The only things he owns are Sakuyamon Starlighter Mode, Silvermon, and the Shadow Barrage attack that Davis used last chapter.

Legend of the D-Warriors: War of the Worlds

 

Recap: Well, there was lots of excitement with our heroes and heroines last time. During the search of Davis and Kari, the deeper inner workings of Jun's personality were revealed with her telling of the deep bond of brother and sister between our Digidestined of Miracles and Digidestined of Spirit added with the fact when the other Digidestined found, to their shock, that Jun and Davis also have Kitsune blood in their veins and, like Tai and Kari, have a human father and Kitsune mother meaning half-human and half-Kitsune. And, obviously, this is way Jun acts, when she isn't a raging warrior, sweet and, yet, sexy and seductive and dresses in the `suggestive' fashion that she does. Much of Jun's Kitsune part of personality became permanent part of her and she just can't help acting and dressing the way she does. But she gains the support, kindness, and friendship of the other Digidestined and regains confidence with this matter. But is she over this entire Kitsune matter? Only time will tell. Well, on the meanwhile, after waking up from their `special moment', Davis and Kari had a second `romantic moment'. Then later, after eating, Davis tried to drive the negative energy out of him and gain back his Ascendant powers, but his efforts ended in failure, for the moment. But Davis' attempted power up manage to get the attention of our High Prince of the Digidestined's D-Warrior teammates and allowing them to pin-point his location, use their powers to get them out of their, and back with the group of Digidestined, D-Warriors, and all their Digimon. However, Davis trying to power-up also attracted Eris and when Davis and Kari got out of that, Eris surprised them and catches Kari. Davis threatened Eris if she even hurt Kari. Eris, not threatened by Davis since he, for the moment, doesn't have his Ascendant powers, fires a powerful attack to kill our Digidestined of Miracles and the others couldn't help him under the threat of Kari's life. But when it looked like Davis was done for, he refusal to let Kari get hurt and get her back from Eris' grasp, NO MATTER WHAT, combined with Davis' re-open released his power, THE POWER OF THE DIGIDESTINED OF MIRACLES, which not only restored Davis' Ascendant abilities, but increased his strength, speed, and abilities to new heights, gave him radical new clothes, and he gained King Arthur's sword, Excalibur itself, as his weapon! In a amazing battle, Davis saved Kari and handed Eris defeat with incredible pounding that she will forget, believe me, ouch! But during the battle, the shocking fact was revealed that Eris was the CHILD of the Ultimate Being of Destruction! Oh my god! Didn't see that coming! With her rage now centered against our Digidestined High Prince, she felt and read the negative emotions that were produced by our Digidestined of Hope, TK, against our Digidestined of Miracles, Davis, and this REALLY INTERESTED HER. Meanwhile, during the battle, Davis' and Kari's feelings for each other were revealed to the others. And Tai approved of them being boyfriend and girlfriend, like it or not, simply because he can't stop the feelings between them and, if he tried, Tai knows he couldn't even stop them with their powers. And another shocker came to full view when Kari became Davis' chosen future queen and appointed the High Princess of the Digidestined, much of the amazement of the other Digidestined, Digimon, and D-Warriors. And finally, to top it off, Davis has forgiven the others and returns to the Odaiba Digidestined, at long last! However, TK wasn't happy about Davis and Kari being together and his jealously of Davis reached its highest peaks!

 

Questions are: What are Eris evil plans for TK because she knows of this jealously of TK's towards?

 

Can TK avoid falling into her trap?

 

And for a side note: Will the others find out about Davis and Kari relationship actually being of more than a `plain' boyfriend and girlfriend?

02 World Saga, Episode 16: Hope's Despair! TK's Pride!

 

(Several Days After the Last Battle with Eris; Eris' Fortress)

 

Inside, we find our `demon girl' being shocked and tortured by her master and creator, the Ultimate Being of Destruction, who is now feat up with Eris' failures. For the past three days, Eris' master has been shocking her and inflicting pain with `his' psychic powers, nonstop! Whoa! What a father! Makes you glad that you're not her, aren't you?! Well, Eris was screaming on agony and pain from her `father's' torture and Eris couldn't get a word in edge wise with him.

 

And then Eris, while being shocked, stutters, “M-M-Master . . . m-m-my lord! PLEASE WAIT!”

 

Eris' master stopped his shocking of his `child', for the moment, to brawl out, “AND WHY SHOULD I ERIS?! YOU HAVE MADE ME LOOK LIKE A JOKE WITH YOUR FAILURE AGAINST THE D-WARRIORS! YOU HAD PRINCE DAISUKE IN YOUR HANDS AND THEN HE RELEASED HIS POWERS AS THE DIGIDESTINED OF MIRACLES, ADDED TO HIS ASCENDANT ABILITIES, AND MAKE A LAUGHING STOCK OUT OF YOU, ONCE AGAIN! AND THAT MAKES ME LOOK BAD!

 

Eris tries to say in her defense, “My creator and lord, please, how was I supposed to know that bastard would release his power as the Digidestined of Miracles, High Prince and the strongest of all Digidestined?”

 

“NO EXCUSES, ERIS!” the Ultimate Being of Destruction brawled at Eris.

 

But before Eris' `father' could torture anymore, she exclaims, “Wait! My dear creator, I've got some important information that could be useful to us.”

 

“Tell me fast, cause MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN!” Eris' master brawls out very pissed off.

 

Eris quickly replies, “My lord, I found that one of the Digidestined, the bearer of Hope, Takeru Takaishi, also known as TK by his friends and fellow Digidestined, has an envious heart against his High Prince, Daisuke Motomiya, and can't get rid of those feelings. In fact, they are growing.”

 

This really interests, the `Ultimate Evil', and he says, in the same tone, “Interesting. Show me, Eris.” Eris nods and using her telepathic powers shows her `father' TK, all the negative thoughts she read from his mind, and all the negative emotions, she felt from him. When Eris was finished, the Ultimate Being of Destruction gives a great cackle of evil laughter and exclaims, “Yes! Yes! I see, Eris! This is important information! Very pleasing! The young bearer of Hope has great jealously and envy of his Prince! In a great opportunity, indeed! I am pleased, Eris! Very pleased, indeed!”

 

Eris nods and states, “His jealously and envy of Prince Davis is at its peak and when he is most vulnerable to . . . suggestion.”

 

Eris' master then says, “I will leave off your punishment for the moment, Eris. You know what to do?”

 

Eris, smiling with a wide evil grin, replies, “Oh, yes, my lord, I sure do.”

 

And then Eris' `father' tells his `child', “Being preparations at once and wait for the perfect chance to entrap him. Our study of the Ascendant power is extensive, but we need a human being, a `vulnerable' human being to use this knowledge we have of that part of the D-Warriors power, and, now, our greatest chance to turn the D-Warriors greatest ability against them has arrived. Don't fail me this time or else you will be IMMENSELY punished!”

 

Eris, a bit nervous, bows and responds, “Yes, my master and creator. Hail to your everlasting glory!” And then Eris goes towards a vault, opens it, and takes out a strange dark purple and black emerald and a crystal ball of sorts. “Watch out, Digidestined of Hope, soon, you will be mine and serve the greatest being of darkness ever known!” Eris thinks to herself.

 

(Around 11:30 A.M. that Same Day; At the Kamiya Residence)

 

Well, ever since that last battle with Eris, Davis has rejoined the Odaiba Digidestined and Davis returned to his position as the leader of the younger Digidestined, however, he has been more like the leader of the entire team of the Odaiba Digidestined, lately, with his experience with this situation. Tai does mind this a bit, but he knows that Davis is the High Prince, Lord of all the Digidestined, and Davis has better idea of this `situation' that they are in currently in, Tai doesn't give one complaint. Well, Ken's and Kari's training has really taken off, as it were. Well, Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya managed to train Ken and Kari in all of the special attacks used by Z Fighters. From the Keo Kin to Kamehameha to Final Flash to Big Bang Kamehameha and all the others. Ken and Kari also learned the Instant Transmission technique, the D-Warriors also infused Piccolo's regeneration ability, but all hope that they won't need it, and they also taught the two the use of mental telepathically. Also with the knowledge of the Z Fighter's world technology and now, they are already half-way through with the abilities of the team of Spirit Detective Yusuke Urameshi. Ken and Kari have already learned the Spirit Gun, Spirit Sword, Shotgun, Fist(s) of the Mortal Flame, even Kurama's Rose Whip ability, and all the ways to use these attacks, but they have a way to go with Spirit Wave, Dragon of the Darkness Flame, and other abilities. And our Digidestined of Kindness and Light are also getting stronger, too. You see, during the first three days of training, Ken and Kari increased their power by a whopping 50% percent of their original full power! Whoa! But then after the duel between Davis and Eris, during the next three days of training, Ken and Kari gained another increase of a HUGE 65% percent of their INCREASED full power before Eris' attack with `Ascendant energy naturalizing crystal'. Oh my god! Obviously, Ken and Kari are a lot more powerful than when gained their Ascendant and D-Warrior powers, but however still pale in comparison to first four D-Warriors and their power levels, but they were making impressive progress. The entire special attacks that Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya gave Ken and Kari, so far, they have fully mastered, already!

 

Well, we find Kari, her new long hair tied in a ponytail like Chihiro of Spirited Away, however, it was more neatly combined than Chihiro's hairstyle. She had crystal blue tube-top that covers much of her voluptuous breasts and goes three-quarters the way to her navel, leaving a good amount of mid-drift. She had crimson red skirt that extended down one-half the way to her kneecaps. Around her skirt and bare chest was brown belt with her D-3 and D-Terminal on it. She had dark purple fingerless gloves around her hands and pink wristbands around her wrists. She had pitch white stocking that perfectly fit around her slender and seductive legs that went up to several inches into her skirt. And she had pink, purple, and aqua-blue sneakers on her feet. Finally, she had her Crest of Light, now altered since becoming the High Princess of the Digidestined, Davis' future queen, around her neck.

 

Why is Kari in this kind of style? Well, she is getting ready with her first date with new boyfriend/lover, Prince Daisuke Motomiya. That's right! Kari and Davis are going on their FIRST DATE, tonight! The group decided to take a break from training today, so, Kari and Davis could go on their date. And what about the other Digidestined and D-Warriors? Well, Izzy asked about if they were any side-effects of the D-Warrior power and Jun and the other D-Warriors will meet with the other Digidestined and Digimon to discuss about the side-effects, but they say these side-effects are nothing bad, but are very amazing and the other non-D-Warrior Destined might not be ready for this. But the Digidestined wanted to know and Jun, Takato, and Takuya agreed to discuss about them at the college grounds, though schools are still closed, all thanks to Eris' attacks on the Real World some time ago. Currently, Kari's parents are out on business and will be gone for a few days. Tai and the other older Digidestined are preparing for their meeting with Jun and the other D-Warrior and will be staying in his dorm for the night. Kari only has Gatomon with her in the house for the night.

 

Now, we find Kari, in her room, finishing off her clothes for her big first date with her prince, Davis Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles. And the she goes to the living room where Gatomon was relaxing on the kitchen table and when she saw Kari's clothes were for her date with Davis, the feline Digimon's eyes widen in surprise.

 

“Well, what do you think, Gatomon?” Kari asks her partner.

 

“Kari, are you really going to wear those?” Gatomon asks, still very surprised at Kari's choice of clothing.

 

“Something wrong with them, Gatomon?” Kari asks, a bit concerned.

 

Gatomon explains by stating, “Well, it-it's just I never saw you in that style before in the Real World. Isn't this a little . . . outside of the box, as you humans say it?”

 

Kari giggles at her partner and replies, “Well, I wanted to try something new because this is a SPECIAL night for me and certain High Prince of the Digidestined.”

 

Then Gatomon says, sarcastically, “Yeah, he'll be drooling all over you when he sees you in that look.” Kari just gives Gatomon a mischievous smile in response. “But what would Tai think if he saw you in that style?” Gatomon then asks.

 

“Personally, Gatomon, I really don't care what my brother thinks, he knows that I should be allowed to chose what I want to wear since I'm nearly an adult.” Kari says. And then smiling wide, she adds, “And besides, Tai couldn't stop even if he tried.”

 

Gatomon then says, “Yeah, for two good reasons, you have some of your older brother's stubbornness within you. And two, the most important reason, with your D-Warriors powers, you're stronger than over thousands upon thousands of your brother.”

 

Kari gives another sight giggle and comments, “Yeah!” And then Kari takes out a small mirror, puts some ruby red lipstick on her lips, and gets her purse ready to go. As if on cue, the doorbell rings and Kari runs over to answer the door. “That must be Davis!” Kari exclaims. Gatomon follows her Digidestined partner and when they get to the front door, Kari's unlocks and opens, revealing Davis, in new hairstyle and clothes.

 

Davis' new hairstyle is more like Cloud of Final Fantasy VII, but it was well-combed and gelled. He had dark blue formal fully buttoned up shirt under black jacket with a leather collar. His Crest of Miracles was around his neck. He had light blue jeans with brown belt that held his D-3 and D-Terminal. And to finish his look he had white socks and black sneakers.

 

Davis had a bouquet of roses in his right hand and had a sincere look on his face until he saw what Kari was wearing and was studying it, extensively I might add.

 

Kari knew what Davis was doing, smiled greatly at her boyfriend, and asks, “Do you like what I'm wearing Daisuke?”

 

Davis, quickly snaps back to his senses, and answers, “Yes. . . I mean, Yes, I do. You sure like quite beautiful in that.” And then hands Kari the roses, which Davis' girlfriend takes immediately.

 

Blushing from the comment and the roses, Kari says, “Davis, they're beautiful.”

 

“Only the best from the sight more beautiful than the roses, from what I see.” Davis states, causing Kari to flush even deep. Kari took a nearly by flower pot and placed the roses in them. And then Kari and Gatomon exit then house, Kari closes the door, and the locks it for the night.

 

Kari then comments Davis with, “I really think look handsome with you `new look', Davis. And by the way, when did you cut and re-style your hair?”

 

Davis answers with, “Just this morning, Kari. You like it?”

 

“I love it.” was Kari's response with wide smile.

 

“Well, Veemon is waiting for Gatomon on the roof of my apartment. We'll bring her there and we can get on with our `business'.” Davis with a bit of a devious smile.

 

“I look forward to it.” Kari replies with the same type of smile. And then Kari takes Davis' hand and Gatomon gets on to Kari's shoulder, in which Davis puts his index and middle fingers on his forehead and use Instant Transmission to teleport from Kari's front door.

 

(On the Roof of the Motomiya Apartment Complex; A Moment Later)

 

We find Veemon looking at the sky with wonderment and in deep thought, with a bit of worry in his eyes. And then Kari, with Gatomon on her shoulder, with Davis holding her hand teleport in through the use of Instant Transmission.

 

Davis calls out to his partner, “Veemon, we're here to drop off Gatomon!”

 

Veemon calls out, in a cheerful voice, but not as cheerful as usual, “Great! See you later!” But Veemon didn't even turn around to face them. That made Davis and Gatomon somewhat worried about him, but Davis figures that Veemon must be thinking about everything that's happened so far since they got back or something. Gatomon then jumps off Kari's shoulder and walks over to behind Veemon.

 

Davis then asks Kari, “Ready to go?”

 

Kari, smiling widely, answers, “With you, always.”

 

Davis then calls out to Gatomon and Veemon, “We'll be back later tonight, okay?!”

 

“Gotcha!” Veemon responds without even turning his head to face his partner and his girlfriend/lover.

 

Gatomon faces Davis and Kari and tell them “Have a good time!”

 

Kari, with a bit a `naughty' smile of her own, replies, “You too!” And then Kari embraces Davis' left arm and then Davis uses Instant Transmission to teleport the two of them to where they going to have their date. And then Gatomon comes up enough to see Veemon's face and was amazed to see Veemon in deep thought, with the addition of worry in his face.

 

Gatomon asks Veemon, concerned, “Veemon, is there anything wrong?”

 

Veemon sighs and asks, “Yes, Gatomon. But please, don't tell Davis when he and Kari get back from their date, please Gatomon?”

 

Gatomon tries to say, “Veemon, why . . .” But then Gatomon saw into Veemon's eyes and knew that she was begging her to promise. Gatomon sighs and says, “I promise, Veemon.”

 

Veemon then explains, “Since Davis gained his D-Warrior power and I'm his Digimon partner I've got connection to my partner and, well, it's allowed me to tap into Davis' D-Warrior powers. And I've gained the ability to sense auras like Guilmon and our partners. Silvermon gained the same ability. Well, after Davis' `duel' with Eris, when she left, I felt her life-force a good distance from us, but close enough to watch us. Her energy was suppressed and she didn't `feel' like she was going to attack. This might sound crazy, but she was watching us. I think her next attack is to try to undo the Digidestined and D-Warrior from within.”

 

Gatomon, pretty amazed what Veemon was saying, asks, “You mean that Eris will try to turn one of us against the rest?”

 

Veemon nods and answers, “I'm not sure, but I got a bad feeling. I don't know if I should tell Davis that Eris is planning this kind of attack, because I'm not really sure. It-It's just a real bad feeling that Eris is going to turn one of the other Digidestined against Davis, Kari, and the rest of us.”

 

Gatomon smiles at Veemon and tells him, “Veemon, you know that we are a team and that's impossible for Eris to turn one of us to the dark side. All of the others wanted Davis back and now, he has come back to the team. Maybe, with all the places you have seen and all the battles you have fought, you just getting anxious. Don't worry, Veemon.” But in Gatomon's heart, she had the same bad feeling as Veemon for the past three days and with Veemon saying the same thing, she is getting more worried.

 

Veemon shrugs and says, “Maybe, but I just . . . just can't shake this feeling that what I just said is going to happen.”

 

Gatomon then puts her right paw on Veemon's back and when Veemon looks at her, the feline Digimon says, smiling at him, “I know, but maybe you have been under stress with battles that have been going and what's been happening. Come on, you promised to tell stories about you and the other D-Warriors journey through dimensions.”

 

Veemon, feeling better at what Gatomon said, smiles and replies, “Sure. I think that I will start with the friends we made alien warrior named Goku and his friends on the Earth he lives on.” And then Gatomon listen as Veemon told all about their adventures, training, origins, and times that they had with the Z Fighters and their dimension that they came from.

 

(Meanwhile; In the City of Rome; Around 3:30 A.M.; Rome Time)

 

In an area outside of the Roman Coliseum, out of view of the public, our Digidestined of Miracles and Digidestined of Light teleport thanks to Davis' Instant Transmission ability.

 

Kari eyes widen in amazement, knowing where they were, and she exclaims, “Davis, we-we're in Rome, Italy!”

 

Davis, smiling greatly at his girlfriend, states, “Sure! With the girl that special to my heart deserves more than an `ordinary' date! Not with the various special powers and skills that I possess! And with Instant Transmission, you can be anywhere in a world, instantaneously! You can cover a lot of ground going 186,000 miles per second!”

 

Kari exclaims, happily, “Yeah!” Davis had taught her the Instant Transmission technique, but she didn't realize its full ability till now. And then smiling widely at her boyfriend/lover, Kari asks, “So, Daisuke, what do have up your sleeve?”

 

Davis, giving one of his classic grins, replies, “What I got planned today is having a romantic dinner at a popular Roman restaurant, a tour of the Roman Coliseum, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and nice tour of the city of Paris. Well, what do think my day plan?”

 

Kari, smiling just as greatly as her boyfriend, and answers, soft and seductive tone, “I think that it's most romantic, Daisuke.”

 

Davis then adds, in deeper tone and a bit of male seductive tone, “We should be done by noon to half-past noon, here anyway, but it will be nighttime by the time we get home. So, we have around over eight hours for our date.”

 

Kari just says in the same tone as she says before and knowing with the ease they could get from place to place in seconds, “I say the setting is just perfect. Thank you, Dai-Kun.”

 

Davis, smiling, says in sincere and loving tone, “You deserve it, Hika-chan.” And they kiss, deeply and passionately, for several minutes and, after they release from their kiss, they head off for the restaurant.

 

(3:30 P.M.; Tokyo Time; Along the Streets of Odaiba)

 

Along the streets of Odaiba, we find Yolei, our new Digidestined of Faith, and Hawkmon walking down to the college where the older Digidestined and our Digidestined of Spirit, Jun Motomiya, take their classes. Today, she and the other younger Digidestined, minus Davis and Kari, with their Digimon, expect Veemon and Gatomon, are, with the older Digidestined and their partners, going to meet Jun and the other `older' D-Warriors for an explanation of the side-effects of the D-Warrior power. Jun states that none of them are bad, actually, quite beneficial, actually, well, to those with D-Warrior power. But they are side-effects that might make the non-D-Warrior Digidestined speechless and shocked out of their minds, as Takato Matsuki, Digimon Tamer of Life warns anyway. During this walk, Yolei was deep in her own thoughts. Everything that happened recently, from Davis' and Jun's disappearance those three years ago, to their reappearance as D-Warriors, Jun as the Digidestined of Spirit, her partner Silvermon, find out about the D-Warriors, who summoned them their ultimate enemy, about the dimensional plane, all the worlds within and the threat it's under from this enemy, meeting Takato Matsuki of the Digimon Tamers, his partner Guilmon, and Takuya Kanbara of the Frontier Digidestined, find out that Davis is the Digidestined of Miracles, the strongest and the High Prince of the Digidestined, that Takato and Takuya are High Princes of their Chosen Children, Digidestined/Tamer, of their dimensions, seeing Eris, servant and child of the D-Warrior ultimate enemy and the terrible history between her and Jun, see Kari and Ken gain the D-Warrior powers, meeting Serenity, Overseer of their dimension, find out that Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya were just the first four of a team of TEN D-Warriors, and all that happened during the time that four experienced D-Warriors were starting to train Ken and Kari with their D-Warrior abilities, including find out that Davis and Kari are now boyfriend and girlfriend and that Kari is now the High Princess of the Digidestined.

 

While she walking down the street, a familiar voice called out to her, “Need somebody to be with and talk to Yolei?” Yolei turned around and saw Ken, with Wormmon, coming up besides her.

 

Ken's (Age 17) hairstyle was like Tidus of Final Fantasy X expect that his hair was dark blue. He had a leather neck-collar, like Yugi/Yami of Yu-Gi-Oh, a light blue, sleeveless and buttonless, shirt under a black jacket, with crimson fingerless training gloves, like the ones fighters use, gray jeans with black belt that held his D-3 on it, and white sneakers. His Crest of Kindness was inside his right pocket.

 

Yolei answered Ken, with a weak smile, “Sure. But how did you know?”

 

Ken replies, “My `sense' doesn't only tell me how powerful a person or being is, is good or evil, who they are, and all, it also gives me a feel of what that person is feeling. And combined with telepathic powers and you get the idea.”

 

Instead of being mad that Ken read her mind, it really interested Yolei and made her even more curious, and Yolei then says, with a bigger smile, “I see, Ken.” And then Yolei studies Ken's new hairstyle and states, “Oh, Ken, you just your hair?”

 

Ken, with a bit of nervous smile and slightly blushing, responds, “Yeah, Davis and the other D-Warrior say that long hair for male fighters is not a good idea since that long hair could get in the male fighters' eyes and distract them. But Davis says that female fighters like Jun don't have a problem with long hair.”

 

Yolei then comments, “Yeah, Jun's hair extends half-way down her back! But why is long hair isn't a problem with male fighters like is with female fighters?”

 

Ken then explains, “Well, Davis, Takato, and Takuya say that female fighters have a `natural compensation' of some kind or another that allows them to fight with long hair at any length without getting in their eyes and that means female fighters can fight with short or long hair.”

 

Yolei then comments, “Well, that's something you don't here everyday.” But in her mind, Yolei is glad that girls have an advantage over boys on something, even if it is fighting. You know that `girl power' thing.

 

Ken then studies Yolei's own hairstyle and clothing and says, blushing slightly, “New c-clothes and hairstyle, Yolei?”

 

Yolei (Age 17): Her hairstyle was like that of Rikku's during Final Fantasy X-2, however, her hair was violet and 2.5 times longer in length than Rikku's. She still had her glasses around her eyes, but she dark red lipstick on her lips. She had a top designed like Paine's Gun Mage Dressphere, however, it was little shorter to show Yolei's navel. Over that was dark blue jacket, she had no fingerless gloves, but she dark purple wristbands and her fingernails, the maximum length average teenage girl usually is, were a light purple color and were sparkling. Yolei had short pants that were like Rikku's Thief Dressphere, expect that they were a darker green, but had the pouches and they were holding her D-3, D-Terminal, and her Crest of Faith inside them. The top and the pants left a good area of Yolei's mid-drift exposed. She had dark pink stockings that extended from Yolei's feet and all the way to the tops of Yolei's legs, which were quite very slender and seductive, meaning that the stockings go under the pants. “Yeah!” Wormmon adds, agreeing with Hawkmon. I still have GREAT feelings for her! When those eyeball monsters attacked her, I was very afraid that I lose her. Maybe I should forgive her since Davis has forgiven the others, come back to the team, and now, Davis and Kari are now together. I really care for her and I believe that she still greatly cares for me.”

 

Yolei then asks, blushing with a weak smile on her lips, “Ken, would you like to walk with me to our meeting with Jun and the other D-Warriors?”

 

Ken answers in return with the same expression on Yolei's face, “Sure, I will l-like to.” And then Yolei and Ken walked side by side to their meeting with Jun and the other D-Warriors, minus Davis.

 

“Yolei, why don't you and Ken get back together? You and Ken still love each other deeply, but why can't tell that and become boyfriend and girlfriend? Sometimes, and I think that the other Digimon can agree with me, that I can't understand humans and their relationships.” Hawkmon thinks to himself.

 

(Jun's College Dormitory; About Thirty Minutes Later)

 

We find our long haired, Digidestined of Spirit, Jun Motomiya, in her D-Warrior uniform, working on her personal laptop that was connected to her PET with her NetNavi, Sonsaku Roll, named after the Toushi fighter, Hakufu Sonsaku, she looks like Roll, expect that she an EXTEMELY sexy feminine body and shape, with greater fighting skills than Roll does, no insult to Roll and May Lu, Roll's Netop, but that's the honest truth with elements of MegaMan, Lan's NetNavi, as part of Sonsaku Roll. But anyway, she has pictures of the D-3, the younger Digidestined digivice, the D-Power, the Tamers' digivice, and the D-Tector, the Frontier Digidestined digivice, with their programming beside them. It looks like Jun was trying to do something with them, but with the sadden look of frustration on her face, it looks like she hasn't any success.

 

Jun groans and states, “Man! Sonsaku Roll, I just can't get this!”

 

Jun's NetNavi responds, with encouragement, in Roll's voice expect that it sounded more like a teenagers tone and type of voice, “Don't worry, Jun! You were trained by the best of the best in computers and all things digital in the whole dimensional plane. You will figured it out.”

 

Jun nods, but says to Sonsaku Roll, “Yeah, but they never had to deal with programming like this! The complexities of all three digivices, the D-3, D-Power, and D-Tector, and their different programming with each digivice make it quite difficult to do this.”

 

Sonsaku Roll then suggests, “Hey, why don't you go to that Izzy kid, the Digidestined of knowledge? Your younger brother, Davis, always said that he is a computer expert and has great insight into the digivice. Plus, Takato and Takuya allowed Izzy to copy the programming of their digivices into his laptop. And he's got his own Digimon analyzer in his laptop kind of like the one that's programmed into Takato's D-Power digivice.”

 

Jun then exclaims to her NetNavi, “Hey, that's a great idea!” And then Silvermon, Jun's Digimon partner, jumps onto the table, Jun's looks at her, and asks, “Silvermon, what is it?”

 

Silvermon then responds by asking, “Jun, isn't it time for you and the other D-Warriors meeting with the other Digidestined?” Looking at her watch, Jun gasped to see that she was right.

 

Jun exclaims in panic, “Yipe! You're right, Silvermon! We got to go!” And then Jun disconnects her PET from her laptop, gets out of her program, turns off her laptop computer, closes the screen, puts under her arm, and then tells Sonsaku Roll, her NetNavi, “Got to go, Sonsaku Roll! See you later!”

 

And then Jun's NetNavi exclaims, “Later, Jun! And give that Yamato Ishida a big one for me!”

 

Jun's eyes wide in surprise, she knew what Sonsaku Roll was talking about, what surprised Jun was what her NetNavi stated, and Jun exclaimed to Sonsaku Roll, “What are you talking Sonsaku Roll?! There is nothing going on between Matt and me!”

 

Sonsaku Roll smirks from her PET and states, in teasing fashion, “Come on, Jun, you know that you can't lie to me. You still have a thing for Matt, the Digidestined of Friendship, after all this time. You may deny it, but you ALSO wanted to become a Digidestined so you can get close to him.”

 

Jun blushes and growls with indignity and exclaims, angrily, “That WAS just `puppy-love', Sonsaku Roll! I was TOO inexperienced with boys back then! I am so OVER him! So, get that through your hard-drive!” And then thinks, sadly, to herself, “And besides I can't fall in love, ever again! Because, I don't . . . no, I can't go through what I went through with Leon and that BITCH Eris murdering another person I fall in love with! Davis and Kari are just fine since they are both D-Warriors, Davis' power as the Digidestined of Miracles being released, and their new powerful bond, that keeps getting stronger, between them. With me, it's totally different, I've got to be alone. I can't let anyone get closer than friendship or family, possibly forever.” And then Silvermon jumps down from the table, grabs on to Jun's right leg with one of her tails, and then Jun uses Instant Transmission to teleport to the meeting place with all the others.

 

(A Moment Later; In the College Campus Student Lounge)

 

Here, we find all the rest of the other Digidestined and D-Warriors, expect Davis and Kari, and all the rest of the Digimon, with the expectation of Veemon and Gatomon, had arrived here and are waiting for Jun and Silvermon to come down, but she wasn't there yet. All the Digidestined, expect TK, D-Warriors, and Digimon that were here for this meeting had wondering looks on their face about Jun Motomiya and Silvermon.

 

However, TK had annoyed look on his face and was thinking, “Why do I have to come to this meeting?! Davis and Kari didn't have to come since they have a big date, tonight! I never have gotten Kari on date, since the time that Davis has been gone, all she was thinking about was that blasted High Prince of ours! Why did Davis had to get Kari and not me?! I was around for her and not him! And now, that he has come back, Kari is all over him! Now, Davis is Kari's boyfriend and not me! I'm betting that they are having a GREAT time with each other, possibly `making out', and having some `fun'! That Davis makes me so angry! He had not only taken Kari from me, that bastard of a Digidestined of Miracles has taken my respect, popularity, and reputation that I earned in high school with years of work IN A FUCKING TWO WEEKS! Why?! WHY IS IT THAT, EVEN WHEN HE DOESN'T WANT IT, HE GETS EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD THAT A PERSON CAN GAIN!”

 

Matt, wondering, asks, “Wonder where Jun is? She is going to be late.” And then, as if on cue and surprising the Digidestined and their Digimon quite a bit, Jun and Silvermon teleported in, thanks to Jun's Instant Transmission ability.

 

Tai exclaimed, “Whoa! Jun, watch where you teleport in! You scared some of the life in us!”

 

Jun, blushes a slight red in embarrassment, and says, in apology, “Sorry about that, Tai. Had to get here in a real hurry.”

 

“I'm not get use to you, D-Warriors, teleporting here and there, like that.” Joe comments.

 

“So, Jun, why were you nearly late?” Takuya asks.

 

Jun answers, “I was working on special project on my laptop with the digivice programs. I got the D-3s, D-Powers, and the D-Tectors programming in my personal laptop.” The Digidestined gasped in surprise.

 

“You got the D-3s, D-Powers, and the D-Tectors digivices programming inside your own laptop?” Izzy asks in amazement.

 

Jun replies with a smile, “Oh, sure!”

 

And then Takato's adds by explaining, “Davis, Jun, Takuya, and I were trained by the best computer and digital experts in every field in the entire dimensional plane. After that, we downloaded our digivices programs into Jun's own laptop that she gained during our travels.” The other Digidestined were amazed to here this.

 

“Wow! That's amazing!” Mimi exclaims.

 

Jun then explains, “Well, being a D-Warrior is not just about fighting in raw power and strength alone. This isn't just a battle, this is a WAR. And we got to be prepared for anything and everything. `Expect the unexpected' was a motto that we were taught and learned well.”

 

“Good motto.” Matt comments.

 

“No kidding.” Takuya adds.

 

And then Jun looks at Izzy and states, “Izzy, could I ask you a favor?”

 

Izzy, a bit perplexed by this requested, asks, “What is it, Jun?”

 

Jun explains, “Well, I'm having a problem with my `Digivice Programming Project', as I call it. My younger brother saying that you are computer expert as well as an expert with the digivices and that you got copies of the D-Power and D-Tector digivices own programming inside your laptop, as well. Well, can you help with my project with your free time? I'll tell what I'm trying to do and maybe you can help me with some things.”

 

Izzy exclaims in response, “Sure, Jun!”

 

Jun nods and says, in appreciation, “Thanks, Izzy!”

 

Izzy replies, “No problem!”

 

And then Sora states, “So, Jun, what are the side-effects to the D-Warrior power? You said that they weren't bad, but might be too much for us to handle when we find out about them.”

 

Jun sits down in front of the group and explains, “Well, the D-Warrior power, being power from the Life, itself, the greatest power of any universe, well, you can guess that Life allows good things to happen, even though bad to terrible things happen beforehand.”

 

TK thinks to himself, nastily, “No, duh, Jun! That's pretty obvious, you know!”

 

And then Takato continues the discussion by explaining, “Well, the D-Warrior has more than several effects on the human that gains it's power. The first and, possibly, the most obvious, since the D-Warrior power involves other powers to be copied, learned, and assimilated, is that the D-Warrior allows special abilities and powers that involve our biological form, our bodies, to be incorporated into our beings without altering our physical structure inside or out.”

 

“But how is that possible?” Izzy asks, inquisitively.

 

“Take the regeneration ability that I used in my last one on one duel with Eris, us, D-Warrior gained it from humanoid, an alien you could say, from another Earth named Piccolo. When we copied it into our line of abilities, since it has involves our biological bodies, the D-Warriors alters our very DNA to incorporate into us, without changing anything else about us inside or out. We look the same and everything inside of us is the same, but you would have to look inside down to the deepest reaches of our DNA to see any alterations, however, it still is a human DNA strand, just slightly altered from the usual human DNA.” Jun explains

 

“That's amazing!” Izzy exclaims, like the other Digidestined states that they were in, in great surprise.

 

“Well, the D-Warrior powers do a good job of making sure that you look like normal humans, because I can't see any difference between you and everyone else on our Earth. You just look like everyone else on Earth, well, exactly the same with other college kids and teenagers anyway.” Tai says.

 

“Yeah, no kidding. That's a pretty handy trick though.” Sora says, agreeing with Tai.

 

“I'll say.” Matt comments, agreeing with Izzy, Tai, and Sora.

 

“Any other side-effects of the D-Warrior power that we should know about?” Cody asks.

 

“Well, the D-Warrior power gives us, life-long youth.” Takuya says, nervously.

 

“Huh? Life-long youth?” Yolei asks, curiously.

 

Izzy states, knowing the answer, “That means that as long as they live, any person with the D-Warrior power won't grow old and stay youthful for the rest of their lives.”

 

Takato nods, agreeing with Izzy, and explains, “That's right, Izzy. The D-Warriors need to be ready for any situation that comes their way. The Ultimate Being of Destruction, though the greatest enemy, wasn't the only threat that generations of D-Warriors that came before us had to take of. So, the D-Warrior power keeps our entire physical forms youthful around the ages of early to mid-20s and that's how we will be for the rest of our lives.”

 

“However. . .” Jun tries to say, knowing that they had to be told, but didn't know how to say it.

 

“However, what?” Tai asks, not liking he is hearing.

 

Takuya explains by stating, “Well, the D-Warrior power extends our life-span past the normal human being.”

 

“Up to what point?” Joe asks, curiously.

 

Jun answers, nervously, “Around three centuries at the least to three millennia.”

 

The Digidestined, including Ken, gasp in shock and exclaim, “WHAT?!”

 

“That's around three hundred years to three thousand years!” Izzy exclaims.

 

“That's insane! Are you saying that your brother and you are going to live for many generations?!” Matt asks Jun, in shock.

 

“Not to mention my sister and Ken!” Tai adds, in the same tone as his best friend.

 

Takuya then explains, “Well, look at it this way, the Ultimate Being of Destruction wasn't the only threat that our predecessor as D-Warrior had to face. Another inter-dimensional evil, however, takes many upon many years to form. But, thing is, compared to history of every universe so far, the 100 years that normal humans lives is nothing compared to that. So, the D-Warrior power extends its bearers' life-spans to many upon many years with the life-long youth to deal with any threat that come up during that time.”

 

Izzy then states, agreeing with Takuya, “Well, everyone, Takuya has a point, you know, normal human life-spans, actually, the entire human history is small compared to entire life and history of our universe since it has already existed for millions of Millennia upon millions more. And at times of peace, another threat takes time to form, sooner or later. So, this `side-effect' of the D-Warrior does make sense.”

 

Takato then tells everyone, “I know that this is shocking and, for a good amount of you, saddening, knowing that some of your friends or loved ones in the Digidestined are going to WAY outlive you and your future kids, but this how the D-Warrior powers work. And fate gave us these powers since we had the qualities inside and out that can handle the power and job that came with them.”

 

Jun adds to this with, “Well, remember, we're not immortal or invincible. We can't and don't live forever. Even though we have all these powers, life-long youth, and REALLY extended life-span, we're still only human, just . . . more advanced.”

 

Tai sighs and says, with a weak smile but with some enthusiasm, “You're right, Jun. And besides, this will allow my sister, your brother, Takato, Takuya, Ken, you, and those other four in the other two worlds with the D-Warrior power to live and experience life longer and be exceptionally healthy. You have to put these `side-effects' in more positive out-look.”

 

“That's right, Tai.” Sora tells him, encouragingly. And then to Jun, curiously, she asks, “Are there any more of these side-effects?”

 

Takuya then says, “Well, it gives us greater endurance.”

 

Jun then cuts in quickly with, “Battle endurance. We can take more hits, get injured less easily, and survive and handle great injuries to ourselves. Also this allows our wounds to heal much quicker than those without the D-Warrior power.” Jun then thinks to herself, “They don't need to know that it's actually `all-round' endurance, including those certain `urge' of the human being.”

 

“That makes sense. Any more `side-effects' to the power, Jun?” Cody asks. The three D-Warrior get quite nervous at this question, making the Digidestined and our D-Warrior trainee, Ken Ichijouji, what was up.

 

Takato sighs, knowing that they had to know, and explains, “This side-effect could be good or bad based on your perspective, but we classify this side-effect with only one word: WEIRD.”

 

“What do you mean by the side-effect `weird'?” Izzy asks.

 

“Well, these side-effect focuses on us, female members of the group, and in simple terms: The D-Warrior power acts like . . . enhanced birth control pills.” Jun says and shrugs.

 

“Huh?!” the Digidestined asked, totally weird out, as the term goes.

 

Takato explains, “Well, this side-effect is like this: The D-Warrior doesn't make female D-Warriors sterile, it acts like an extended birth control pills, only those female D-Warriors that are 18 and over can become pregnant and give birth to children.”

 

“That's something you don't hear everyday special powers that has some kind of moral sense.” Joe says.

 

Mimi nods and says, “No kidding, Joe. The D-Warriors powers sound like they are against teenage pregnancies.”

 

Jun tells them, plainly, “We told that this was a WEIRD side-effect of the D-Warrior power.”

 

Matt nods and agrees, “No kidding, Jun. And that's true what you said that this side-effect is good or bad based on perspective, human perspective.”

 

Takuya then states, “However, with that, when the female D-Warrior does become pregnant, the D-Warrior protects the baby from gaining any damaging infections, diseases, birth defects, and everything and anything that could damage, scar, or kill the baby while in the womb of the mother. Thus when it's born, it's a perfectly healthy child.”

 

“Child protection even before being born! Amazing!” Izzy exclaims.

 

“If you say so, Izzy, though I'm thinking the same thing as you are.” Jun says. And then all those assembled here, human and Digimon talk for a while, expect for our Digidestined of Hope, all his mind was on Davis and Kari being together.

 

(Exactly 8:00 P.M. at night; Tokyo Time; Back on the Rooftop of the Motomiya Apartment)

 

We find Gatomon and Veemon talking and just enjoying each other's company. Veemon was `spellbinding' Gatomon with his tales of his partner's, Jun's, Takato's, Takuya's, Silvermon's, and his own as members, human or Digimon, of the D-Warriors.

 

“. . . And that's the honest truth Gatomon. This race of intelligent alien parasites called the Goa'uld invades and takes over human bodies as their hosts. Something of the host remains, however, the Goa'uld say that nothing of the host survives, we think, like members of Stargate command, that Earth's United States Air Force division that handles the Stargate, its use, and the constant annoyances and mortal enemies of the Goa'uld, they push everything that the host is `to side', as you can say. They still are there, but they are no longer in control.” Veemon says.

 

“That's terrible and horrible! Taking over a person's body in that manner!” Gatomon exclaims in disgust.

 

Veemon nods and says, “Yeah and they also have large egos since the lords of the Goa'uld took the names of the Ancient Gods of the human past. The Goa'uld actually declared themselves to be gods!”

 

“No kidding, what egos they have! But it's amazing that Davis, Jun, Takato, and Takuya actually got enlisted into that command!” Gatomon exclaims.

 

“Yeah, when Eris and her two siblings came to that world, they tried doing their typical business of doing something rotten. They allied themselves with Anubis and his war against that Earth and Stargate command, specially the team of SG-1, and we had to come into the war to help out. While we were there, Jun rose to the rank of Major and our three High Princes, however, only managed to get up to Captain.” Veemon says.

 

Gatomon giggled at this a little and says, “But won't Kari be amazed to hear about Captain Daisuke Motomiya of the United States Air Force Stargate Command.” Veemon nods in agreement and both of them smile at each other. Ever since Davis returned as leader of the younger Digidestined, Gatomon and Veemon try to spend more time to `talk' with each other and make up for loss time. Anyway, that instant, Davis and Kari teleported in, thanks to Instant Transmission.

 

Veemon and Gatomon hearing them come in, turn to them, and Veemon exclaims, “Davis! Kari! Welcome back!”

 

Gatomon adds, “Have a good time?”

 

Kari, smiling widely, exclaims, “It was the best, Gatomon! Davis took me to an expensive and very romantic Italian restaurant and a tour of Rome, Pisa, and Paris! It was great!” And then turning to her boyfriend/lover, Kari states to him, “Thank for that great date, Daisuke.”

 

Davis, smiling just as wide, tells Kari, “You're welcome and I had a great time with you, Hikari-chan.”

 

Kari then says, “And you always seem to amaze me, Dai-kun, you spoke perfect French and Italian.”

 

Davis tells explains to his girlfriend and lover, “Well, we, D-Warriors, have to be prepared for anything. And I can speak every single Earth language and all their dialects, with plenty of out these world languages and dialects, as well.”

 

“I'll bet.” Gatomon comments, just as impressed as ever with Davis' various talents and abilities.

 

Then Davis says, “Let's go back to my family apartment room. My parents won't be back to tomorrow evening.”

 

“Actually, Gatomon and I are going to `camp out' on the roof and sleep under the stars.” Veemon states, with Gatomon nodding her head in agreement.

 

Kari asks, pretty surprised, “Are you sure?”

 

Gatomon nods and tells Kari, “Yeah, Veemon doesn't mind since he camped outside a lot during the past three years and I think it will be a `new' experience for me.”

 

Davis then looks at Kari, with smirk on his face and says to her in a soft tone, “Looks like we have the place to ourselves for the night, Kari.”

 

Kari answers in a soft and sexy tone with a `naughty' smile on her face, “I look forward to it, Dai-kun.” And then Davis teleports Kari and himself to the inside of his home.

 

(A Moment Later; Inside of Motomiya Living Room)

 

Well, we find ourselves inside of the Motomiya living room, where Davis and Kari teleport inside though the use of Davis' Instant Transmission ability.

 

Then Davis turns his back to Kari and tries to say, “Nobody is going to be inside for the night so we can use practically anything inside. So Kari, what. . .” But Davis didn't get to finish when Kari kisses Davis deeply in his neck and wraps her arms from behind Davis' back and around most of his chest. Davis didn't need to know what they were, he already did. “She must have taken one this for morning for the day. Kari really knows how to plan ahead for anything that's possible in my home world.” Davis thinks to himself. Veemon then says, “This might sound crazy, but I know that I smell Davis on you, Kari.” This began to really increase their worry for the two lovers and then Veemon caught Kari's `smell' on Davis. “And why do I smell Kari on you, Davis?” Veemon then asks. And then bam! The answer hit Veemon like BlackWarGreymon's Terra Destroyer attack and causes Veemon to ask, not able to believe his nose, “Davis, does this mean that you and Kari mated?!” This caused Davis and Kari to flush, nervously, they were busted.

 

Gatomon not being able to believe her ears, used her nose to smell what Veemon smelled from Davis and Kari, perked up in surprised, and asked her partner, “Kari, you and Kari are mates, now?!”

 

Veemon then says, “Actually, the human term for mates like this are called lovers. Davis wasn't the only who learned a thing or a million on their D-Warrior journey with the others.”

 

Davis answers, nervously, knowing that it was now impossible to keep this from their Digimon partner/friends, “Yeah, Kari and I are lovers now.”

 

Veemon and Gatomon gasp in shock and the blue dragon Digimon asked, still exceptionally surprised, “When did this all start?!”

 

Kari, still flushing, answers, “When we were trapped inside of the cave. Oh, please, you two, you can't anyone about Davis and me, especially Tai.”

 

Then Gatomon points out, “Well, Tai couldn't do anything to either of you, even if he found out.”

 

Veemon then says, “But we promise not to tell you and Kari, `real' relationship, Digimon's honor!”

 

“Thanks, partner.” Davis says. And then Davis' D-Terminal started beep and when he looked into it, he tells the others, “Jun and the others are waiting for us in today's training field. We better get going.”

 

“Right!” Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon exclaim and they head to the Motomiya computer room to open a Digital Gate to the Digital World. However, Veemon and Gatomon were still amazed at what they found out and, with Davis, the thought he gained last night, after Kari's and his next `romantic moment' together, came back.

 

(Early that Afternoon; In a Mixture of Forest, Grasslands, and Mountains in the Digital World)

 

Ever since the last attack by Eris, the group decided to keep changing training areas to confuse that `demon girl' and gets some heads up when she attacks. Today, Ken and Kari were learning the Spirit Wave technique, Dragon of the Darkness Flame, and all other spirit energy abilities. Well, Kari and Ken had mastered the last of that instruction quite quickly and exceptionally, as expected. And now, the group decided to take a break. Davis, in his newest Digi-World clothing with the expectation of his gold headband and cape, is currently sitting under a tree and by himself. He managed to fully think about what happened between him and Kari and a certain part of their nature that came from Davis' and Kari's own mothers. And well, certain thoughts came to his mind and he wasn't liking them.

 

Kari, in her new Digi-World clothing with her headband and cape, then comes up to Davis and says, “Oh, Davis, there you are.” But then sees that Davis has solemn face on him and was in deep thought, “Daisuke, is there something wrong?”

 

Davis, manages to come out his train of thought, look at Kari, and says, “No. Nothing. . . is wrong, Kari.” But Kari's new abilities were telling her otherwise.

 

“Davis, my new powers are telling me otherwise. Please talk to me, Davis and tell me what you are thinking.” Kari says, in a worried voice.

 

“Well, what we did that night Eris got us trapped in that cave, it changed us, forever.” Davis, solemnly says.

 

Kari, in low and more worried tone, asks “Oh, Davis, you aren't regretting what. . . what we did. . . are you?”

 

Davis shakes his head and answers Kari, “No, I don't. Well, you know Kari, that you are I both have Kitsune blood inside of us and you still have a hard time controlling your Kitsune side of your bloodline. Also, I've been having `control slips, times when my Kitsune passions and desires were talking control, ever since I came back, mainly when I saw you. I. . . I'm just afraid that we did was just because of our Kitsune side of ourselves.” But then Kari smiled at Davis and then gave him a deep kiss on his lips that lasted for a few minutes.

 

And then Kari says, “Dai-kun, I know how you are feeling, but you can put your fears to rest. We did more than have just sex. Both of us gave up something very dear to us; to each other; and I would never give my virginity to any other person but you and only you. I love you and consider that wonderful night and all the others very special to me as it was to you. Now is the time to strike, when he is most vulnerable to darkness. Soon, Digidestined of Hope, you will belong to me and my master.” And then disappears into the woods with evil chuckle.

 

(A While Later; Deep in one of the Digital World's Forests)

 

We find our Digidestined of Hope, TK, full of despair and sorrow over Kari, while full of anger and rage against Davis.

 

“It's not fair! Not fair at all! Davis stole Kari away from me! No matter I what I did, no matter how I tried, Kari was always hung on bastard Davis! And no only with Kari, Davis took my reputation, my popularity, and my respect in school, things that I worked hard for, IN TWO DAMN WEEKS! And he did without even HALF TRYING! No matter how much I try, struggle, and work, it always DAVIS that exceeding me! Davis, the one whose achievements always overshadow mine! Davis, who I am always under foot! Davis, whose shadow and presence I'm ruled by even since he became a Digidestined! And now, he took Kari, the only person that he wanted and I cared for, away from me! I've had it! This is the last straw!” TK thinks with great anger to himself.

 

“Are you lost, young Digidestined?” a mysterious voice calls out to TK.

 

TK exclaims in surprise, “Who are you?! Come out and face me!”

 

“As you wish, young one.” the mysterious voice then states and then glowing transport female figure, glowing a bright emerald green.

 

“Okay, who are you?” TK asks, curiously.

 

“Oh, just a friend. One with great power. Power that can give you what you want most.” the glowing figures says.

 

“Yeah, right!” TK exclaims, not convinced.

 

“A non-believer I see. Well, I can see that you want some things to get off your mind, you know.” the glowing figure says to TK. TK just huffed at the figure and turned to leave, but then the figure said, “Are you just being anti-social my boy or are pissed off with Davis and Kari being boyfriend and girlfriend.” The instant the figure said that he got TK's attention and he turned around to face the figure.

 

TK then exclaims, angrily, “Okay, spill it! When and how in the fires of hell did you know that?!”

 

The glowing figure replies, “I know many things about you, Digidestined of Hope, Takeru Takaishi, and I do know that you hold a jealous heart for your prince, Daisuke Motomiya, Digidestined of Miracles.”

 

TK snorted, “That's a load of crap!”

 

The glowing figure shook `her' head and tells TK, “Now, don't lie to me and yourself, TK. This is the truth and you know it. Don't believe me and you don't believe you own feelings. Let me give you an example: What about when Tai appointed Davis leader of the younger Digidestined in front of you and Kari after the battle where he and Flamedramon saved Kari from Monochromon and defeated that Digimon without any help.”

 

TK sighed and says, “Okay, okay, I admit it. I was very jealous of him at that time.”

 

Then the glowing figure asked, “Was it that you had more experience and time with the Digidestined or that Kari had her eyes fixed on Davis that day?”

 

TK admitted, “Both at the same time.”

 

The glowing figure then says, “Well, Davis had plenty of times when he was jealous of you, however, you were more jealous of him than he ever was with you.”

 

“What?! That's crazy!” TK exclaims.

 

“Oh, really, Child of Hope? Okay, what about all the time that you tried to take leadership from Davis and it blasted you back in your face. Or when Davis opposed you at Ken's base, when he was controlled by the Dark Spore and the Digimon Emperor, to leave the base and went to finish the job himself. Well, he didn't need you help anyway since the power of the Digi-Egg of Miracles gave him Magnamon to defeat Kimeramon. Or when they ignored you and followed Davis during the time BlackWarGreymon was destroying the Destiny Stones?” the glowing figure asks TK.

 

TK then solemnly admits, “It's true. It's all true. I was envious of Davis since everyone else followed him without question and totally ignored me.”

 

Then the glowing figure said, “Well, you should know that Kari only flirted with you to make Davis jealous and to get Davis to prove how much she was worth to her. When it backfired in her face when it broke poor Prince Daisuke's heart, it looked like that you had your chance, but then again her heart was for Davis and she didn't care about you.”

 

“That's not true!” TK protested.

 

“Oh, really, TK, come on, don't denied it. She flirt with you only to get Davis to notice and prove his worth to her. Also, she and all the other Digidestined prove something to you. That you will never be up to Davis' level. Come on, TK! He's the Digidestined of Miracles, the strongest of the Digidestined and all the Digidestined's High Prince, you included! He's the highest in the Digidestined command! Compared to him, you're nothing!” the glowing figure tells TK. TK wanted to deny it, but he knew that compared to Davis, he was powerless to do anything against him. And then the figure asked, “TK, did you really want Davis to come back when he, Veemon, and Jun supposedly disappeared?”

 

“Huh? What are you talking about?!” TK asks, pretending to be confused, when he knew what this being was talking about.

 

The glowing figure then says, “Come on, TK, you really didn't want Davis to come back giving you the chance to become better than him and gain Kari's love. However, that plan didn't work since Davis, Veemon, and Jun came back with Silvermon, Jun's own Digimon partner, making her a Digidestined, and three more friends from two other dimensions, Takato Matsuki, High Prince of the Digimon Tamers, his partner Guilmon, and Takuya Kanbara, High Prince of Frontier Digidestined. Quite the high class crowd he came back with. But he came back gained, no; He has gained powers, abilities, and talents that he can easily outclass you with ease or did you forget who got thrown onto the mat, during your martial arts match with Davis, and the other did even one-eighth try. It was not you! It was Davis! Not only that Davis, is the Prince of all the Digidestined, and that means you, too, TK. Admit it TK, Davis is more of a Digidestined, more of a person, than you can ever even try to be! With all the abilities that he has, like super-star singing, martial arts skills, intelligence, and more, girls flocked to him and wooed right over him. And even though Davis was angry at all of you for those wounds three years ago, which he should have gotten over sooner than he should, Kari was over him like peanut butter is to jelly. But then again, why should she be? Guess that's why she is now Davis' girlfriend and not yours and sooner or later, she will allow Davis between her legs. Oops, did I say that out loud?” Tears stream down TK's face when this glowing entity told him all these things, TK didn't want to believe this being, but he knew it was true. And then the shining being told him, “However, you are right about something, TK?”

 

TK looked at the being and asks, confused, “What do you mean that I'm right about something?”

 

The glowing being answers, “Davis had taken away things that were always rightfully yours; the things you earned through your hard work and he took away with ease. But don't try going to your friends and family for help, they don't care about you.”

 

TK then brawled in protest, “That's a lie! They care about me!”

 

“You believe that?! Ever since Davis, Veemon, and Jun came back with the other D-Warriors, Matt and the others have been always been on his side and not yours. They focused on getting Davis back and not you! Even Matt yelled at you when you tried to warn them about Davis! Do you think that counts as family caring about you? Has your mother been there when you need them the most? No, they haven't! Your friends and family care about you as much as the Digidestined cared about the Dark Masters! They don't care about you, but you can make them care about you and take Davis down a peg, like you wanted since he came back.” the glowing beings says.

 

TK, greatly interested, asks, “How?”

 

The glowing figure answers, “Look below you.” TK looked down to see a strange emerald at his feet.

 

“What's that?” TK asks.

 

“Pick it up and you will see.” the glowing being says. TK hesitates for several moments and the being says, in calm, but more serious voice, “Pick. . . it . . . up, TK. It's a gift. A gift that will finally make the other notice and care for you at last and, finally, show that the power of Hope bows down to nobody! And to take back what that Digidestined of Miracles, Daisuke Motomiya, took for you, at long last! Pick it up, TK, and everything you want will be fulfilled at last!” And then without thinking, TK picked up the emerald, but then took his shock it absorbed into his body.

 

“What's going on?!” TK exclaims in confusion.

 

“It's time.” the glowing being thinks to himself and then chants out a magical spell. And then TK screams out in pain and holds his head like it was going to burst! And then a golden and red energy field with red lightning bolts surround TK's body!

 

“What's happening to me?!” TK calls out.

 

“Don't deny it, TK! Don't deny what you want!” the glowing being exclaim. TK struggles with what's invaded his body and then after a few minutes gave out one last scream, causing a large amount of golden energy to surround the area under the trees. When it was over, the glowing being was revealed to Eris, herself!

 

Then she sends a telepathic message saying, “[Master, the Digidestined of Hope is now under our command and a servant to the darkness.]”

 

Eris' master replies, telepathically, “[Very well done, Eris. Now, you know what to do?]”

 

Eris responds, “[Yes, my master. I will send TK against his High Prince.]”

 

The Ultimate Being of Destruction then telepathically tells Eris, “[Don't fail me this time, Eris, or you will face the consequences.]”

 

Eris replies, smiling while looking at TK, “[Don't worry, my lord. I can't fail this time with HIM.]”

 

(Back to the Rest of the Group; Sometime Later)

 

We find the rest of the group of Digidestined, D-Warriors, and all of the Digimon partners assembled in the woods. They had just found that TK had disappeared and is missing.

 

“Are you sure that TK went to find Kari?” Tai asks Matt.

 

“Yeah, TK went to find Kari and he has never came back since then!” Matt exclaims in worry.

 

“Oh no! We have to find him!” Kari exclaims.

 

Agreeing with Kari, Davis tells the other D-Warriors, “Takato, Takuya, Jun, let's go and split up and search the area for him. He couldn't have gone far and we better find him before any Digimon or even Eris find him.”

 

But then Patamon exclaims and pointing in front of him, “Hey! It's TK!” When everyone looked in the direction that Patamon was pointing at, it was indeed TK was coming up to them.

 

“TK!” everyone called out to the Digidestined of Hope, but TK didn't respond at all. He had emotionless expression on his face, though the others don't know it since he had his head down low.

 

“What's the matter with TK?” Cody asks, a bit worried.

 

“I don't know.” Kari answers, very worried.

 

“TK! TK, what's wrong?! TK!” Matt calls out. But still TK didn't answer. And then Guilmon began to growl and went viral at TK when he got very close.

 

“What's wrong with your partner Takato?” Tai asks, wondering why Guilmon was growling at TK.

 

Takato explains, “Guilmon, like Digimon of our world, has the ability to detect dark and light energies within a human, Digimon, or otherwise. Guilmon only goes like this when he senses an evil force coming.”

 

“But all Guilmon is growling at is TK and he is not evil.” Yolei explains. But Takato, Takuya, Jun, Davis, and even Ken detected that there was something not right with TK.

 

TK kept walking until he was on the very extreme right side of the group, where Davis was, Davis went up to him and asks, “TK, do you have anything to say to me?”

 

TK answers, “Yeah, Davis, I do. Davis. . . YOU DIE!” And then TK punches square in the face with super-strength sending him flying about 100 yards into a large boulder in the forest.

 

“Davis!” Kari and all the others call out in shock. And then TK began to giggle with evil laugh.

 

When the others looked at TK, they gasped to see a wide and evil smile on his face and Guilmon exclaimed, “I knew that there was something wrong with TK! There is a dark energy surround him!”

 

Matt then calls out to TK, “TK, what's going on here?!”

 

TK answers in a dark tone, “Well, brother, I'll show you.” And then before the other's eyes and to the other's shock, TK transformed into what look likes an Ascendant with emerald green eyes and golden hair, with a golden energy field!

 

“Oh my god! TK became an Ascendant!” Yolei exclaims.

 

“That's impossible! I thought that only D-Warriors can become Ascendant and TK didn't have the D-Warrior power!” Joe exclaims.

 

“TK is not a true Ascendant!” Davis' voice calls out. Everyone looked to the source of Davis' voice to see him come out of the pile of rocks TK sent him into with just dirt on his clothes and his lip a bit bloody. “A D-Warriors power comes from the Life itself and has both light and darkness within him and TK only has negative, dark, energy inside of him. But this `copy-cat' of the Ascendant form is very accurate, up to a point!” And then looking at TK, Davis demands, “TK, what happened to you?!” And then the symbol of chaos appeared on TK's forehead to the others shock.

 

“That's the symbol of chaos and that means there is only one person that's response for this!” Jun exclaiming know what this means and who did this to TK.

 

“Am I that obvious, little Junie?” Eris' voice calls out to the group. Everyone then looks up to see Eris, float down above and in front of all of them.

 

“What in the hell did you do my brother, asshole?!” Matt brawls at Eris.

 

Eris answers in a slip-song manner, “Me? Oh, nothing, other than releasing all of TK's negative emotions and fill him with dark energy in form that makes TK similar to an Ascendant, that's all!”

 

“You monster!” Kari exclaims.

 

“Well, I didn't create all these negative emotions, TK's anger and jealously against his High Prince allowed me to take him over.” Eris simply states.

 

“What are you talking about?! TK isn't jealous of anybody!” Matt exclaims.

 

“Oh, really, Matt. You wouldn't how much hate, anger, envy, jealous, and rage poor TK had for his High Prince, Daisuke Motomiya, and he wanted to get back at him. I just gave him what he wants.” And then Eris commands TK, “Now, TK, destroy them all!”

 

But then TK exclaims, “No!”

 

This surprises everyone, most of all, Eris, and she brawls out, “What?! TK, I command you to destroy all of your former comrades and friends, right now!”

 

And then TK turns to Eris and brawls out, angrily, “BACK OFF, BITCH!” And then fires a powerful ki blast at Eris.

 

Eris barely avoids it and she screams out, “How dare you?!”

 

TK then calls out, “The others are of no concern to me! My only one target is Davis and only Davis! We can do with the others what you like, I don't care! But Davis is my kill!” And then TK turns to Davis and says, “Davis, it's time.” And then points his right hand, palm up, towards Davis.

 

Davis gains a look of horror on his face, knowing what TK is going to do, he calls out, “TK, NO!” But TK fires a powerful ki blast at Davis, to the terror of all the others. Davis, barely managed to put his arms into a defensive stance and blows the blast when it hits him, however, the power of the attack is driving Davis back. “TK, don't do this!” Davis begs TK. But TK just gives a roar, sending more power into the attack, causing Davis to be thrown into the air and then ki blast sailed 50 yards away from the group, causing a powerful explosion and when the dust cleared, an area of forest 20 meters square. All the others that this senseless destruction was caused by one of their own. Davis landed on the ground, shocked at what happened, and, with a serious look on his face, scolded TK, who had an evil smile on his face, by saying, “Shame on you. The TK I know would never cause such senseless destruction.”

 

TK, still having his evil smile on his face, states, in cold tone, “Davis, I think it's time that you and I settle our difference with one final duel TO THE DEATH!”

 

Davis, as with everyone else, gained a shocked look on his face, and exclaims, “No way! TK, you're not thinking straight! This isn't the time for us to be fighting each other! Don't you understand, Eris is controlling you!” TK just stays silent with same dark grin on his face.

 

Jun then comes forward and brawls out, “TK, you don't know what you are doing!”

 

TK growls at Jun and brawls, “Shut up, bitch!” And then throws a shockwave at Jun knocking her down. And then exclaims to her, while looking at Davis with another evil smile, “This is between me and your circus clown of younger brother!”

 

Davis, with a serious scowl on his face, states, calmly, “Circus clown, huh? Well, I've been call many insult before, but that's a new one on me.” TK still just give Davis the same dark grin as before. And then Davis tells TK in a serious voice, “TK, you have to understand that this is not the time for us to fight.”

 

TK then says, “You will fight me, Davis, unless you want innocent lives on that pathetic little conscience of yours!” Davis was shocked, like all the others, and his expression shows it.

 

Davis, with his shocked look, simply says, “How sad. I never thought that you, TK, of all people were weak enough to be controlled.” The others were shocked, well kind of, that Davis called TK that and thought that kind of talk wasn't a good idea. TK just smiles with an evil manner and Davis yells at him, “Answer me, TK! Do you let yourself be a slave?!” TK just lifts his right hand towards a mountain and when Davis looks at the mountain, he senses, to his horror, what TK was aiming at! “Stop, TK, don't do it!” Davis begs to TK, but TK fires a powerful ki blast at the mountain. Meanwhile, on the mountain, a peaceful Digimon village didn't what happened until it was too late and TK's attack totally disintegrates it! After the smoke clears on that mountain, Davis, Kari, Jun, Takato, Guilmon, Veemon, Silvermon, and Takuya have looks of horror on their faces, knowing what TK has just done, but so does Ken, however, he has look of extreme anger and rage on his face. The other Digidestined and Digimon have concerned looks, but don't know fully what happened.

 

TK then says, coldly, “Well, Davis, that Digimon village that over 1,500 innocent Digimon in it and, now, they are just data scraps.” And then give out an even a wider evil smile than before. The Digidestined and Digimon gasp in shock and terror, TK has just admitted and committed murder by destroying over 1,500 Digimon, Digimon that he was swore to protect, and he was glad that he did it.

 

“TK, you traitorous murderer!” Ken brawls at TK.

 

“No, this has got to be a mistake . . .” Patamon says and then faints, also falling from the air.

 

“Whoa! Patamon!” Veemon exclaims and manages to catch him before he hits the ground.

 

“Good catch, Veemon!” Gatomon exclaims in slight relief. Veemon nods in thanks from Gatomon's comment. Davis then turns to TK, growls at him, while looking angrily at him, and then transforms into an Ascendant.

 

Takato then exclaims, “No, Davis! This is exactly what Eris wants you to do! She wants to both of you to fight and kill each other! Don't fall into it!”

 

And then Kari begs TK, “TK, please don't do this!” But TK doesn't listen to her.

 

And then Jun comes up and yells at TK, “TK, don't you understand that you are being used by Eris to destroy us?! If you kill any of us, including Davis, the entire dimensional plane will danger of being obliterated! Don't you understand that the countless universes is more important that your meaningless rivalry with my brother!”

 

TK then growls, angrily, “MEANINGLESS?!” This causes Jun and others, expect Davis, to jump in fear of TK. “What in the hell do you know about meaningless you stupid bitch!” TK brawls out and explodes into power that send dirt and smoke towards Davis, but only goes around Davis' feet and lower legs, however, they go very fiercely. And then TK yells out, “Live a good portion of your life RULED by another! And then you can tell me what's meaningless! I had to live my life in the shadow of that bastard, our High Prince, Daisuke Motomiya, ever since he became a Digidestined! I've lived in the shadow of his achievements and his praises, as a Digidestined and in life, for too long! He took everything away from me, like my respect, popularity, and my reputation that worked hard and earned in school in just TWO DAMN WEEKS! He made like a fool in front of everyone when he beat me in gym class during martial arts session without even one-eighth of half trying! And he even saved my life, like I was some stupid and helpless child! Well, NO MORE! He's stole everything, including my life, from me and Davis' DEBTS MUST BE REPAID!” And then he blew some energy around sending dirt and debris into the air and then looks at Davis and exclaims, “Davis, if you don't fight me, I will destroy the entire Digital World! You got me!” The others gasp in a mixture of shock, terror, and anger.

 

Davis and TK stare at each other for several minutes and then Davis says, “Okay, TK, you win. Leave the others out of this fight and will fight you, on your terms!” Davis' girlfriend and all his friends gasp in horror at what Davis just said.

 

“Daisuke, please don't! What if you get hurt?!” Kari begs Davis.

 

“I don't have a choice! If I don't do this then TK will destroy the Digital World, he means it!” Davis exclaims.

 

“Davis, you can't just solve this by fighting TK!” Matt exclaims.

 

Davis then yells out, “It's the only way to save TK! Remember when Ken was under the control of the Dark Spore and as the Digimon Emperor, he used his first Dark Spiral to control Agumon and we had to fight Agumon to save him! Don't you remember that you taught me that! Also, if I let TK destroy the Digital World because I won't fight him, then both the Digital and Real Worlds will die along with billions of humans and Digimon, innocent lives that we swore to protect! You guys have to look beyond just a duel between TK and me and see the bigger picture, just like you taught me!” And then all the other Digidestined and Digimon knew that Davis was right about this.

 

“My brother is right, you know, unless Davis does this, as long as TK is like this, then lives are in danger.” Jun says.

 

“This is more than just a battle between Davis and TK, worlds are at stake.” Takato states, agreeing with Jun.

 

“I've got to agree with Jun and Takato, here, there is a bigger picture to look at here.” Takuya says, agreeing with his D-Warrior comrades.

 

Tai then solemnly says, “I got to agree with Davis and the others here.” All the others, expect Davis, Jun, Takato, their three Digimon, and Takuya, look at Tai in total surprise at what he said. “There is a bigger picture to look at here and this is exactly like what happened with MetalGreymon, the only way to save TK is for Davis to fight him.” Tai explains. All the others sigh, knowing that Tai and the four experienced D-Warriors were right.

 

“Okay, Davis. Take care of TK and I will give Eris a run for her money and break her control over TK.” Jun tells Davis, as quietly as possible.

 

“Not likely, Jun girl.” Eris says, hearing what Jun said to her younger brother, and then uses her mental power to influence TK, giving him the commands to, “Kill TK! Kill Jun, now!” The symbol of chaos glows on TK's head and struggles on to obey. Eris trying to gain full control over TK, tells him, “You can't resist! With every cell of your body, I command you to kill Jun and the other D-Warriors, right now!”

 

TK then growls out, “I refuse!”

 

This totally surprising everyone, including Eris, and she snarls, “What?!”

 

TK then announces, “I told that your battle with the others mean nothing to me! Davis is my only objective and I will not be distracted from him any longer!”

 

Eris then says, quite pissed off, “That's fine and all, but I'm serious! Kill Jun and the other D-Warriors, now!”

 

TK growls, refusing to obey that order, and yells out, “Get out of my head! I told you that I will only fight and kill Davis and Davis alone! You may have taken over my body and mind, but I still have one thing that a human always keeps: THE POWER OF HIS SPIRIT!” And then his golden aura blasts out and sending shocking all around that destroys two trees behind him in the progress. And TK's outburst of power, causes Eris' hands to spark with energy that causes her pain.

 

Davis notices this and thinks to himself, “Hey, I wonder. . .”

 

But Eris is thinking, “What?! This has never happened to me before! When can the possessed refuse to obey the orders of the possessor?!” Eris then growls at TK and exclaims, “Fine, ungrateful bastard! I gave you the power to do what you want and this is how you thank me?! Well, fine, do what you want, just kill Davis or else!”

 

“Whoa! That's amazing! Somehow, TK had some kind of strength to not be fully controlled!” Izzy exclaims in amazement.

 

“That's what Davis is talking about! There is still a piece of the old TK left, we just have to reach it!” Matt exclaims.

 

“And that's the reason you have to let me fight against TK! Don't worry, I will do my best.” Davis says.

 

“Good luck, Davis.” Takato, Takuya, Veemon, and Tai tells Davis at the same time.

 

“Please be careful, Daisuke, and please bring TK back to us.” Kari says to her boyfriend with great worry.

 

“Don't worry, I will.” Davis says. And then facing TK, Davis tells him, calmly and seriously, “If it's all right with you, TK, let's skip the warm-ups.”

 

“No arguments with me, anything just to get the fight started.” TK says with an evil smile and enthusiastic voice. And then Davis' powers up into an Ascendant 2, but then so does TK! Or something close to it, anyway!

 

Jun, sensing the power-levels of her brother and TK, says, in surprise, “Whoa! Davis' and TK's power levels are equally matched, point for point.” This creates even greater shock with the Digidestined and Digimon.

 

“Whoa! Jun, are you sure?!” Matt exclaims.

 

Takato nods in agreement with Jun and tells the others, “That's right. TK and Davis are surpassed Ascendants, Ascendant 2s, are their energy lives are EXACTLY equal.” This makes the Digidestined, Digimon, and D-Warriors even more nervous, especially Matt, Kari, Veemon, and Jun.

 

Davis, sensing TK's power equal to his, says, “Well, this is going to be harder than I thought.”

 

And then TK laughing, evilly, he declares, “You see, Davis! This is our fate! Our battle! Now, we will see how is stronger, Hope or Miracles! And Davis, I promise you this: YOU WILL DIE BY MY HAND!”

 

Next time in Episode 17 of the 02 World Saga: Hope VS Miracles! The Ultimate Duel and Ascendation!: It's Digidestined against Digidestined on the next Digimon: Digital Monsters as Davis and TK go head to head in a clash of powers! The two Digidestined fight with even powers until Eris pumps up TK's dark strength until not even Davis as an Ascendant 3 can stop! Jun, when steps in to help, gets pounded by the super-power brainwashed Digidestined of Hope! And when TK launches an attack that could destroy them all, it looks all is lost, but Davis comes through by transforming into an Ultimate Ascendant Warrior, the all might Ascendant 4! But even with this new power, can Davis save TK or isn't just a pipe dream?

 

Gallantmon of the Hazard: Well, what do you think of this latest chapter? I used the idea with Eris tricking TK as the glowing being from Psycho G's story, Digimon 02: Endgame, so, I'm giving him credit. But the part where TK returned to the others, possessed, and `betrayed' the others from DBZ's Babidi Saga, when Vegeta was brainwashed by Babidi. How does it look to you? Please read and review.
