We are going strong with twenty chapters and I’m glad that things are going so well so far! By the way, if you think that this will contain mainly Yu-Gi-Oh and Naruto type action, you would be wrong. I plan for all ‘stories’ that I use in this fanfiction to have their ‘minutes of fame’, so, expect plenty of Digimon and Sailor Moon type battles and characters to appear in the near future everyone! Anyway, with Jaden and Alexis back, things are going to get interesting and by the way, I plan to use elements from the Yu-Gi-Oh manga storylines as well through they will be mainly coming from the Yu-Gi-Oh R/GX manga stories. You are going to see what I mean soon enough, folks! Before I start this chapter, once more, I would like to give thanks and credit to Arrick Haun and this author’s story of ‘Kasumi: The Last Signer’ for the idea of Leaf Village’s Duel Academy.

Naruto 5Ds: Shinobi Signers

Chapter 20: Cold Flames and Burning Snow

Inside of the Leaf Village, we find one Hanabi Hyuga training in her clan’s Taijutsu style, the Gentle Fist, as her dad watches on and he gives a nod when she is done.

Hiashi tells Hanabi, “You have done well, Hanabi. You shall be a strong leader when the time is right.”

Hanabi tells Hiashi, “Father, was Hinata-onee-chan supposed to be leader?”

Hiashi tells Hanabi, “Your older sister agreed to become the wife of the Namikaze and it is better since her strength comes from him. In our strict ways, your sister’s potential was being hampered and only with the Namikaze can her true strength, which makes her more than strong enough to be a good clan leader, be shown.”

Hanabi asks, perplexed, “How can Hinata-onee-chan’s true power be shown with him, father?”

Hiashi tells Hanabi, with a rare smile, “Hanabi, you are too young to realize how the power of love can make people do thing that are unable to do. However, when you are older, you will understand the ways of the heart.” Hanabi gives a curious look and she then looks over nearby which makes Hiashi curious causing him to ask, “What is it Hanabi?”

Hanabi says, curiously, “I don’t know, father.” Hanabi goes to the door, opens it, and she finds an injured black cat with a crescent moon mark on her forehead in which Hanabi can’t resist to go into ‘kawaii mode’ as she gently picks it up in which she shows her dad.

Hiashi asks, curiously, “A cat?”

Hanabi tell Hiashi, “Father, the poor thing is injured.”

Hiashi tells Hanabi, “Hanabi, we don’t know where the cat has been.” Hiashi asks, curiously, “What’s this? A crescent moon on the forehead?” Hiashi gently puts his hand gently on her forehead and while the cat hisses showing the feline’s dislike of being ‘felt’ there, Hiashi thinks in his mind, “It feels like a natural part of the feline’s head, but no normal feline has that kind of marking on its forehead.”

Hanabi tells Hiashi, “Father, we can’t just let the cat die.”

Hiashi tells Hanabi, sternly, “Hanabi, we don’t know where this feline came from and as you can see, it has a strange marking on its forehead.”

Hanabi tells Hiashi, gently petting the feline, “I believe that this cat is a ‘she’, father. And my Byakugan doesn’t see any danger from her.”

Hiashi says, with a sigh, “Even with our eyes, a ninja must see what’s beneath you see Hinata. We are taking this cat to Lady Hokage and see what she says, but if it is okay, I shall ask that she get the best medical care.” Hanabi smiles and Hiashi and his daughter head off to see Tsunade in which Hanabi gently pets the cat.

The cat then thinks, in a female human voice, “I’m finally here! I sense Serena here and I hope that I can find her to warn her about what I found out!”

(Rejoining our Signers group; on the meanwhile)

Returning with our Signers group, we find them, joined by Jaden and Alexis, exiting out of the castle to find Tania and her Amazoness forces dragging or standing on the Dark World forces.

Tania says, with a grin, “I see that you were successful in your attack everyone.”

Davis says, with a smirk, “No big, Tania.”

Leon says, with a grin, “Speak for yourself kid.”

Alexis tells our Signers, “So, you are supposed to be warriors of that huge dragon that we saw who fought evil against demons known as Earthbound Immortal around the time that famous Pharaoh Atem fought the Shadow Games in Egypt?”

Ayane says, with a smile, “That’s about the short end of it.”

Jaden says, with a plain tone, “I think that I remember seeing that huge dragon so long ago.”

Ryu tells Jaden, “You did, Jaden. You fought with my dad when you fought Paradox when he came through time.”

Jaden asks, stunned, “Whoa, Ryu! Are you saying that you are Yusei Fudo’s kid?”

Ayane says, with a smile, “That’s right, Jaden.”

Jaden says, amazed, “That’s so sweet! I’ve always wanted to see him again!”

Ayane becomes solemn and she says, weakly, “You won’t get the chance, Jaden-san. My father is dead.”

Jaden asks, stunned, “What?” Soon enough, Ryu and Ayane explain, through choking up tears at certain moments, about their parents’ and the original Signers’ deaths.

When they were done, Jaden and Alexis were shocked and Alexis asks Bastion, “Is this true?”

Bastion says, with a nod, “Indeed, Alexis. The original Signers, including the one that traveled through time to aid Jaden and Yugi Moto against Paradox, were killed by people that wanted the power of the Crimson Dragon for their own selfish needs. By killing the originals, they knew that would force the Crimson Dragon to choose new Signers in order to fill the void because this upset the balance of life in which the Earthbound Immortals after their parents sealed them away returned to cause chaos and mayhem once more through their avatars, the Dark Signers.”

Jaden asks, curiously, “Dark Signers?”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “They are the warriors of the Earthbound Immortals, Jaden-san. They are people that were brought back just after they died through they are different from zombies…”

Davis says, with a plain tone, “They are exactly as they are in life, just they are not alive and they are filled with dark powers to cover the world in darkness as well as end all humanity.”

Ayane says, with a plain tone, “That’s one way of putting it, Davis.”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “And when we duel against the Dark Signers, we fight more deadly versions of the Shadow Game than you have faced. If you lose one of their Shadow Games, you don’t get sealed into something or get sent into some kind of ‘Shadow Realm’, you died. These are duels of life or death.”

Alexis says, shocked, “Oh my!”

Jaden says, seriously, “And I thought that I had some deadly and wacky duels in my day. You, guys, have got it rough.”

Naruto says, looking solemnly, “You don’t know the half of it, Jaden-san.”

Alexis asks, curiously, “What’s wrong with Naruto?”

Ayane and Hinata look at Naruto, concerned, and he nods his head in which Ayane says, “His mom is a Dark Signer. On the day that he was born, Naruto’s mom died and unknown to anyone, one of the Earthbound Immortals turned her into a Dark Signer, but she has put into some kind of ‘dormancy’ for thirteen years and we didn’t know until she appeared and preparing to destroy Naruto’s home.”

Jaden and Alexis are shocked and Alexis asks, perplexed, “Why would she do that?”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “My home didn’t treat me good even through my parents were heroes of the village.”

Haku says, with a plain tone, “Naruto-sama’s story is complex, Alexis-san.”

Leon tells Jaden, “We’ll explain it when we get back to Naruto’s home, pops.”

Jaden tells Leon, with a grin, “After all these years, you are calling me ‘pops’.”

Leon says, with a smile, “We never got the chance before dad.”

Jaden tells Leon, “I hope that we can make up for lost time, Leon.”

Leon says, with a smile, “I know that you will dad.”

Alexis asks, curiously, “How do we get home everyone?” Just then all six Signers ‘Marks of the Dragon’ glow in unison and Bastion then quickly goes over to Tania.

Bastion tells Jaden, with a smile, “I believe that you have your answer Jaden.”

Alexis tells Bastion, “I still can’t believe that you and Tania are…”

Bastion tells Alexis, “Love can come in the most unusual of place, Alexis. I wish you and Jaden luck back home.”

Tania says, with a smile, “You are going to need it.”

Kari tells Tania, “Thank you, Tania-san.”

Tania says, with a grin, “Anything for sisters and Signers, Kari.”

Davis tells Tania, with a grin, “If you are in the neighborhood of the human realm, look us up and stop on by!”

Tania says, with a nod, “Bastion-kun and I will think about it.” As our heroes and heroines wave goodbye, the bright light from the Marks of the Dragon become brighter before engulfing them and then transforming into the Crimson Dragon itself which creates a portal in the sky and flies through it.

(A brief time afterwards; Back in the Leaf Village)

Returning to the Leaf Village, we find Tsunade and Shizune meeting with Trudge and Mina about the Leaf Village’s Duel Academy as Hiashi and Hanabi appear with the mysterious feline in their hands. However, the sky gives off a beautiful, but mysterious, yet familiar crimson glow and everyone looks towards the sky.

Trudge asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

Just then a bright glow becomes nearly blinding and that light transforms into a Crimson Dragon in which Shizune yells out, “That’s the Crimson Dragon!” Soon enough, an orb of crimson light comes from the Crimson Dragon which when it lands revealing our Signers’ group including their newest additions before giving a mighty roar before vanishing.

Davis says, amazed, “What a ride!”

Veemon says, with a nod, “I’ll say, Davis!”

Tai says, with an amazed tone, “Imperialdramon was something, but that Crimson Dragon is also something else!”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “So, Naruto, I see that yours and the other Signers’ ‘mission’ are done.”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Yep! You can say that Granny Tsunade!”

Tsunade says, annoyed, “Don’t call me that brat.”

Trudge tells them, “I am not going to get used to you, kids, doing that.”

Jaden and Alexis step into the scene and Jaden asks, curiously, “Where are we now?”

Naruto tells Jaden, with a grin, “This is my home: The Leaf Village!”

Trudge asks, curiously, “And who are you?”

Mina releases who Jaden is and she says, with yelp, “Wait a minute! You’re Jaden Yuki, the second King of Games after Yugi Moto!”

Trudge yelps out in shock and Leon says, with a nod, “I see that my dad is well-known.”

Trudge asks, shocked, “Your dad?!” Trudge looks at Jaden and back at Leon in which he yells out, “He is young enough to be your kid, Leon!”

Ryu says, with a sigh, “Long story, Trudge.”

Trudge says, with a plain tone, “With you, I’ll believe it.”

Mina says, amazed, “Incredible! You and Alexis Rhodes have been missing for many years and you don’t look a day over eighteen!”

Alexis says, with a shrug, “I’m surprised myself, but being stuck in some kind of crystal for so many years might do it.”

Shizune asks, scratching her head, “Naruto? Hinata? What’s going on here?”

Tsunade tells Shizune, “I think that we should have an immediate debriefing.”

Just then a female voice calls out, “Serena!” Everyone then looks to see the black cat with the crescent moon sigil on her forehead leap out of a surprised Hanabi’s hands and into Serena’s arms.

Serena says, happily, “Luna, you’re alive! I’m so glad that you are okay!”

The cat replies, in a female voice, “I barely survived the destruction of your home, Serena. It took me this long to find you. I’m just glad that you are safe.”

Joe asks, curiously, “Is it me or did that cat just talk?”

Mimi tells Joe, “It isn’t you, Joe.”

Ayane asks Serena, “Friend of yours, Serena?”

Serena says, with a nod, “This is Luna, my cat. And she is also my advisor.”

Tai asks, curiously since he is not seeing too many people shocked by this, “Isn’t a talking cat a bit weird for you people?”

Davis tells Tai, “Tai, these people summon giant slugs and toads that are the size of skyscrapers. Do you think that would be shocked by a talking cat?”

Tai says, nodding his head, “Good point, Davis.”

Haku asks Davis, “Why aren’t you…?” Just then Haku realizes that since the Digidestined had to deal with Digimon AKA ‘Digital Monsters’ in another reality linked to this one, they wouldn’t be as ‘shocked’ by something like a talking cat even through it is flesh and blood and not digital information like Gatomon.

Trudge says, with a snort, “Excuse me for being shocked, everyone.”

Luna winches in pain and Serena says, worriedly, “You’re hurt.”

Luna says, “I’m okay, Serena. I had a very hard time to get here and find you.”

Serena asks Luna, “How did you get here?”
Tsunade tells Serena, “I think that explanations are left for the debriefing Serena.”

Mina asks, pointing to Asuka, “By the way, who is this person that looks like Alexis Rhodes through with… greater ‘assets’?”

Alexis replies, nervously, “She is my new ‘sister’, kind of.”

Ayane replies, with a nervous tone, “That’s another story, everyone.”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “One that I intend to hear fully in our debriefing, Ayane.” Tsunade thinks in her mind, “Something tells me that this is going to add even more paperwork than before, but then again, it is a good thing that I know how to handle it. If I didn’t, it would be a nightmare.”

With Hanabi and Hiashi, Hanabi asks Hiashi, “Father, are you sure?”

Hiashi tells Hanabi, “If the feline is with Lady Serena, I’m sure that she is safe. Hanabi, you have much to learn including trusting your own judgment and your own instincts not just your own knowledge.”

Hanabi looks at the scene in front of her and she says, with a nod, “I see, father.” When she looks at her older sister, she thinks, “I wish that I could understand what our father meant about your true strength, Hinata-onee-chan. Does have someone that you love give you strength beyond what I have seen? I guess that I do have much to learn, Hinata-onee-chan.”

(Inside of the Namikaze mansion; Sometime later)

Within the Namikaze mansion, we find our Signers, Digidestined, Digimon, the ninja from the Hayabusa and Mugen Tenshin villages, Haku, Leon, Kalin, Asuka, Jaden, and Alexis assembled together with Tsunade and Shizune joining them with Luna on the table in which they explain all about the current situation with Serena showing her ‘Mark of the Dragon’ to Luna.

Tsunade says, with a sigh, “Well, Leon, it looks like you’ve finally found your dad.”

Leon says, with a smile, “I did, Lady Tsunade, but it looks like dad and mom are going to be around longer than I am.”

Shizune says, looking at Asuka and Alexis, “This clone looks exactly like you despite the… ‘differences’, Miss Rhodes.”

Alexis says, with a smile, “Actually, it is Mrs. Yuki, Shizune-san.”

Kalin says, with a plain tone, “It seems like that they have gathered DNA of the best duelists in all of history.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “And it looks like that they are combining them with the DNA of ninja from the Elemental Countries. It is not surprising that they would try to make an ‘ultimate duelist’ and ‘ultimate fighter’ into one.”

Ninja Ayane says, “They have the very well developed genetic emerging to do so. They have made excellent clones of my sister and even a more powerful clone of her too.”

Yolei says, with a snort, “I guess that the laws of nature don’t apply to these assholes.”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “They remind me of Orochimaru even more than ever and it sickens me to the core.”

Serena tells Tsunade, “Thank you for helping with Luna, Lady Tsunade.”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “It is a good thing that her wounds weren’t too serious or I would have to call someone like Hana on this.”

Ayane asks, curiously, “Who?”

Shizune tells Ayane, “Hana Inuzuka, she’s Kiba’s older sister, but a lot nicer and the vet for the village.”

Naruto asks, nervously, “Not arguing that Kiba’s sister isn’t nice, but isn’t cat and dogs a bad mix?”

Tsunade says, with a smile, “Good point, gaki, but I’m sure that Hana will make sure that Luna doesn’t get in trouble with her clan’s canine partners.”

Davis asks Luna, “So, what’s the story on that Sailor Charon that Moon girl mentioned?”

Luna says, with a sigh, “She is Sailor Pluto’s sister and she is considered an ‘unusual’ Sailor Soldier. In fact, she had fought her own sister in combat and broke a number of rules. Her loyalty to her own planet was questioned, but her loyalty to you was never in question. She was loyal to you and she was your best friend in fact from what I remember. She liked the fact that you were the girlfriend and betrothed of the Earth Prince, Endymon. Not many people of the Moon Kingdom liked the fact that you were marrying a prince from Earth and that being out of the ordinary is why Sailor Charon preferred you to the other Sailor Scouts, who were mainly more traditions minus your cousin, Sailor Venus.”

Ryu asks, plainly, “Do you think that Sailor Charon plotted for Sailor Moon to become one of us?”

Luna says, with a plain tone, “I’m sure of it, Ryu-san. Despite her ‘flaws’, Serena is indeed more than worthy to bear the Mark of the Dragon which is held in high regard since the Crimson Dragon is a respect guardian entity of the universe including the Silver Alliance. I believe that since the Crimson Dragon was stronger than back in its battle with the Earthbound Immortals…”

Ayane asks, curiously and interrupting, “Stronger? What do you mean by that?”

Luna tells Ayane, “The Crimson Dragon and the Silver Crystal are similar in nature since the light that gave birth to life in the universe, Light of Creation and Hope, are a part of them. The power of the Silver Crystal grows stronger due the strength of Serena’s positive emotions through the connection that the Silver Crystal has to those of Serena’s royal bloodline. The ‘Mark of the Dragon’ is similar in nature I believe and it links the Signers to the Crimson Dragon and each other. The original Signers, Yusei Fudo, Akiza Fudo, my human namesake, Jack Atlas, and Crow Hogan, had given out such strong position emotions and with strong hearts and willpower which caused their ‘inner light’ to shine brightly which made the Crimson Dragon stronger than before because of the strong positive energy of their emotions and willpowers. When Leo, my human namesake’s brother, showed the same qualities and his ‘bond’ with her allowed the Crimson Dragon to choose a vessel for its new strength creating the Dragon’s Heart Mark of the Dragon because remember, there were only five Mark of the Dragon originally.”

Ayane says, with a plain tone, “That we do know, Luna-san. But do you think that the Crimson Dragon and the Silver Crystal will become stronger since that are ‘connected’ to Serena?”

Luna says, with a plain tone, “I can’t be certain, but it is a good possibility.” Luna says, with a sigh, “However, what Sailor Charon told me is completely unnerving. If that future is gone, what kind of future is for the universe?”

Davis says, with a plain tone, “Whatever future that she wants, Luna-san. Personally, Naruto and I think the same thing about so-called ‘destiny’ and ‘fate’ and in our minds, it don’t exists.”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Believe it, everyone! I say that Serena-san can build her own future the way that she wants it! Maybe this whole disaster came about because she wanted it because it would peace and stuff, but it wasn’t the exactly the way that she wanted it. But now, she can work the future the way she wants to do it!”

Serena says, amazed, “I… I never thought about that way. I guess that since I saw and been into Crystal Tokyo that I’ve been following that path. My greatest dream is to be a bride in a lovely wedding, but if that future brought peace and love and no more of the horrors that I faced, I accepted it. I guess that I went along with it and didn’t really think about it at all.”

Ayane says, with a nod, “You have to make the future the way that you want deep in your heart, Serena, like our parents did.”

Ryu says, with a plain tone, “We have the power to shape our own futures. It is what my dad taught my sister and me, Serena-san.”

Naruto says, with a grin, “No joke, Serena! Believe it!”

Hinata tells Serena, “I believe that it is up to all of us to shape the future in the way that we want it, Serena-san.”

Serena says, with a smile, “You’re right, Hinata-san. I think that’s what Sailor Charon wanted.”

Tsunade tells Serena, “By the way, Serena, I talked about to you about your Silver Crystal and how it can possibly wipe out the Curse Seal of Orochimaru?”

Serena says, with a nod, “You wanted one of your ninja, Anko, who was Orochimaru’s student before he abandoned her when he used her as a test subject for his Curse Seal, to see if my Silver Crystal can get rid of it, Lady Tsunade.”

Tsunade says, with a nod, “That’s right, Serena. And she agreed to it. As you know well know, she hates her former teacher with passion for what he did to her and would like nothing to get rid of that thing on her neck.”

Naruto says, with a snort, “I can understand why. That snake is a real asshole.”

Hinata says, with a nod, “He doesn’t value human life and uses people for his own personal gain.”

Tsunade tells Serena, “Since you got back from a ‘mission’ of sorts and we need to prepare for it, we won’t be doing it right away.”

Ayane asks, curiously, “What about Jaden and Alexis?”

Shizune says, with a smile, “Lady Tsunade and the ninja council have talked it over and since they are experienced duelists from their part of the world as well as ‘legendary duelists’ like Yugi Moto, Seto Kaiba, and the like…”

Jaden thinks in his mind, with a grin, “I didn’t know that I had become so famous! Sweet!”

Shizune says, finishing up, “We’ve agreed to give them administrative positions at our new Duel Academy.”

There are plenty of gasps and Alexis asks, stunned, “Administrative positions? But Jaden-kun and I have been gone for years and we haven’t gotten update in the current forms of dueling. Do you really think that this is a good idea?”

Ayane says, with a grin, “We could help and show you how much dueling has changed and much of what playing Duel Monsters hasn’t changed too much over the years. The basics are pretty much the same even through some new things including a new form of dueling and new types of monsters have been added over the years you have been gone.”

Leon says, with a smile, “Ayane is right, mom. Much of what Duel Monsters was in yours and dad’s time is pretty much the same here.”

Jaden tells Alexis, with a grin, “I say that’s a sweet idea to be the teachers instead of the students for once!”

Alexis tells Jaden, with a warm smile, “You would think so, Jaden-kun.” Alexis says, with a nod, “Okay, we’ll agree.”

Tsunade asks Leon and Kalin, “And I hope that you will agree too?”

Shizune tells them, “This won’t take you away from Ryu and Ayane as well as the other Signers.”

Kalin says, with a plain tone, “They won’t need me back in my new home since it has done very well since Yusei and I driven out Lotten and his gang.”

Leon says, with a nod, “And I would be honored to help out.”

Tsunade says, with a nod, “Good, Leon-san. I will inform Detective Trudge and Mina about your decision and I’m sure that they will be glad.”

Kari asks, pointing to Asuka, “What about Asuka here?”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “After the medical examination, I’m going to bring in Inoichi to scan her mind. If they had suppressed Alexis Rhodes’ personality in her when they ‘created’ her, it isn’t assured that they don’t have a ‘trigger’ for her. If she checks out, I think that she would do well as an assistant to Jaden and Alexis. We can make sure that she is a dueling prodigy and graduated early.”

Alexis says, with a smile, “I think that will work out fine.”

Asuka says, with a nod, “Thank you, Lady Tsunade.”

Tsunade tells everyone, looking at Naruto, “And if Naruto doesn’t mind the extra guests, all of our newest guests can stay in the Namikaze clan mansion under the protection of the Uzumaki and Namikaze clans much like the Signers and their other friends.”

Naruto says, with a foxy grin, “I don’t mind, believe it!”

Jaden says, with a grin, “Thanks, Naruto.”

Tsunade tells Naruto, “However, Naruto, I suggest that you take a breather. I have Team Seven going on a mission very soon and you need to be ready since you are going to be the second in command of your team.”

Naruto asks, stunned, “Second in command?”
Shizune tells Naruto, “You are a Chunin, Naruto. That means that you are second in rank on your team and if Kakashi is doing something on his own or missing for whatever reason, you are in command of your teammates, Naruto.” Naruto didn’t know to be very excited or very nervous knowing who his teammates is.

Tsunade tells Serena, with a smile, “Serena-san, if you are willing to train in the ninja arts to get your friends back from Orochimaru and defend yourself from what’s to come like Davis, Ryu, and Ayane, I am willing to take care of your training personally.”

Serena asks, surprised, “You are?”

Tsunade tells Serena, “I am an expert in the healing arts and knowing what kind of person you are, I think that this is the best path for you since your current powers focus on healing and purification as well as your personalities wishes to heal and not to fight and destroy. But I must tell you that medical ninjutsu is very tough and requires excellent chakra control through I hear that you have great control over the vast chakra that you already have.”

Shizune says, with a plain tone, “And I think that maybe we should have Genjutsu added into your training as well, Serena-san. You are not exactly the type that likes to fight, so, I think that Taijutsu would be bad for you, but ninjutsu, especially medical ninjutsu, and Genjutsu, the illusionary arts of the shinobi.”

Hinata asks Shizune, “Shizune-sama, do you think that you can convince Kurenai-sensei to help?”

Tsunade says, with a smile, “I think that we can help with that, Hinata.” Tsunade asks Serena, “So, what do you think?”

Serena says, with a sigh, “I really don’t want to fight, but I know that if I want a chance to get my friends back than I have to get stronger and be stronger for them.”

When Serena nods her head, Tsunade says, with a grin, “Thanks to my gaki godson, I can help since my paperwork has gone down.”

Shizune says, with a smile, “Since you left several Shadow Clones to do your work, Lady Tsunade.”

Tsunade says, with a grin, “But of course, I can sense them getting done as we speak.” Tsunade thinks in her mind, “But what I don’t get is after all these Hokages, minus Minato, no one figured to use that simple jutsu, at least for Jonin and Hokages, in order to that kind of work?”

Luna tells Tsunade, “Lady Tsunade, after this meeting, can I speak with you personally?”

Tsunade replies, a bit nervously, “Sure, Luna-san. But this will be a bit awkward if you get what I mean.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Pervy Sage and I can summon huge talking toads and you can summon giant slugs, both of whom can talk, and you find talking to a talking cat awkward, Granny Tsunade?”

Tsunade gives Naruto a glare and she says, with a sigh, “You are a real pain, gaki, especially when you have a good point.” Tsunade thinks in her mind, “Something tells me that life is going to get more interesting from now on.”

Serena thinks in her mind, thoughtfully, “Girls, I know that you are out there. Just hold on. I’ll find you and I’ll save you.”

Yubel, back within Jaden, tells him, telepathically, “Jaden-kun, I believe that it is good that you will be staying here where the Signers are staying. I sense that the battles for the future will focus in two places. Back at the rebuild and renamed, Neo Domino City, and here, in the place called the Leaf Village. I can just feel the focuses of not light and darkness, but good and evil converging in this place. Be ready to aid the Signers at any time and I have already given you the three Sacred Beast cards. As the ‘Supreme King’, they are your guardian creatures like the Egyptian God Monsters, Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra, aided Pharaoh Atem.”

Jaden replies, with a nod, “Gotcha, Yubel.”

(The following day; on the Namikaze Estates)

Right now, we find ourselves on the outside ground of the Namikaze Clan Compound/Estates, we find Jaden Yuki, having a regular silver model of a typical Neo Domino City Duel Disk (A/N: Like the ones used in The Facility.) and Jaden’s dueling deck inside, is about to duel against Ryu. On the meanwhile, Alexis, Ayane, all of the Digidestined, their Digimon, Serena, and Leon are all assembled together to watch this duel about to start.

Alexis tells Jaden, “Are you sure about this, Jaden-kun?”

Jaden says, with a grin, “If I’m going to get back to dueling after all these years, why not? I think that it is going to be sweet to see those same cards that Yusei used in our deck against Paradox.”

Alexis says, with a sigh, “Same old Jaden-kun.”

Leon tells Alexis, “And that’s why you married him, mom.”

Alexis says, with a nod, “That’s right, sweetie.”

Mimi asks the other Digidestined, while glancing over to Alexis and Leon, “Doesn’t anyone feel that this is just plan weird? Leon looks like the parent and Alexis looks like his child, not the other way around, right?”

Sora tells Mimi, “Right, Mimi, but you got to know that this kind of stuff or even weird happened to us.”

Mimi says, with a nod, “That’s a good point, Sora.” On the meanwhile, Ryu and Jaden activate their duel disks, their life-points counters display 4000 life-points for each duelist, and their decks are shuffled automatically.

Jaden says, amazed, “Wow! These duel disks that you use are quite amazing, Ryu. They shuffle your decks for you!”

Ryu tells Jaden, “Remember, Seto Kaiba was the one that developed the technology including the technology for the Duel Runners, but they didn’t become mainstay until years later.”

Jaden tells Ryu, “I think that dueling while riding those things is pretty sweet! I hope that I could try that!”

Leon tells Jaden, with a grin, “I could help with that dad. You usually get your official license when you are same age that you are allowed to start riding motorcycles through Duel Runners are far more advanced that motorcycles, but since they are similar to motorcycles, being one person wheeled vehicles, you start at sixteen. Physically, you more than pass the age and technically… you get the idea.”

Jaden tells Leon, “Sounds sweet Leon!” Soon after, Jaden and Ryu draw five cards from their duel disks as their duel begins in which Jaden yells out, “Game on!”

Jaden says, drawing a card, “I’ll start off the duel, Ryu.” Jaden says, putting one card into the spell/trap slots, “I play E-Emergency Call spell card! Now, I can move one Elemental Hero from my deck to my hand!” A card comes out of Jaden’s deck, he puts it into his hand, and he yells out, discarding Neo Space Pathfinder (1800/800), “Next, I discard my Neo Space Pathfinder to add one Neo Space to my hand!” Another card comes out of Jaden’s deck, adds it to his hand, and he yells out, putting one card on his duel disk, “I play my Elemental Hero Neos Alius in attack mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos Alius (1900/1300), what looks like a child-like version of Elemental Hero Neos, appears on the field in attack mode. Jaden says, putting two cards face-down, “And I end by throwing down a couple of face-downs!”

Ryu says, drawing a card, “It’s my turn, Jaden!” Ryu says, putting one card into the spell/trap slots, “I play my One for One spell card! By discarding one monster card from my hand, I can summon one level one monster from my deck!” Ryu discards his Quillbolt Hedgehog (800/800), a card comes out of Ryu’s deck, and he says, putting the card on his duel disk, “And I choose the Tuner monster, Turbo Synchron, in attack mode!” Soon after, Turbo Synchron (100/500) appears on the field in attack mode and Ryu says, with a plain tone, “And the card that I sent to my graveyard was Quillbolt Hedgehog and since there is a Tuner monster on the field, I can revive him from my graveyard!” Soon after, Quillbolt Hedgehog (800/800) returns to the field in attack mode. Ryu says, putting one card on his duel disk, “And now, I play Max Warrior too!” Just then Max Warrior (1800/800) appears on the field in attack mode and Ryu yells out, “And now, I tune my Turbo Synchron with Max Warrior and Quillbolt Hedgehog in order to Synchro Summon Lightning Warrior!” Turbo Synchron turns into one star that turns into one ring that surround Max Warrior and Quillbolt Hedgehog making them become transparent. When Ryu takes a Synchro Monster card from his Extra Deck, a column of light appears on the field and when Ryu puts the Synchro Monster card on his duel disk, Lightning Warrior (2400/1200), a silver and grey armored humanoid monster with massive blond hair, a mask over his eyes, red slash around his waist, and a blue jewel on his armored chest, comes out to the field in attack mode.

Alexis says, amazed, “Wow. So that’s Synchro Summoning? Incredible.”

Davis says, curiously, “That’s a new monster.”

Ayane says, with a grin, “Bro added it to his deck sometime back, but he never got a chance to use this one.”

Ryu yells out, “Lightning Warrior, destroy Neos Alius with Lightning Punisher!” Lightning Warrior unleashes a blast of lightning energy in which he charges his right fist to attack Neos Alius with.

Jaden says, pushing a button on his duel disk, “I activate my trap card: Hero Barrier!” Jaden’s face-down card is revealed to be the Hero Barrier trap card and Jaden says, with a grin, “Sorry, bro, but my Hero Barrier negates an attack on Elemental Hero!” A powerful barrier protects Neos Alius from Lightning Warrior’s attack.

Ryu says, putting two cards into the spell/trap slots, “I end my turn with two cards face-down.”

Jaden says, drawing a card, “It’s my turn!” Jaden says, with a sly grin, “And now, I use my Neos Alius’ Gemini Effect which means I turn him an effect monster by this ‘summoning’, Ryu. And now, Neos Alius is counted as Neos while on the field.” After Jaden’s Field Spell slot on his duel disk opens up, he says, putting a card on his duel disk, “And now, I can play my Neo Space Field Spell!” Soon after, the field is turned into multi-colored outer space field and Jaden says, with a grin, “Now, my Neos along with any Neos Fusion Monster gains five hundred attack points and since Neos Alius counts as Neos…” Soon after, Neos Alius goes up from 1900/1300 to 2400/1300 and Jaden says, putting one card into the spell/trap slots, “Next, I play my Neos Force spell card and give it to Neos Alius since he is counts as Elemental Hero Neos, he can use it! This sweet card gives him eight hundred extra attack points!” Neos Alius goes from 2400/1300 to 3200/1300 and Jaden yells out, “Neos Alius, attack his Lightning Warrior with Cosmic Pound!” Neos Alius then charges in to attack Lightning Warrior.

Ryu says, pushing a button on his duel disk, “I activate my Scrap-Iron Scarecrow!” Ryu’s face-down card is revealed to be Scrap-Iron Scarecrow and Ryu tells Jaden, “This card negates the attack of your monster, Jaden!” Just then the scarecrow on the card appears and blocks Neos Alius attack on Lightning Warrior in which Ryu says, with a smile, “Plus, this card goes face-down instead of the graveyard, but I can only use it once per turn.” Scrap-Iron Scarecrow then goes from face-up back to face-down.

Jaden says, putting a card into the spell/trap slots, “Sweet card and move, Ryu! I’ll throw down a face-down and then my Neos Force returns to my deck during the End Phase.” Neos Alius goes from 3200/1300 back down to 2400/1300 while Jaden puts the equip spell back in his deck which is reshuffled immediately.

Tai whistles and he says, “Both of them are pretty good.”

Izzy tells Tai, “You’ve got to remember that Jaden is a legendary duelist while Ryu is the son of Yusei Fudo, also a legendary duelist too.”

Matt says, with a grin, “And he has been showing it, Izzy. His mom and dad must have taught them everything that they know. They are good.”

Ayane says, with a smile, “Thanks, Matt-san.” Ayane looks up to the sky and she gives a sigh.

Serena asks Ayane, “What’s wrong Ayane?”

Ayane says, with a smile, “Nothing Serena. I was just wondering if Naruto and his team are okay on their mission.”

Serena says, with a warm smile, “I’m sure that he will be fine. He is not the kind of person that goes down easily.”

Ayane says, with a giggle, “Yeah, Serena, you’re right.”

Serena asks, curiously, “Why are you so worried about him?”

Ayane replies, with a blush, “Why do you ask that?”

Serena replies, with a cheeky smile on her lips, “Nothing, Ayane.” Ayane gives an annoyed look, but blush at the thought about her worrying about Naruto more than a friend in which she strikes to shake out of her mind with no success while Ryu draws his next card as he continues the duel with Jaden Yuki.

(Later on; joining up with Naruto)

Speaking our blond haired Namikaze, we find him along with the rest of Team 7, Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura, on a good sized Feudal Japanese style sailing ship watching a movie crew set up for scene especially a beautiful woman in a green and pink kimono with deep dark blue-green hair and blue eyes getting her lips painted red. The woman’s name is Yukie Fujikaze, a famous movie actress in the Elemental Country who’s staring role is Princess Fun in the Princess Gale movie series. Team 7’s mission is to protect her and the her movie crew as they film the latest Princess Gale in the Land of Snow, but Yukie wasn’t so ‘hot’ on going there which Kakashi had to use his Sharingan on her, while she was drunk, to get her on the ship sailing to that land. Even through he liked the Princess Gale movie, he wasn’t so hot on the actress, Yukie, herself in which she showed a pretty nasty attitude including refusing and being nasty to a group of fans when they wanted her autograph.

Naruto says, with a sigh, “I don’t know, Kakashi-sensei. I don’t think that I can really handle this woman.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “What are you talking about Naruto? You have to deal with her since you have to protect her. This is an important mission Naruto.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Mission?”

Kakashi says, with a nod, “That’s right, Naruto. An A-rank mission.”

Naruto and Sakura look at Kakashi in surprise and Naruto asks, curiously, “This is an A-rank mission, Kakashi.”

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, “I don’t think that babysitting a pamper actress is that big of a deal.”

Kakashi tells Sasuke, “That’s not true, Sasuke. Big time celebrities, like her, are targets all the time. Who knows who is after her? Just be on your guard, okay?”

Sakura asks, curiously, “But why send us on an A-rank mission?”

Kakashi tells Sakura, “Even through our losses with minimum in the invasion by Orochimaru, we are still recovering from the invasion and the passing on of the mantle of Hokage from the Third Hokage to the Fifth Hokage isn’t exactly straight forward. We are still on high alert for anyone wanting to take advantage of the situation and we are kind of spread out until the danger passes in which we can reorganize. Besides, I think that our newest Chunin needs some experience in his new post.” Kakashi asks Naruto, “Am I right, Naruto?”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Right, Kakashi-sensei.” Sasuke remains stoic as usual, but he is quite ‘irked’ about Naruto getting promoted and he is still a Genin with the fact that Naruto is second-in-command and if he tries anything with Naruto, Naruto can make it out as insubordination and with the civilian council in power and the current Hokage, single elder, the former Third Hokage, and the ninja council more favorable to Naruto, let’s just say Sasuke is arrogant, but not stupid most of the time. Naruto says, winching and shaking his right arm, “But I’ve still got a bad feeling about this mission. My right arm has been acting up and I think that I saw my ‘Mark of the Dragon’ glow.”

Kakashi asks, curiously, “Really, Naruto?” Just then Naruto’s ‘Mark of the Dragon’ gives of a brief, but quite seeable, if you are close to him, glow.

Sakura says, nervously, “It looks like you were right.” Sakura thinks in her mind, “And why does that give me a bad feeling?” Soon after, they witness the scene of the movie being made in which Naruto and Sakura watched intensely.

Kakashi thinks in his mind, “Why would Naruto’s ‘Mark of the Dragon’ start glowing even through faintly? I already have a bad feeling about this mission and something tells me that it is going to become more complicated.”

(The following day; Somewhere near the Land of Snow)

Right now, we find Team 7 and the movie crew and actors for the Princess Gale movies assembled on a strange and huge iceberg that’s like a small island. Early in the morning, the director’s assistant woke to see the ship blocked by the massive island-like iceberg and the direction, in a moment of inspiration, changed the plans for upcoming scene and they are shooting it here. Right now, we find the actors preparing to make a fight scene, but then there is a huge explosion from a nearby ‘mountain’ of snow and ice in which we find Kakashi between two sets of actors, the one that plays the villain and Yukie and her group that plays the heroes/heroines.

The director’s assistant yells out, “What do you think that you are doing?”

Kakashi calls out, seriously, “Stay back everyone!” As soon as the area where the explosion hit was cleared of the smoke, a figure emerges from the snow in which we see that the figure has long deep blue hair tied in a ponytail with blue-green eyes in which he is wearing blue-grey armor under some kind of bodysuit with a cap that’s also a ninja headband which has dot-like snow flakes on it.

The figure says, with a sly grin, “Welcome, friends, to the Land of Snow.”

Kakashi says, glaring at him, “You!” He then looks to his left in which when everyone looks, they see a woman with pink-violet hair, green eyes, and wearing a more feminine version of the same armor that the first figure along with a similar cap-like headband with holes for her two short pigtails for her pink-violet hair.

The kunoichi tells Yukie, “Greetings, Princess Koyuki. I hope that you are still carrying about the hex crystal.”

Kakashi’s visible eye widens in surprise and he asks, stunned, “Princess Koyuki?” When he looks at Yukie, he thinks, “I was right! This mission has indeed become more complicated!” As Yukie’s personal assistant, Sandayu Asama, a middle aged looking man with brown hair and beard with glasses that hang over his eyes with a rim on his nose, gives a look of shock and horror on his expression. Kakashi then senses someone to the right and when he looks, another large burly man with short black hair and dressed like the other two ninja with similar armor and bodysuit to match his burly frame appears from his hiding spot under the snow.

The burly man says, “You are as good as they say, Kakashi, but fortunately, it isn’t good enough.”

Kakashi calls to Team 7, “Naruto! Sasuke! Sakura! Protect Yukie!” Kakashi then yells out, “Everyone else back to the ship right now!”

The film crew gives confused and stunned looks in which the blue haired male calls out to the pink-violet haired kunoichi, “Fubuki! I’ll leave the princess to you and Mizore!” Kakashi leaps over to challenge the blue haired male in which he says, “It has been a long time, Kakashi. I hope that you don’t plan to run like last time.”

Kakashi tells the man, “Nadare Roga.” Soon after, Kakashi and the man, Nadare, leap away and to the side to start their fight in which they start off with Taijutsu while the rest of Team 7 goes to face off against the other two, Fubuki, the kunoichi, and Mizore, the burly armored ninja.

Naruto says, with a grin, “I don’t think that this is in script, but I’ve always wanted to be in the movies! Don’t worry, princess, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze is on the job!”

Fubuki thinks in her mind, “Namikaze? Where have I heard that name before?” Mizore goes on a board that detaches from his armor and surfs on the snow in which Naruto barely manages to leap out of the way. Mizore turns back and Naruto leaps out of the way again in which Sasuke tries to use kunai knives and then Demon Windmill Shuriken, a massive fold up shuriken, but both prove ineffective.

“Ice Style: Tsubame Blizzard!”

Fubuki unleashes a series of birds made of ice and snow in which Sasuke dodges, but when they come around, Sasuke makes hand signs of his own.

“Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!”

Sasuke unleashes a stream of flames that melt the ice and snow birds in their tracks, but Yukie gasps and freezes when she sees the massive flames.

Sakura yells out, “Get back to the boat right now!” When Sakura sees Yukie freeze up, she yells out, “Yukie!”

Sandayu calls out, “Princess!”

Yukie asks, shocked, “Sandayu, what…?”

“Ice Style: Ice Prison!”

Fubuki then tries to entrap Sasuke in ice that she creates from the ground and Sasuke attacks with his fire jutsu, but Fubuki blocks it with a wall of ice in which Yukie freezes to see the flames.

When Yukie falls to her knees from images bombarding her mind, Sandayu says, shocked, “Princess!”

Back with Naruto, he is rammed in the gut by Mizore and sending him flying back into the snow in which he skids before crashing into a wall of ice.

Kakashi yells out, stunned, “Naruto!”

“Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!”
Kakashi unleashes a powerful water dragon at Mizore that manages to knock Mizore back, but only for the moment.

When Kakashi lands near Naruto, he says, “Kakashi-sensei, there is something off about these guys and their armor!”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “I know, Naruto. It is chakra armor.”

Naruto asks, perplexed, “Chakra armor?”

Kakashi says, with a nod, “That’s right, Naruto. It is a developed by the ninja of the Land of Snow. But I have to say that it is stronger than last time.”

Just then Nadare’s voice calls out, “So, you do remember Kakashi.” When Kakashi looks at Nadare, he says, “The armor enhances the chakra within the wearer and strengthening the more useful jutsu. And a chakra barrier surrounds us and making ninjutsu and genjutsu useless against us.”

“Ice Style: Dragon versus Tiger!”

“Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!”

Kakashi creates a dragon made of water while Nadare creates a tiger made of snow in which Nadare’s ‘tiger’ wins out in which Naruto and Kakashi manage to dodge. Mizore, on the meanwhile, uses ropes from his left gantlet to grab Yukie, but Sakura’s kunai cuts the ropes.

Mizore yells out, “Out of the way, little girl!”

“Shinra Tensei!”

But before Mizore can slam into Sakura, a powerful gravity force sends him backwards into the ground and Naruto leaps in-between Mizore and Sakura, Yukie, and Sandayu. When Mizore charges in, Naruto manages to grabs his arms and when Mizore looks at him in the eyes, he gasps to see Naruto’s Rinnegan eyes.

Mizore thinks in his mind, stunned, “Those eyes!”

Naruto asks, strongly, “Is that all you’ve got, jerk?!” Back with Sasuke, it looked like Fubuki managed to entrap him in a prison of ice, but Sasuke vanishes to reveal a portable heater with a explosive tag which explodes in which a pair of wires wrap around Fubuki slamming her into her own ice, but she uses a pair of wings attached to her armor to fly out of the way before the flames from the explosion hit her in which Sasuke looks on with serious interest.

Sakura yells out, “Yukie, get on the ship already!” However, Yukie is frozen as horrible images flow through her mind.

Sandayu says, worriedly, “Princess…”

Naruto calls out, “What are you doing? Get out of here already!”

Sandayu says, concerned, “Princess…”

Yukie yells out, holding her head, “No, I don’t care if die! I won’t go back to the Land of Snow!”

Naruto exclaims, “We don’t have time for this!” However, Naruto loses his focus and Mizore uses this moment to throw him away in which he launches his left hand from his gantlet at Yukie, but Sakura intercepts in which she is grabbed and get thrown into the snow, hard! Naruto yells out, shocked, “Sakura!”

On the meanwhile, Yukie faints from some kind of distress and Sandayu says, shocked, “Princess!”

When Kakashi sees this, he leaps away and Nadare yells out, “Why are you leaving? We aren’t finished yet!”

“Ice Style: White Whale Jutsu!”

Nadare creates a white whale made of the ice and snow to attack Kakashi which he manages to leap away from.

Kakashi says, showing his Sharingan is out, “Okay, that was impressive. Now, it is my turn!” Kakashi yells out, “Naruto, get everyone out of there!”

Naruto says, with a nod, “Right!” Naruto leaps into action and yells out, “Okay, everyone! You heard Kakashi-sensei! Time to get out of here!” Naruto runs over to the fainted Yukie while Kakashi prepares to counterattack.

“Ice Style: White Whale Jutsu!”

Kakashi then uses the same attack that Nadare just used on him and Nadare says, “Copying my jutsu again, huh?”

“Ice Style: White Whale Jutsu!”

Nadare unleashes a similar whale made of ice and snow and he says, “You are not going to settle the fight doing that!”

Kakashi replies, “Settling the fight? Who said about settling this fight?”

Nadare asks, stunned, “What?” Just then both whales slam into each other and then onto the island which causes it to fall apart since it is made of ice and snow in which Naruto, carrying Yukie, Sakura, carrying Sandayu, Sasuke, and Kakashi leave for the ship managing to make it in time before the island falls apart.

(Much later on; in the Land of Snow)

Right now, we find Sandayu, the director, the director’s assistant, Kakashi, and Team 7 assembled in a building.

Kakashi tells Sandayu, “You knew all along, didn’t you Sandayu?”

Sandayu says, with a nod, “I have, Kakashi-san.”

Kakashi tells Sandayu, “Didn’t you know the risks if she ever returned to the Land of Snow?”

Sandayu says, with a nod, “I did, but this was the only way that I could think of returning the princess home.”
Naruto tells Sandayu, with a smile, “Come on, Sandayu-san, stop calling her that. I mean, she is only a princess on the big screen right?”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “Actually, she is a real life princess, Naruto.” Naruto and Sakura look at Kakashi in shock and Kakashi tells them, “Yukie Fujikaze is just an alias. We are actually guarding Koyuki Kazahana, rightful heir to the Land of Snow’s throne.”

Naruto and Sakura yell out in unison, “Huh?!”

Sandayu says, with a plain tone “I met her long ago when she just a little girl, so, I’m not surprised she doesn’t remember from back then.”

Sakura asks Sandayu, “So, you are from the Land of Snow, too?”

Sandayu replies, with a nod, “That’s right, Sakura-san. I used to serve the princess’ father, Sosetsu Kazahana-sama. The Land of Snow was not a large nation, but it served as a heaven of peace. Sosetsu-sama loved his princess and those were wonderful times, but ten years ago, on that cursed day, his younger brother, Doto Kazahana, hired Snow ninja and instigated a coup against his brother. I feared that the princess was lost.”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “However, I got the princess out of there, but I couldn’t fight them and all we could was keep running.”

Sandayu says, as tears start to flow, “When I discovered that the princess was alive, I was beside myself. Our beloved princess was still alive after all these years.”

Just then a female voice says, plainly, “I should have died back then.” When everyone looks towards the source, they see Yukie Fujikaze AKA Koyuki Kazahana in front of them.

Sandayu says, “You must say such things, princess. We never stop praying for your safety princess.”

Koyuki says, coldly, “I’m alive, but my heart is dead. After that day, any tears that I had left all dried up.”

After Sandayu dried his tears, he says, “And that’s how I came to be the manager of Yukie Fujikaze. I bided my time for the day when I can escort my princess home.”

The director’s assistant yells out, stunned, “So, all this time you were deceiving us?!”

Sandayu gets to his feet and he yells out, “I’m sorry for deceiving you, but this was for the sake for the Land of Snow’s future!” Sandayu goes over to Koyuki and he says, bowing in front of her, “Princess Koyuki, confront Doto and claim your throne! I’ll give my life if it will make that possible! I beg to take up arms and lead your people!”

After a few moments, Koyuki replies, plainly, “I don’t think so. You have got to be kidding.”

Sandayu says, shocked, “But your people…!”

Koyuki says, with a snort, “I could care less about them. Just forget it.”

Sandayu says, stunned, “But princess…”

Koyuki yells out, nastily, “Will you give it up? No matter what you do, you will never get rid of Doto, okay?”

Just then a loud crash is heard and everyone looks to see the table split in two by Naruto’s fist in which he yells out, strongly, “So, he should give up? He devoted his whole life to this dream! How can you be so heartless? If you keep speaking like that and you’ll be dealing with me!”

The director then says, “As long as we hope as we dream and with those dreams, the future comes.” When everyone looks at the director, he says, plainly, “I like it. It is the perfect theme for our newest Princess Gale movie.”

The director’s assistant tells them, “But sir, you are not going to keep filming with all that has happened.”

The director says, with a grin, “I told you that the film is evolving and who had the chance to make a film with a real life princess? This is a chance of a lifetime.”

The director’s assistant yells out, “You’re right! Even the making of the movie will be a legend! We are stilling at once in a lifetime chance!”

Koyuki says, annoyed and stunned, “Hey!”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “There is only one course of action. Now that Doto is on our trail, we can’t run. We have to fight.”

Sakura says, lowly, “Kakashi-sensei…”

Naruto exclaims, excitedly, “All right, time to continue the mission! The princess return to the Land of Snow and shows that creep who’s boss!

Koyuki yells out, angrily, “Stop joking around! The movies aren’t like real-life! There is no such thing as a happy ending in this world!”

The director calls out, “Of course there is, if you are willing to fight for it!”

Kakashi says, “Normally, we go back to the village for reinforcements.”

Sasuke says, with a plain tone, “We are as fine as we can be.”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “And I don’t think that we have that kind of luxury either, eh, Kakashi-sensei? So, we have to go in it alone.”

Sandayu says, weakly, “Thank you all.”

The director says, plainly, “That’s it then. We’re going along with this picture!”

The director’s assistant yells out, “And you’ll bet that this one will have a happy ending!”

Naruto calls out, excitedly, “That’s right! With us around, we’re going to make sure of that! Believe it!” As Koyuki stares at them impassively, no one notices Naruto’s ‘Mark of the Dragon’ give off a brief glow before it fades.

(Returning to the Leaf Village; on the meanwhile)

Back in the Leaf Village, we find things in total chaos as we find groups of Digimon attacking the village at different points with Snimon, giant prey mantis Digimon attacking from the air.

“Twin Sickles!”

The Snimon unleashes pink crescent beams of energy from their blade-like hands and arms that damage streets and civilians are running panic with several Chunin preparing for battle.
One of them yells out, “What are those things?!”

“Electro Shocker!”

“Meteor Wing!”

Just then a sphere of electric energy and multiple fireball slams into the Snimon deleting quite a few of them in which Kabuterimon and Birdramon fly up with their Digidestined partners on their backs.

Sora yells out, “Izzy, where are these Digimon coming?!”

Izzy replies, with a serious tone, “I don’t know, Sora, but I know that this isn’t random! Too many Digimon and their attacks are too organized!”

Kabuterimon yells out, “Are you saying that someone sent these Digimon to attack this place? Why?”

Sora asks, curiously, “Do you think that this has to do with the Signers?”

Izzy tells Sora, “I don’t know, Sora!” Elsewhere in the village, we find a group of Mammothmon trying to burst their way into the city with MetalGreymon and Paildramon facing off against them.

“Giga Blaster!”

“Desperado Blaster!”

MetalGreymon’s chest plate opens and he fires two large fish-like missiles from his chest while Paildramon fires multiple energy bullets from the blaster attached to his waist in which they delete quite a few Mammothmon.

From the wall, we find Davis, Ken, and Tai nearby in which Davis yells out, “Nice work, Paildramon!”

Tai says, seriously, “This is just too weird. All these Digimon coming out of nowhere and attacking this place.”

Ken says, with a nod, “And this attack is just too organization. Something or someone is leading them.”

Davis asks, seriously, “What would they want here?”

Ken says, pointing to Davis’ right arm, “I think that might be one answer, Davis.”

Davis says, holding his right arm, “Good point, Ken.”

Ken tells Tai, “It is a good thing that Agumon kept the power from Azulongmon and is able to become a Mega.”

Tai says, with a nod, “It is also a good thing that we can still DNA Digivolve and Azulongmon helped out after we beat MaloMyotismon in which he gave new energy to Gabumon to allow him and Agumon to become Omnimon.”

Soon after, Team 10 appears and Asuma asks, seriously, “Where is Signer Motomiya?”

Davis says, with a plain tone, “I’m right here. And just please call me Davis.”

Ino thinks in her mind, with a mental whistle, “Not bad. He is a bit of a cutie himself.”

Asuma says, with a plain tone, “I have message from Lady Hokage. There is an attack coming from the warehouse district and they are massive mole like creatures with drills.”

Ken says, with a plain tone, “Drimogemon.”

Tai asks Ken, “Who is nearby?”

Ken says, with a plain tone, “Yolei, TK, and Kari nearby from the air.”

Davis says, taking out his D-Terminal, “I’ll contact them to get over there.”

But then Yolei’s voice calls out, “Davis! Tai! Ken!” Everyone looks to see Halsemon with Yolei on his back land nearby.

Ken asks Yolei, “What’s up Yolei?”

Yolei says, seriously, “Big trouble, everyone. Cody just contacted me that he and Digmon are underground and they found a massive tunnel heading for what seems like the center of the village and they saw a Boltmon with that group.”

Tai asks, stunned, “A Boltmon?”

Ino asks, curiously, “What’s going on here?”

Davis says, seriously, “A Boltmon. It is one of the Mega class, the most powerful kind of Digimon. Ones that have the power to blow up this place with one blow!”

There are plenty of gasps of shock and Tai says, with a serious tone, “That does it! This is way too organized! Someone or something is controlling these Digimon and we need to find out fast!”

Ken tells Tai, “But what or who are they after? The Signers?”

Just then Davis’ D-Terminal beeps and Davis says, “It is from Izzy. He says that he is using some kind of new program to track that group of Digimon Cody and Digmon found. He says… That they are heading for Naruto’s home!”

Choji asks, stunned, “Naruto’s house!”

Asuma asks, seriously, “The Namikaze mansion? What would they want there?”

Just then an image of Serena comes to Davis’ mind and he says, seriously, “It’s not what, it’s who! It’s Serena! They’re after her for that crystal!”

When everyone looks at Davis, Tai asks Davis, “How can you be so sure, Davis?”

Davis says, seriously, “I don’t know how I know, I just know! It’s some kind of ‘Signer’ thing!”

Tai tells Davis, “We don’t know if she is the one that they want! There could be something else!”

Davis tells Tai, seriously, “Look, Tai, you wanted us to reconcile after what happened on THAT day! Then trust me now!” Ken, Yolei, and Tai were all surprised by Davis’ outburst in which he looks quite a bit out of character.

As Davis prepares to leave, Tai tells Davis, “Davis, Imperialdramon is too large and his attacks are too powerful! He might cause damage to this place! WarGreymon is better at close combat!” Tai yells out to MetalGreymon, “MetalGreymon, we need to get to Naruto’s mansion on the double!”

MetalGreymon says, with a nod, “Right!” MetalGreymon goes over to pick up Tai and they head off towards the Namikaze mansion.

Ken tells Yolei, “Yolei, get Kari over there! We’re going to need Silphymon to aid Paildramon.”

Yolei says, with a nod, “Right, Ken.”

As Yolei takes out her D-Terminal, Shikamaru says, “Troublesome. And I thought that the Chunin Exams were a headache.”

Ino tells Shikamaru, annoyed, “We don’t have time for your attitude, Shikamaru. We are in major trouble here.”

Choji says, with a sigh, “I’m really hungry now.”

Asuma thinks in his mind, “Kakashi, whatever your mission is, it can’t be as hard as what we are doing now.” On the meanwhile, some distance away, we find a figure looking down at the village as the Digimon attack the village.

(Rejoining Team 7; much later on)

Right now, we find Team 7 heading out through the rock area into a huge snow filled forest and they are doing since Koyuki has mysterious vanished from the convoy in which most likely, she ran away in which Naruto and his group are heading out to find her in which Naruto has a look of disgust on his features. Soon after, we find said princess running through the snow and tripping and falling into the snow in which she falls asleep for a moment. When she wakes up, she hears footsteps.

Just then Naruto’s voice calls out, with an annoyed tone in his voice, “Geez, lady! How long are you going to keep running away from your problems? Come on, everyone is waiting.”

(A good time afterwards; Elsewhere)

Right now, we find Naruto carrying Koyuki on his back going through a tunnel that’s mainly frozen with ice back to the movie crew and actors.

Koyuki asks, “Why? Why do you come back for me?”

Naruto says, with a plain tone, “It’s my mission. Doesn’t matter how much you hate it, I’ll keep coming after you. Unlike you, I have a sense of duty and honor.”

Koyuki tells Naruto, “You can drag me back, but all I’m going to do is act for the camera, got it?” Just then a rumbling and Naruto and Koyuki see the tracks melt through some kind of mysterious means in which they see a light coming from where they just came. Koyuki says, “It’s a train.”

Naruto asks, perplexed, “A train? What do you mean a train?” Just then the light gets brighter and they see a train rushing towards them and Naruto yells out, in a panic, “Oh, that train!” Naruto then runs off using his chakra to increase his speed.

Koyuki exclaims, “It’s gaining on us!”

Naruto calls out in reply, “Not for long!”

Koyuki shouts out, “We’ll never make it!”

Naruto calls out, “Watch me, lady!”

Koyuki shouts out, “You can’t outrun a train!”

Naruto exclaims, “Would you shut up and let me worry about the train?!”

Koyuki calls out, in a panic, “It’s pointless! We’re finished!”

Naruto yells out, “This isn’t over yet! I’m not going to give up ever! There is too much on the line for me to give up here and now! You can give up, but I’m not ever giving up, lady!” Soon enough, Naruto pumps more chakra into his legs and manages to run out of the tunnel in which he leaps to the left side just in time as the train passes them. The two of them fall to the ground and Naruto struggles to catch his breath, but when he does, he laughs a lot to relieve the stress of outrunning a train.

The two of them get to their feet and a voice from the train calls out, “It’s been a long time, Koyuki.”

Koyuki says, looking towards the train, “It’s him, Doto.” When he looks at the last car of the train, we see a brown haired male with scars on his face and wearing robes talking into a microphone.

The man says, “Don’t be shy, Koyuki. Let’s see that face.” Naruto then goes in front of her to protect Koyuki while Doto gives an impassive look, but then a group of cut logs come down from the hillside and crash into the train in which everyone looks to see armored and armed men assembled on the hillside including Sandayu.

Sandayu yells out to the men, “There men! It is just like I told you! Our beloved princess has returned to watch over us!”

Naruto asks, perplexed, “What’s going on?”
Koyuki asks, curiously, “Sandayu?”

Sandayu yells out, drawing a sword, “We’ve waited for this day, Doto! I, Sandayu, and these loyal men shall end your reign of terror and avenge our fallen leader, Sosetsu-sama!”

As these men cheer, the man in the robes tells Nadare, who is nearby, “I thought that you took care of these rabble resistance, Nadare.”

Nadare replies, “Sorry, Doto-sama, I’ll get on it immediately.”

The man, Doto, replies, “No, Nadare. There is little that these men understand other than total destruction.” The cars of the train opens up and unleashes a massive barrage of kunai and bladed weapons at the men who stood no chance in which Koyuki and Naruto watch in horror as they are cut to ribbons in which their blood stains the snow on the hillside. Sandayu, mortally wounded, is still standing and tries to continue on in which another barrage is launched at him, but they are stopped by a demon windmill shuriken in which Sasuke is seen zipping by and he launches a kunai with an explosive tag which makes contract with and destroy one of the mechanical turrets on the train. Just then another huge explosion from a mountainside causing an avalanche of snow to fall on the train in which it struggles to pull away, but when it gets on a nearby bridge, the bridge is rocked by another explosion that forces the train to detach all, but one of the cars.

The train speeds off and Sasuke prepares to pursue, but Kakashi says, coming to Sasuke’s left side, “Easy, Sasuke. Don’t be hasty.” In the aftermath, the film crew with Kakashi and Sasuke try to help Sandayu and the men, but all minus Sandayu are already dead.

Sakura says, horrified at the carnage, “Horrible.”

Koyuki says, with a plain tone, “This is what happens when you ‘never give up’. If they didn’t stand up to Doto, this bloodshed would have never happened.” Kakashi and a group from the film crew bring up the mortally wounded Sandayu on a wood door or something of that sort.

Sandayu says, weakly, “Princess… I’m sorry… I should have never gotten you involved in all of this… it is just… that everyone of us… were able to keep going… knowing that you were alive… when you were little… and even now… I believe in you… and you need to believe in yourself… you have been our greatest hope… princess… don’t grieve for me... and shed your tears for me…” Soon after, he collapses and dies.

Koyuki says, emotionlessly, “Sandayu, you fool. I can’t cry. You have my eye drops.” Koyuki says, “Are you satisfied? Let’s go back. If we stay here, our lives will be jeopardy. Let’s go home.”

Naruto replies, with a sneer, “Go home to where, lady?” When Koyuki looks at Naruto, he yells out, strongly, “I thought that this was your home! So, where else can you go? So, face Doto and put your house in order!”

Koyuki replies, plainly, “You understanding nothing, brat. Spring doesn’t ever come to this land, our tears have frozen over, and our hearts frozen with this land.”

Sakura asks, stunned, “Aren’t you the only one with the power to change that?” Sakura says, solemnly, “At least, Sandayu believed in that.”

Koyuki says, plainly, “I’ve had enough of this.”

As Koyuki starts to walk away, Naruto calls out, strongly, “Hey, I’m not done with you!”

Just then the ninja of the group sense something and a voice calls out, “Actually, you are done, young Signer.” When everyone looks to the source, they see a tall male covered mainly in a dark blue cloak, but his face is exposed in which he has black spiky hair with red highlights, glasses over his eyes, and a strong aura around him.

Naruto asks, seriously, “And who are you?”

The man tells Naruto, “I’m not here for you, Signer Namikaze. I am here for the Snow Princess.”

Kakashi asks, seriously, “Why do you want here?”

The man replies, plainly, “She has the secret to retrieve the power of the three Aesir cards, the only creatures in existence with the power to rival the Crimson Dragon and the Egyptian God Monsters.”

There are plenty of gasps and Sasuke thinks in his mind, “Aesir?!”

The man tells Koyuki, “And before you say you don’t know. Do you remember the Snow tablet?”

Koyuki gasps in shock and she thinks, “How does he know about that?”

Naruto thinks in his mind, “What’s going on here? Aesir? I think that I heard that before, but when… Oh, crap! I remember now! Ryu and Ayane told me about them! I remember them talking about three powerful Synchro Monster cards known as Aesir or the Polar God Cards! They told us about when their dad and his friends, the original Signers, faced off against those cards and they have the power to make Duel Monsters before real like Ayane! Just great! If Doto wasn’t enough! Man, I bet that the others back home don’t have to worry about stuff like this!”

(Around the same time; Back in the Leaf Village)

If Naruto know what was going on the Leaf Village, he would know how wrong he is in which we find Tsunade on the roof of the Hokage tower with Luna witnessing the battle between the mysterious army of rogue Digimon against the Digidestined’s partner Digimon.

Luna says, stunned, “These monsters are everywhere!”

Tsunade says, with a sigh, “I know, Luna, but I’m sure that our new allies with their creatures can handle it. They’ve dealt with these creatures before and it looks like we’re fine, but I’m planning to send my ninja to support them.”

Luna says, with a sigh, “I had hoped to go right away to that location that I had that horrible snake in human form’s hideout to hopefully save one of the Scouts.”

Tsunade tells Luna, “I’m shocked to learn that you found out this information, Luna.”

Luna tells Tsunade, “Trust me, Lady Tsunade, it wasn’t easy.”

Tsunade says, with a nod, “I believe that and I can understand why you didn’t tell her at our meeting.”

Luna says, with a nod, “With what Serena suffered and learning that she is a Signer, there is more at stake here. Even through the future that we fought for is gone, there is always hope to bring it back or create an even better one especially the power of the Crimson Dragon aiding in that regard. As a Signer and the welder of the Silver Crystal, I can’t risk it.”

Tsunade says, with a plain tone, “I understand, Luna.”

Just then Neko appears and she says, “Lady Hokage, the Namikaze mansion is under assault!”

Tsunade asks, seriously, “What?!”

Neko says, with a nod, “A strong force of these creatures has come out from underground at the Namikaze mansion, Signer Motomiya believes that Lady Serena is the target.”

Tsunade and Luna gasp and Luna asks, stunned, “Are you sure?!”

Neko replies, a bit nervously due who she is speaking to, “Signer Motomiya believes greatly so.”

Luna says, seriously, “I’ve got to get to her!”

Tsunade tells Luna, “And then what Luna?!” When Luna stops, Tsunade tells her, “There is nothing that you can do. You have no powers of your own, Luna. Let us handle it.” Luna lowers her head and knowing that Tsunade is also implying that if she gets in the line of fire, she will risk Serena getting worried about her and getting hurt in the process. Tsunade tells Neko, “Get some ANBU over and get them out of there! Now!”

Neko says, with a nod, “Yes, Lady Hokage-sama!” Soon after, Neko leaves in which Luna can’t help to feel helpless to help her charge. At the Namikaze mansion, we find WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon facing off against some Digimon including a Mega level Boltmon.

“Terra Force!”

WarGreymon unleashes a powerful sphere of orange energy that finished off the weakened Boltmon, who battled the two experienced Mega Digimon for awhile by this time, but there are plenty of other Champion and Ultimate Digimon in the wings.

“Ice Wolf Claw!”

MetalGarurumon unleashes of a wavy of missiles at the Digimon and freezes them into large amounts of ice in which they shatter apart as they are deleted.

Matt is riding MetalGarurumon with Tai nearby while Serena, Ayane, Ryu, Kalin, Leon, Jaden, and Alexis are assembled together in which Trudge and Mina are trying to get them out of the mansion to safety.

Trudge yells out, seriously, “Come on, everyone! We need to go!”

Ayane asks, perplexed, “What’s going on here?!”

Ryu tells Ayane, with a plain tone, “I don’t think that this is the time, Ayane.” But then a Flymon flies down and grabs Ayane in which Ryu yells out, “Ayane!”

Ayane calls out, fearfully, “Help!” But then a motor is heard and a Duel Runner leap over, knocking the Digimon in the back, causing Ayane to get dropped to the ground while the Duel Runner skids to safety. WarGreymon takes care of the Digimon with one slash of his Dramon Destroyer claws.

Ryu runs over to his sister and he asks, concerned, “Are you okay, sis?”

Ayane says, shaking her head, “I’m okay, but I landed on my butt.” When she looks towards the Duel Runner, they see a person with a Turbo Duelist outfit that’s white mixed with red with grey shoulder, knee, elbow, and shin guards, charcoal colored padding over the chest area, and this Turbo Duelists’ helmet is also red with gold accents near the crown that run from front to back, while the open-mouthed mouth protector is grey, with an orange visor. When the Turbo Duelist takes off her helmet, this Turbo Duelist is a female with long blond hair and emerald green eyes.

Mina says, stunned, “I know you! You are Sherry Leblanc!”

The female Turbo Duelist replies, in a French accent, “Indeed, I am mademoiselle Mina. I am zere looking for ze young children of Yusei and Akiza.”

Matt says, with a serious tone, “If you don’t mind, we are in the middle of a battle here.”

Sherry points to the roof and she replies, “If you are looking for ze one that attacked this place, I believe that ze is so culprit no?” Everyone looks to the roof and they see a blond haired male within a sinister look in his eyes and wearing a deep grey military type uniform with black boots.

Serena thinks in her mind, stunned, “Jadeite?”

Jadeite says, looking at Serena, “At long last, I have finally found you… Sailor Moon!”

There are plenty of gasps and Serena thinks in her mind, “Oh no, he knows who I am!” As one of Serena’s enemies as Sailor Moon looms over her, we know now who attacked the Leaf Village and as we leave, scenes of Team 7 with the mysterious man wanting Koyuki for the secrets of Aesir or Polar God Monsters and this battle are shown in which one wonders what will the results of the two battles be…

Naruto: There is no way that you or Doto are getting Koyuki, jerk! Believe it!

Jadeite: Serena Tsukino or should I say, Sailor Moon, it is time for you to pay for what you did to me!

Sailor Moon: Fine, Jadeite, but leave this village out of it!

Doto: You can’t stop me, boy!

Naruto: Oh, yeah, jerk! Just watch me!

Sakura: Naruto did it! But what’s going on?! And what is that?!

Sailor Moon: What’s going on with my Mark of the Dragon?

Mysterious Voice: I’ve been waiting for you, Princess of the Moon’s Light.

Sailor Moon (stunned): Who or what are you?

Ayane: Back off, Sasuke Uchiha! I won’t be your wife!

Sasuke (sternly): I’ve seen your powers in action and I know with you, there will be a better Uchiha clan.

Ryu: Leave my sister alone, Uchiha.

Sasuke: Don’t get in my way. This is between her and me and I will have her.

Naruto (strongly): That’s enough, Uchiha-teme! You’ve gone over the line this time! When you mess with one Signer, you mess with all of us! You and I are going to settle the Signer way! Let’s duel!

Davis: Next time on ‘Naruto 5Ds’: The Aesir Signer and Fanning the Maelstrom

Sasuke: This time I won’t lose to you Dobe and I will prove the power of the Uchiha!

And here we go, everyone! Like I said, this story won’t just have Naruto and Yu-Gi-Oh type ‘action’ and there are plenty of Digimon battles going to happen as you can see. With another twist, Jadeite has returned to terrorize our Moon Princess and her new friends/allies. Not to give too much away, but Sasuke Retrieval Arc is coming up soon! There is also something else and I’m going to divide this idea into two stories in which a Naruto Shippuden type sequel and it is going to follow the time skip through it may not follow the Naruto Shippuden story at all through with parts of it to make up a plot. So, when this story is done, you can expect Naruto 5Ds Shippuden: Shinobi Signers Dissidia to come up soon after.
