I’m back, everyone! And now, it is time for the first ever written Turbo Duel in my stories… Not exactly, everyone! I just remembered that I did write a Turbo Duel once and that’s in my ‘Twilight Wars’ stories. However, I’m going to try a new ‘version’ of writing Turbo Duels into my stories. I’m hoping that I can that this version will be just as good as the ‘early prototype’ in that story. We’re going to have to see about that, gang!

Naruto 5Ds: Shinobi Signers

Chapter 5: Turbo Ninja Signers

Right now, we find Naruto in the courtyard of his father’s home, the Namikaze compound, and he is taking a deep yawn as his team, Sakura and Sasuke, and his teacher, Kakashi Hatake watch with him.

Sasuke tells Naruto, “Still tried, Dobe? You were told not to sleep late.”

Naruto says, with a snort, “Excuse me for trying to stop an evil vampire for destroying the human race.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “Easy, Naruto.” Kakashi tells Sasuke, “And Naruto is right. This vampire was real and dangerous. Even through Naruto wasn’t the one who defeated it, he had to accept the challenge as a Signer since it was made to him, Ryu, and Ayane.”

Sakura tells Kakashi, “True, Kakashi-sensei, but isn’t lack of a sleep a challenge that we will face as ninja?”

Kakashi says, with a nod, “True, Sakura. That’s very true. That’s one of the things that we might need to work on in the form of survival training. Sometimes, you will be performing a mission without too much time to sleep. You will need to learn to deal with it and learn how to get sleep as much as possible without losing your guard against your foes.”

Naruto thinks in his mind, drolly, “Oh, joy, Kakashi-sensei.”

Sakura asks Naruto, “So, Hinata is a Signer like you, Ryu-san, and Ayane-san, Naruto?”

Naruto says, with a smile, “That’s right, Sakura-chan. She used that Ancient Fairy Dragon and turned that vampire into ash. And she didn’t get damage once during that whole duel.”

Sasuke replies, plainly, “Luck, Naruto. And she is going to need to train in order to make sure that she is better prepared next time.”

Naruto says, with a serious glare, “It was more than luck, Sasuke-teme! Hinata is a good duelist and she proved it last night!”

Sakura tells Naruto, a bit annoyed, “Okay, Naruto, we get it!”

Kakashi tells Sasuke, plainly, “It was more than luck that got Hinata her victory, Sasuke. I was there as you already know and she proved her skill in Duel Monsters to be good enough at this moment which I am sure that it will get better over time as her ninja skills.” Kakashi tells Naruto, “However, Naruto, you had a right to be a bit annoyed Sasuke for his comments, but try not to start a fight with him.” Naruto and Sasuke snort and Sakura and Kakashi have mental groans at this.

Sakura’s inner persona, Inner Sakura, yells out, “Cha! When is Naruto going to stop starting fights with Sasuke-kun?! He is the child of two famous ninja of our village, but it doesn’t mean he gets special rights!”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “Okay, everyone. It is time to start training.” The three Genin nod their heads in agreement as they prepare to start their training for today.

(At the gates of the Leaf Ninja; A bit later on)

On the meanwhile, we find Ninja Ryu, Ninja Ayane, and Momiji coming over to the gates of the Leaf Village where they are stopped by two Chunin who are known as Kotetsu and Izumo.

Izumo asks them, “Hold it! State your business here!”

Ninja Ryu tells them, “I am Ryu Hayabusa from the Hayabusa Clan. I am here to see your Hokage.” Ninja Ryu then puts an emblem of his village right in front of them causing the two Leaf Chunin to gasp in shock.

Kotetsu thinks in his mind, shocked, “The head of the Dragon Clan?! Here?!”

Izumo says, after swallowing some air, “We shall inform the Hokage immediately. We need for you to wait here.”

Ninja Ryu replies, “Understandable. My companions are Ayane from Mugen Tenshin Clan and head of its Hajin Mon sect and Momiji of the Dragon Shrine Maidens. Inform the Hokage that we are here with VERY important business to discuss immediately.”

Kotetsu says, with a nod, “Right away, Ryu-sama!” Immediately, Kotetsu immediately turns into a swirl of leaves as he heads off to inform the Hokage of the ‘visitors’ from the two ninja clans.

(Inside of the Hokage’s office; Sometime afterwards)

The Third Hokage is taking a deep breath and tries to remain calm even through he has just been informed about the ‘visitors’ that have just arrived at the gates of the Leaf Village in which he had them to be allowed in and escorted to the Hokage’s office immediately learning of who they are.

Just then the door opens and a female secretary tells him, “The representatives of the Dragon and Mugen clans have arrived, Hokage-sama.”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone after sighing, “Let them in.” Without hesitation, the secretary moves aside as Ninja Ryu, Ninja Ayane, and Momiji enter the room in which she closes the door behind them.

Ninja Ryu tells Third Hokage, “It has been a few years, Hokage-sama. But I was just a child with my father at the time.”

Third Hokage tells Ninja Ryu, “Indeed, Ryu-sama. You have grown into a fine young man.”

Ninja Ryu tells Third Hokage, “However, Hokage-sama, you have much to answer for my clan and Ayane’s clan. As you know, we were good friends with the Uzumaki clan before their destruction and even after, we had good knowledge of Kushina Uzumaki. Why have we been lied to about the son of Kushina?”

Third Hokage tells Ninja Ryu, “Trust me, Ryu-sama. It was not I who had lied about it. In fact, I had sent messages about what happened and your answer confused me until I realized that messages that I had been tampered with. I wished to send more, but I knew that they would be intercepted and I couldn’t figure out how, but I had theories on who, however, without evidence, I couldn’t stop it. I decided to give up and wait for awhile, but new crises including an incident with Cloud and the death of all, but one of the Uchiha clan took precedence.”

Ninja Ayane tells Third Hokage, “You know how our clans feel about your village’s Uchiha clan. We can care less about them.”

Momiji says, with a plain tone, “Hokage-sama, we know about the murder of the Signers from New Domino City, but we also know that the mighty Crimson Dragon has chosen new Signers to take their place. We believe that two of them are the children of the Signers of the Dragon’s Head and the front claw of the Crimson Dragon, Yusei Fudo and his wife respectably.”

Third Hokage says, with a nod, “You are correct, Momiji-dono. The Fudo twins were saved by an old friend of mine as well as the Ryu-sama’s village and sent here to find aid. They have inherited their parents’ ‘Marks of the Dragon’ respectably as well, Momiji-dono.”

Momiji asks, curiously, “We know that one other Signer has been chosen since the wings of the Crimson Dragon on the tablet of the Crimson Dragon glowed just before we left for the Elemental Countries? Are there any more?”

Third Hokage replies, “There are four Signers now. Last night, a fourth Signer has been chosen. Hinata Hyuga of the Hyuga clan has been chosen to weld Ancient Fairy Dragon and back claw of the Crimson Dragon. Kushina’s son, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, was the third new Signer in which he has Red Dragon Archfiend and inherited the power of the legendary Signer: The Burning Force.”

There are gasps of shock and Ninja Ryu tells Third Hokage, “We need to see them and the Uzumaki heir, Hokage-sama.”

Third Hokage says, with a nod, “As you wish, Ryu-sama. This is the least that I can do to make up for my weakness. And I will inform you of Naruto’s life in the village, but I must tell you that it will not be a good one since his father, Minato Namikaze, sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox within him on the day of his birth.”

Ninja Ryu tells Third Hokage, “Tell us everything, Hokage-sama.” Soon enough, the Third Hokage takes a deep breath and starts to inform them of Naruto’s life in the Leaf Village since the Nine-Tailed Fox was sealed within him and the situation with the now FOUR Signers in the Leaf Village.

(In an unknown location; around the same time)

As the Third Hokage was in a meeting with the visitors from the outside world, we find ourselves within a cave where we find a group of figures wearing black cloaks with red clouds on them assembled together.

One of them, who looks like a hunchback, asks, plainly, “What is this meeting about, Leader-sama?”

Another of them, who has the same Rinnegan eyes as Naruto, replies, plainly, “This is very important. Do all of you remember that great power that we sensed coming from the Leaf Village?”

Another of the cloaked figure, this one with a ponytail, replies, “No joke, Leader-sama! What ninja couldn’t sense that kind of power?”

A fourth cloaked figure, this one with similar Sharingan eyes as Sasuke through with three tomoes in his eyes, asks the figure with the Rinnegan eyes, “What did you find out, Pain-sama?”

The Rinnegan eye figure replies, plainly, “Zetsu was sent to find out any information and from what we found out, it was the legendary Crimson Dragon.”

There were gasps of shock and the hunchback figure replies, “You mean the legendary Crimson Dragon from the stories of the People of the Stars?”

Pain, the Rinnegan eye figure, replies, plainly, “Zetsu got the same information from multiple sources to make sure that the information was accurate and it was. The Crimson Dragon was seen in the Leaf Village, Sasori.”

The figure who’s hair is in a ponytail replies, “THE Crimson Dragon? The creature that’s said to be even more powerful the Nine-Tailed Fox? I thought that it was just a legend.”

The figure with the Sharingan eyes says, plainly, “Legends are based on fact, Deidara. The Crimson Dragon is indeed more powerful any of the nine Biju because the Biju are yokai while the Crimson Dragon is a creature from the heavens themselves. Long ago, they fought against powerful demons known as the Earthbound Immortals and it sealed them away into Earth itself. However, recently the war of the Crimson Dragon and Earthbound Immortals came to ahead once more when around one year before the Kyuubi attacked the Leaf Village, the Earthbound Immortals returned. In my post, I learned secret information about the Fourth Hokage managing to witness these battles along with the Crimson Dragon appearing once more to destroy his enemy in the ancient war, the Netherworld ruler, the ruler of the plane where the Earthbound Immortals come from.”

Another figure, one with shark-like teeth, says, with a smirk, “How powerful can these ‘Earthbound whatever’ be Itachi?”

The figure with the Sharingan eyes tells the figure with the shark-like teeth, “Each Earthbound Immortal rivals the power of the Nine-Tailed Fox itself, Kisame.”

There are a few gasps of shock and Pain says, plainly, “It shows the strength of the Crimson Dragon, but as the ancient legends say, only a group of five ‘chosen warriors’ can bring out the Crimson Dragon. In the legends, after the ancient war with the Earthbound Immortals, the Crimson Dragon split itself into five pieces and sealed those pieces into five chosen humans. These humans are known as Signers and these ‘marks’ from the Crimson Dragon, which are the head, wings, tail, and two of the Crimson Dragon’s claws, are known as ‘Marks of the Dragon’. The Crimson Dragon did this to conserve its strength and prepare if humanity ever comes under threat from evil.”

Sasori asks, plainly, “So, we will be going after the Signers as well as the Jinchuriki, Pain-sama?”

Pain replies, plainly, “We shall see, Sasori. We need to know who bares the ‘Mark of the Dragon’. Itachi, as you know, Orochimaru will be making his move against the Leaf Village within the next two months. If he fails, their defenses will be weakened and you have knowledge of how to get through their defenses.”

Itachi tells Pain, with a nod, “I understand, Leader-sama. Kisame and I shall journey to the Leaf Village in the aftermath of Orochimaru’s attack on the Leaf Village.”

Pain tells Itachi, plainly, “Zetsu shall inform you of the right time to infiltrate the village to find out about the Signers and see if they and the Kyuubi Jinchuriki are obtainable.” Pain tells everyone, “For now, everyone, we shall continue on as usual and when Itachi’s and Kisame’s mission is done, we shall assemble again for what they have to report.” The other figures nod their heads in agreement and the ones known as Itachi and Kisame prepare for their mission with what looks like another group after the Signers and the power of the Crimson Dragon itself.

(Later that day; rejoining Team 7)

Back with Team 7 AKA the team of Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke, we find them continuing on with their training on the Namikaze grounds as Ryu and Ayane ride up on their Duel Boards after the two of them practice in another part of the Namikaze compound.

When they ride up, Naruto asks, amazed, “Whoa, you two! What kind of freaky skateboards are those?!”

Ayane says, with a giggle, “These are our Duel Boards!”

Sakura asks, perplexed, “Duel Boards?”

Ryu says, with a smile, “These are special skateboards which have motors in them to participate in another version of dueling back at home in which we call Turbo Dueling, Naruto.”

Sasuke asks, plainly, “Turbo Dueling?”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “That’s right, Sasuke. Turbo Dueling is a type of dueling using mobile dueling platforms known as Duel Runners, but for us, kids, who aren’t old enough to ride in Duel Runners, we use this Duel Boards.”

Ayane tells Ryu, “We can teach you how to Turbo Duel and you might need to if we are going to be dueling enemies from our home, Naruto.”

Naruto says, with a smile, “Sounds great, Ayane.” Ayane gives a smile at Naruto and Sakura can’t help to feel a tiny bit jealous, but it fades away as quickly as it came.

Kakashi, who is helping train Team 7, says, “You’ll have to help train them later, Ayane. These three have much training in their ninja skills to do.” Just then Kakashi senses people approaching and they look to see Third Hokage and a small group of ANBU guards are leading Ninja Ryu, Ninja Ayane, and Momiji into the compound.

Naruto asks Third Hokage, “What’s up, Old Man?”

Third Hokage tells Naruto, with a smile, “It is good to see you that you are up and about, Naruto.”

Kakashi asks Third Hokage, looking at Ninja Ryu, “Hokage-sama, what is a Dragon Ninja doing in our village?”

Sakura asks, curiously, “Dragon Ninja?”

Kakashi tells Sakura, “They are known as the Hayabusa Clan, but they are also known as the Dragon Clan because they have powerful dragon-type artifacts in their possession. This is clan is actually one of the few ninja clans that lives outside of the Elemental Countries.”

There are gasps of shock and Naruto asks, stunned and pointing to the Fudo twins, “They live outside of the Elemental Countries? You mean they come from the same place where Ryu and Ayane come from?”

Ninja Ryu and Ninja Ayane give slight looks of surprise from hearing Naruto call the Fudo twins by their names and Third Hokage says, with a nod, “That’s correct, Naruto. There are a few ninja clans that live in the outside world in which the Hayabusa Clan is one of them.”

Sasuke asks, curiously, “So, why are they here?”

Third Hokage replies, plainly, “They are here to meet with the last living member of the Uzumaki clan, who they had friendship for a long time, and they were friends to Naruto’s mother and father before they left this world.”

Naruto asks, stunned, “Me?”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone, “There is more, Naruto. The members of the Dragon Clan have a direct link and decadency with the People of the Stars and guarding of many of their secrets. They are also here to meet with the Signers.”

Ayane asks, surprised, “They have a direct connection with the People of the Stars?”

Momiji says, walking up, “We do. My name is Momiji. I live in Hayabusa Village and I am a Dragon Shrine Maiden, a keeper of the secrets of the dragons and dragon artifacts including the Crimson Dragon. There is a powerful tablet in the shrine that can sense the power of the Crimson Dragon and it has been glowing since the return of the Signers those fourteen years ago. However, they have detected their death as well as the choosing of new Signers. We have talked with Hokage-sama and we have learned that there are new Signers.”

Third Hokage tells Naruto, Ryu, and Ayane, “Please show them your ‘Marks of the Dragon’ everyone.” Naruto, Ryu, and Ayane look at each other and they roll up their right sleeves to display their ‘Marks of the Dragon’.

Momiji says, amazed, “It is true! Those are the wings, head, and front claw of the Crimson Dragon!”

Third Hokage tells Momiji, “I have also ordered Hinata Hyuga, the newest of the Signers chosen, to be brought to show you that she has indeed the back claw of the Crimson Dragon.”

Momiji says, bowing, “It is an honor to meet the warriors of the Crimson Dragon.”

Ayane replies, a bit nervously, “Thank you, Momiji-san.”

Momiji asks our three Signers, “May I have the honor of your names, young Signers?”

Naruto says, with a foxy grin, “The name is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, the future Hokage of this village! Believe it!”

Ayane says, with a smile, “I’m Ayane Fudo, daughter of Yusei Fudo and Akiza Fudo.”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “And I’m Ryu Fudo, Ayane’s brother.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “Interesting. You have the same first name as myself and your sister does with my kunoichi ally. I am Ryu Hayabusa, son of the head of the Hayabusa clan through with my father away, I am the current head of my clan. And this young lady is Ayane of the Mugen Tenshin clan, which is another clan outside of the Elemental Countries.”

Ayane says, amazed, “Wow, you do have the same names as my bro and I!”

Ninja Ryu tells them, “And I know of your last names well. You are the son and daughter of Signers Yusei Fudo, the world champion duelist, and Akiza Izinski Fudo also known as the Black Rose.”

Ayane tells Ninja Ryu, “I would like it if you don’t call my mom that, Ryu-san.”

Ninja Ryu replies, with a bow, “My apologizes, Lady Signer.”

Ryu asks, plainly, “So, why do you want to see us?”

Momiji tells Ryu in reply, “We are here to help you as best as because Ryu-sensei and I are members of the Hayabusa Clan and the Dragon Shine Maidens and one of our duties is to aid the warriors the Crimson Dragon, the Signers. We are also here to warn you that there are possibly people from outside of the Elemental Countries that wants the Crimson Dragon’s power.”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone, “They explained to me about an organization created from another organization in the outside world known as the Dead or Alive Executive Committee.”

Kakashi asks, curiously, “Aren’t those the people that host the infamous Dead or Alive martial arts tournament?”

Ninja Ryu says, with a nod, “They are, Kakashi of Sharingan.” Kakashi quirks his eyebrow, but he isn’t surprised that Ninja Ryu knows about him. Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “But they also had an agenda to great the world’s greatest fighter.”

Ninja Ayane says, with a plain tone, “They had created clones of my sister, Kasumi, who is now a missing ninja of our village for that end.”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “And they must be after us for the Crimson Dragon too.”

Momiji says, with a nod, “That’s correct. They are already here in the Elemental Countries and they are searching for you.”

Sasuke asks, curiously, “They are already here?”

Naruto says, drolly, “Just great. If we didn’t have enough to worry about.”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone, “Our friends from the two ninja villages in the outside world gave me some advice and I must agree that it is a wise course of action. I believe that the Fudo twins should be trained in the ninja arts by our allies from outside world.”

Ayane asks, curiously, “You want us to become ninjas?”

Ninja Ayane replies, with a plain tone, “It is for the best young Signer. You are great duelists, but not all battles are in the duel arena that you and your brother know well. There are times that you will need to fight.”

Ryu says, with a sigh, “I don’t know… it were ninjas that killed our parents.”

Ninja Ryu replies, with a plain tone, “I can understand how you feel, my friend. Learning the same stuff that killed off your family and loved ones does feel… offensive. However, your parents fought not for their survival, but for the survival of the people that they loved most including yourself. The Crimson Dragon chose you not because you are not only of their blood, but of the same spirit like your parents. And in order to continue their legacy and honor their legacy, you need to live on.”

Ayane and Ryu sigh and Ayane says, weakly, “I… I don’t know, sir.”

Momiji tells them, with a kind tone, “Take your time, young Signers. You don’t need to answer right away.” Momiji tells Naruto, “Naruto-sama, you are the son of the last of the Uzumaki clan and a Signer as well. We would like to extend the same training offer to you.”

Naruto asks, with a surprised tone and smile, “Really?”

Ninja Ryu says, with a nod, “But of course, Naruto-sama. And we won’t take you away from your training time and missions with your teacher.”

Naruto asks Kakashi, “What do you think Kakashi-sensei?”

Kakashi replies, with a smile, “I don’t see why not. I think that it would do well for you, Naruto. The Dragon Ninja and Mugen Tenshin may live outside of the Elemental Countries, but they rival the great ninja villages in ability through neither we nor those clan dare not to go to war with each other.”

This makes Sasuke a bit annoyed and he yells out, in an annoyed tone, “Hold up! The Dobe isn’t the only elite around here! I’m the last of the Uchiha clan! I demand to have the same training!”

Ninja Ayane glares at him and she replies, in a slight nasty tone, “My clan despises the Uchiha. To us, the Sharingan is nothing more than common thievery and the Uchiha nothing more than common thieves of jutsu that good ninja work their lives to perfect. We do not train the likes of you.”

This sends Sasuke’s anger sky-rocketing and he yells out, drawing a kunai, “How dare you?!”

Sasuke charges in to attack Ninja Ayane and Kakashi yells out, “Sasuke, stop right now!” However, Sasuke doesn’t listen and prepares to kill Ninja Ayane, but Ninja Ryu easily stops him, grabs his arm, twists it in a painful manner behind his back, causing him to yell out in pain as he drops his kunai, and Ninja Ryu easily drops Sasuke to the ground while also drawing a sword around his neck.

Sakura yells out, shocked, “Sasuke-kun!”

Ninja Ryu says to Sasuke, glaring at him with KI, Killer Intent, in his eyes, “Listen to me, fool. Be glad that we agreed to tolerate your existence for our friendship with your village through with what happened to the last Uzumaki, our friendship is strained. We may fear going to war with your village due most likely mutual destruction of both of us, but we will only tolerate so much. You dare to attack us, again, and you will not be so lucky.” Ninja Ryu releases Sasuke and leaps back in which Sasuke struggles to his feet in which Kakashi grabs him by the shoulder.

Kakashi says, with a stern tone, “That’s enough, Sasuke! They are guests in this village and while it wasn’t right for the Mugen clan representatives to bring clan relations into this, you had no right to demand anything of our guests or attack them! You might be an Uchiha, but sometimes that doesn’t mean anything when you are fighting for your life! There are plenty out there that don’t fear your clan name, Sasuke. In fact, they hate that name and want a chance to destroy you at any chance! Get that through your head!” Sasuke growls in anger, but he lowers his head in defeat for this rare time knowing that he can’t win this battle and it will only get him into trouble.

Sakura tells Ninja Ayane, annoyed, “What’s the big idea?!”

Ninja Ayane looks at Sakura with an intense stare and not saying anything which greatly unnerves her and Ninja Ayane says, closing her eyes, “Piece of advice, girl. Become a real kunoichi.”

Sakura yells out, angrily, “I am a real kunoichi!”

Ninja Ayane replies, with a glare, “You are not a real kunoichi. You are a ‘fan girl’ following this Uchiha around like a lap dog. You may not have the levels of power that the Uchiha or Namikaze-sama can have, but you have the ability, girl. But until you need to learn to be a real ninja and stand on your legs, not the Uchiha’s or Namikaze-sama’s!” This really strikes Sakura right in the heart and her mind causing her to think back to the battle back in Wave country and when Naruto is about to speak up in her defense, Sakura motions for her not to say a single word surprising Naruto greatly.

Kakashi tells Ninja Ayane, “I would like to ask you to please refrain from such talk. While you have a good and honest point, they need to learn this for themselves and not have it thrown into their faces. And before you say anything, I am not trying to ‘baby’ any of them.”

Ninja Ryu replies, plainly, “And we are not saying that, Kakashi-san. However, you need to take really good care of your students and not just teach them ninja abilities and techniques.”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone, “Enough, everyone!” Third Hokage tells Sasuke, “Sasuke Uchiha, you are real lucky that Hayabusa-san agreed to spare your life, but attacking such honored guests is not tolerated especially in my presence! I am the Hokage and my word is law! The councils are just ‘advisors’ and nothing more! I have now realized that and so shall you! Do anything like this and I will not hesitate to strike a blow! And do not dare test me!” Sasuke didn’t dare make any threatening moves or jesters to the Hokage since he knew that he would be killed on a whim, but it doesn’t mean that he can’t mentally scowl as well as look at Naruto with great mental anger.

Sasuke thinks in his mind, “Why him?! That Dobe might be the son of two famous ninja of our village, but he is nothing like them! He is an idiot and a loser, but now, it is like he is some kind of super-star or something! Why does he get the chances for the prime training?! His parents might have been murdered, but my whole clan is gone because of HIM!!! I have a greater reason for greater power! Not him!!”

Ayane thinks in her mind, glaring at Sasuke, “What is his problem anyway? Why is he so angry all the time?”

Third Hokage tells Ninja Ryu, “Hayabusa-sama, please forgive this ‘outburst’. I can assure you that it will never happen again.”

Ninja Ryu tells Third Hokage, “I’m sure that it won’t, Hokage-sama. However, we will make sure that we will watch what we say even through it is the truth.” Sasuke looks at Ninja Ryu with a nasty scowl, but makes sure that it isn’t seen by everyone else.

Ninja Ayane asks, plainly, “If it isn’t any trouble, may we stay in the Namikaze clan compound?”

Third Hokage asks Naruto, with a smile, “Is that all right with you, Naruto?”

Naruto says, with a grin, “The more, the merrier, Old Man! There is a ton of space and I’m sure that my parents would be glad to have so many cool guests like these guys and gals!”

Third Hokage says, with a smile, “I’m sure that they will, Naruto.”

Momiji says, with a bow, “Thank you, Naruto-sama.”

Naruto replies, a bit nervously, “No problem, Momiji-san. But can you stop this whole ‘Naruto-sama’ business? I’m not used to this kind of stuff.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, with a sly tone, “You might have to get used to it, Naruto. The Signers are well-known to many ninja lands and those that don’t want to use their power greatly respect the legend of the Crimson Dragon and the Signers with it.”

Naruto says, with a sigh, “I had a feeling that you were going to say that Kakashi-sensei.” Ayane giggles at Naruto’s comment and Naruto nervously laughs back and rubs his head in slight embarrassment. However, Sasuke is far from amused and he looks at the new arrivals with great anger in his expression in which Sakura, Kakashi, and Third Hokage worry about this.

(A bit later; Outside of the Leaf Village)

Some distance outside of the Leaf Village, we find a group of figures looking at none other than Hunter Pace, a former Turbo Dueling champion before Jack defeated him and who was also defeated by Yusei Fudo during the Fortune Cup.

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “So, you want me to bring in Yusei’s son and daughter? Personally, I’m many things, but I don’t like the way that Atlas and Fudo died especially since I never got my rematch with either of them! However, whatever you want with them is your business, but all you need to do is your part to help me get my title back!”

One of the figures tells Hunter Pace, “But you need to bring them to us and we’ll give you the means to bring them in, Hunter Pace. You’ll just need to beat them.”

Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “I get ya! It might be tough if those kids are anything like their dad, but I’m sure that I can beat two kids!”

Another figure says, with a female voice, “Don’t underestimate them, Hunter Pace. They are not the children of Yusei Fudo and Akiza Izinski Fudo, the Black Rose, for nothing.”

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “Yeah, the whole ‘Psychic Duelist’ and what have you! I heard that she had lost her powers!”

A third figure tells Hunter Pace, in a male voice, “However, after the battle with the leaders of Yliaster, she had regained those powers, if you had known. She had learned how to control them, but it is also theorized that her dislike of her own powers made them become suppressed when she suffered her ‘accident’ by you know who.”

Hunter Pace says, with a shrug, “Whatever! And her daughter has inherited her mom’s powers! It just makes this chance even more fun!” Hunter Pace then leaps on his Duel Runner and drives off towards the Leaf Village as military special forces-like people with high powered rifles and weapons prepare to move out.

(A good time afterwards; back at the Namikaze compound)

Returning to the Namikaze compound, we find Hinata Hyuga with Hiashi Hyuga behind her as Ninja Ryu and Momiji examine her ‘Mark of the Dragon’ on her right arm while Third Hokage, Kakashi, Team 7, our Fudo Twins, and Ninja Ayane watch them.

Momiji says, with a nod, “This is indeed the back claw of the Crimson Dragon.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “So, there are four Signers, not just three.”

Momiji tells Hinata, with a warm smile, “It is an honor to meet you, Hinata-sama.”

Hinata replies, a bit shyly, “I feel the same, Momiji-sama.”

Hiashi tells Third Hokage, “It is good that you sent for us, Hokage-sama. My daughter and I were coming to meet with you and the Namikaze heir anyway.”

Third Hokage asks, curiously, “What for?”

Hiashi replies, plainly, “There is an important matter than I need to discuss with you and the boy. Since you have appointed Kakashi as his guardian, I will be willing for him to be at this meeting since he can be very well trusted.”

Third Hokage tells Hiashi, “After we get our guests from the Mugen and Hayabusa Villages settled in, I’m sure that we can have a meeting.”

Hiashi says, with a nod, “That’s acceptable, Hokage-sama.” Hiashi tells Ninja Ryu, Ninja Ayane, and Momiji, “It is interesting to meet members of the Dragon Clan and Mugen Tenshin clans. And Hayabusa-sama, it has been a long time since I have met your father.”

Ninja Ryu replies, “My father has told me all about you. He told me that you have… a complicated history.”

Hiashi replies, plainly, “Heading a clan is not easy as you must know, Hayabusa-sama. There are indeed choices that are hard in making, but there are few that I do regret.” Hiashi thinks in his mind, “However, those few make my heart ache more than many can understand.”

Ninja Ryu asks Hiashi, “Normally, we would offer to aid your daughter in training, but my father has explained to me the traditions of the Hyuga.”

Hiashi tells Ninja Ryu, “Very wise, Hayabusa-sama. My clan’s traditions are not too open of any members of the main branch of the family learning stuff outside of the clan jutsu. It is for the best that you focus on the other Signers for this moment.”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “Well, I’ve got to say that’s dumb. If a ninja uses the same tricks, doesn’t that mean sooner or later, he is going to get crushed because the enemy will know how he is kicking butt and know a way to stop it? If you learn new things, you can make sure that doesn’t happen.”

Hiashi says, clearing his throat, “True, Namikaze-sama, but our clan’s Taijutsu is a part of clan’s culture and traditions… It is complicated.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “It is hard to go against your own traditions, Naruto.”

Third Hokage tells Naruto, with a nod, “Indeed, Naruto. For now, it is best that Hyuga clan tradition is best not spoken right now.”

Naruto says, with a shrug of his shoulders, “Okay, Old Man.”

Hiashi thinks in his mind, with a sigh, “He is just like his mother in so many ways… through I wish that he wasn’t like his mother in certain ways and more like his father in others.” As they prepared to continue, they hear a lot of crashing noises coming from nearby and look into the distance to see dust and dirt flying into the air as well as heading towards them.

Sakura asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

Just then Neko appears and she says, “Hokage-sama, there is an intruder in the village!”

There are gasps of shock and Third Hokage asks, seriously, “How did someone get into the village?”

Neko replies, “He is riding a strange two-wheeled vehicle that looks similar to the one that Leon-san came into the village with!”

Ryu asks, stunned, “Wait, Neko-san! You mean that this guy has a Duel Runner?” Just then everyone hears the sound of what sounds like a motorcycle motor and everyone look to see Hunter Pace on his Duel Runner leaping into the sky and landing in front of the gates of the Namikaze compound.

Hunter Pace yells out, excitedly, “Sorry to drop by uninvited, but I just love to crash parties!”

Sakura yells out, “Who do you think you are pal?”

Ryu says, seriously, “I know exactly who he is! His name is Hunter Pace! He was the top duelist around before Uncle Jack took his title a long time ago and during the Fortune Cup, my dad defeated him in the first round!

Sasuke asks, plainly, “He is from the outside world?”

Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “You must Yusei’s kid, Ryu Fudo! I know your dad’s looks from anywhere!” Hunter Pace says, with a whistle, “And that pink haired girl must be your sister, Ayane! Don’t worry, I’m not that kind of guy, but you are quite the cutie! However, then again, your mother might be dangerous, but like a rose, she must quite the hottie! If it wasn’t for her powers scaring everyone, I bet all of the guys would have been drooling over her!”

Ayane asks, seriously, “What are you doing here, Pace?”

Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “What do you think? I’m here to get back my title and I met a nice group of people that can help me get there! Personally, it pisses me off that Jack and Yusei were killed like that especially before I could get a rematch with either of them! I may a lot of things, but that kind of stuff pisses me to no end! Between you and me, I hope that whoever took them out in that way gets what they deserve! However, I need to get back my title and you two are my ticket to get there!”

Ninja Ayane says, with a plain tone, “You were hired to take them to whoever paid you!”

Hunter Pace says, with a wide grin, “That’s right, little ninja girl! So, if you don’t mind, this is between the Fudo twins and me!”

Neko says, with a serious tone, “I think not, intruder! You will pay for causing havoc in our village, outsider!”

Hunter Pace says, with a wide grin, “I don’t think so, ninja girl! My new friends and I knew that you wouldn’t agree to this, so, we took precautions!” Just then multiple explosions hit around the village and just then a rocket comes screaming by and hitting an abandoned warehouse. Hunter Pace says, with a wide smirk, “My friends are in high places and they have powerful weapons that you, ninja folk, can’t begin to imagine!”

Naruto asks, perplexed, “What was that?”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “Those were rocket-propelled weapons, young Naruto. A very advanced weapon from outside of the Elemental Countries.”

Ninja Ayane asks Hunter Pace, “You have been hired from a faction of the Dead or Alive Executive Committee?”

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “I’m not sure about how you knew that, but I think that you were among those ninja dudes that took down their headquarters. Doesn’t matter to me! It is simple! If anything happens to me, my friends blow up this village and there is nothing that you can do about it! You might find them, but not before a lot of people go ‘boom’! However, there is a way to stop this! One of you, kids, duels me and if you win, I get out of your hair for good! But if I win, the Fudo twins come with me!”

Hiashi says, with a sneer, “The Leaf Village doesn’t negotiate with terrorists, intruder! We shall not give up the young Signers without a fight!”

Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “Suit yourself, pal! I guess that means your village goes up in smoke!”

Ryu says, stepping forward, “Fine, Pace! I’ll duel you! And in fact, I challenge you to a Turbo Duel!”

Hunter Pace asks Ryu, “Aren’t you a little young to ride a Duel Runner, kid?”

Ryu says, with a smile, “I am, Pace, but I’ve got this!” Ryu then displays his Duel Board and Hunter Pace gives a look of surprise.

However, his surprise turns into a sly smile and he says, smiling, “I should have known that you would have one of those. After that whole WRGP mess, your dad started the whole Duel Board stuff to allow duelists of all ages to Turbo Duel through the ‘junior league’ goes a bit slower than the big boys. Okay, kid, you have got yourself a deal! And like I said, I win, you and your sister come with me! You win, I’m out of your hair for good!”

Ayane tells Hunter Pace, with a nod, “My bro and I agree to your terms.” Ryu looks at his sister with surprise and she tells him, “I know that you can win, bro.”
Ryu says, with a smile, “I will, sis!” Ayane then hands him a helmet similar to Yusei’s Duel Runner helmet, elbow pads and kneepads, and he goes onto his Duel Board in which he connects his Duel Disk to it in which he zips forward after doing so.

Naruto yells out, stunned, “Ryu!”

Ayane tells Naruto, with a smile, “Don’t worry, Naruto. My brother won’t lose to him. Just trust us.” However, there are plenty in the group that show worry, but as Hunter Pace and Ryu prepare for their Turbo Duel, Ninja Ryu and Ninja Ayane look at each other in which they give slight nods of their heads.

After inserting his Turbo Dueling deck into his duel disk, Ryu tells Hunter Pace, “We’ll use the Speed World Two Field Spell and we’re going to need to go off autopilot since we’ll need to avoid hurting innocent people.”

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “Whatever floats your boat, kid, but then again, I’m not the kind of guy to hurt those in the stands anyway since they aren’t involved in the first place. Okay, I’m activating the Speed World Two Field Spell!” Hunter Pace pushes a button on his Duel Runner in which a display screen shows the words ‘Duel Mode’ appears before a computerized version of a duel mat appears on the screen along with a counter for speed counters.

A voice from his computer says, “Duel Mode activated.” Ryu pushes buttons on his duel disk in which a hologram of a Speed World 2 Field Spell card appears in his Field Spell slot before the slots closes.

Hunter Pace and Ryu yell out in unison, “Let’s ride!” Soon after, the two of them race off into the distance as their Turbo Duel starts with their life-point counters displaying 4000 life-points for each duelists, zero speed counters, and both of them draw five cards from their hands.

Hunter Pace says, drawing a card, “I’ll start this duel off!” Hunter Pace says, putting one card on his duel disk portion of his Duel Runner, “I’ll begin with Burning Skull Head in attack mode!” Just then Burning Skull Head (1000/800) appears besides Hunter Pace’s Duel Runner in attack mode and Hunter Pace says, putting three cards into his spell/trap slots, “And I’ll end with three face-downs!”

Ryu says, drawing a card, “It’s my turn!” Hunter Pace’s and Ryu’s speed counters then go up by one due to Speed World 2’s effect. Ryu thinks in his mind, “This is too familiar! It looks like pretty much the same as when dad dueled him all those years ago! He must be using a similar deck to the one that he dueled with dad!” Ryu says, discarding his Tuningware (100/300) monster card, “I discard one monster card to play my Tuner monster, Quickdraw Synchron, in attack mode!” Ryu puts one card on his duel disk and Quickdraw Synchron (700/1400) appears in front of Ryu in attack mode. Ryu says, putting another card on his duel disk, “And then I play my Shield Warrior in attack mode!” Soon after, Shield Warrior (800/1600) appears besides Quickdraw Synchron in attack mode. Ryu yells out, “And now, I tune my Quickdraw Synchron with my Shield Warrior in order to play Junk Destroyer!” Just then Quickdraw Synchron turns into five stars that turn into five rings that surround Shield Warrior making him become transparent and as Ryu takes a Synchro Monster card from his Extra Deck, a column of light appears on the field. When Ryu puts the Synchro Monster card on his duel disk, Junk Destroyer (2600/2500) appears besides Ryu in attack mode!

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “Not bad, kid! You really are Yusei’s kid!”

Ryu says, with a grin, “And you should know about my dad’s monster! Now, Junk Destroyer can destroy any number of cards on your field equal to amount of non-Tuner monsters that I used for his Synchro Summon! Say goodbye to your Burning Skull Head!” Junk Destroyer unleashes a wave of energy right at Burning Skull Head and destroys it!

Hunter Pace says, pushing a button on his Duel Runner, “Nice try, but I play my trap card: Call of the Haunted!” Hunter Pace’s face-down card is revealed to be Call of the Haunted continuous trap card and Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “With this card, one monster returns from my grave! So, kid, say hello to my Burning Skull Head!” Burning Skull Head (1000/800) then returns to Hunter Pace’s side in attack mode and Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “And with its ability, you get burned for one thousand!” Burning Skull Head unleashes flames from its mouth and Ryu yelps as he loses 1000 life-points.

Ryu yells out, strongly, “Junk Destroyer, take out his monster again with Destroyer Knuckles!” Junk Destroyer then unleashes a barrage of fists right at Burning Skull Head.

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk while pushing a button on his Duel Runner, “I play my Zero Guard trap card!” Hunter Pace’s next face-down was the Zero Guard trap card and he says, slyly, “Due to this card, my Skull Head can’t be destroyed in battle, but the bad news is that its attack points are zero until the end of the turn!” Burning Skull Head’s stats go down from 1000/800 to 0/800 in which Junk Destroyer’s attack hits it, but doesn’t destroy it, however, Hunter Pace takes 2600 life-points of damage! Hunter Pace says, pushing a button on his duel disk, “Then I play my Doom Accelerator trap card!” Hunter Pace’s final trap card is Doom Accelerator and he yells out, “Thanks to this bad boy, I get one speed counter for every five hundred points that I took and since I took twenty-six hundred, I get five new speed counters!” Hunter Pace’s speed counters go up from 1 to 6 nearly instantly.

Ryu says, putting two cards into the spell/trap slots, “I end my turn with a pair of face-downs!” Skull Head’s stats go back up to 1000/800 as the turn ends due to the end of Zero Guard trap card’s effect.

Since I have four or more speed counters, I can summon one level four or below monster to the field!” Hunter Pace says, putting one card on his duel disk, “And I choose my Skull Vase!” Immediately, Skull Vase (800/600) appears by Skull Head in attack mode. Hunter Pace then says, putting one card on his duel disk, “And then I release my Skull Head and Skull Vase to Advance Summon my Skull Flame!” Skull Head and Skull Vase vanish from the field in which Skull Flame (2600/2000) appears besides Hunter Pace in attack mode. Hunter Pace says, drawing a card, “And since Skull Vase was used for an Advanced Summon, I get one more card from my deck!” Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “And now, I activate Speed World Two’s ability and drop my speed counters by seven to get one more card from my deck!” Hunter Pace draws one more card and he says, putting one card on his duel disk, “Then I use my Skull Flame’s ability to play one Burning Skull Head from my hand!” Immediately, another Burning Skull Head (1000/800) appears in defense mode and Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “And since that was a Special Summon, you get slammed with another grand in damage!” Ryu yelps as he loses 1000 more life-points as he gets blasted by Skull Head’s flames. Hunter Pace says, putting a card into the spell/trap slots, “And then I end with this baby face-down!”

And I choose my Tuningware!” Immediately, Tuningware (100/300) appears by Debris Dragon in attack mode. Ryu says, pushing a button on his duel disk, “Then I play Limit Reverse trap card!” Ryu’s face-down card is revealed to be the Limit Reverse continuous trap card and Ryu says, with a serious tone, “And now, I can play another monster from my graveyard as long as it has one thousand attack points or less and I choose my Shield Warrior!” Immediately, Shield Warrior (800/1600) returns to Ryu’s side in attack mode and Ryu says, with a serious tone, “And now, I tune my Debris Dragon with Tuningware and Shield Warrior in order to Synchro Summon his famous monster!” Debris Dragon turns into four stars that turn into four rings that surround Tuningware and Shield Warrior making them become transparent as Ryu takes a Synchro Monster card from his Extra Deck. As a column of light appears on the field, Ryu chants out, “Clustering hopes will become a new shining star! Become the path its shines upon! Synchro Summon!” When Ryu puts the Synchro Monster card on his duel disk, he yells out, “Let’s rev it up, Stardust Dragon!” Out of the column of light, Stardust Dragon (2500/2000) appears on the field in attack mode. Ryu says, drawing a card, “Plus, since Tuningware was used in his Synchro Summon, I get one more card from my deck!”

Hunter Pace says, with a smirk, “So that’s your dad’s dragon, huh? Not bad! It is too bad that I didn’t force your dad to take out that bad boy! But it won’t help this time!” Hunter Pace says, pushing a button on his Duel Runner, “I activate my Threatening Roar trap card!” Hunter Pace’s face-down card is revealed to be the Threatening Roar trap card and Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “Due to this card, you can’t attack me this turn! Too bad, kid!”

Ryu says, putting one card into the spell/trap slots, “I put one card face-down and end my turn!” As they continue to ride, Ryu leaps over some stuff lying on the ground as Hunter Pace prepares to take his turn.

Hunter Pace says, a card coming out of his graveyard slot, “It’s my turn and I use my Skull Flame to return one Burning Skull Head from my graveyard to my hand instead of drawing this turn!” Soon after, Hunter Pace’s and Ryu’s speed counters increase by one due to Speed World 2’s effect and Hunter Pace says, putting one card on his duel disk, “And now, I use Skull Flame’s ability to play my Skull Head in defense mode!” Another Burning Skull Head (1000/800) appears by Hunter Pace in defense mode and Hunter Pace tells Ryu, slyly, “And you know what that means, kid? Another one thousand point slam to your life-points!” Ryu yelps as he blasted by Skull Head costing him another 1000 life-points. Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “That’s all for now!”

Ryu says, drawing a card, “It’s my turn, Pace!” Ryu’s and Hunter Pace’s speed counters go up by one due to Speed World 2 and Ryu yells out, putting one card into spell/trap slots, “I play my Speed Energy speed spell! Since I have two or more speed counters, I can use this spell to increase one of my monster’s attack points by two hundred times the number of speed counters that I have! And since I have four, I can boost my Junk Destroyer by eight hundred!” Junk Destroyer’s stats go up from 2600/2500 to 3400/2500!

Hunter Pace yells out, stunned, “Over three thousand attack points?!”

Ryu yells out, “Junk Destroyer, take out his Skull Flame!” Junk Destroyer destroys Skull Flame costing Hunter Pace 800 life-points and Ryu calls out, “Stardust Dragon, take out his Skull Head with Cosmic Flare!” Stardust Dragon unleashes a blast of cosmic energy which destroys one of the Skull Heads, but since it was in defense mode, Hunter Pace doesn’t lose any life-points.

Hunter Pace says, with a grin, “Is that all, kid? I might be down, but I’m far from out!”

Ryu says, displaying his Speed Spell-Final Attack card, “You are done, Hunter Pace! I use Speed World Two’s effect and by removing four speed counters, I inflict eight hundred points of damage to your life-points for every speed spell in my hand!”

Hunter Pace yells out, shocked, “No way, kid! That means…!!”

Ryu yells out, strongly, “This duel is done and so are you, Pace!” Ryu fires a blast of energy from his duel disk that strikes Hunter Pace and his Duel Runner causing him to lose 800 life-points in which he loses this duel.

Hunter Pace: 0 SPC: 3

A blast of smoke comes from Hunter Pace’s Duel Runner as his breaks activate in which both Ryu, in his Duel Board, and Hunter Pace, in his Duel Runner, come to a complete stop.

After the holograms fade away soon after, Ryu says, with a plain tone, “That’s the end of the Hunter Pace. I win and that means it is time for you to go.”

But then a voice calls out, “However, you are coming with us, Signer.” A group of mysterious black clad ninjas appear and one of them knocks down Ryu in which they prepare to grab him, but then Ninja Ryu and Ninja Ayane appear in which they easily cut them down.

Ninja Ayane notices a spider insignia and she says, “Ryu-sama, these are members of the Black Spider Clan.”

Ninja Ryu says, looking at the spider symbol, “I see, Ayane.”

Ninja Ayane asks Ninja Ryu, “But I thought that they were…?”

Ninja Ryu tells Ninja Ayane, “I thought so, too, but I learned never to assume anything Ayane.”

Hunter Pace tells them, “I don’t know who these guys are, but since you won the duel, kid, I’ve got to keep up my end of the bargain. However, remember, I’ll be back if there is another chance to show that I’m the best of the best, kid!” Hunter Pace then races off into the distance while Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Third Hokage, and a group of ANBU including Neko appears on the scene while Leon rides up in his Duel Runner while Ayane rides in the back.

Ayane yells out, concerned, “Are you okay, bro?”

Ryu says, with a nod, “I’m okay, Ayane.”

As Ayane goes over to Ryu, Neko says, seriously, “The intruder is getting away!”

Ninja Ryu replies, plainly, “Let him go. He has been defeated and he is useless to those that hired him.”

Naruto asks, seriously, “He attacked our village and you want us to let him go?”

Third Hokage says, with a plain tone, “The people that hired him attacked our village and I think that Hayabusa-sama and his ally have already taken care of him.”

Ninja Ayane says, plainly, “They have, Hokage-sama.”

Sasuke asks, looking down at the forms of the Black Spider ninja, “Who are these guys?”

Ninja Ryu replies, “These are members of the Black Spider clan.”

Kakashi asks, seriously, “The infamous Black Spider clan, Hayabusa-sama?”

Ninja Ryu says, with a nod, “The very same, Kakashi-san. It looks like they are after the Signers for a reason. They must have come after him because since he has no ninja training and no ‘Psychic Duelist’ powers, he would be the easiest to capture.”

Sakura says, annoyed, “That’s not fair.”

Sasuke replies, plainly, “They’re ninja, Sakura. As ninja, we need to use every edge to achieve our goal and defeat our enemies.”

Naruto asks, stunned, “What?”

Third Hokage says, with a sigh, “A sad, but true fact, Naruto.”

Neko asks Third Hokage, “What about the intruder, Hokage-sama?”

Third Hokage tells Neko, “Follow Hayabusa-sama’s command and don’t go after him. He has lost to Signer Ryu in their duel and thus, he has failed his contract. He isn’t the threat, Neko, but those that hired him are.”

Ryu tells everyone, “And that’s why I’ve decided to them on their offer.” Everyone looks at Ryu and he says to Ninja Ryu, “I’ve thought about what you said and you’re right. It wasn’t ninjas in general that took our family away. It was those ninja and those that hired them. My dad taught my sister and I to learn about your enemy and adapt to them. Like people back home, there are good ninjas and bad ninjas, despite what you say. And they won’t just duel us to take us to try to use the power of the Crimson Dragon. To protect my sister, my new friends, and the world as well as honor my family, I need to be able to protect them on any battlefield. I’m willing to train as a ninja.”

Ayane replies, with a plain tone, “Not alone, Ryu. You are my brother and I’m not going to let you go alone into anything. And I want to protect my new friends too.”

Ninja Ayane asks, curiously, “Are you sure?”

When the two of them nod their heads, Kakashi replies, with a plain tone, “I believe that they are, Ayane-san.”

Third Hokage thinks in his mind, “But will this help them and the others for the trials ahead?”

(Returning to New Domino City; Sometime later)

Now, we are inside of Sector Security headquarters where we find Trudge and Mina looking through files of information on holographic screens of course.

Trudge says, with a plain tone, “I don’t get it! These guys seem to have appeared out of thin air! But it can’t be possible!”

Mina says, with a plain tone, “It looks like it, Trudge. There are no records of these people anywhere in the data banks.”

Trudge asks, curiously, “And what’s with their uniforms? Are they some kind of special ops or something?” Just then a knock comes from the door and Trudge calls out, “Come in!” The door opens to reveal a female officer escorting Kalin Kessler into the office.

Mina says, stunned, “Kalin!”

Trudge says, with a sigh, “I see that you have gotten our message about what happened.”

Kalin says, walking into the room, “I have. And I have also gotten another message. Ryu and Ayane are alive and I know where they are.”

Trudge and Mina yell out in unison, “What?!”

Kalin says, with a plain tone, “I think that it is best that we talk in private.”

Trudge says, with a nod, “Agreed.” The female officer is motioned to leave the room which she does so, Trudge then locks the door, and Mina and Trudge make sure that no one can hear them.

When they are sure, Mina asks, stunned, “How do you know this?”

Kalin says, taking out a scroll, “This scroll shall explain everything.” Kalin gives the scroll to Mina and Trudge and they open it up to reveal what is inside.

When they are done reading it, Trudge says, seriously, “I have never heard of this place!”

Mina says, with a plain tone, “I have, Trudge. It is a place that’s protected by some kind of barrier known as ‘The Certain’ and the place, known as the Elemental Countries, has a society that’s similar to Japan in the Feudal Age, but they do have technology that’s more modern like trains and radio communications through maybe a bit more primitive that what we have today. But what’s most notable is that they have real life ninjas, but these ninja use powerful techniques and abilities that are super-human.”

Trudge asks, stunned, “You are kidding right?”

Mina says, with a sigh, “I wish that I was, Trudge. There is very little known about the Elemental Countries. Maxamillion Pegasus made contact with them years ago and managed to make a division that makes Duel Monsters available there through they don’t use Duel Disks and Duel Runners, but other than that and a few other areas, there isn’t much contact with the Elemental Countries. And it would make sense on their ‘taste’ in clothing and why they aren’t registered in any type of registrar because no one has any information on people from the Elemental Countries.”

Trudge says, plainly, “Okay, say that you are right. How do we find them? This place must be quite vast in itself and we don’t know a darn thing.”

Kalin says, with a plain tone, “I was informed that they were in a place known as the Leaf Village in a nation known as Fire Country. I have a copy of the map on that scroll and I’m going after Ryu and Ayane. Yusei, Crow, and Jack were my friends and comrades and I’m not going to stop until I see that they are safe. I only ask that you send some kind of protection for Satisfaction Town while I am away.”

Trudge tells Kalin, “Whoa, cowboy! You aren’t the only one that knew Jack, Crow, and Yusei well, here!”

Mina says, with a nod, “We’re coming with you!”

Kalin says, with a plain tone, “As you wish, but I wish that you send some Sector Security to keep an eye on my new home.”

Trudge says, with a plain tone, “That isn’t a problem, Kalin. But we need to be prepared. No one in the world knows much about that place and that means that we are walking into unknown territory here. I want to get Ryu and Ayane back as much as you do, but we need to be prepared for anything in that place. Let me get something organized and if I can’t get help from Lazar, who I keep wondering is still in power with what happened with Yliaster, we’ll go it alone.”

Kalin replies, plainly, “Agreed, but I won’t wait too long.”

Mina says, with a nod, “Right, Kalin.” Without missing a beat, Mina and Trudge prepare to talk to Lazar, Rex Goodwin’s former second in command and current, the head of Sector Security to see if they can organize a rescue party to find the Fudo twins within the Elemental Countries as Kalin looks out of the window of the office into the distance preparing to do whatever it takes to make sure that the son and daughter of his now dead best friend, Yusei Fudo, is safe and sound.

(Returning to the Leaf Village; on the meanwhile)

Within the Leaf Village, we find ourselves within a secret area in the Leaf Village where we find Danzo looking at some people that look like ANBU, but they had blank masks instead of animal masks.

Danzo asks them, “Did you find anything that belonged to the associates of the intruder?”

One of the blank masked ANBU replies, “No, Danzo-sama. The Hokage made sure that everything was rounded especially those of the representatives of the Hayabusa and Mugen clans.”

Danzo replies, plainly, “I am not surprised and knowing that fool, Sarutobi, he will make sure that these advanced weapons never come into our possession. The outside world may not have the ability to use chakra and jutsu as we do, but they have made up for it by creating some of the most powerful technologies known to all of mankind.”

Another blank masked ANBU asks, “What shall we do, Danzo-sama?”

Danzo tells them, “We shall keep an eye on our ‘guests’. The power of the Mugen and Hayabusa Clan is well-known and the legendary artifact of power that the Hayabusa have, the Dragon Sword, is said to slain the most powerful and evil yokai even known. We can’t allow that to ever leave the village.”

The blank masked ANBU reply in unison, “Yes, Danzo-sama!”

(Later on; Within the Namikaze household)

Inside of the Namikaze household, we find Third Hokage, Kakashi, Hiashi Hyuga, and Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze assembled together as they discuss about something important.

Naruto asks, stunned, “You want me to what?”

Hiashi tells Naruto, plainly, “As I have said, Naruto-sama, I wish for Hinata to live you for a time being and to consider my marriage proposal for my eldest daughter, Hinata, to you.”

Kakashi tells Hiashi, “Hiashi-sama, this request is quite a surprise.”

Third Hokage tells Hiashi, “You wouldn’t be considering such a thing without good reason, Hiashi.”

Hiashi tells Third Hokage, “With you, here, Hokage-sama, I can tell you that marriage within the clan is going to destroy our clan within several generations or so. My marriage with Hinata’s and Hanabi’s mother assured that it wouldn’t happen to my family due to the outside blood that she brought in and the clan would enjoy the Uzumaki blood, the legendary ‘clan of longevity’, added to the Hyuga clan, but for me, this is just an excuse for me for what I wish to do.”

Kakashi asks, curiously, “And that is?”

Hiashi says, with a plain tone, “To prevent what happened to my brother and me to happen to my daughters.”

Third Hokage says, with a nod, “I see, Hiashi.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “I don’t, Old Man. What does Hinata’s father mean? And he has a brother?”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “Had a brother, Naruto. You see, the Hyuga clan is divided into the two ‘families’ known as the main and branch families in which the main family acts as the heads of the clan while the branch family serves the main family and lives to protect their Kekkai Genkai, the Byakugan. However, those of the branch family have a ‘curse mark’ put on their forehead and it puts them into a type of slavery. In which the ‘Curse Seal’ makes the ‘wearer’s’ Byakugan eyes useless when they die, but they also allow the main family to control them by using the ‘Curse Seal’. Also, if there is more than one child from a main family, one family member is chosen to be in the main family, while the other goes to the branch family and it is usually first born that gets into the main family.”

Hiashi says, with a plain tone, “I was chosen to be in the main family because I was born just seconds before my brother, Hizashi. I became part of the main family while Hizashi is marked with the ‘Curse Mark’ and put into the branch family. So, you see where I am going with this. My daughter, Hinata, shown to be strong, but she doesn’t have the strength to be a Hyuga head and being the head of a clan is not easy especially you are head of the strongest clan of the Leaf Village. I fear them putting the ‘Cursed Seal’ on her forehead and even if she had proven to be strong enough to their satisfaction, my younger daughter would get the ‘Curse Mark’ and thrown into the branch family.”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “But Naruto provides your ‘way out’. As the last of the Uzumaki and Namikaze clans as well as a Signer, he will be very well respected, even through not liked, by the ninja clans, who greatly respect the legend of the Crimson Dragon, and if Hinata marries Naruto, she will be safe because they wouldn’t dare put the ‘Curse Mark’ on her especially since she is a Signer as well.”

Hiashi says, with a nod, “But I fear that her status as a Signer will only protect her for so long. My clan has become arrogant which was a combination of inbreeding within the clan and the status given to us by the power of our dojutsu. The elders may want to control Hinata in order to control the Crimson Dragon power within her now in some kind of fear to keep our clan’s strength. Naruto-sama is my only way for the reasons that you have stated before Kakashi and added to the fact that the Nine-Tailed Fox spirit has lost control of its yokai chakra to Naruto. They wouldn’t dare attack the son of the Fourth Hokage and Red Storm of Whirlpool especially with the full power at his fingertips.”

Third Hokage tells Hiashi, “And with Hinata safe protected by Naruto, you can raise Hanabi to be a powerful clan head and you can make sure that she isn’t controlled by the clan elders. Very shrewd, Hiashi.”

Hiashi tells Naruto, “And this is why I need your help, Naruto-sama. I ask you, not as head of the Hyuga clan, but as Hinata’s father, to accepted this agreement and protect my daughter.”

Naruto gives a sigh and he replies, “If Hinata-chan can be safe with me, then you are sure I’m going to help. It is going to be weird for Hinata-chan and me, but I’m sure that we can handle it. However, I’m not going to marry her. I’m just going to let Hinata-chan live her with Ryu, Ayane, Leon-san, Hayabusa-san, Momiji-san, the… big Ayane-san, and me.”

Hiashi tells Naruto, “Understandable, Naruto-sama, but if you change your mind, I’m sure that we can make some arrangements.”

Naruto replies, nervously, “I don’t think that I’ll be changing my mind any time soon, Hiashi-sama.”

Third Hokage thinks in his mind, with a sly grin, “It might change sooner than you think, Naruto. It is well-known fact in the village that the Hyuga heiress has a place in her heart for you.”

Kakashi thinks in his mind, slyly, “It makes me wonder if and when Naruto will realize what feelings Hinata-sama has for him.”

(Deep within another realm; around the same time)

Inside what is known as the Shadow Realm, we find someone with wildly spiking white hair, dark skin tone of an Egyptian, the Millennium Symbol, on his forehead, black sleeveless muscle shirt with a violet cape that goes down to the ground flowing down behind his back, golden wristbands and arm bands on his arms, grey-white jeans with a black belt, and finally, black shoes. He also has an old fashion Battle City duel disk with a dueling deck attached to his right arm.

The male says, with a sinister smile, “How long have been wandering the realm of Shadows? Years? Centuries? It doesn’t matter! After the betrayal of my ‘good side’ and my defeat at the hands of the Pharaoh, I can sense his spirit has long since gone into the afterlife! And the lovely chaos of the battles between light and darkness have given me my way back into the world with a body of mine own! No longer will I need a body and I have regained what was taken from me!” The Egyptian male then takes out something from behind his back and it is revealed to be the Millennium Rod. The male yells out, excitedly and evilly, “And now, it is time to return to world and gain what should have been mine!” Just then he points the Millennium Rod forward and a gateway seems to form in front of him in which the male figure gives a sinister smile as heads through the portal which closes behind him as quickly as it opened up.

(Back in the Elemental Countries; A brief time afterwards)

Returning to the Elemental Countries, we find the figure coming out of a portal and looking around with a curious look.

The male says, with a sinister smile, “Interesting. It seems like my Millennium Rod has sent me here since it has sensed powers of the Shadow Realm here.” The male says, with a sinister smile while putting the Millennium Rod behind his back, “Maybe it is time that I should look into it and see where I am. I also may find some new servants to enslave to my will. I’ll need to restart the Rare Hunters if I am to return to Egypt in order to get what I desire. And this time, there will be nothing and no one to stand in my way!” The male laughs evilly as he heads off into the distance to find out about where he is and how to get what he wants!

(Elsewhere in the Elemental Countries; Several Days later)

At a beach on the edge of the Elemental Countries, we find a ship that kind of looks like a United States Navy LCAC or Landing Craft Air Cushion floating up to the beach and slowing down as it goes inland from the beach. When it is enough inland from the beach, the LCAC floats down and the ramp in front lowers down in which a group of Sector Security Duel Runners, a few trucks, and Kalin’s Duel Runner from Satisfaction Town when it was Crash Town and when Kalin was part of Ramon’s gang, comes down the ramp onto the ground.

Trudge, in his uniform and in the lead Duel Runner, says, “Okay, everyone! You were chosen because you were the best of the best! This is a search and rescue of two survivors of that horrible tragedy barely a few weeks before! And where some friends of mine were brutally murdered! Those two survivors are the children of two of those friends and I promised that I wouldn’t stop until they are found! I can’t force you to go with me, but you would honor me and the memory of those lost including Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, and Akiza Fudo to name of few if you do!”

Just then a blue haired and brown eyed officer says, with a serious tone, “Jack was my friend, sir! And his friends were my friends! If their children are still alive out there, I can’t just sit here!”

Trudge says, with a proud smile, “Good man, Kaz!” Trudge asks the rest of the group, “What say the rest of you?” There were cheers and such that Trudge can’t help to smile and Trudge tells Kalin, “And you, Kalin! Just watch out, okay?! It took a lot of work to get this expedition and the diplomats that we needed to get off the ground in the first place.”

Kalin tells Trudge, “Fine, officer, but remember, I won’t stop until I know that Ryu and Ayane are safe.”

Trudge says, with a sigh, “Don’t I know it? But remember, Kalin, none of know much of what goes on around here, so, we need to stay on our toes and watch what we do.”

Kalin says, with a nod, “Right, Trudge.”

Trudge tells Kalin, “Officer Trudge, Kalin.” Trudge asks, with a groan, “Why am I not surprised by this?” Soon enough, Trudge, Kaz, Kalin, and the Sector Security officers head out into the distance in which Mina is inside one of the vans as they head off into the distance and into the unknown of a place that they and the rest of the ‘outside world’ has never been before: The Elemental Countries.

Next time in Chapter 6:

Naruto: It is going to feel kind of weird having Hinata-chan over. She is a classmate and all and she is a nice girl, but whenever she is near me, she kind of gets nervous and shy.

Ayane (giggling): Naruto, you don’t get it do you?!  Don’t you think there is a reason that Hinata isn’t like Sakura and those other girls with Sasuke?

Naruto (confused): What do you mean Ayane?

Ryu: I think that can wait, sis. We’ve got a lot of training to do!

Ayane: This whole ninja stuff is so hard!

Sakura: You’ll get used to it, Ayane!

Ryu: We’re going to have to since it might be possible that my ‘ninja namesake’s’ own enemies might come after us for the Crimson Dragon too!

Hinata (confused): Who are you?

Mysterious Duel Spirit: I am Kaibaman, Lady Signer. I am here to offer you a chance to increase the power of your deck! Defeat me in a duel and prove your worth! If you succeed, you shall gain the power of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon!

Ryu: Who are you? Huh? You can make the power of Duel Monsters’ cards before real? You are a Psychic Duelist!

Mysterious Man: That’s right. And I intend to make your sister mine!

Ayane (shocked): You’re Sayer, the leader of the Arcadia Movement that used our mom for his own selfish ends! But an Earthbound Immortal ate you! My daddy, Uncle Leo, and Aunt Luna saw it happen!

Sayer: What did you think happen when Yusei defeated that fool Goodwin in that Shadow Duel? I’ve been hiding for years and rebuilding the Movement in secret, but now, you shall be the Neo Arcadia Movement crowning jewel!

Ayane: Never, you rat! You need to beat me in a duel first, Sayer!”

Naruto (confused): Who is that beautiful women in that… outfit?!

Ninja Ryu (stunned): Rachel?!

Rachel: This kid is supposed to be a protector of humanity?! Let’s see him prove it!

Naruto (stunned): What?!

Ayane: Next time on ‘Naruto 5Ds’: Trials of the Signers!

Naruto and Ayane: Let’s go!

This is the first Turbo Duel that I have written about in a long time and I hope that it is good! I’m also going to work as best as I can to get the Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden elements of the story done well. I know plenty about Dead or Alive, but not too much about the Ninja Gaiden. I’m researching the games and stories and hopefully, I won’t make too many mistakes, everyone! Wish me luck, gang! Later and best wishes, Naruto and Dueling fans!
