Princes transformed into Ascendants and began to fight the small army that Eris sent against the two of them.

 

“And to make sure that these Digidestined brats and all of the moronic Digimon partners here, don't interfere, Gold Elementals!” Eris exclaims. And several Spiran fiends known as Gold Elementals appeared right on Eris' left and right sides, one on her right and two on her left, from two dark portals that she created. “Now, attack the Digidestined and the Digimon! Thunder!” And then the three Gold Elementals fire waves of Thunder attacks at the two groups of Digimon and Digidestined, forcing them to dodge them or get shock and making them unable to help the other D-Warriors!

 

“Yamato! Everyone!” Jun yells in horror.

 

“Don't worry, we're coming!” Davis adds by calling out. And both Davis and Jun, even though mostly powerless, try to run over to the other Digidestined and help, but Eris blasts the ground behind them, throwing them a few feet forward. When the High Prince of the Digidestined and his older sister stood back up and looked at Eris, growling at her, knowing that without their Ascendant strength of their D-Warrior powers, they were at Eris' mercy, if she had any.

 

With a wide, evil smirk on her face, Eris' exclaims, “Hold on! Both of you are MY KILL!” And then began to approach the two helpless D-Warriors.

 

But then Kari goes over to near the edge of the cliff, transforms into an Ascendant, then powers up to Ascendant 2, and yells, “Leave Davis and Jun, you monster!” And then fires a powerful ki blast at Eris.

 

When Eris saw Kari and her attack, she scoffed and brawls out, “Pathetic, weakling!” And then bats the attack away from her before it could it her.

 

“No!” Kari exclaims in shock.

 

Eris then cups her hands, left over right, and a blue forms in her hands, “Share your prince's fate! Galick Gun!” And then launches a blue energy beam at Eris.

 

Tai, Davis, and Gatomon scream out, “KARI, WATCH OUT!” Unable to avoid it in time, Kari puts her arms up in defense. The attack slams into her causing a powerful explosion, which sends Kari flying off a cliff and knocks her unconscious, causing her to return to her normal state! “KARI!” Tai, Davis, and Gatomon yell out in horror.

 

“Kari!” Davis yells and runs to the cliff to see Kari hit the water.

 

Eris, seeing Davis by the cliff, cries out, “Guess you want to join the little bitch of light in her fate?! Fine!” And then fires a dark ki blast that lands close to Davis and throws him off the cliff and into the water, as well!

 

“DAVIS!” Jun, Takato, Takuya, Ken, Veemon, and Tai call out in terror. Jun tries to head for the cliff, but is grabbed by Eris' tentacles and yanked to her, where Eris then grabs the helpless and powerless, compared to her, Digidestined of Spirit by the neck.

 

Eris then tells Jun, “You're mine!”

 

“Jun!” Silvermon and Matt yell out in shock and fear for Jun. Meanwhile, Davis fell into the water and was washed up and dragged underwater by the tides. Underwater, Davis looks for Kari and then sees her, unconscious and drowning.

 

“[Kari!]” Davis thinks to himself and then, using the rushing tide and swimming, Davis gets to her unconscious form, which he then grabs on to her chest. Then Davis takes out two portable air masks, gives and straps on one for Kari and then one for himself. Kari then started to take deep breathes, though still knocked out, but they were both trapped underwater with the rushing waters. “[Even with these air masks allowing us to breath, we are still in danger of being torn apart from the raging waters and sea floor, with the rocks, coral, and all!]” Davis thinks to himself. And then Davis sees a sea-floor underwater cave! No time to think about it, Davis, even without his Ascendant powers, fires a powerful ki blast that steers them inside the cave. However, when they got in, the cave entrance collapsed behind them.

 

Back to the battlefield, Jun was in chokehold from Eris. And the rest of the gang was under attack from Gold Elementals using Thunder attacks. Then Eris beings two more Spiran fiends known as Fly Eye from two more dark portals to attack the group. However, a Thunder attack was heading straight for Gatomon.

 

“Gatomon!” Veemon yells out, runs to Gatomon, grabs her, and jumps out of the way. After they were safe, for the moment, Veemon looks at Gatomon and asks her, “Are you okay?”

 

Gatomon, blushes a cherry red, seeing that Veemon saved and is holding her, and answers, stuttering a little, “Y-Yes, Vee-Veemon. Thank-Thank you.”

 

Veemon, realizing that he was holding Gatomon, quickly releases her, blushes in deep embarrassment, and says, nervously, “S-Sorry about that.”

 

“I had no problem with it.” Gatomon simply states. Veemon wanted to consider what she meant by that, but he didn't have the time, since they had to keep moving to avoid getting shocked by the Gold Elementals Thunder attacks. Next, Silvermon was about get hit when Gabumon saved her from the Thunder attack. Gabumon looked to see that he was over Silvermon.

 

Silvermon, blushing, tells Gabumon, “T-Thank you.”

 

Gabumon, blushing a deep cheery red, gets off Silvermon, helps her up, and says, “Y-You're welcome.” And finally, Biyomon knocked Agumon away from, yet, another Thunder attack.

 

“Thanks, Biyomon.” Agumon says.

 

“No problem, Agumon. I care too much about you to let anything happen to you.” Biyomon says.

 

Agumon surprised that Biyomon said that she cared about him say, “Biyomon, you care a-about me?”

 

Biyomon blushes in embarrassment, knowing what she said, and answers, stuttering, “Y-Y-Yeah. . . Yes, I do.” Agumon want to say something in response, but both Biyomon and Agumon decided to wait on that and try to help the others. Meanwhile, the two Fly Eyes attacked Yolei by shooting lasers from his eyes at her.

 

Yolei screamed and called out, “Help!”

 

Ken saw that Yolei was in trouble and called out, “Yolei!” Ken then transform into an Ascendant and, using his super-speed, goes to her, grabs her, gets her away from the attack, and, while holding Yolei with one arm, Ken using one hand to fire two small ki blasts that destroy both Fly Eyes. When Ken put Yolei down, he asks Yolei, “Are you okay?”

 

Yolei, thinking that Ken looks handsome in his Ascendant form and seeing him hold her, blushes a bright cherry red, and says, “Y-Yes, Ken. I'm just fine.”

 

Ken, fully knowing what he was doing, quickly let's go of Yolei, and tells her, very embarrassed, “S-Sorry, Y-Yolei.”

 

Yolei then says, “Don't worry about it, Ken. I really liked it.” Ken had a feeling what Yolei was talking, but didn't have time to consider it, cause he went to Takato's and Takuya's battle with the Wyvern Heartless and Tyrannodrones to help them out.

 

And finally, Sora was nearly shocked by, yet, another Thunder attack from the Heartless, but Tai `tackled' Sora and got her out of the way. Tai then looks to see that he was right on top of Sora! Tai, blushing a deep beet red, quickly gets off her, helps her up, and stutters, “Sorry about that Sora, you know, I was. . . you know.”

 

Sora blushing herself and smiling, “Don't worry about what just happened, Tai. I really kind of like it and thank you for saving me.” Tai was forced to wonder why Sora said that, but knew that this wasn't the time. Meanwhile, Matt jumped away from another attack from the Gold Elements.

 

Seeing Jun, in the chokehold and helpless without her Ascendant abilities, calls out, “Jun!”

 

Eris then punches Jun in the stomach, causing her to cough some blood out of it, and Eris cackles with, “Finally, the end of the mighty Digidestined of Spirit, Jun Motomiya! The mighty D-Warriors finally falls to my hand!” Jun tries to say something, but she can only cough with the chokehold she is in and Eris punching her in lower chest area. Eris then says, teasingly, “What's that Jun? Want to say something?”

 

Jun then groans out, “Get a life, you ass.”

 

Eris then indignantly yells at Jun, “How dare you, you slut of a bitch!” And then give Jun three more quick punches to the gut, which causes Jun to cough out more blood from her mouth.

 

Matt then roars at Eris, “Leave her alone!”

 

Eris, not threaten by the Digidestined of Friendship, laughs at him and exclaims, confidently, “And what are you going to do about it, little Digidestined?! Especially without your Digimon partner! Maybe I should put you out of your misery!”

 

Then Jun roars at Eris, “You hurt Yamato and the others and you will be VERY sorry!”

 

Eris, knowing that Jun was powerless against her without her Ascendant powers, yells at Jun, taunting, “Oh, yeah, right! Without your powers, partner, D-Warrior friends, and brother, who is now dead with the Child of Light, you're finished! Why fight on?! Accept defeat!”

 

“Never!” Jun yells out. And then as her anger and rage grew, so, did her need to save Yamato and the others. She refused to give in to her and any of her evil! She won't give! She can't give up! No matter what it took her, Jun's spirit will never be broken! And as her determination and refusal to give up grew, Jun's crest began to glow brighter and brighter.

 

“What?!” Eris exclaimed as she saw Jun's Crest of Spirit began to fiercely glow.

 

Then Jun roars out, “I REFUSE TO LET YOU HURT OR KILL ANYONE ELSE YOU MONSTER! NO MATTER WHAT I WILL HELP MY BROTHER, KARI, AND EVERYONE ELSE! YOU MAY HAVE STOLEN MY ASCENDANT POWERS, BUT THERE IS ONE POWER THAT YOU CAN'T AND WILL NEVER TAKE FROM ME! THE POWER OF THE HUMAN SPIRIT!” And then Jun's crest erupted into bright silver light, then the dark energy from Jun's body was totally expelled from her body, and Jun's exploded in her Ascendant 3 form, once more, and throwing Eris, several yards away from her!

 

Izzy, knowing what this means, exclaims, “Jun's Crest of Spirit expelled all the negative energy that was binding Jun's Ascendant powers! She's back to full power!”

 

“All right!” Takato, Takuya, Silvermon, Veemon, and Matt exclaim in happiness. Jun then cups her hands forward and bright yellow energy began to spark and gather around it.

 

Then Jun brawls out, “I will allow no more harm to come Yamato, Davis, or anyone else I hold dear! This for everyone that you hurt, murderer! FINAL FLASH!” And then launches a powerful energy wave of yellow energy right at Eris and the Gold Elementals.

 

“This is impossible!” Eris yelled before she got plastered with Jun's Final Flash attack, destroying the Gold Elementals and sent Eris flying until she slammed into a group of trees, which then the energy of the attack causes an explosion that sent a column of energy into the air that lasted for several seconds before dissipating and leaving much smoke and flying dirt in the area Eris landed. Meanwhile, Ken, Takato, and Takuya, all three of them in Ascendant form, had destroyed the majority of their attackers and driven them into one group.

 

“Good work, Ken. We'll take from here!” Takuya declares. Ken nods and backs off. Then Takato and Takuya cup their hands forward and create two large blue balls of energy.

 

“BIG BANG KA. . . ME. . . HA. . . ME. . . HA!” they both yelled and fired two powerful beams of blue energy while cause a powerful explosion that totally vaporizes the Heartless and the Tyrannodrones. And then Ken, Takato, and Takuya go to Eris side and the other two High Princes transcend to their Ascendant 3 forms when Eris gets out of the big crater created by Jun's attack that she hit Eris with.

 

When she got out, she gawked to see, the four D-Warriors, three as Ascendant threes (A/N: Try to say that three times fast.) and the last one, Ken, in his basic Ascendant form, and states, “Crap.”

 

“Time for some payback! What do the rest of you say?!” Jun asks.

 

“Yeah!” the other three male D-Warriors respond and then all four D-Warrior cup their hands behind their right side and begin to gather energy into a blue orb. And then they call out, “KAMEHAMEHA!” And then fire four Kamehameha waves that turn into one powerful beam, which crash into Eris, causing a powerful blast with the servant of the Ultimate Being of Destruction to scream out in EXTREME PAIN and AGONY. Before the dust settled, Eris leaps out, her body covered in burns and bleeding cuts in dozens all over her body.

 

And then roars out, “You have not seen the last of me! I will make sure that your brother, that bratty High Prince, Daisuke, is dead! And even if he and the Child of Light are still alive, I will correct that mistake!” And then disappears through a veil of darkness.

 

Ken, Takato, Takuya, and Jun returned to their normal states, and Jun exclaims, “Damn! If Eris finds my bro and Kari before Davis gets his Ascendant powers back, they will be dead for sure! We have to after them!” Then looking at the Digidestined, she states, “And don't tell me that they are dead! I know my brother! He'll make sure that both of them will survive!”

 

Tai then steps forward and exclaims, “You're right, Jun! I can feel that Davis and Kari are still alive in my heart! Davis can do anything he puts his mind to! He's the Digidestined of Miracles for crying out loud!”

 

Matt adds by exclaiming, “I agree with you and Tai, Jun! Davis is fighter and never gives up, on himself or on others! Not only he's got the Crest of Miracles, he has the Digi-Eggs of Courage and Friendship! And Davis will not let anything happen to Kari and make sure that he brings both of them back to us alive and in one piece! Let's go find them!”

 

“Right!” all the others, expect TK, exclaimed and began to follow Jun.

 

TK growls to himself and thinks, “[And now, the others are taking orders from Davis' sister, even my brother! Just because Jun is the older sister of the High Prince of the Digidestined, that rotten Davis, that doesn't she can order the Digidestined around!]” But TK knew that he was outnumbered in opinion about Jun and had no choice but to follow the others to find Davis and Kari. And on an interesting note, Veemon went side by side with Gatomon, Silvermon with Gabumon, Agumon with Biyomon, Tai with Sora, and Ken with Yolei.

 

(Several Hours Later; In an Unknown Cave)

 

Kari began to wake with a groan and began to open her eyes slowly.

 

“[What happened?]” Kari thought to herself. And then our Child of Light remembered EXACTLY what happened. “[I remember! Eris!]” And then Kari got up with a start and she quickly noticed that she was wrapped up in warm blanket with a fluffy pillow under her head and her fingerless gloves, white socks, and sneakers were missing (A/N: Remember, at this time, that Kari's Digital World clothing are the ones she wore in Season 02).

 

Then Kari hears Davis' voice calls out to her, “Kari, you're awake!” When Kari turns to the source of Davis' voice, he sees him sitting down and leaning on a rock wall of the cave. Davis had a blanket wrapped around his upper body, since he was missing his crimson red shirt, flame-designed jacket, and silver gloves. And also Davis' flame-designed boots and white socks were missing (A/N: Also remember that Davis' Digi-World clothes are different from the one he wore in Season 02).

 

“Daisuke, what happened?! Where are we?!” Kari exclaims, as she looks around to see that they are in some kind of cave that's about 150 feet high and an impressive 200 yards wide and the only opening was a pool of water about 8 yards across and 10 yards high that was on the other end of the cave.

 

Davis held up his hands and tells Kari, trying to calm her down, “Whoa, Kari! Calm down! You mean that you don't remember?”

 

Kari then says, “I remember that Eris fired an energy wave at me, I threw my hands in defense, and when it hit me, everything went blank.”

 

Davis then tells her, “Look, Kari. I'm not trying to scare you and all, but when Eris hit you with the attack, it knocked you unconscious and you fell off the cliff we were training on.”

 

Kari gasped and simply says, too shocked to say anything else, “I-I fell?”

 

Davis nods and says, “Yes, Kari, you fell into the water and then Eris knocked me into the water with you, but I managed to get to you and put air-masks for breathing underwater in backpack for the both of us. But we would have been torn apart by the sea floor and raging waters, but I found an underwater cave on the sea floor, so I, using my remaining strength steered us into the cave and swam us here.” Then Davis sighs and adds, “However, the cave entrance collapsed when we entered, probably from my energy wave that I used, trapping us inside.”

 

Kari gasped and exclaims, “We're trapped in here?!” Davis nods his head in agreement with Kari. Kari then asks, “Daisuke, why don't you use your powers to get out of here?”

 

Davis sighs and explains, answering Kari, “Well, Eris' dark crystal is negating my Ascendant powers, I still have all the powers and abilities that I gained and have as a D-Warrior, with the expectation of my Ascendant strength! I'm still mostly powerless! And I don't how long they will last. Another thing, I don't if this cave is on land or underwater, I had to save us first think about where this cave is later and, sorry to say, I don't know where this cave is or that any dry land is above or on these walls and ceiling. And I can't risk busting with the threat of being submerged underwater without my Ascendant abilities and Kari. . . I . . . well. . .”

 

Kari understand Davis' hesitance on that part and tells Davis, with a weak smile, “Davis, don't worry about it, I understand. I'm still in training and you didn't teach me underwater combat or escape from raging waters, yet.”

 

Davis then comments, “Well, yet, anyway.” This causes Kari to giggle a little and Davis to give a wide grin in reply.

 

Then Davis sighs and says, “And if we were on dry land, it would be still too risky going into the open, Eris is not going to think that we are dead until she sees some proof of our deaths, like our lifeless bodies, and if she finds us, she will definitely finish off, without my full strength and you still in training, which means your not close to her strength.”

 

Kari knowing that Davis was right sighs, but then gets the idea and asks Davis, “What about the D-Terminal? Both of us had them when we fell.”

 

Davis then explains to Kari, “Kari, my D-Terminal got scrambled when Davis got me with that dark energy. I managed to fix it's programming, but it needs time to reboot and it work be running to morning. Your D-Terminal got damaged by Eris' attack, but I managed to get that fixed, too. However, like mine, it needs time to reboot until morning. Also my D-3's signal is scrambled, so, the others won't be able to find us with my D-3's `location' signal. But yours isn't so that's the others only chance of finding us.”

 

Kari lowers her head and says, lowly, “Oh.” But then remembers what Davis just said and asks, somewhat surprised, “Wait! You said that you fixed both our D-Terminals?”

 

Davis gives a slight smile and responds, “That's right, Kari. I learned tons of computer skills from the best and brightest computer experts of all types in many other dimensions. So, I know quite a lot of things about computer programming, hardware, and stuff.”

 

Kari, giving an impressed look, says, “I'll bet.” And then asks, out of curiosity, “Davis, isn't there anything that you're not good at?”

 

Davis gives something close to one his classic grins of the old days and replies, jokingly, “Miming.” This causes Kari and then Davis to laugh for a few minutes.

 

And Kari then asks her High Prince, “Daisuke, I'm wondering, where are my shoes, socks, and gloves?”

 

Davis gives a slight blush and tells her, “Well, Kari, understand that you and I were soaking wet from cold water, so, I took off your shoes, socks, and gloves and my shirt, jacket, socks, and shoes and put them by that fire on the clothesline that I set up to dry. Then I wrapped the rest of you in warm blanket and pillow to let you rest.” But then getting a bit more panicky, Davis says, quite nervous, “But don't worry, I didn't see anything that I wasn't supposed to, I swear!”

 

Kari then shakes her head and tells Davis, reassuringly, “Don't worry, Davis. It's all right. I know that you wouldn't do anything to harm me. But where are our clothes?” Davis points to the wall on Kari's right and Kari turns to see a clothes line that held Davis' jacket, shirt, and gloves, with Kari's fingerless gloves. And below them were their sneakers and socks. All of them were near a fire getting dried off, however, they were still wet. By the clothesline was Davis' open backpack by their two D-Terminals and D-3s. Also, there were several portable camping electric lamps, same amounts of flashlights, plenty of cooking fuel, a portable electric cooler for cold drinks, a regular cooler, the ones that need ice inside to cool things, two dozen spare batteries, spear bulbs for the electric lamps, two compasses, a mini-telescope like Tai used, a emergency kit from injuries, a advanced med kit, like the one used by medical personal with the military, and finally, by the two Digidestined/D-Warriors was a portable air mattress, with a warm blanket, but it was large enough for two people.

 

“Whoa! Davis, why did you get all those supplies out? And where did you get all of them for that manner?” Kari asks.

 

“Well, Kari, we have traveling through many other dimensions for three years, Kari, many times we had to use survival training because we would be in the wilds of the other worlds that make our dimensions outdoors seem VERY timid, so, we had to be EXCEPTIONALLY prepared, for ANYONE or ANYTHING. And I put all of those in my special backpack, my sister's, Takato's, Takuya's, and mine own backpacks, given to us by the Overseers, has it's own pocket dimension inside that allows us to store an infinite amount of any time of items inside of it.” Davis says.

 

Kari states, quite impressed, “Wow, that's cool Davis.”

 

Davis smiles and says, “I like to call real benefit of being a D-Warrior, since the Overseer told us that we can keep them even after our battle with their and our mortal enemy, the Ultimate Being of Destruction. This will make the carrying books to school, through class, and back to home a breeze.”

 

Kari nods and then adds, a bit teasingly, “Through I think that you are so smart now that you get through High School and College in a breeze, wouldn't you?”

 

Davis blushes a cherry red and answers, “Yeah, with worlds that had such advanced technology that I went to, I would pass through High School and College without much effort. As well as, Takato, Takuya, and my older sister Jun, but people would get suspicious about our smarts and start asking questions, you know.”

 

Kari nods in agreement and answers, “Gotcha, Daisuke.” But then a strange sweet and pleasant smell came to Kari's new supernaturally sensitive noise. When she smells where the smell came from, Kari was surprised to smell that there were two and they were coming from Davis. “Davis, do you wear cologne?” Kari asks, curiously.

 

Davis knows that thanks to Kari's released Kitsune heritage that she now has super-sensitive noise like a fox and answers her, “No, you must have to be smelling my soap and shampoo that I use these days. You know that I must. . . sweat a lot, also get wounded and hit and wound others, causing you know, myself and my clothes to get splattered with blood.” Kari nods in solemn understanding. Then Davis continues with, blushing slightly, “Well, I wash with soap that gives off a winter fresh smell and wash my hair, which I do a lot these days, with a shampoo that has a very sweet smell of cherries in it.”

 

“Oh.” Kari comments and nods nods, as she totally un-wraps herself from the blanket that Davis wrapped her in and then blushing a deep red, adds to her last statement with, “Well, I really like it.”

 

Davis, blushing even deeper, asks, “Really? You know, it was for practical, which were also personal, reasons, you know.”

 

Kari, still having her blush, replies, “Yeah! Sure, you and your hair smell great. And all already know why you would need to wash with those.”

 

Davis stutters with, “T-Thanks.” Then Kari began to focus on Davis' chest, since he loosened his grip on his blanket that he wrapped around it and allowing Kari to look at his bare chest. Davis' muscles were very well-developed with not even one ounce of flab on it, visible or not, but they were not overly-developed. Davis' muscles, his whole entire muscular chest, were just PERFECTLY SEXY to any girl, especially Kari.

 

“[Oh, wow! I was right before when I looked at Davis on the beach! Davis is perfectly sexy without his shirt on! And, I got to admit, with that hairdo of his, Davis is amazing handsome and one of the coolest guys I had ever seen!]” Kari thought to herself. And then Kari continued to smell, with her Kitsune sense of smell, Davis' `scent' from his new shampoo and soap. “[Oh dear god, Daisuke smells so INCREDIBLY good! But then again, he always smelled so good since I knew him.]” Kari thinks to herself with a bit of `naughty' smile and then began to think of VERY `naughty' thoughts of her and the High Prince, who she fully realizes that she deeply cares about him. And then they those `naughty' thoughts went from thoughts into `naughty' fantasies. But then Kari began to panic and blush greatly when she felt herself getting quite wet to much wetter and wetter.

 

Davis turns to her, seeing her blushing a cheery red, asks, concerned, “Are you okay, Kari?”

 

Kari, hearing Davis asking her a question, stutters in response, “NO! I mean. . . No, nothing i-is wrong, Dai-kun. . .I mean Davis.” Davis figures that Kari wasn't being to honest, but he didn't want to push, so he dropped the subject, for the moment. Then Davis focused on Kari when she sat down, exposing all of her sexy and sender legs, shape, and body. And even under Kari's shirt, Davis saw that Kari's breasts were very voluptuous, only slightly less than his older sister's were, but they were not perfectly shaped and curved. Davis, with new bright blushing, thinks to himself, “[Whoa! Kari's whole body has such a sexy feminine shape, legs and all! Damn, Kari's quite hot!]” Then Davis realized what he was thinking, comes to his senses, and thinks, “[Wait a darn minute! Where did that come from?! Not the time to be thinking that way, Daisuke!]” But then Davis thinks, in a way, changing his mind, “[But then again. . .]” But then began to scold himself of thinking that way about Kari and came to his senses.

 

Meanwhile, Kari began to think and wonder what think such `naughty' thoughts as if what would Daisuke be saying or, should I say, stuttering, if he saw her WITHOUT her clothes on! And seeing him, WITHOUT his! Then knowing that until recently, Davis has been mad with the others and her and also had been away for three years, journeying across other worlds, and decided to ask him, hoping that he hasn't had done what she think, by asking, “Daisuke, did you have a. . . a girlfriend from another dimension?”

 

Davis sighs and answers, “No, Kari. I never fell in love with another girl from another world.” Kari secretly sighs in relief for hearing that, but then Davis adds, “But I can't fall in love with anyone else anyway.”

 

This causes Kari's eyes to widen in surprise and asks Davis, confused, “What do you mean you `can't fall in love with anyone else anyway', Davis?!”

 

Davis then replies, “Well, Kari, remember what happened to my older sister, Jun? Well, Matt and Mimi know the whole story, but didn't tell you since my sister requested that they don't tell anyone, yet. But here is what happened: Two years into our journey as D-Warrior we came into the world called Spira, not the best of places to live, especially out in the country areas, but it was nice. We were helping a group of three young woman named Yuna, Rikku, Paine, a part of the group of adventures called the Gullwings. When we were in one of the few cities, named Luca, Jun met HIM. He was a young Spiran man named Leon. He was the same age as Jun at the time and both of them fell in love, TRUE love, quite quick. But then during a time they were alone, Eris ambushed the two of them, restrained Jun so she couldn't help Leon, and then totally DISINTERGATED Leon, right before Jun's eyes! We managed to see the last part to our horror. When Jun broke free of her restraints she tried to destroy Eris, but she began to escape. In total rage, Jun went on rampage to trying to find and destroy Eris for Leon's murder and she would have destroy all of Luca, if Takato, Takuya, and myself hadn't restrained her! And then after that, Jun started to sob and cry for several day unending. I had never seen my sister, during our journey so far, in so much pain and greatly destroyed inside. All of her remaining innocence was totally obliterated that day and she has never been the same since. She has swore revenge against Eris and gets so enrage when she sees her. That's one of the reasons of her fickle personality of being sweet, sexy, and nice turning into hard-core, no-nonsense, and all business warrior.” After hearing this horrifying story, Kari was totally flabbergasted and speechless for a few moments.

 

Then Kari says, “Oh, Daisuke, poor Jun. Why does Eris do these horrible things?”

 

Davis then states, “Eris just wants to see the two of us suffer in all possible forms before she kills us in cold blood. She will do anything, hurt and kill anyone, and control and manipulate anyone just to see us hurt. To tell you the truth, several girls from other worlds did fall in love with me, but I could have never feel the same way. Don't get me wrong, they were very beautiful, but they and their beautiful just didn't. . . `appeal' to me. They didn't have the `things' I was looking for in a girl. But since THEY had fallen in love with me, it was just another excuse for Eris to torture m, so, she attacked them, too! I managed to save them, but was very injured for weeks. So, after the third girl was attacked, I swore to make sure that no other girl got hurt because they fell in love with me. So, I became distant to others, with the expectation of Jun, Takato, Takuya, Veemon, Silvermon, and Guilmon. Takato, Takuya, Silvermon, and Takato's partner, Guilmon, understood my feelings and supported me a lot. They became my newest best friends and all of us, D-Warrior members, human and Digimon, became a tight-nit group, like a family and all of us consider our group a family.”

 

Kari, after hearing all that, tells Davis in solemn tone, “Oh, Daisuke, I'm sorry.”

 

“I know that you are Kari, but then again if they found WHAT I truly am, they might have regretted me and even sent me to be studied like some kind of lab specimen.” Davis says, calmly.

 

Kari, quite confused why Davis said that, asks, “What do you mean Daisuke?” Davis sighs and shows his left shoulder which to Kari's shock had scars from what looks like a large fox that was EXACTLY like Kari when Lady Inari bit Kari in her right shoulder! “Davis! You have two bite marks on your shoulder that. . . that. . .” Kari tries to say, but couldn't get out the words from her shock.

 

Davis finishes for her by saying, “They are EXACTLY like yours Kari since they were caused by a Lady Inari. You see, Jun and I would know EXACTLY how you feel since Jun and I are Kitsune, ourselves.” Bam! This hits Kari like Eris' attack hit her, shockingly hard.

 

“Daisuke, you-you and Jun are Kitsunes, too?!” Kari asks, shocked.

 

Davis explains, “Well, we are like you in that we are also have a Kitsune mother and human father, making Jun and myself both one-half Kitsune. The Overseers informed us of the truth during when we were journey, actually, I was the first to have my own Kitsune heritage brought out by a Lady Inari. I went through, very much, the same thing, you did. So, I know how hard it is to control your Kitsune passions, desires, needs, feelings, etc. But somehow, like Tai, by some miracle, I managed to gain full control over my own Kitsune side of my personality, but I'm not sure for how long and I don't how I did it in the first place. It was EXTREME hard for me and Jun to get control of ourselves in the first place. And that's the reason, why Jun acts, when she is calm, and dresses the way she does. It's part of Kitsune personality and it's become a permanent part of her. She can't help herself to drive the men wild with sexy-parts of personality, her taste in sexy and seductive clothing, and with her sexy feminine body, every part of it! That's because, it is who she is, now. But only us those were members of the first group of the D-Warriors, meaning Takato, Takuya, Veemon, Silvermon, Guilmon, and, of course, myself, know this. Jun is too embarrassed and, though she doesn't admit it, scared about her heritage and others of knowing that part of her bloodline.”

 

Kari then says, totally awestruck by all this, “Davis, I-I never knew.”

 

Davis sighs and states, “Well, now, you do, Kari. I never will be able to find a girl that will be to understand about how I felt inside, but maybe it was for the best that I will, since Eris will target and kill or try to kill anyone that Jun and I care about. Our family is already in danger and others have already suffered under Eris murderous ways. I never wanted to be some great hero that might and will become a legend, if I had the power to save other peoples lives then I should put it to good use and I wanted to help others, but I guess that I've to become some great hero and being this High Prince of the Digidestined, if it can help others, then I've chosen my destiny and will accept the responsibilities of being a D-Warrior and the High Prince of all Digidestined. I learned with great power comes with great responsibility.” But then turning his head away from Kari, Davis, in a very solemn tone, states, “But it may also come with a price: I figured from what I know I'm. . . fated to be all alone other than having friends and family. I can never let anyone else too close to me or Eris might kill them. I swore that nobody else would ever get hurt, so I decided that I should keep my distance from others, for a very long time, maybe even forever.” Kari was totally shocked and surprised by this statement. She always keep her deepest feelings to herself, that why the Dark Ocean was mostly likely trying to take her, the darkness inside her heart, but now, Davis might even have deeper pain that she ever had and she had been a cause of it, once. And now, also Davis knows exactly how she felt when Lady Inari bit her and released her Kitsune heritage since Davis and her older sister was also one-half Kitsune, too. She felt closer to Davis than ever before and now, she TRULY, once and for all, what her true feelings to Davis were.

 

Without Davis noticing, she comes up to Davis' side, and then softly says, “Daisuke.”

 

Davis begins to turn his head to Kari and begins to say, “Kari, I-mmmmmmm!” But he wasn't able to finish since Kari, kissed him deeply and passionately on his lips! This totally flabbergasted Davis and he didn't know what to say for several moments. His first reaction that this was caused by Kari's Kitsune emotions that she still had LOTS of trouble controlling and want to gently and nicely, push her back. But when Kari opened her eyes and gave her High Prince a sweet `puppy-dog' look and with a deep red flush in her cheeks, Davis saw in her eyes and sensed with his empathic power something he never saw or felt in Kari before. Desire. A deep rooted desire that even Kari may not have felt before until he left her life. A desire for something more than just friendship between them. Ever since, they met two years before she became part of Tai's team of Digidestined, the seed of this was planted. Inside, Kari wanted, deep, way deep down inside the depth of her very soul, more than something than `just friends'. Sensing those feelings from and seeing in her eyes, brought back every single feeling that he had for her, all at once, but deep down, inside his own heart, no matter how anger he got her, he still. . . cared for her, deep inside his own heart. It was just that he was so blinded by his long anger and bitterness, that he held for three years, that he would never admit it to himself. With this, he couldn't even dare push Kari away, instead he turned his whole body to face Kari, so, that she can loving wrap her arms around her. But when Kari released from her kiss, she only gave Davis the time to catch his breath when she kissed him, yet, again! But this time, Davis responded by pressing his lips to her, hungrily in fact! Kari then responded in kind and for the next few minutes, Davis and Kari were kissing each other hungrily and in a bit of deep passion, tasting each others lips. This Kari to notice that Davis had cool mint taste to his breath. That and Davis' kiss was getting Kari. . . in a certain mood. Then Kari got, yet, another `naughty' idea into her head and, surprising Davis, used her super-strength to pull Davis down so that he was over her! Totally surprising our bearer of Miracles, Davis released from the kiss, and all he could say, cause he was totally surprised, “Kari, what?!” And then tried to get up, Kari, tightly, but gently and lovingly, held her arms around Davis back with a wide smile and seductive smile on her face.

 

Looking at Davis eye-eye, with feeling of deep caring, passion, and, most surprising of all, deep love, Kari tells Davis in a sweet and, yet, sexy tone of voice, “Daisuke, there is something that I've got to tell and I want you to hear me out. When we first met, those long nine years ago, when Tai and Sora introduced me to when you were practicing with soccer with Tai, when you and I met for the first time, you helped me gained confidence in myself. And that caused me to develop great feelings for you, but when I went to the Digital World with Tai and the others, I became friends with the other Digidestined, including TK. During the battle with Piedmon, TK was determined to keep me safe and that had caused some feelings to develop for him, because he wanted to keep me safe and since we were both Digidestined. Then you became a Digidestined, gained Veemon, the Digi-Egg of Courage, and with Flamedramon's help and those feelings from you came back. And then when I was first taken to the Dark Ocean and TK came to rescue me, I told him that I care about him when he cared about me, but when I learned that you were determined to find me, thought I was in the Digital World, and tried to go into but couldn't. . .well, you get the idea. Both you and TK were doing more and more amazing things, I had feelings for both of you, and that got me really confused at who I wanted to be with. But soon, with you always around me, you always caring for me and, even though you did foolish things to show it back then, actually, you brought happiness to my life. But since you were with me so much, I truly took you for granted. And I know that this is a terrible excuse to try explain for doing that terrible thing to you, but my taking you for granted and, most of all, my confused feelings for both you and TK, caused what happened three years ago. But now, I know how I truly feel about you, I want to tell these exact words: I love you, Daisuke Motomiya.”

 

This hit Davis like Imperialdramon in his Fighter Mode, when he used his Giga Crusher attack to destroy MaloMyotismon, real hard and fast. Davis was totally unable to speak for a while, but Kari continued by saying, “I wished that I hadn't had to hurt and having you to leave my life to realize it, but now, I KNOW, I know that I truly love you, not TK. You see, all of other people, in my life, even Tai and TK, always treated me like I was some kind of super-special girl and I am, but that's wasn't I wanted to be treated. People in life, especially my fellow classmates and in way Tai and the other Digidestined, always thought that I had to be perfect. I was afraid that they would be shun me if I didn't act like that, so, I just buried my feelings deep inside. It is EXACTLY what I told Yolei, when Ken, Yolei, me, and our three Digimon were taken to the Dark Ocean, I kept too much inside and that's why I venerable to the darkness, even though I'm the bearer of the light. But you didn't expect or treat me like that, you treated me like I was like a regular girl, not some perfect girl, the way I wanted to be treated. Sure, you were ditzy and foolish, but all of us have our faults. Inside, I could tell you had a real caring and pure-heart. That's why you could bare to hurt Agumon, hurting another innocent person or any other type of living being, was too abhorrent to you. You may have been acting a little, VERY LITTLE, selfishly, but I think that TK was too when he scolded you, not thinking of your feelings. And inside, all along, I knew that you were special. With such a pure heart, such as yours, you and me have something in common, both of us have caring hearts for others. And now, we have more in common since we are both D-Warriors and Kitsunes and knowing everything you have gone through, I know that we are more deeply connected. You're truly special and deserve the Crest of Miracles, the strongest crest of the Digidestined, since you always bring miracles and happy ending to everyone you come across to. And with that pure-heart of yours, you truly deserve to be our High Prince.” Holding him even more tighter, but more lovingly than before, Kari finishes by saying, “Oh, Daisuke, I know that I hurt you and that I shattered your heart and I'm truly sorry from the bottom of my heart for it. I may not have a good excuse for it, but I now you know why I did what I did. And I don't care if you ever be friends or, even, love ever again, I just want you to know that I love you and will always will. And that you will just forgive me and stay with me, will just enough for me. I'm sorry and I truly love you, Daisuke Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles, the TRUE High Prince of the Digidestined.”

 

Davis didn't know what to say for a few moments, but in that instant, if there was any anger, bitterness, and rage to Kari, threw right out the window and clear into outer space! Those were the words, THE WORDS, which he always wanted to come out of Kari's mouth, well, in a way. And the last bits of ice covering Davis heart just melted away and, inside, Davis totally re-opened to his own heart! Davis tried to keep himself from tearing up, but he couldn't get up since Kari was using her super-strength to hold him in their. . . current position. Kari then saw Davis' eyes swell up with tears and that caused Kari to gain concern in her eyes, but before she could say a thing, Davis gave Kari a deep passionate kiss, full of all the love and caring that our Digidestined of Miracles had for his, now, renewed crush, Hikari Kamiya, the Digidestined of Light. After they released from the kiss, Davis said in soft happy tone, “Kari. . . you don't how truly long that I wanted to hear those words come from your beautiful lips.” Kari began to greatly smile, hoping that this is what she think it is. Davis gave Kari her answer when he continued with, “Deep inside, I still loved you, even after all the nasty words I said in anger and rage, I still deep in my heart, cared for you deeply, I was just so blinded by my anger and rage that I denied it. But inside I could never stay anger at you, forever. Oh, Hikari, can we start over?”

 

And with those words, the words that Kari wanted to hear, Kari pushed Davis back to their sitting position, kind of surprising Davis, too, hugging him loving and exclaimed, overcome with joy and happiness, “Oh, yes! Yes! Oh, Daisuke, I always want to hear those words come for your mouth! Oh, Daisuke, I want us to start over! Will you let be me be your girlfriend?!”

 

“If you accept me as your boyfriend, then with all my heart.” Davis says in a sweet voice, a voice never by him for a long three years time. Kari decided to seal the deal with another deep passionate kiss, which caused Davis to drop the towel that he was holding, revealing his perfectly well-developed upper body. Seeing how close she is to him, she got a `sneaky' idea. She move in a little closer, then moves her left hand from behind Davis back, and then begin to massaging, in a very pleasure manner, his well-developed upper body.
